Hi all, I'm mix thai and Australian born an raised. I'm looking a private room/ share apartment. I am very considerate of others, friendly, clean an keep to myself :) I work as a model in Asia which requires me to travel every couple of months. My next trip will be early February next year. Usually i would i stay in asia for 3months then come back to Sydney an work here as a personal trainer an waiter in a restaurant for a couple months then back to asia. I'm basically looking for short term stay however if it is negotiable to stay or leave some of my belongings while im working in asia then i would be more than pleased to stay for long term stay.
I am currently working full time and studying part time. I am a neat and tidy person. I respect the people I live with and am a responsible professional. I am from Melbourne and am looking for some flat mates. I love to play the guitar and listen to music. Also like reading and watching movies.
I work long hours, travel a lot and on the weekends I like to hang out with my daughter for sport , lunch movies etc. I like good conversation and the occasional glass of wine. I love cooking and watching a good movie. I’m very housetrained so clean, no noise and private. Might stay longer if it’s working out A clean household is my only ask, everything else I don't really mind.
I'm looking for an unfurnished room (with own bathroom, or not shared with more than one person) close to public transport. I work full time on weekdays so they’re pretty low key for me. I’m a bit of a hygiene freak, so I like a clean and tidy place and would like to live with similar people. I really enjoy alone time, but always up for a chat with drinks. I have a cute little cavoodle puppy living with me part time. He's toilet trained and I intend to keep him indoors. He’d go to work with me during the day, so he’s basically only ever home when I am. Definitely interested in teaming up with other dog owners to find a pet friendly place and set up a new home. I have a place in mind if anyone's interested.
I am a clean, tidy and friendly person, love to have a laugh aswell as respect other people. I work Monday to Friday from 7pm to 3:30pm, so you will see me awake around 5 in the morning making a coffee getting ready for work. Usually a quiet person, i don't party or drink very often. Just an easy going guy who needs a place to live :)
I'm a hospitality professional, relocating from Sydney to Parramatta for an exciting new role at Holiday Inn Parramatta. I primarily would be doing shift work, and of course, mess is the last thing you'll expect from a hospitality professional. I'd be willing to move in by the 10th of October if all goes well. Cheers Kay
Hey peeps, I am looking for a wonderful place to call home for the next 3 years. I'm gonna be back in Sydney at the beginning of January 2019. I'll leave Australia on the 9th of October to travel and visit home so I would still be able to stop by for a viewing before that. I know it's a bit early to start looking but I thought it could be worth trying. A little bit about myself: I’m 26 years old, easy going, respectful and from Germany. I love to live in a clean but cozy environment and socialise with my future housemates :) I'm gonna be on a student visa studying Marketing in the City. My Job is gonna be in Manly though so, therefore, I'm looking for a private room around this area. I'd love to hear from you, thanks xx Jaqui
Hello, my name is Charlie, a finance professional, female, Chinese, in my 20s. I am friendly, easygoing, considerate and tidy. Can be chatty, can be quiet. After work, you will find me studying most of the time while still trying to go out with friends. I know about sharing a place and taking care of it for I've lived in Canberra and Singapore for over 10 years before moving to Sydney. Move in date is anywhere between 30 September and 21 October. Good wifi is important to me. Message me here or text me, please!
I'm clean, quiet, reliable lab worker, coming to Sydney on a work contract. I need a quiet room with my own bathroom and decent internet. In the lab I clean up after myself as if I were never there and that's how I will treat your place. More than happy to have a chat and unwind after work and on a lazy Sunday afternoon, but otherwise I'll be typing away on research work. Non-smoker.
Hey there! I'm a student at Sydney Uni and almost a high school teacher (only a year of uni to go!). I've had two short stints living out of home while studying overseas and have finally decided to bite the bullet and leave the nest here in Sydney. I'll be honest, I'm generally pretty quiet and am not really a party person. I do drink but not at all excessively (boring, right?). My ideal Saturday night is spent curled up at home watching Netflix. I absolutely adore cooking and I'm also a huge nerd for anything language or literature-related (books, movies, poetry, learning languages... I'm down). On the weekends (when I'm not working or studying), I love going to art galleries and museums, pottering around the shops or if the weather permits, going to the beach. As I'm studying full-time and also working four different part-time jobs, I'm not home much during the week so I'll have no problem staying out of your hair. Especially so whenever I'm on a teaching prac :)
-Easy going -Respectful of space -Considerate -Quiet -Work full-time in IT -Tidy/Clean -Enjoys my own space -Routine-based -Willing to learn and respect the differences of others
Quiet, tidy, single non-smoker with a busy full-time work and study schedule. Working in and studying accounting in Parramatta. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, bushwalking, cooking, martial arts, movies, and above all, music. Would love to find some like-minded people to share a place with.
My name is Paolo, I am 45, I am originally from Italy (Rome) but now I am Australian as well (I have lived in Wollongong, Adelaide, and Sydney since 2004). I did my PhD in Geosciences in Wollongong university (completed in 2012). I am renting in Marsfield at the moment, working in the geotechnical engineering team of Northconnex tunnel (Wahroonga Interchange), but on 10 October I will start a new position in the Office of Environment and Heritage (their current office is In Goulburn Street in the city). Considering that the Epping-Chatswood train line will stop soon, I was thinking of moving to Chatswood (It will be much easier for me to go to the city). I am quite tidy, polite and friendly (in fact my best friends during my time in Australia have been my ex-housemates with whom I am still in contact). I have always liked to practise sports and I still train regularly 3-4 times per week for running (I like to join races and park runs), and I try to keep maintain a bit of flexibility with yoga and swimming. I also like to play guitar (I have both electric and acoustic, but if I practice I can use the electric that it's not noisy without amp). I have a car that I will probably use mostly on weekends since I plan to go to work with public transport. I would like to find a tidy, quiet but also friendly place, possibly with other professionals.
Hi! I am a friendly, tidy, respectful gentleman with a lot of experience living in sharehouses. I work as a software engineer and am starting a new role with a medical device manufacturer in Sydney in October. My wife is joining me in Sydney in April next year, so I am just looking for a 6-month tenancy. I enjoy many kinds of music although I prefer jazz, klezmer, etc. I'm gregarious but introverted. I love animals but won't be bringing any with me. I would really prefer to live close to the T64 bus line so that I can get to work in Bella Vista easily.
Hi all. I am a professional working for an engineering firm at Alexandria. I am looking for an ensuite room around the Homebush area. If you have/ will have a place that you want to rent out then hit me up
Moving to Sydney from Wollongong for bigger and better opportunities. Recently graduated from University of Wollongong with a Master's in Engineering. I am clean, quiet, a non-smoker and not a party person. I respect each others' space and help with things in the house as best as I can. I have been renting out the second bedroom for the two bed room unit I had the lease for and hence I would be able to understand what you would be looking for in a good housemate. I am looking to find a furnished room preferably with off street parking around 5 km radius to Macquarie park.
Hey! I’m originally from New Zealand but currently stay in Sydney, Australia! I’m a bar attendant that just recently got offered a job in the parramatta area hence why I’m here, looking to relocate closer for work. I genuinely keep to myself and I’m very friendly and independent. I love to socialise and I get along with most people. I’m a super clean freak and love my own privacy. For fun I like to go out with my friends and travel, do crazy things like skydiving etc.. I’m a real daredevil. I’m mainly looking for flatmates to team up as I have seen heaps of great properties I’m interested in but can’t afford alone. Ps. I am extremely allergic to cats! Feel free to pm me :)
