HI There. I'm currently looking for a room to rent over the Northside :) At the moment I'm working full time in the CBD so I'll be out of the house during the week. On the weekends I like to socialise with friends and get out as much as I can but equally enjoy a chilled night in with Netflix, good food and a glass of wine. I consider myself to be a tidy person and have no problems assisting with household chores. More than happy to answer more questions if you want to contact me :) Thanks!
Hey I’m Liv, looking to move out early Feb. I’m easy going and clean. I’d love to move in with someone around my own age I could chat to and have a wine with but can also respect alone time. I work part time in retail in the city and study part time as a nurse. Please message me if you’d be interested in moving out with me :)
About me: Hey guys, I'm a 22 year old barista who works 4 or 5 days a week. Pretty easy going and don't mind a chat. Looking for some rad new people to take me in as part of their household. I'm down for movie nights and housemate dinners too. As well as being a mean coffee maker, I have a background in cooking so I'll whip up a mad feast every now and then and am happy to share. In my spare time I like to chill out at home and watch Netflix (attenbro or some murder docos/series) or play some games. What I'm after: A room with atleast a ceiling fan so I don't perish in Brisbane heat. Looking to move in somewhere between the 18th-20th ish of Feb. I drive so ideally would like easy parking. If you have pets, I definitely don't have a problem with getting to live with adorable doggos and kitty cats as long as you respect my need to pat them :)
I'm well versed in sharehouses and a traveller at heart. I'm easy going and respectful of space. I'm clean and tidy and introverted but love to have a drink and cook, too. I'm a scientist by day, creative by night keen on film and the arts.
I am respectful to others and their belongings. I clean up after myself, and am generally tidy. I love animals, and i am easy to get along with. I mostly work on my computer during the day. I love making food, and baking. And i like to share.
Works 5 days, plays guitar, owns some gym equipment, owns mowing equipment, exercises regularly, has car and drivers license, casual drinker and smoker. Looking to move, mid February.
I am finishing my last 6 months of an honours degree at UQ in hydrogeology. I have just started a part-time job as a geologist which will go full time once I finish study in June. I'm really laid back, easy going. I compete in powerlifting and train in the evenings through the week. This takes up a lot of my time and means I get home late in the evening. I spend a lot of my weekends on the sunshine coast as my boyfriend lives and works in Noosa. Some weekends he will come down and stay with me in Brisbane, we're both very quiet and aren't big drinkers or party-ers. I'm very clean (I have thing about clean kitchens, I love being in the kitchen and don't like messes/bad hygiene). I love baking, I'm a feeder not an eater, so you would benefit from my little hobby!! :)
Hey, we're a group of 4 guys and gals looking to get a new housemate on board for 2018. A little bit about ourselves; we have Anthony (24) who's just finished his Business degree at QUT and is looking for fulltime work, Chris (22) who's studying Animation at QUT, Megan (19) who's studying Public Health at QUT and Taylor (19) who's studying Maths/IT at QUT. So as you can see, we're quite the mix! We're looking for someone who's clean, friendly and can get along with the bants. We're all dog lovers (it helps to live near a dog walkway) and love cheeky brunch and coffee dates together. PPS: The current room on offer is $150 a week so I've set the budget (roughly) to include any extra bills!
Hi future housemates! I am moving to Brisbane in February. I'm a physiotherapy student studying my 4th and final year! I will be working as a physiotherapist in hospitals around Brisbane finishing my uni clinical placements, as well as a gymnastics coach. I am a friendly, upbeat person, always up for a chat, a Neflix/Friends/Grey's Anatomy sesh, a casual glass or two of wine and maybe a fun night out, but I also like my personal space. I like going to the gym, cooking, shopping, exploring, or going to the beach. I am always respectful, mindful of my fellow housemates, clean and tidy. Nonsmoker, no children, no pets (but I love dogs) I have a great previous rental history and have done the whole house share thing so the do's and don'ts. Looking somewhere to live somewhere $200-250 close to the CBD/North of the River with a nice homely feel. I would prefer a housemate/s to be of similar age, female or co-ed. I will be moving to a new city so and don't know anyone so being able to build a friendship and a home not just somewhere to sleep would be an added bonus! Furniture wise I have a fridge, bedroom furniture, TV and a heap of kitchen stuff. The ideal place would be a nice apartment/house, with my own room big enough to fit a Queen bed and own bathroom, AC, close to public transport, a balcony perfect for drinking wine on and a supermarket nearby.
