We are looking for a 2 bedroom apartment that is located in the city or Southbank (other suburbs can be also considered). The room has to be on top level to get great views of the city in the morning and at night. My friend and I are working part time and $225 maximum per week is all we can afford for a total of $450 for a 2 bedroom apartment with own toilet and bathroom - 2 bedroom, 2 toilet and 2 bath. We both have cars so we prefer to have parking for us If you think you have what we are looking for, please send me a message. Thanks!
Hi! I am looking for a 1-2 people to move into a house with me. I am very clean and tidy. I am organised and make sure bills and rent are either in early or on time. I love having a good time with friends and people that I live with. I have a beautiful chocolate Labrador who loves to play and cuddle and is such a great companion to have and is an outside dog, and we come as a pair so if you aren't happy living with a dog don't bother messaging me. I am studying externally and working part-time and looking for somewhere for myself and my dog. I like hanging out just watching movies and don't mind going for a cheeky bevvie every now and then.
Entertaining, social, clean, respectful, relaxed and easy to get along with. Australian- back from a few years away for work and travel. Now working fulltime at Bowen Hills. I'm very active, constantly out and about and very social. At the same time I respect privacy and everyone's right to their own time and space. I cook, clean, happy to spend time with housemates.
I'm looking for 1-2 people to move in with, at this stage I'm not quite sure whether it will be just myself or my partner with me as well. I'm super easy going! I work full time and like my personal space after work but I'd also be down for hanging out. I usually do my own thing but I would like to build a friendship with my housemates so we can go on adventures or to dinner and things like that together. I've had mixed experiences with this site so I would like to get to know my potential housemate a bit more before living with them this time ahaha. Looking for people around the same age preferably and likeminded would be great! Feel free to message me if you want any more info or are interested in general :)
I am a 43 year single dad. My little girl is 3 years old and I do have her anything up to 50% of the time. It is a share custody agreement that we decide as we go, depending on the needs of both her and her mum on the week ahead. My daughter is very important to me, so it is important for me to find a room suitable for the two of us to live in. We do cosleep so an extra bed in the room would not be necessary. I do have most of my own furniture, but will to put some in storage if the need arises. I have just recently graduated from a Diploma of Human Resources Management, so am currently looking for work in this field to kick start my new career. In saying that I am determined to find work in the near future, so on the days I dont have my daughter, Im usually busy trying to find suitable employment. I am very responsible with rent, and pay on the day it is due fortnightly as a first priority. I have lived in the same Stafford Residence for three years since my daughters mother and I separated, and quite happy to produce references to show there will never be an issue with my rent, am clean and tidy, respectful, and an allround awesome housemate. Before I livedin my current Residence, I lived in Everton Park, where my daughter is currently residing. In saying that am quite happy to take my time in moving to find the right house and right fit for my daughter, as it is important to me to find something long term as want to be able to provide stability for my little girl. I am a man of word however, and definatly want to do the right thing by my current landlord, so from the date an agreement is made with us, I would have to give him two weeks notice. It is important to me to stay relatively close to the area of Everton Park/Stafford as I dont have transport, and need to be close to my daughter in case of any emergencies that may arise if needed. My life very much does revolve around my munchkin. I have not worked an exact dollar amount I can afford in rent at the moment but hoping for something along the price range of up to $160 per week, although this amount is mentioned it is just a rough estimate until i can work out the figures with an exact dollar amount, as budgeting is also very important to me in my situation so willing to go higher but prefer to go smaller. I am very honest person and tells it is how it is, so I am saying if there is a bond, an arrangement would have to be made to pay it off with my rent upon my tenancy starting, as I honestly do not have that sort of money upfront. Im not sure how all this works so if your interested please get back to me asap with a number or contact details, and be only to happy to contact you as soon as possible. Kind Regards Steven
HIYA I'm Ellen I'm a full time student at QUT and also work at a bottle shop so you can hmu for some sweet specials. I do love hanging out in the afternoon or exchanging whack stories about our days but completely get needing a little alone time. Im also super super clean!! I have a lot of furniture, appliances + general bits and bobs if that sweetens the deal. Open to a lil wriggle room on price (if bills are included or it's just an overall sick place). Keen on meeting up if you think we'd gel!!
Two friends sophie and Mad, one puppy cavoodle looking for one or two others to move into a house or townhouse that has a backyard for my pup. Prefer a modern or newish house

I am fun and outgoing, I love to cook and am a clean and tidy person. I work in the city and would like to find somewhere on the North to the centre of the city to live. My kids live with their mum and I will be off to do things with them when I can. Happy to socialise but I have a fair amount of post uni creative work to do so my own space to retreat will be valuable. Good with house chores and responsibilities and looking to move fairly soon.
