Hello! My name is Charlotte and I'm 19 years old. I was born in Canberra and my mum & her family are all Australia, but I've lived in England pretty much my whole life (dual citizenship). Over the past year or so I have been working full time in England and saving up. I decided to move back to Australia, specifically Sydney, on my own because I love this country so much! I have a lot of family dotted around NSW, Victoria and Canberra, whom I've been staying with a lot so far. I recently got a full time job in hospo in Newtown so I would really love to live in or around this beautiful area! I am very excited to meet new people and have my own space as I've also been staying in hostels a lot (sharing a room with 8+ people!!). I drink a lot of tea and coffee (bit of a fanatic as I used to work in the English equivalent of T2), and I'm hoping to eventually apply for a degree in Graphic Design at a university in Sydney. I really love travelling and meeting new people from all over the world (my parents met in a hostel when they were travelling at 21 so I feel like they've passed this down to me!)
Im a quiet, respectful and appreciate peoples kindness. I work full time (6 days a week) So I’m home only to rest & chill out really.
Very laid back, considerate and generally pretty quiet guy. Those are all ideal tenant/roommate things right? During the work week I will like to lay low BUT I will try not to be a hermit MON-THURS if yours is a social house. Some wine and conversation will never go astray. Definitely up for fun on the weekends, going out, movie-nights, drinks etc but like I said I tend to like my space too..
Looking to move closer to the city as I work full time. Personable, easy going and clean flat mate, up for a bit of banter but appreciates alone time. Avid sports fan and online shopping addict.
I take pride on myself being a fun person, someone who is always up for a chat or to go out and see the sights. I am a clean, tidy person, having lived in shared environments in Sydney (in a boarding facility with 50 other people) and Newcastle (in a share house with 11 other people and then University accommodation with 5 other people), so I understand that no one wants to live in a messy environment.
Hey hey, I’m on the hunt for a new home! I'm looking for a fun, social sharehouse somewhere in the Newtown/Marrickville area with people around my age (I’m 25). I'd like a place where everyone is mates and hangs out, but I can also respect other peoples space! I'm friendly, easy-going and social. I’m always up for hangs and chats, a trip to the pub/a game of pool or adventures around the city. Im currently living in Stanmore but my lease runs out soon. I'm wanting somewhere $250 or under but can stretch up to $280 for the right place and I am looking for somewhere I can stay long-term. I also have my own bedroom furniture that I will be bringing with me. I don’t really mind how many housemates I have, but I do have a preference for larger share houses. Let me know if you have anything!
Hi I’m Hayley :) I’m currently in the hills area but I work in the CBD so I'd like to live somewhere a bit closer to shorten the commute. I’m easy to live with and am looking for some similar housemates. I’m very clean, easy going, and pretty low key. Friendly housemates are preferred. I do need somewhere to park but I'm not fussed if it's secure or street parking. Feel free to contact me if you have a room coming up which might suit.
So, I'm Stéphane, from Belgium, 27yo. I arrived in Aussie 3 months ago after a year and half in NZ. I'm working full time for Greenpeace and also doing lots of work for UNHCR 🙂 I'm a super joyful person, passionate about travels, anthropology and ice climbing. I'm now looking for a friendly vibe place to move in and feel like a home.
Hi! My name is Nana. I came from Japan for working holiday to improve my English skills. I stayed at Byron Bay to go to English school for a month and I've just moved to Sydney. I'm looking for a room to live and a job to work. I'm very respectable, clean, neat, and tidy.
I have a great personality with a great sense of humour. I am an easy going person who currently works at Sydney Domestic and International Airport. I respect people and their boundaries and am very easy to live with. I'm also studying to be a vet nurse so I love animals :)
Hello! My name is Fiona. My husband Zach and I are from Taiwan. We are traveling to Australia for working holiday. We will arrive in Sydney on 2018/11/11. At the moment, we are looking for the room to stay. We are easy going, clean, and repectful persons. We like to cook and share delicious food with friends. We also like to go out at weekend. If there is anything you need to know about us please don’t hesitate to ask.