Single 28yo female. Full-time employment at a hospital. I enjoy being active and also catching up with friends for a wine/beer, etc on weekends or seeing some live music. I enjoy going to the beach on weekends. Currently trying to get better at surfing is part of my 2018 resolutions. I've stupidly decided to do a marathon this year so would love somewhere with good running tracks nearby.
We’re a professional couple and now a new family of three with a 3 month old baby. We’re hoping to save to buy a home by reducing our rent per week for the short term but need a temporary place to accomodate the three of us and our Poodle. Working full time as a professional in Clayfield and I am on Maternity Leave till mid/late 2018. An easy going friendly couple who are respectful of others.
Hello! I am moving to brisbane from Victoria to study Masters at UQ Herston. I will be obtaining employment once I arrive. I have lived in shared accomodation for several years and am clean, respectful and easy going. Looking for a relaxed house where I can study, socialise and feel at home. I love dogs so am open to households with pets :) I like to keep active, and will usually go to the gym after work each day. I am eager to explore Queensland and love being outdoors. In Victoria I have been working in education and disability support and will hopefully continue to work in these fields up in QLD. I have a small car, so would like to know car parking options. As I am moving from Victoria I will not have furniture for my room with me so a furnished room would be a bonus -however I am open to rooms which are unfurnished :) University starts on the 19th of feb, However would like to arrive a week or two earlier to settle in. Thanks!
I'm looking for the perfect place for me and my beautiful dog, Gus (ask for pics, I promise you'll love him). I'm moving out of my current house in March/late Feb as my housemates are both moving for work. Sadly because of Gus I can't live in an apartment, as he needs a bit of space to run about and I'd feel terrible putting him in a tiny courtyard, so here I am, looking for a place with a yard! I'm keen to find a place to share with one other person. I've got some furniture and white goods, and I'm willing to purchase whatever is missing if I team up with someone. A little about me? I've always lived in Brissie (Except for a couple of years gallavanting overseas after uni), I work full-time as the CFO in a small company, and I spend my weekends out and about, often hitting up beaches and forest walks with friends and my dog. I don't party, but enjoy the occasional couple of quiet wines on a Friday night with friends (or potentially new housemate) over dinner/boardgames/movie. Gus is a 1year old border collie X stumpy-tailed cattle dog. He's a quiet dog and only ever barks if there's a possum, cat or someone he doesn't know in the yard (he's been known to chase intruders!!) He's well-behaved and although he's an active breed, I exercise him daily and he's surprisingly more calm than most working dogs I've met. Although he's previously been used to being inside when I'm at home, he and I would be happy enough for him to be an outdoor-only dog if required.
I'm looking to team up with a FIFO worker or someone who travels a lot for work. I already have a fridge and a washer and assorted kitchenware and furniture. I also come with a cat. I'm very clean, quiet and respectful. I'm a very private person and I keep to myself.