Hi, Emily and I are both Registered Nurses who work full-time in Brisbane. We are also studying to advance our careers. We have recently moved to Brisbane for work. We like a chat at the end of the day, and are quiet and clean in the house, we aren't party-goers but enjoy a drink on the weekend. We lead a healthy, active lifestyle and volunteer on time off. We are interested in Mountain Biking, Rugby, AFL, Travel, Art and Basketball. William is allergic to Cats, but okay with Dogs as long as they are kept outside.
Hi! I'm an easy going guy. Work full time in healthcare Registered Nurse. I like to socialize with my flatmate at the same time respect each other privacy. My cat is overseas was not able to bring him to Australia. Very easy going, and clean and respectful to my flatmate- shared since I moved to Australia and found out that communication is the key. Send me a message if you Have place to share and keen to share with me. Cheers :)
My name is Vitor, I'm from Santos, Brazil. I will take a 24-week English course at Browns English School, along with my friend Higor, 18 years old. I am 21 years old, turning 22 in October. We live life quietly, going out with friends and keeping them close. I love traveling, meeting different places and people. I am organized and sociable, I love music, beer, culture and nature.
Hi People, My partner and I are interested in a space to rent. We are both 45 years young! We are interested in a space that has a large bedroom, own bathroom and some outdoor access to a back garden or balcony. Stuart is full time employed as a national sales manager. He is super hand with fixing/making things and I've house trained him really well!! He cooks a mean roast and is pretty hand with a BBQ too. I have my own business and work in various locations in and around Brisbane. I can give you a link to my website if you would like more information about what I do. I travel for business between Melbourne and Brisbane so am around for about 6 weeks before heading off again down south for a few weeks. We also have a small dog, Kolbe (named after the patron saint of "Love endures all things". He comes with me to work and isn't often far from my lap. Rarely is he left home alone and he is also well house trained (although he's not much of a cook!). He also comes with me when I leave for Melbourne most times. We are a friendly couple who enjoy a quiet drink on weekends and getting out and about when possible. We enjoy a good laugh, binging on Netflix and playing various card games. We like socialising but also like our down time. At this point we are looking at existing share properties rather than teaming up to start a new place. Take care of you, Em & Stu
My beautiful Staffy, Ziggy and I have moved back from Melbourne after being away for two years and completely fallen in love with Brisbane all over again. I work in corporate sales however I am a hippy at heart and have a full and active social life. Love the out doors, live music, beach, traveling, cooking, hanging out at home with a great bottle of wine, music while I potter around in a veggie patch. Love to cook good clean food as I am a vegetarian, and although I haven't taught yoga for a few years, I am a fully qualified yoga teacher. Ziggy is an 8 year old brindle staffy who doesn't bark and is fully house trained. He is great with other animals however he would prefer to hang out with humans as he loves all the attention. As I have just moved back, I don't have a lot of furniture. Pretty much my bedroom suite, TV and other bits and pieces I have picked up since I have been back. So if you have a fridge, washing machine and couch, that would be a good start to a comfy home. Looking forward to meeting my next house mates.
Hello Guys, My name is Vitor im from Brazil and i have been living in Brisbane for 5 years now. Thanks Vitor de Lima
Hihi I'm Will👋🏼 Looking for a chilled out, clean environment to live. I'm a signals electrician in the rail industry, and work long hours and allot of weekends. Not a fan of house parties, but don't mind a relaxing drink every now and then. I love cooking (I guess you could say it's my hobby) and sharing the end results. I try to stay active, through beach volleyball and Brazilian jujitsu, when time and fatigue allows it. I have no pets, but will happily befriend anyone else's😊(Unless it's a snake or something)
Hello we are two friends looking for another person or two to team-up with and start a new share house. Our current lease isn't up until September 4th so we won't be moving until the end of August. At the moment we're just looking for person/s who we mesh well with so we have a fun and happy household. ABOUT US: Alice works full time in real estate and Dj works part time and studies full time at QUT. We are both a bit geeky and enjoy games, anime, books, and binge watching Netflix. We also like to have nights out every now and then and have more than a few drinks. Dj owns a cat named Nymeria so we will be after pet-friendly places. She is 2 years old so is full of energy and is very playful. She also loves attention and is very friendly. Nymeria has not really been around other animals but we are sure she would adjust and get along with any pets you may have. For furniture we have a washing machine, fridge, outdoor table set and a mini fridge. We don't have lounge room furniture so if you do that's great! Otherwise we'd be happy to buy it but you would be responsible for furnishing your own bedroom. Our rent budget is $150 each a week (bills not included) but we can go slightly higher if the place is really good. ABOUT YOU: We are looking for a reliable person who pays bills on time and helps with the cleaning around the house. Dj often has to be up at 4am for work (a couple weekdays and every second weekend) so we are looking for someone who can be fairly quiet and respectful on the nights before she has to be up early. You will be going on the lease so please take that into consideration. We're putting this listing up early because we'd like to meet with potential flatmates to see if we'd get along!
