Hi I'm Rod. Just finished my Master of Architecture at Deakin Uni and now commencing a Graduate Architecture role in Flemington. I returned to study after 20 years as a software engineer. I have a diverse range of interests and can talk about most things. I'm pretty quiet and generally pretty busy with work and evening classes (2 nights a week) at Box Hill TAFE. I am house proud and take my flatmate responsibilities seriously. I can provide references. Currently living in Geelong, but would like to move into Melbourne to be closer to work and friends.
My name is Ali, I'm 36 and a student. I'm currently obtaining my Diploma in Youth and Community Services. Although I'm not home most times, I do enjoy good company (I love to discuss any topic, controversial or otherwise), cooking and maintaining a light mood all around. Most of all, I take great pride in keeping my immediate living quarters clean and presentable. My current conundrum is that the house I live in will be up for sale and thus, I have to vacate no later than September. Hopefully I'll be in a new home by then :)
We are a young couple looking for a room, I am a Swimming instructor and I work 5 days a week out of the house and some days work from home for a migration office. My Fiancé is a full time mechanic and works 6 days a week. We are looking for just a room for us two, we just need a safe and clean place and preferably with Friendly company. We would be happy to live in shared house with a private room. We keep pretty much to ourselves, we are quite, neat and tidy. For further questions please message me to Thank you
I have recently started working full-time as a Graduate Civil Engineer in the Melbourne CBD. I currently live at home with my parents in Wallan, but I am looking to live closer to the city in an effort to cut my travel times to work, friends and social activities. I have decided I am ready to take this step in independence. I clean after myself in all common areas, and try to keep my personal areas tidy. I am always up for a chat, but am happy to give people space when required. I enjoy watching the footy, playing games (board games or video games), seeing friends, going to gigs, and when I have spare time, photography. My weekdays are generally busy. Apart from work, I spend a lot of time after work seeing my friends and partaking in social activities. When I am not doing that, I like to chill at home, playing games, watching YouTube or just lazing about listening to music. My weekends are very similar, but I try to get one day at home to recharge for the week ahead. Looking for something which will be around 800pcm including bills.

I'm Tim, 32yo pilot who's recently moved to melbourne to take a position with Tigerair. When I'm not working my 5 on 3 off roster, I will probably be at home baking, or exposing the outdoors. I'm pretty normal - I like music, and the occasional beer or wine.
Hello, My name is Caldera and I'm 24. I currently a professional who is working. I'm a confident, tidy, helpful and outgoing person. I am now living at Springvale (at a share house) and is very tiring for me to drive from here to work. Therefore I plan to move to a place in the north or north west, which is also close to public transport to City, and also to a great happy neighbourhood. I hope to meet you all soon, so contact me by calling or messaging. Thank you. Caldera.
Hi l'm Jo I am looking for a house to call a home. I'm an active bubbly person who is tidy, clean and respectful. I enjoy collecting collectables, cooking, music, movies, watching sport, gardening and oddly cleaning, won't lie love a nice clean house. My forte is cooking Italian food as l have a Italian background... I am looking for a place with like minded people that I can enjoy living and even have a glass of wine and dinner with if we are all home. I have shared a house in Broadmeadows for 10 years, and it's time for a new adventure in my life...
I'm a post-graduate student from germany studying at unimelb. I'm in Melbourne as an exchange student and need a room for about six month. I consider myself to be a quite calm and laidback person. Not a party person but always available for a chat, hanging out or cooking and sharing a nice meal. I would say that i'm open minded and i am always happy to try something new. As a student i'd spend a lot of my time on campus so that it would be fairly easy for me to respect your privacy and keep things to myself if needed. Im tidy and clean aswell, so that shouldn't be a problem. Love to do sports - did table tennis for 10 years and climbing- and am now looking for something new. Ideally my flatmates would be students at my age but i dont really mind if they arent.
Hi, My name is Darcy. I am a 22-year-old guy, and am a 3rd year engineering student at RMIT Bundoora. I also work part time as a dishy in the CBD (mostly night time work). About Me... In my spare time I like watching movies, listening to music, gaming, and skiing in winter. I am single, generally pretty quiet, and keep to myself in my spare time, but I am always up for a drink and a catch-up. I have been living in share houses for the last 3 years and am looking for a new place as my current lease is coming to an end and my housemates have decided to live elsewhere. What I am Looking For... I am looking for a new place that will suit my schedule going between work and Uni. I would love to live with some people that I can get along well with, but I am also conscious and respectful of the personal space required in a share house. I’m generally a pretty tidy person (but not crazy about it!) and I like to cook my own meals, I am looking for housemates who are similar. What Now? I would love to come and see the house and the room, it looks like a great space that would suit me perfectly. Is there a time that suits you, for me to come and get to know you guys and check out the space? If there is anything else you want to know about me, just ask! Looking forward to meeting you, Darcy
Hey! My name is Josh and I’m a male originally from Warrnambool in Vic. I’m 28 years of age. I moved to Melbourne recently and started working in a call centre. And I’m in need of a new place to call home! :) My recent journeys saw me living in Berlin for 15 months or so, first working as a kitchen-hand in a restaurant and then at a call centre for Booking dot com. I returned back to Aus mid-January earlier this year and spent a couple months relaxing and enjoying the summer in Warrnambool. Now that I've started working in Melb, I’m bouncing between beds and couches with friends. Previously I have studied and completed my Bachelor in Audio Engineering. In the future I’m looking to complete my Masters in Orchestration for Film, Games and Television. In short, I am a relaxed guy, who’s very clean and respectful of others. I enjoy having a laugh and a beer. I’m working full-time so I will be quite pre-occupied most of the time, but I’ve been enjoying the summer season and like to make most of every opportunity presented to me. If you like the sound of me, or have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask. I thank you for taking the time to read my message and I hope to hear from you! The kindest regards, Josh.