Hi... I have 2 children a girl who is starting year 7 at Sacred Heart and a boy who will be finishing year 12 at St Joseph's college .. They live full time with their dad in Bells Beach Victoria as I have been living interstate so their time with me is school holidays only. I also have a small well trained Maltese Shih Tzu x who is quiet and sweet... I'm a great cook and looking for a relaxed drama free housemate .. Any questions welcome
Hi I'm Luke, work full-time, I cook, clean and I also meal prep (but eat whatever i want for dinner, so more than happy to cook meals for u and help u eat the ones u make 🤣🤣). I have my own furniture including a fridge and washing machine etc for us to share. Im fun and adventurous. Only drink socially 6 months of the year as the rest of the year im prepping to get back on stage. Don't mind going out, and don't mind if you wanna have people over (it's your house too). I also like staying in and watching netflix. I like the beach and love the gym. I would prefer to live with a female as I get along with them more i suppose. Im tidy but not a clean freak. Id also like to become friends with my housemate. I have a medium sized dog as well so i hope thats ok. Im keen to live anywhere really as long as its with 37km of enoggera as Im in the Army and need to commute to the base. Dates to move in can be flexible if need be. Ideally I'd like to team up with someone and find a house together.
I'm 21 and and currently working for an insurance company in the city. I keep pretty clean, play sport most week nights, and like to get out and about on the weekends. Ideally, I'm looking for a couple of fun, social housemates who don't mind a chat and a beer on the weekends.
Hi! I'm looking for a fresh start on the northside, 11 years on the southside time to see what's the fuss is about on the northside. Very clean & tidy, social at the same time I respect other's space (not a space invader) as i love to have time to self. I love getting out and about then can also spend time being homely. I love cooking, going for walks, being active, watching movies, learning new things, meeting new people. I love to spring clean every so often, something I knew about myself until i had my own place. Im easy to get along with. Im not looking to become best friends, happy to hangout over a meal sometimes or to chat, watch TV in lounge area. I have a small dog(child) Sahara, she keeps to herself when she isn't with me. Sahara is a hypoallergenic breed. Most,if not all people fall in love when meeting her. She is toilet trained. Sahara only barks when strange noise at nights. She is a good with people. Is my shadow till at ease then she will be wanting a pat or to play though she not in your face or underneath your feet, as she like to chill be it on her bed or in the sun. Personality plus yet not hyper. Pretty awesome dog and well trained. She is my family in qld as my family live down south & OS... I may have a friend over once in a blue moon for dinner or hangout in room watch a movie. That's me a bit of a paradox .
Hello future roomie! I'm a psych in training clocking clinical hours, enjoy a good meal, chat and catching up on sleep. Fluent in 3 languages, able to save my life in another 3. Lived on 4 continents, travelled to a dozen other & have quite a few funny stories in my back pocket. Also happen to be clean, respectful and friendly. Looking for a room or studio. Any recommendations?
I'm reserved and quiet, a bit of a night owl but I'll never disturb you. I'm currently a full time film student at QUT and spend a lot of my free-time editing videos, watching Netflix and drawing. I'm fairly friendly and will contribute to housework and chores evenly. Overall, I'm a pretty good gal. :)
Hi! I’m looking a for a new place to call home. I’m a 22 year old nurse and am currently studying my masters degree at QUT! I like adventure, chill out to Netflix, enjoy a beverage and relax when I’m not at work or uni. I’m clean, tidy and easy going!
Hi! My friend Mal and I are looking for another person to find a house to rent with us. We are both very very easy going people who have lived in many share houses over the years. A few more things about us: - We are both Aussies, originally from central QLD - Both work full time jobs; myself as a carpenter and Mal in IT - We are both quite, tidy people and would be no bother at all - Not party animals but certainly do enjoy a couple cold beers of an afternoon and company is always appreciated! - Love good music, I also do a lot of rock climbing so that keeps me out of the house and busy - As far as household items go we should pretty much have all the basics covered Looking forward to hearing from some cool like minded people and hopefully be in a nice house ASAP! Cheers, Ken
Hi! My names Lachlan, im 22. I work full time as a New car salesman. I am very easy going, down to earth and relaxed. I am quiet and respectful, clean and tidy. I am looking to move whenever, preferably sooner rather than later. I have very little furniture, just bedroom so a mostly furnished place would be perfect, although am also interested in self contained areas/ entire downstairs ect
