First and foremost, I am an Australian citizen based in Adelaide who has a clean record (a bonus)! My reason for the big move: Sadly, statistics show that Adelaide has one of the highest unemployment rates in Australia, making it difficult to find full-time employment (or any job at all). Because of this, I've decided that it's time for a change, even if it means starting a new life in Sydney in order to seek new opportunities and chase my dreams (whatever that may be - I hadn't thought that far ahead)! In the meantime, I am looking for full-time retail or admin work (without previous experience in admin). If you have connections or know of any job vacancies you can refer me to, that would mean the world! I will obviously need the financial stability to pay the rent! A little about myself / What makes me great to live with: I am: - an introvert; an INTP (if that matters to anyone) - true and honest (often blunt, but with good intentions) - emotionally intelligent (respectful towards your personal space, but can provide emotional comfort and support if/when needed) - open-minded (accepting of others' differences; will respect your values and expect the same in return) - clean and organised (a slight case of OCD, but not as extreme as you might think) - polite (will not use your things and/or eat your food without your consent)
Hi I am new to sydney and will be working in the CBD area . Looking for a bright clean studio partment which is not more then 30-40 mins away from CBD. I am looking for a studio or room with ensuite bathroom Thanks
Hi my name is yoko I’m 25 years old, I’m working full time as a hairdresser!, I’m super friendly ! And fun, I hope the next place I move in to is like a family not just a place to sleep!, I’m clean but not a clean freak!
I am from Hong Kong, currently studying full time at USyd. I usually stay back at uni. So I absolutely won’t be disturbing. I like to keep the living spaces tidy and clean so no need to worry about the messiness!:) I very friendly, easy going and sociable. I love making friends! So having meals together or just a drink w housemates are absolutely great:))) Can even get on some Netflix binge together!!
Looking to move out roughly by the end of June. I'm clean, really chill and usually down for a drink after work. Self-acclaimed spectacular cook, and if you don't find me in the kitchen you'll likely find me on my computer or at the gym. Feel free to message me, Jack
I am a South African female in her early 30’s who’s made a recent change in career and is now moving to Sydney to work and study part-time. I am clean, quiet and generally keep to myself, but also enjoy a bit of company every now and then, or just a good Netflix session. I’m looking for a place that is walking distance to the train station.
Hey guys! We're a friendly Chinese couple,Aria and William. We are all university students with regular lifestyle ,quiet and tidy.I study business and my boyfriend is a IT student. I'm an outgoing person and love chatting! William would be a little bit shy with new people(which is pretty cute lol),but he is super nice. We all have a open mind and happy to make more new friends. If that sounds like the right roommates for you, feel free to contact us! I look forward to hearing from you soon:)
Easy going couple, full time workers, clean, quiet and very tidy. We are such a foodie couple. Enjoy outdoors, road trips and, sometimes, have friends over for nice cheese dinner.
Hi, I'm a 38 year old female who works full time. I spend most of my spare time pursuing my hobbies or spending time with friends so I'm not home a great deal. I'm looking ideally for a pretty quiet place to live, with someone who is happy to have a friendly chat from time to time but also values time to themselves.
Hi, my name is Sandy! I'm a Sydney local completing a Masters of Teaching in Early Childhood full-time. I'm working towards being a preschool teacher in the future. I'm kind of ambiverted so I love socialising and meeting new people from different cultures, but at the same time I sometimes enjoy some quiet, alone time. I'm honest, open-minded and respectful of other's space, needs and values. I know how to cook for myself, clean and take responsibility for my own things because I've lived independently abroad before. In my free time I enjoy exploring different parts of the city when I can, checking out local events with friends, watching movies, listening to music and reading :')
I'm working full time as engineer at north shore areas. I'm very quiet, tidy, clean and i spend most of the time at work and if i am home i will be sitting in front of my computer for drama/series/games. I don't really cook but if i do, it will be most likely a quick one. Prefer to have my own bathroom but if sharing, maximum share with 1 or 2 person. I do not smoke. I drink occasionally at work, social place, event but not really at home unless housemate request 1 or 2 beers or wines. I'm very easy going. I'm not party type of person. I enjoy sleep in, laundry, out for meals during weekends. I'm always sharp on rental payment. I can move in earlier but i need to notify my current landlord 2 to 4 weeks prior
Hi, I'm Pridhvi. I've been living in Sydney for over 6 months now. I've come here on a work visa from India and I'm working full time for an analytics firm in CBD. A bit about myself: I'm a very laid back person, respectful of boundaries but always up for a chat/drink or two. I'm quite athletic if I say so myself, up for most physical activities. I play/watch football (the English kind), table tennis and a bit of the cricket. I'll be working from 9-7 Monday-Fridays and will be free on the weekends and generally explore Sydney and surrounding areas. When I'm not at work, you'll likely find me binging on TV shows/movies etc. I'm quite knowledgeable in all kinds of films and always up for taking/giving suggestions. I keep myself/surroundings tidy and am quite ready to share household chores. I'm looking for a private room in a share house preferably starting from around early August.
