Hi, I'm a French engineer looking for a room until at least the end of the year. I love wine, houmous, techno and sports. I like going out and always learning stuffs. As I just arrived, I look forward to discover the city and I hope living in an Australian or international flat/house sharing. I need to live close to a T1 station to go to work...
A short introduction: i go to usyd, and im in my first year studying b of economics! i was born in sydney and raised here. a bit about myself? i really enjoy meeting new people, experiencing new things, and travelling. im a bit more of an adventurous type of person, i enjoy hiking, the great outdoors. ive done a bit of solo travelling before and have been on student exchange in highschool. because of these things, i generally find myself a bit more open minded than most people. hobbies: reading, cooking, learning, exploring, trying new things, going to markets, meeting cool and inspirational people from around the world. :) i think there is always something you can learn from everyone you meet.
I'm Karl and I'm currently looking for a long term place to stay in Sydney by mid-August. A little something about me: I'm 31 years old, currently working in a media agency based in Canberra, but will be moving to another media agency in Sydney by the 17th of August. I love musicals, anime series and the beach. During my spare time, I'm usually out of the house as I love walking around just to explore the neighborhood, looking for good places to eat and have brunch, or drinks. I like keeping things clean and orderly. I don't have a lot of things apart from clothes, shoes, beddings and towels, toiletries, and my luggage. I usually keep to myself in my room, although socialising in the common area is not an issue. I like to pretend that I know how to cook, so I occasionally prepare meals when I have the time. I don't have any preferences with regards to flatmates, so long as they also keep the place clean.
We are a couple who currently study in a business school here in Sydney. We are looking for a room or a studio apartment for long term, depends on place. We are both non-smokers. We are not kind of people who like having parties. I am from Turkey and my girlfriend is from Brazil.
Hi there! Im a 20 year old female moving from Canada, New Brunswick! I'm pretty outgoing and very easy to get along with. I also clean up after myself and am pretty quiet. I love doing stuff outdoors like hiking and adventuring around and am very excited to explore Australia! Asides from stuff outdoors I do enjoy a wide range of activities from going out on weekends to playing board games and watching movies. I'm looking for a place I can have my own private room and no farther than 20-25 minutes away from the airport as I am going to be working as a waitress there for four months. If you have any questions about me don't hesitate to ask!
My name is Malachi Ottawa, 21 years of age, chefs apprentice and am looking for somewhere closer to work in Wynyard. I'm a very quiet and clean person and often work nights. Thank you for your time and consideration, if possible please contact me.
I love to live in a clean environment and willing to work well with others and I also have a great sense of humour and love to crack some jokes when I have the time to socialise with other flatmates
I'm a student from the U.S. living in Sydney on exchange, hoping to find an apartment/sharehouse around Redfern/Surry Hills! I consider myself a clean and easygoing roommates who loves to cook. I'm looking for housing from July 21st-December 17th.
I moved to Sydney two years ago. I work in advertising, I'm fun and outgoing. I enjoy life and I'm active. But I am not a party house type. I enjoy chilled weekdays and go out over the weekends. I am clean and tidy.. Maybe even too much ;) I respect my flatmates and expect the same in return. I'm looking for a place that I can call home :)
Hey, I'm Christina, 26 years old, coming from Germany. I love to explore and travel different countries and cities, which is why I decided to come to Sydney to spend a semester abroad at the University of Sydney for 4 months (postgraduate programme in psychology). I'm very open minded and outgoing. I'm into techno music and all kinds of festivals (music, art, food etc.). I also like to go for a run, do yoga or just hang out with friends with a glass of wine or a good movie. Since I've been living in shared flats for the last 6 years, I'm used to this kind of living already and have no problems with keeping a place clean. I like to spend time with my flatmates, for example while cooking or going out together. But closing the door behind you and having some time to yourself when you feel like it is absolutely fine as well. I'm looking for a lively flat with interesting flatmates so that I can get to know Australia and Sydney not only as a visitor but be part of this city! Hope to hear from you soon!
