I am very respectful towards others and in most of my free time will be hanging out with my girlfriend or in my room chilling. I plan on studying in Sydney however I just need a place to get my Sydney life started. I am very pet friendly and accepting of all. Hey there! My name is Fritz, originally from Auckland, NZ and I moved to Sydney in Aug 2016 for work. I'm a full-time professional working in Martin Place and have been living in Ashfield since then. A little bit about me, I'm a big sports fan especially NBA, NRL, AFL, NFL and La Liga. I'm easy to get along with, very friendly and can be counted on when it comes to work around the house. The reason I'm looking for new accommodation is because my flatmate bought a property (good on her) and she'll be moving out soon. I would've loved to stay where I'm at now but obviously circumstances change. I'm looking for an accommodation where I can stay long-term as I want to be settled so hopefully you can be part of my journey!
Heyo, I'm recently graduated, working full-time in banking come February. I'm looking for a place in the inner west near a train line, no further than Strathfield and ideally around the Newtown area. I've been living in shared accommodation for about 4 years now so I understand how to balance being social and respecting privacy in a share house. I'm looking for sociable housemates who have lived in shared accommodation before and now how to keep a place clean and tidy. I'm pretty relaxed and easygoing, always down for a chat if I'm around the house and not too busy. I love to travel, go hiking, play board games, cook and binge watch TV shows. I occasionally have friends over for drinks/boardgames/a bbq, but we're never too loud and usually it's not too many people. I will be in Sydney from around the start of Feb looking for place. Feel free to message me if there's anything else you'd like to know about me, or if you're interested in having me as a housemate / teaming up for a place :) Thanks, Prageeth
Hey Sydney, I've Just accepted a Graduate position in the city so looking to move to the biggest smoke for the foreseeable future. Originally from Melbourne, I've most recently been living in Canada but am now returning to Aus to get my career started (RIP/Pour one out). I've lived in most kinds of shared accom you can imagine - sharehouses, college at uni, staff accom for work (So well versed in passive aggressive cleanups). I'm pretty reserved and easy going (actually though). Also an eldest sibling so I have all the tidy/neatness genes I'm hoping to find something relatively close to a train line, have somewhere to park my car and definitely my own room. Ideally under $300/week, but no real specific areas. Definitely looking to make some new house friends to do stuff with as I only know a couple of people up this way, Cheers!

About myself..I love animals, so it’s a plus if you have animals :) And doing fitness, and dancing. Most of days I’m out to work or study. Looking for a own room for staying long term. I won’t reply if is over of my budget, thanks.
Originally from Brisbane, I'm moving to Sydney this year to work full-time with the orchestra. I'll also be continuing postgraduate studies whilst I'm working and will occasionally be back and forth between Brisbane. I'm quiet, easy-going, but sociable and keen to chat and chill from time to time. An occasional gamer, I'm a big fan of Age of Empires and try to play very badly online. I also enjoy a good hike. In the past, I've always cooked my meals but can be flexible with this and am always tidy in the kitchen. As a professional violinist I need to be able to practise regularly, however - but if you're a fan of classical violin music, then jackpot. We violinists have ways to keep things quiet if need be. I promise I won't keep you up at night. :) I'm Australian-born but my background is Chinese and I can speak Mandarin.
hello friends, me and my friend Amy are on the search for third muskateer to join us in sharing a 3 bedroom place around the Newtown area. We'd be interested in someone who will join in on a laugh and someone to be friends but also aware of personal space. Budget of about $250 a week!
