Well here I am, a student and a musician. I am studying Science, majoring in Ecology, and very obsessed with making music and sharing in practice with other artists. Moved from Melbourne in 2019, have lived in many sharehouses from the worst of the worst junkie pubs to the nice country caravan stays. Greek background, I love food and gardens and a good conversation, and at this point plenty of alone time to do my studying. Gotta get them good marks. I am looking for a house where people can find rest and creativity. A strong place that's got a good culture of care and respect. I also like to be able to move around and not have to do small talk, keep it real and simple, no pretence. Just like a family..ha, well depends what type of family. The optimum situation would be to have music equipment set up and able to record. I understand that might be a hard ask, so at the very least somewhere to store a drum kit. Uuuuumm, I think that is it. Thanks. Kosta.
Friendly, clean, reliable, I work as a PT running outdoor training for stressed out mums and dads, and also work at a university gym, I like to stay fit and healthy, and enjoy the outdoors, however it's all about balance, life's too short not to enjoy that gigantic pizza. My passion is music, I play a little guitar, and I also love to surf. Currently trying to taste/understand/differentiate the taste in types of vino?!?
Hi! I'm Bart, 23 years old and I'm from The Netherlands. I moved to Australia the end of April 2019. I'm an engineer and work for a Dutch agricultural company. This year I'm working in Australia to support a transit period between importers. I'm a easygoing person and always up for a laugh. Some things I like to do: - Listen to music - Play guitar - Hangout with friends - Travel - Learn different languages (I speak Dutch, English, German and French) - Go skiing - Work on my project cars - Talk about technical stuff - Watch movies or go to the cinema - Eat good food I'm looking for a place where I can feel at home. Besides the colleagues I have at work I don't really know anybody here yet. I'd like to live with some people that like to go out for dinner sometime and that can show me around a bit. I work a lot and during the week I'll mostly be off to WA, QLD or NSW. During the weekend I also like to have some privacy and take some time to relax! Thanks for reading my brief introduction!
I am a 3D animator from New Zealand who's beginning work in beautiful Adelaide. I am quiet and respectful as well as keen to make new friends and explore what Australia has to offer. I love animals, I don't smoke, I enjoy exercising and I'm always interested in experiencing new places, potential new hobbies, and food. I am looking for a flat with like-minded people who enjoy quiet nights in and the occasional drink.
I’m an easy going, friendly, neat person who is looking to move out of home. I’m a full time student, studying law and psychology. I also work as a Law Clerk part time. I love a good chat but also am very respectful of people’s space. I love cooking so probably would enjoy cooking for my flat mates from time to time, and can always go for a good glass of wine or a G & T just to finish off the day.
I am a full time Masters student at Flinders and I am working part time in childcare. I like to go for walks and explore markets. I have been getting into gardening lately and have a slight obsession with indoor plants right now. I’m looking for a friendly space where I will be able to finish my studies this year.
I am an Brazilian Civil eng, living in Sydney for 3 years, and moving soon to Adelaide for study’s. I like to make friends but also give people space when they need. I always keep my room clean, as for the rest of the rooms I don’t mind helping to keep it clean as a team effort. It’s my first time in Adelaide , so my plan is to get a non contract or a short term contract in a house, until I get to know the city and find a place that better fits my necessities. It can be your house and if so I could be staying for longer.
I'm an expat of 17 years and have travelled to 16 countries so far. I was born in the USA and have been to Canada, Germany, Denmark, Russia, Japan, Korea, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Malaysia, Sri Lanka and Australia. When I have time, which I haven't for the past year, I am an avid hobbyist. I've done kite design for aerial photography before drones were around. I've spent a few years roasting coffees and brewing ales and lagers. I've been a hot chilli gardener and packaged and sold spice infused salts and oils at local markets. Career-wise I am an Industrial Designer and currently serve as Chief Product Officer of an Australian startup company. I don't use social media but do have a LinkedIn account. When I'm not working I'm usually enjoying a beer, charting crypto, watching youtube or catching up on sleep. About time commitment I can only commit to one or two months as the nature of our startup is evolving.
I’m currently studying a Bachelor of Health and Medical Science at the University of Adelaide. I also work part-time in retail at a beautiful gift shop. I mainly like spending my free-time catching up with friends or having some time to myself to just relax. I’m super social and independent, so I’m not always home. I also genuinely enjoy cleaning so being untidy won’t be an issue! Just looking to move and live out of home while still studying. I love meeting new people, so having flat mates will be perfect!