I'm Caitlin. I just moved back to Sydney a few months ago after doing a stint in Auckland (from the US originally but don’t hold it against me). I’m honest to a fault, independent, and very clean. I'm always up for a glass of wine with my housemates but know that people like having their space too. I have a master’s degree in maritime archaeology, which basically means I love shipwrecks. I'm currently doing a certificate in project management in hopes it'll help me get a job in my field. I currently work at a market research company. Let me know if you are doing any viewings.
I am an easy-going flatmate, clean and tidy. Not obsessed though. I am always up for having a drink with the roomies, watching a movie or just chilling on a cafe nearby. I also like and respect our own private space and time. I like talkative and genuine friendly people.
I am friendly, open minded, cooperative, helpful, respectful, peace loving and an honest person. I am very particular about cleanliness and like to keep my room and bathroom neat, tidy and hygienic. I would love to stay with people who share the same values. I will be studying a full time masters course at The University of Sydney. Searching for a place with easy commute to the Camperdown campus. Thank you.
Me and my partner are looking for a place to stay, we're both fairly introverts with one who is working and one studying. we're hoping to find something long term with other people we can vibe along well together with. both me and my partner are avid gamers as well
Hey I'm Rhi, I'm from the UK, and I work in TV Production out here on a working holiday visa. Sometimes work long hours and odd weekends but will very rarely say no to anything - serious FOMO'er! Always down for a family night in, a cheeky few down the pub, any novelty class/event or comedy night and even, sometimes, a run or gym class. Genuinely love cleaning -like to keep a place tidy. I'm after the right balance of home comfort and hangouts but not into a 24/7 party house. Previously living in Manly which has been a DREAM but my upcoming job will be based inner west so looking at Newtown area or central. I am currently in Indonesia having taken a month out so I fly back on the 25th and start my new job on the 30th. Ideally looking to move straight in on the 25th! Happy for either a bridging short let whilst I find something until end of November (when my visa expires) or the full period. Obviously will just have to communicate over FaceTime! Oh and I come with a cute little pet fish! A hangover purchase, so you could be in with a lucky inheritance! Joking (not joking)
Work full time in finance in the city Monday - Friday, am clean, easy going, friendly and social. Like to be healthy and like to go to the gym or run after work. Also enjoy wine on the weekends
I am looking mainly for someone to team up with to find a cute place! I have all furniture needed (lounge, tv unit, tv, dining set) and all white goods. I recently started a job in Alexandria so am looking for a place around the inner west. I currently live in Gladesville. I am tidy and love interiors. I love seeing my friends after work and on the weekend but also love some downtown watching the same episodes of the Office with a wine. I am looking to team up with like minded people who loves to chat but also respect each other's down time.
Hey, I'm Tom and I'm 23 from the Sunshine State, looking for a room to rent from the 13th of August to mid Feb. I'm a big sports fan, loving all things rugby, cricket, basketball and in between. I'll be working full time in the CBD at Suncorp from 8 - 5:30 Mon - Fri. Then out exploring Sydney for most of the weekend with my girlfriend, who is working in Australia and living in the Northern Beaches. I'm a very friendly and approachable person, who loves to have a chat over meals as well as lounging out with room mates watching telly or spending time together over the weekend. But I also love time to myself, reading or binging tv shows and watching basketball. I'm tidy, both common areas and my room, organised and easy going. I'm a pretty average cook so it all evens out in the end!
My name is Michael , I am a 27 year old French man born in Paris. I have been living in Australia for two years, I moved from Melbourne to Sydney a few months ago and I am looking for a single room where I'll find the privacy I need. I am a very social person who likes to share good times, I am used to having people around me and really enjoy to learn about different cultures or meet new people. I like to cook and have quiet nights at home watching movies or study as much as I like to go out social dancing as I am passionate of music and latin dance. I am used to living in community and to respect each one's privacy in the house, it is also an important point for me to live in a clean and tidy space. possibly the best housemate ever ! ;) cheers !
