I am a marketing professional looking to rent one bedroom. Will be mostly home at night during the week and away most of the time on weekends. I travel to overseas for work a few times per year, usually two week periods at a time. I am clean, quiet and love to cook. Im easy to get a long with and respect people's privacy. I don't have any pets. In my spare time I like to go to the gym, enjoy a nice latte at a coffee shop and chat
Hey! I'm Lauren. I'm a positive, friendly and tidy person who works full time as a teacher. I'm looking for some great people to live with, not just a room. Must love dogs-I have a 6 year old dog, Maisy. Would be great if you also had a dog so she could have a pal! Not after a party house but love having friends over, having dinners and socialising with a few drinks. I am a non-smoker and enjoy cleaning and gardening- will bring lush plants with me! I can keep to myself if needed and love nothing more than a good Netflix marathon. I won't judge the amount of carbs you eat as long as you promise the same...
Hi, I'm Maddie! I currently work three jobs (one full time, one casual and one consulting gig) so I'm really only home at night and on the weekend. In my down time, I like to cook, listen to music, have a drink (tea or G&T/wine, depends on the day) and watch TV. I'm a pretty quiet person but I'd love to find a flatmate who enjoys a Friday night movie/pizza night every so often. I also have an Apple TV (but currently a dead TV) so I'd be happy to share that, which has access to Netflix, Stan, SBS on Demand etc. Not looking for a party house - I love my sleep way too much! Ideally, I'm looking for a house more than an apartment, because I miss having a dog too much and want to get one (if you have a dog even better!) I also like doing a bit of gardening on the weekends, including growing herbs and veges, so it would be awesome if I could find space to do that. Oh and I used to work in a doctor's surgery so I know how and like to clean! Hit me up if you have any questions! :)
Hey :) My name is Caity and I'm currently studying a Dual Bachelor's Degree of Human Resource Management and Psychology at QUT (Kelvin Grove and Gardens Point Campuses). I also work part-time at a Psychology and Psychiatry Clinic in the city (mainly paediatrics). I love to cook and bake and am pretty active; swim, play tennis, do Hot Yoga, learning to play golf. Non-smoker, heterosexual but obviously completely non-judgemental of any persons LGBTQI. I keep a pretty clean room and don't mind cleaning shared spaces at all, plus not opposed to people who smoke and/or "smoke". Used to live with 7 guys in the UK so can definitely live with guys/girls. Keen to make friends but also pretty introverted so don't mind keeping to myself - whatever works for you guys. I have a car so street parking would be preferable :)
I do shift work so I am hardly home and have a super active social life (playing sports and hanging with friends and family).
Working full-time in city. Very friendly and easy going, as long as we don't interrupt each others privacy, would love to share a drink and have chat sometimes. I have no problem with any kind of pets, in fact I would love my housemates to have dogs or cats. If you think, I am a suitable housemate for you then please contact me.
I have just recently started full-time work, and am looking for a place to settle down. I am originally from the Gold Coast, and am done with commuting for hours. I enjoy travelling and just recently made a solo trip to Japan and Korea last year, and lived for six months in Leeds, England. I'm a pretty chill person that enjoys hanging out, but will also respect your personal space.
I am an honest and reliable person. I also have a bubbly personality very friendly and outgoing type of chick. Pretty laid back but do enjoy my personal space as well. I currently am unemployed but am for sure stable with income for rent that needs to be paid. I am transitioning into an upcoming trainee ship at Dream World on the Gold Coast working at Preston Campbell's Cafe. If you'd like any further information about me please don't be afraid to shot me a message.
I'm tidy, quiet and respectful. Looking for a place with covered parking and all bills included in the rent. Thank you.
Hi Earthlings I am CJ from Melbourne. I am a Full-Time Network Engineer working for Telstra, I know sounds nerdy already but i am quite good with getting along with people. Looking for someone to share a house or flat and who can be a mate for the Weekend as well for Road trips :). Buzz me if you are interested :) .
