My name's Ben, I'm 25 and I'm a geoscientist working full time in West Perth. Arrived in Perth a couple of months ago from Melbourne, loving it so far. My current place is fine but I would ideally like to maybe find a place that is potentially a little cheaper. I must give a month's notice for my current place, and if that works for you that'd be great! A little about me: I'm easy to get along with, pretty chilled, not looking for anywhere that parties too much, but also don't wanna live in a place where no one talks to one another and spends 99% of their time in their rooms. I am well house trained, been living in share houses for about 6+ years now. I clean up after myself, am respectful of other people's personal space and such. I'm Half Kiwi, Half british, so my accent is a little confusing to some. I'm a former ski instructor, avid SCUBA diver and part-time cyclist. I occasionally dabble in rebuilding old motorcycles and scooters if funds allow it! Message me back if you feel like I'd be a good fit in your share house! I'm free whenever for viewings during the evenings or on weekends. Bonus flat mate points: I can teach you to ski if you ever happen to need to learn how to ski. Can make pasta from scratch. Have a scooter and can pick up food we order in a flash! Haha. Cheers and looking forward to hearing from you soon. Ben
We are a couple from England looking for approximately 3 months accommodation Asap. We are a very quiet and clean. We do enjoy a beer every now and again and more than happy to meet new people. Ideally we would be located near Scarbough/ Cottesloe beach but we are open to other options. Thanks Joe and Nicole
Both looking to move to Perth, for work purposes. We are Tidy, respectful, friendly, polite, love animals. Just genuinely nice sisters :) we are looking for 2 separate rooms, preferably in the same house. Or a whole place to rent. We will be looking to move in on the 5th aug, as thats when my sisters flight arrives and mine follows closely on the 8th.
Hello, i'm Juliette, 23 years old and French! I will go to Perth from June 26th, for a length of 6 months at least. i'll be an intern for an end of studies work placement (at the FACCI WA) I'm sociable and friendly, tidy, like cooking, playing football or other sports, listening to good music and watch good movies, and used to do houseshare (it will be the 4th that i do) ! I'm chill and like enjoying some bbq and beers !
Heya! Originally from Melbourne but have been working ski seasons for the last 3 years between Hakuba, Japan and Falls Creek, Australia. I’m now working in the mining industry and am needing to move to WA. I work 15 days on 6 days off, so ideally looking to room share with someone on opposite swings, but ultimately just looking for a room 😃 I love wine, cab sav any day 🍷 , go for the bombers 🔴⚫️, watch too much shit tv, but froth any outdoor activity!! Warning- I talk about poop a fair bit, hence the excellent poo emoji head attire I got for Christmas!
We are mature people easy going and friendly; we both work in the garden and cleaning industry , we arebussy during the week and Saturdays. We like to live in a clean enviroment. We don't smoke, Richard sometimes drink a cup of red wine with the dinner. Im going soon to travel, Richard will be in the accommodation until June 2018.
Hi! I'm Annie, I'm 22. Im super self contained having lived out of home now for five years with plenty of references who can vouch for my positive vibes and super chill demeanour. I work for an IT company full-time but also am studying journalism on the side cos your girls got goals. It means im usually at work or studying and when im not doing those things im usually checking out live music. I also sometimes can be seen away from the beach. My current roommate is moving over to Europe to work on the super yachts and alas, between work and study i'll be staying behind. Could not live in a home without internet. I'm only really looking for a 6 month term as I'm heading to the East Coast at the end of the year.
Looking for a room to rent anywhere around Como, as I currently work at the Karalee on Preston. I recently moved to Perth from Geraldton so I have minimal possessions and am very tidy. I am hardly home as I work long hours and spend my free time with my partner, so I will make a quiet tenant. I also have an outdoor cat called Butters to consider that is in Geraldton at the moment but I need to bring him here ASAP, he’s 5 and perfectly litter trained but I dont keep a litter tray in the house as he’s never inside and won’t use it anyway. He just hangs around outside and eats bugs and mice, and he’s also desexed so he doesn’t spray or get too territorial.
Hey everyone, Myself (Keisha) and friend (Shinade) are looking for a flat late June / early July! We're both kiwis who are down to earth, enjoy relaxing just as much as having a good time, we're both really into fitness and going on adventures. We're both clean, tidy, well mannered, love cooking different healthy snacks/recipes. We both met one another in New Zealand working together through Personal Training and have been good friends ever since, so if you're looking for that motivation in your life and people to help keep you accountable you got the perfect pair! (PS unsure why cropped shinades face out she's the actual pretty one) (PS PS we're not lesbians but we support gays!)
I am 25 and working as a FIFO electrician. I'm originally from QLD and looking to move to Perth in the next few weeks. As I'll be new to the city I'm hoping to make friends and meet some new people! I am a casual wine drinker, but will settle for a cider after a long day. I like the usual stuff qlder's do - the beach, the sun and NRL (although I am happy to watch AFL). As i'll be working FIFO you'll only get to see me for a few weeks at a time. I like to socialise but enjoy my own company as well so will be respectful of others space. I'm looking for a housemate/s who's just as laid back, easy going, fun and are happy to introduce me to some people! If it sounds like we are suited feel free to send me a message :)
Hello! I’m currently working full time in the city. I am tidy and clean but also pretty chilled out and enjoy being social on weekends. I love nature and the environment so like to head down to the beach, go for walks and get out and about during my time off. I also love cooking and baking so you can be sure the kitchen will always be smelling amazing! Although I feel like I’m too old to be a party animal I do enjoy a wine or two but not a smoker.