I'm an pretty neat, quiet Australian guy studying engineering on-line. I have a degree in applied science (chem), and experience as an electronics tech, and with computers, and can be a bit handy around the house. I enjoy a glass of wine, a chat, video/board/card games computer programming, and maybe a little bit of gardening. (Yes, I'm a bit of a nerd.) I'm fine with pets. Quitting smoking, smoking outside in the mean time. - Sam
Hey guys, we are looking for a lovely couple or single to share a new house with in the Brunswick / Coburg area. We are a couple in our 20s with a gorgeous golden retriever x staffy. We've been in the Brunswick area for a year or so now and are looking for others to join us on a new lease. We have a few houses lined up to apply for, all of them are close to public transport, have off road parking and you will have your own bathroom. We are looking for a couple / single who enjoy company but also have their own thing going on. Ideally looking at moving into a new house in mid-june. Please flick a message through for any other details you might need and we can organise a time to meet up and chat.
Hey babes! I am really really keen for a new place to live. Somewhere with at least 1 other girl; I’d be keen to live with 2 housemates ideally but open to 1 or 3 :) Love to find some folks who are into creative and/or arty things, who have their own busy lives like me but also enjoy sitting down with a cuppa or a wine at the end of some days for a chat. <3 My current place doesn’t really have that family vibe and I’d really like to be somewhere a bit more social & cosy. Keen on art & houseplants? I have lots of both to bring! I’m 27 (soon 28) and have been renting since I was 17. I teach singing and do assorted other things for money (music & art, modelling, occasional cafe or bar work, etc) I’m very careful with money and have never been late on rent or bills. I’m super clean & tidy. I’m an omnivore but wanting to start eating less meat (so if you van teach me sweet veg recipes that’s a bonus!) Apart from arty stuff I’m into psychology, philosophy, anatomy, humans in general :) I don’t smoke, I don’t drink much but enjoy a nice glass of red or whisky sometimes. Not so keen on: televisions (especially ones that are on all the time or playing reality TV/commercial TV), furniture covered in pet hair, smokers, conservatives/bigots, party houses, people who can’t clean up after themselves or help with regular house maintenance. Open to: Kitties, bunnies, birds, queers, 420-ers, friends over for potluck dinners & movie nights. My budget is around $800/month or $200/week. Looking Northside (Brunswick+East+West, Coburg, Pascoe Vale South, Fitzroy+North, Collingwood, North Melbourne, Parkville, Northcote, Thornbury, Carlton+North, those kinda places). I teach my voice students from home, so need other a large bedroom which i can split with my Japanese screen to make a semi-professional space, OR ideally a house which has an additional nice shed/sunroom/study which I could teach from (and am totally open to making this a shared music+art studio when I’m not teaching). OR… if the rent is somehow miraculously cheap enough, I might be able to be fine with finding a studio to rent and not having to teach from home! (I would need to be able to set up my desk & instruments/equipment in this space permanently.) If I sound like a good match and you have a room opening up let me know! I’m not in a lease situation where I am now, so can leave any time (just need to give 2wks notice) and am not in a rush, I want to find the perfect place, so if you have something becoming available in a month or two do let me know still! <3
Im a very respectful person who likes my own space sometimes. Im looking for somewhere to call home as currently staying with a friend but wanting to move out. Originally from the south eastern suburbs but have moved over to Glenroy for work and am now just looking for a place to call home. I work part time in childcare but work fulltime hours. Im respectful of other peoples wants and property. I treat others the way i wish to be treated. Im very quiet at first but open after a little while.
Hello, My name is Dario, I'm fairly clean, I'm honest, I'm not very loud, and I'm very easy to get along with. I work, consierge, and wants to move in to my own place. Wouldn't mind finding a relaxed, comfortable and fun/chill person/s to move in with. Regards, Dario.
Im 25 year old male who works full time afternoon/night shift near the airport. Im a very clean person, im always out on weekends either going away camping or watching footy with mates but i dont mind hanging out for a beer and meeting new people.
I am looking for a new place to stay. Trait's that make me a great person to live with: - Quite - Tolerable - Don't have any bad habits (such as smoking and drinking). - Keep things cleaned after using them. - Respectful I live on very little due to having zero responsibilities and a job working for a company where I install and remove IT equipment for various businesses. As a result. I shouldn't be any trouble paying rent. Feel free to contact me at any time if you think I would be a suitable flatmate.
Hi all, good luck with your searches! A little bit about me: - I'm a 32 year old Social Worker, working full time at a hospital in the city. - Outside of work I like photography, reading, writing, exploring gardens and getting out of Melbourne for a bit. - Over the past 14 years I've lived in various share houses and private rentals and have a full set of adult skills! - I value kindness, humour, respect, and honesty in housemates, and aim to offer these things in return. - I can contribute a few different practical things to the house if needed (eg. washing machine, fridge, couch etc). - Sometimes I need to retreat and have my private space after work, other times I'm more than happy to hang out and chat with housemates if everyone's home! - I don't cope very well with party houses (need beauty sleep for work) or with smokers (migraines). I can be relatively flexible with move in dates, am hoping to find somewhere for at least 6 months with a spot for off street or safe on street car parking. I'd love to find a home with like minded souls who treat home like a sanctuary, please feel free to contact me if you feel like we'd be a good fit!