Hi, I'm Tessa and looking for a place to stay. I'm a PhD student at UQ, so during the week I'm working at Uni and during the weekends I'm often out and about. I like a place with privacy so I can rewind when coming home. I also love the occasional chat to tell all the good and funny stories that happened that day. I am very tidy, so I appreciate it if my housemates are also like that. I'm looking for a room with own bathroom. A rental price between 200-250 AUD/week (depending on what bills are included) would be great. If there's a bit of extra storage so I can put my stuff away that would be great. I do have a car so parking (on or off street) would be great. Love to hear from you if you think it would be a match. Cheers, Tessa
Hey guys, My fiancé Matt and I have recently moved up to Queensland from Victoria and we’re searching for a place to call home. Matt is a 27 year old personal trainer. He works at a gym in the inner northern suburbs and he’s also studying full time at ACU. Matt enjoys reading, Muay Thai, loves animals, and is passionate about health and fitness (although he won’t say no to the odd chicken nugget). I’m a 28 year old psychologist and I’ve recently accepted a position based in the outer northern suburbs. I enjoy the occasional Netflix binge, reading, I love the beach and the sunshine, and I’m also into health and fitness (although in my case I won’t say no to the odd chicken nugget ... or twelve). Matt and I are both easy going, respectful and clean. Ideally we’re looking for a share house where we can meet some cool people in a new city, but we’re also cool with our own space as well. We are responsible housemates, both non-smokers, and we have great rental history. Matt and I are on the waitlist for a golden retriever puppy later in the year, so we’re looking for a place that is pet friendly.
Making the move up from melb for a new job at the airport, easy going, love the outdoors fishing 4wding and just having a beer and bbq, looking for a place to stay till I get to know the area a bit before I buy, only catch is I am a shift worker and work nights 4 on 4 off, cheers
My name is Kate. I'm from Spain I've been in Brisbane for 6 months. I'm studying a business course and working part-time as a waitress. I'm a friendly, easy going, polite and clean. I'm just looking for a good and friendly environment in the house.
I am a student nurse, working part-time in the city, I have a relaxed personality, have furniture of my own, own a litter trained cat. I'm clean and respectful, lived out of home since high school so pretty sure I know how to be a good housemate.
Hi there 👋🏽 I'm a really easy going and relatively quiet student of QUT KG. My goal this year is to finish my degree, and so will mainly be concentrating on acheiving that, whilst able to still enjoy sharing dinner or a wine on occasion. I like to keep my living spaces clean and tidy also :)
I'm very relaxed and easy-going - A great night in involves take out and netflix, but i do like to party occasionally Im not always home a lot - I work full-time in retail, dance a couple of weeknights, plus love spending time out with my niece I do have a very sweet toy poodle called Bella and an Amazon Parrot called Kermit who is full of personality - So looking for a place that doesnt mind a little bit of crazy between the 3 of us! Looking for a place to move into towards the end of May
Hi, I'm a 24 year old professional with a fulltime job. Lease is ending and my current roommate is moving out with her boyfriend so looking for a nice place to call home. Would be moving mid April. Place needs to have a yard as I have a 4 month old puppy who is very friendly. Message me as Id like to have something sorted soon so i don't have to worry about it later.
I’m a bright bubbly Australian looking to move in with someone. I’m very country and very layed back, I’m clean and tidy, I stick to myself but I’m such a people person as well. At the moment I live in a share house with 4 other people and it’s getting a bit much when my work hours are all over the place. I work in hospitality so you can imagine the dramatic hours. I’m about to be a full time manager so I need somewhere ASAP. Perfect references on request.
Hey! I'm Danielle. I work full time in recruitment Mon - Fri around Chermside. My time off usually is spent with family and friends, maybe a cheeky Sunday sesh every now and then. Most weekends I won't be home normally, but am always up to hang out if needed! I am reasonably tidying in common areas, need a housemate with no drama but will be a friend as well. Would preferably only like to live with one other person.
I’m relocating Back to Brisbane where I grew up :) I’m Looking to be closer to family and a make a bit of a fresh start. I am into keeping things clean and tidy and enjoy/really appreciate living in that sort of an environment but don't get stressed over little things, I would rather clean up a mess with a good attitude than get bothered by it - I really am pretty easy going and enjoy a happy household. I like to have a chat and it would be great to spend some quality housemate time but definitely appreciate and respect having home as a place to recharge doing my own thing too and respect others privacy and need for their space. I am currently doing some regular freelance journalism for a music magazine and studying International Journalism part-time independently online. So if you think I may be a good fit for what you have available lets have a chat and see if we like the idea of living with each other?!