Hi everyone! So I'll start of with the things that make me a great housemate - I'm really laid back, enjoy a chat and a laugh, and enjoy being social when at home (I'm not the kind of person who'll hide in my room!) I am currently completing post graduate study full time (Psychology, at UWA), and working part time as a relief teacher (Secondary Science). I'm not much of a party animal any more, so I'm not the kind of gal who's going to be hosting rowdy parties or coming home at 4am in the morning and waking you up. These days I spend most of my time studying, working, and catching up with friends when time permits. Now the not so good stuff - I'm a clean freak. Not quite 'Monica' from Friends level, but pretty close. Yes, this makes me an ideal housemate in that I'm super tidy and clean up after myself, but it means I need to live with like minded housemates. If you don't think wiping down the kitchen bench after you've finished in the kitchen is is a must every time, then we're probably not going to get along too well! I am in no hurry to move, I am looking for the right place with the right flatmates that I can call home for at least the next year or two. I'd also be interested in teaming up with the right person/people and renting something together. Cheers, Jo.
Hi there. So this might be a little premature but like to know what’s about. After a massive life change I’ve decided to move out to Australia and study. I’m not your average 40yr old. I like to wakeboard, spend time at the beach, go camping and generally be outdoors (but sometimes a good boxset and day on the sofa is needed). Massive lover of animals and will sadly be leaving my pets in the UK. I’m clean and tidy having had my own house my many years. If I’ve just cooked though, I’d like to eat it before doing the dishes haha. Love the idea of living with other people over renting my own place as it helps with meeting new people. Nice to be able to put the world to rights over a drink in the evening but also know when to respect someone’s space and time. Can’t wait to get over and happy to chat with anyone before getting there if you think you might be able to help. Happy with male, female or mixed house.
Hi, I am Dave, working full time in Mental Health sector, non-smoker, not a party person, I don't mind pets in the house. I like to cook my meals and keep things clean n tidy, don't bring in random people in the house or invite friends.
I am an American PhD student in Archaeology studying at the University of Western Australia. I am coming back to Perth after a 2 year stay in Germany to finish my PhD, so I will be working quite a lot during my stay. I'd prefer somewhere quiet but in a nice neighborhood where it is easy to get around as I will not have a car. I'm open to live with both men and women but please no crazy party houses. That being said, I do enjoy a beer or glass of wine while watching a movie or evening chat and I sometimes go out on the weekends but I prefer to have a clean and comfortable place to live. I enjoy cooking and wouldn't mind setting up a share-dinner thing, I also like gardening, yoga, movies, going to live music events, board games, wine-tasting, and meeting new people. I'm generally easy going and communicative with my flatmates. I don't need the house to be sparkling clean every day but I like to keep things tidy and maybe do a deeper clean on the weekends. At the end of the day, I would just like a nice, please, friendly place to live with nice drama-free people. I should add that at some point my partner might come and stay with me for an extended period (ca. 1 month), since I will be away for ca. 6 months in Perth. We are happy to pay more rent if that is required. He is also an archaeologist and is from Norway. We are pretty similar (he prefers a clean place, semi-quiet but definitely not anti-social), I think your only issue might be that we're nerds and will talk about our joint profession a lot. That being said, if you want to learn more about archaeology, look no further!
I will be working at Adina Apartments Hotel Barrack Street, Perth for six months as a Guest Service Agent. I am looking for a fully furnished with bills and internet included in the rent. I am very neat and clean have not many friends like to hangout and watch Netflix. I love to cook and to listen to music. Please let me know if I fit in your requirements.
Hey! I'm actually a complete newbie to this sharehouse thing.. 5 years of study interrupted by gallivanting South America and Eastern Africa definitely set the finances back....but now employed full time and ready to get a move on. Will need quite a large room with at the least a double BIR....I have an obscene amount of clothes! Looking at no more than $170 per week.. Always happy to chat, but do like my own down time as well. I studied environmental management and sustainability science, and now work with a non profit organisation....so a little bit of a hippie... I love animals and am respectful of other people's space and things....unless you have a pet, then I will need lots of cuddles from said pet please. Open to other suburbs but want to remain NOR. Within 15mins drive of East Perth is preferable, or at least close to Alexander drive! :) Just waiting for the right place to pop up :)
Hey guys, LOOKING TO START A SHAREHOUSE / TEAM UPS Im currently looking to rent a 4 bedroom house around the surronding suburbs of Perth. Im thinking around Vic Park, Kensington North & South Perth, Mt Lawley area to give you an idea but am open to other suggestions depending on what people are looking for. Im just seeing whose currently looking for a room to rent in the next few weeks or somebody who wants to look for a house together. I havent got a house just yet but it would be nice to have some like minded people to move in when I do find it. Abit about myself.....My names Scott, i'm 31 and originally from England. I moved to Perth last year from Melboune to open up my sales company and things couldnt have gone better. Im very well travelled, sociable, laid back and down to earth. Im currently looking for like minded people to move into my house with me. Im out most of the day but I enjoy a chat when im home in the evenings and a beer at the weekend. Im looking for people who are sociable and enjoy each others company. Id like this to be more of a socialble house rather than everyone just staying in their rooms! If you think you would be a good fit please send me an email with a bit of a description of yourself and we can take it from there!! Looking forward to hearing from you soon.....
