Hello :) I'm an artist and university lecturer - I've been splitting my time between Sydney and the Southern Highlands but am keen to cut down commute times. I'm starting the search super early because I want to find the right place! I'm looking for a share house that feels like a home, with a good balance of being social and having fun, but also has some quiet times for when everyone needs to get stuff done. Ideally, I'd love to share with creatives/like-minded people, where there's some space to work on projects, but its not 100% essential. Basically, I can cook, clean, change toilet rolls and have a laugh. Get in touch if this sounds like a good fit.
I'm an artist from Canberra who works part time and I spend a lot of travelling between Canberra and Sydney. However, I am planning to start my Masters next year so I'm looking to move to the coastal outskirts of Sydney so I can be closer. I am a non smoker, I don't have a pet but I love animals so I don't mind if you have pets. I'm easy-going, friendly and I like to cook. I'm respectful of other people's space and privacy and equally enjoy relaxing/quiet time and socialising/having a chat.
Hi, my name is Bruce. I'm returning to Sydney in early January after a year working in the UK. I work for a US Healthcare company and will be splitting my time between our Mascot HQ and visiting customers in QLD. I'm in my 40's, don't smoke and like an outdoor lifestyle (hiking, beaches etc), fairly busy with work during the week, but like the odds glass of wine and to go out for a beer and a nice meal now and then. Looking for somewhere with some outdoor space (the more the better, I'm happy to help with gardening etc). I'm happy to commute. I have my own social life but it's good to socialize with housemates, I respect the privacy of others and appreciate we all need time to ourselves. I have rented out rooms in my own house in the UK for many years, so know how to keep things running smoothly. I'll be travelling quite a bit, so will often be away on business. When I'm in the office I'm usually out 8am to 6pm Mon to Fri with occasional weekend work.
Hi we're ben and steph :) We are keen to move out and looking for some great roommates to live with and accompany us and our puppy bulldog Henry. Steph is studying nursing and works as a disability carer and ben is a labourer hopefully starting apprenticeship soon! We are from the south coast NSW, wombarra to be exact. We are a pretty chilled couple who are fairly new to the area so we don't know many people. Hope to hear back from you soon :)
Hi, I am looking for a lovely home. I love nature, and the environment is important to me. I am a gentle and trustworthy person who loves to spend time in my own space creating, and in beautiful nature. I hope to find the right home with the right people for me to share a home with. Thank you, Pip (PS so sorry , I put in 40+ )
Hi! My name is Brooke, I am 23 and a recent law graduate from Wollongong. My lease expires on the first 1st of May so I need a new place (can move earlier). I am currently working in the city as well as in Wollongong. I don't mind the commute so I am looking to either stay in the Wollongong area or move to the Sutherland/Shire area. Ideally I'd like to live close to a train station (within a 30min walk) however its no big deal as I have a car. I do have a lot of my own furniture so I would also be keen to do a team up and get a lease but I'm flexible with this and would totally move into a furnished place if it was the right fit. I am a social person but I am also respectful of personal space and like a bit of personal space myself. I am very understanding of noise/unusual schedules (4 years of university college), though I personally like to get up and go to sleep early. I like to keep my space clean and tidy and I really love cooking. Ive got no issues sharing a bathroom... I've actually never had my own so it's a pretty foreign concept anyway! I am outdoorsy, so I don't like to spend a whole lot of time at home anyway and on weekends I enjoying hiking, scuba diving, stand up paddle-boarding and going to the beach. If you think I would be suitable for you place or you'd like to get a place with me send me a message! :)
I am a reliable, trustworthy, enthusiastic 32 year old. I am neat and tidy, quiet and friendly.
Hi, I am a pretty chilled, grounded person, always up for house hold chatter, cackles and hangs. I am an OCD architect in training, which means I keep my spaces neat and tidy, but not to a length that would hinder another's way of living, always respectful of other people's space and household items. I am a food loving vegan. I love to cook and share meals, especially over a glass of vino. In saying that, I am not pedantic about pot and pan sharing. I love being in the garden; planting, composting, growing, yoga-cising, reading and simply just being. One last thing, I have a small black, adorable Bombay cat who gets on well wth most animals. She tends to adventure outside during the day, and is an extraordinary cuddle buddy in the evening.
Quiet and easy going. I work full time doing Metal Fabrication at Taren Point. I like to get out on weekends going four wheel diving, camping, fishing or just hanging out with friends and family. I have a dog. He's a desexed four year old English Staffy. He's very well behaved and obedient. Also gets along with other dogs. He is very friendly. I've recently moved back to Sydney from Queensland and I'm hoping to share a place for 6 months or more if it's suitable
27 yr old Quiet, easy going and mature. I thrive in a clean and organised space..I will always be happy to pitch in with housework! I work full time and don't mind quiet time to myself. I have a border collie who loves the beach, we enjoy camping, bush walks and jump on the stand up paddle board together! I cherish a small group of close, trustworthy friends and although I am not super outgoing I don't mind a cheeky wine at times. Ideally a space with a yard or access to an outdoor area would suit my needs.
Clean, friendly and easy going. Working professional looking for a place to unwind. Not looking for a party place. Looking for a place long term and would like to develop a good relationship with the housemates. Sociable and enjoy a drink or two.
I'm easy-going but like a clean, tidy space. I work shiftwork fulltime so spend much of my time out. I enjoy spending my free time with my friends/getting outdoors. Currently living with friends at the moment and our rental has fallen through so need to find a place ASAP. Happy to live with both sexes/in a sharehouse.
Hi my name is May, I work full-time and am creative, like photography, travel, art and music, would like to live in a relaxed enviroment. looking for a team up, I have furniture and white goods etc.. would like to share with someone who is easygoing, who likes a social drink but not live in a party house. A person who works full time and is tidy around the house and likes to have laugh.
We are both professionals who are clean and respectful. We like to go out on weekends and enjoy beaches or spend time with friends and family. On weekday evenings we are happy making a meal and watching some Netflix or going out to a restaurant. We enjoy travelling, music and the great outdoors. We don't mind a beer or a wine every now and then.
Hey I'm a 22 year old student who while likes to socialise can sit down and quote firefly and next generation to you. I cannot play games such as cod as I tend to either die first or accidentally shoot everything. I've had to spend the summer break living in Melbourne while my sister undergoes chemo, however as she will be finishing rehab I will be able to move back to the Sydney/Wollongong mid April. If you decide to accept this odd one, you will be having to accept that if time permits drinks out and groovy tunes with legends tends to happen. Dribbling about me is not my finest area. While I spend a lot of time at uni and work I need the social souls to help keep me sane. I'm a frother of learning new things, and will always have time for others. If you are looking for an absolute cruiser who is probably too easy going, but clean and pays bills on time then THATS ME... Hopefully. There is also the tendency to boogy around the house. I would hope that I'm easy going and open minded. Please feel free to yell my way if you like :)
Hi, I'm currently living in a share house in North Wollongong and have decided it's time for a change. I'm taking a break from studying, bachelor of science, to save some money and so will be working much of the time. I enjoy bush walks, climbing, gardening, reading and gaming when I'm not working. I'm looking for a place that's a bit quieter and tidier than my current place, preferably with 3 people or less. I'm a tidy person, definitely not looking for a party house, that said I am partial to the occasional gathering.