Usually spend most of my time out of the house either at Uni or with mates, mostly use the house as a place to crash at night, and to store my stuff, although having good housemates is always enjoyable :)
Hey! :) I'm Steph, I'm 29, I work full time and study part time, I'm pretty neat and like a clean and tidy house :) Looking to move anytime over the next few months, no rush but happy to do it asap if i was to find the right roomy :) I'm looking to live either the Northside (Nundah, Aspley, Kelvin Grove, Wavell Heights, Bridgeman Downs etc - somewhere near The Royal Bris hospital as thats where i work) or even on the Southside (Springfield Lakes, Augustine Heights, Brookwater, Collingwood Park etc - as thats where i am atm). Ok... so I know a lot of people don't wanna live with a kid but honestly, its really no big deal at all. You can still have friends round etc, nothing would have to change i promise! :) My boy is 9 years old, so if you like playing xbox you guys will be best buds lol He's a good kid, looks after things, helps around the house, is pretty easy going and quiet to live with :) We also have an indoor ragdoll cat named Alice. Shes like a dog and follows you around everywhere and waits at the door when u get home lol :) so cute! So, I'm looking for another person to get a house together. Obviously we will have to apply for houses so you'd clearly need to be approved on that as well to live there :) You'll need to be reliable and pay rent on time, respectful of privacy, the property and of other peoples things, work and have a stable income, funny, preferably single and around similar age. I'd really prefer a house rather than a unit with undercover parking (lock up garage) as I drive a BMW :) I guess starting off with a 6 month lease would be ideal, then it can always be renewed if we want :) The house would need to have at least 3 bedrooms coz I need my own space too and dont want to crammed into the same room with my son lol so I'd have one, he'd have one and you'd have the other one/two etc :) I'd also be keen for a few drinks on a friday or Saturday night to relax and unwind after a busy working week if you are :) I looooove cooking and literally make the best caramel tarts you'll ever eat (i have references for this lol), im pretty easy going, love a good laugh and have a very sarcastic sense of humour. So you'd definitely have to be funny, easy going, down to earth and be able to take a joke lol Anyhoo, hope to hear from you soon to organise a day to meet up and see if we connect :)
Hi I'm Gemma, I'm 29. I am currently in the process of moving back to Brisbane after 4.5 years in Newcastle. I'm a speech pathologist and registered nurse, so will be working full time in either/both of these capacities. I will be moving at some stage in early August when work is locked in. I'm clean, quiet and tend to keep to myself but also like a bit of a chat rather than pretending my housemates don't exist. Happy to provide my own furniture. I'm interested in smaller share houses (as in only living with a couple of people), granny flats or share houses where I have my own space. I'm a fairly low key person, not into partying or huge amounts of socialising. More of a person who's likely to spend a Saturday night with a quiet glass of wine watching a movie. I'm a fit, healthy vegetarian but don't have issues with others eating meat around me. For fun I like to spend time with friends, which usually consists of a movie/coffee/brunch/general chat or hangout. I like to spend time with my animals and reading books. I do exercise regularly and walk the dog. I do have 2 indoor pets. Mannie- a 10 year old cocker spaniel, who would likely be in day care a few days per week. If you want cuddles he will happily provide them! He is house trained and well behaved, loves pats and cuddles. Mannie is great with other dogs. Gus- a 20 odd year old cat who is 100% indoors. Given his age, he doesn't do much aside from find sunny spots to sunbake in and sleep a lot. He sadly isn't friendly with other cats, but seems to love dogs for some reason. They're both really lovable, affectionate and well trained.
Hi, I'm Sophie, I work in the city full time as a legal secretary and study part-time. This keeps me super busy during the week. I like to keep fit and healthy. Looking for somewhere clean and quiet to call home.
My names Candice and I'm a 24 year old nurse looking for a place for myself and my 9 month old puppy who is a bordecolliexkelpie. I work shift work with mostly mornings but some times work nights and afternoon shifts. Im easy going person who has lived with a couple and also 2 guys before. I'm looking for a relaxed place for myself, also a place with roomies who love dogs and that has a fenced in area for my dog to be safe and play while I'm at work. She normally is an inside with me and sleeps inside but is completely toilet trained :) I don't mind if she has to stay outside, as long as it has a small undercover area for her to be safe in the winter/ bad weather. Super Keen to find a fun, easy going place with like minded people. Would rather live with people around my age and would rather live with other females but not that fussy! Hit me up if you have place or want to team up to get a place together.
I'm reserved and quiet, a bit of a night owl but I'll never disturb you. I'm currently a full time film student at QUT and spend a lot of my free-time editing videos, watching Netflix and drawing. I'm fairly friendly and will contribute to housework and chores evenly. Overall, I'm a pretty good gal. :)