I'm an easy going 29 year old starting my second masters degree. I'm also a graduate architect and design tutor, but mostly run a small online business part time. I'll be on studying campus & work placements next year 9-5 for 3+ days a week. Happy to chill out on evenings and weekends but I like to get out to markets & the beach on weekends. I have a long term girlfriend who lives on the other side of Sydney. My main interests are surfing and retro gaming but i'm sort of a jack of all trades. I'm pretty easy going. I'm super respectful of communal and other people's space. I keep pretty regular hours and I'm happy to socialise and hang out but i can also keep quietly to myself. I have all my own bedroom furniture sorted, and living room & kitchen items I could bring are a stainless fridge, washing machine, large flat screen tv and some classic video game consoles. I'm pretty flexible can bring all or none of it with me.
hmmmm so I'm 28 years old, I work for a start up so hours very from week to week but I'm always about work life balance. I love my job so I'm always happy and you'll never hear me say anything bad about anyone. I'm all about creating fun memories and being outdoors with the people I love. I'm well traveled, open minded and the type of guy that goes to Burning Man.
I'm an easy going guy who who has just moved here to play football. My contract ends in may and so unsure where in the world I'll be after that. I love music and the beach as I'm sure most people do but as we train and play out in the west it wouldn't be wise to try live along the coast. Hope to hear back :)
I'm a 22 year old working in social services in the disability and mental health sector with a passion for community and advocacy. I'm relatively quiet during the working week but really like socialising on the weekend, even if that just means having some snacks in the sun or making a pot of tea and some cake and staying in. I'm a huge advocate for a couple beers/ciders in the evening during some trash TV or sport (with the odd Ubereats whenever I'm feelin' a little fancy) I do have an elderly pup - her name is Cleo and she is a toy breed shih ztu which means no shedding AND great for allergies!) She's completely house trained and due to the nature of her disabilities (partially blind and deaf) she's both quiet and placid, but can also get really playful and social once she's comfortable!
👋🏻Hello We are Ivy and Mago.We are a friendly and interesting couple.I'm a baker. My boyfriend is a driver.I usually cook at home when I get off work.Go out to play during the holiday.Or watching a movie in the living room.I hope my flat mate is also a friendly person.
Moving for new job in Haberfield. Shift work but generally between 8am to 12am. I have an 8 yr old dog named Bella who is a shy girl and gentle soul who seems part otter as she love the water and often joins me on my paddle board and kayak. I like to unwind with a few wines and BBQ. Would love to find a place near water and need space to store my paddle board and kayak and scuba gear.I'm neat, tidy and share house trained. No drama and looking for a long term home. I have a long wheel base hiace van kitted out as a camper and a Honda CR-V so parking of some kind is important -on street unrestricted is fine. Like to hit the road with the dog when I get a decent break from work. I have accumulated some furniture and lots of kitchen stuff as I love too cook. I can bring it with me or keep in storage. I’m an outdoor smoker and happy to avoid common and shared areas outside if in use by those who don’t smoke. Looking forward to making a new set of adventures and friendships Cheers👍
I am generally a quiet person, I do like to have fun but as I work full-time I am mostly pretty low key throughout the week give or take a little dinner, wine/beer with friends... but I don't mind what others do. I am comfortable with pets if your house has them but I don 't have any myself. I have a diverse range of interests like music, film, travel, books, fashion etc etc... so I can generally find something to talk to most people about.. That said, I do not excel at writing blurbs about myself like this one. I am a big fan of the beach and swimming and spend a large part of summer there. I have lived in Sydney for 13 years but I am originally a Queenslander but don't hold it against me.
I'm a single dad looking for a place where to move sometimes in November. I live in my own place in Lane Cove atm. My son is 7 and he is an active but really good boy. We are clean and tidy and we like nice, friendly and warm people. I work full time and my son goes to school, so we out every day of the week. I would prefer to team up with one flatmate and get a nice place. I'm a chef, in case that gives me some extra points :)
A laid-back, easygoing and clean guy looking for a private room, ideally not too far from USYD. I'm 24, from Hong Kong, currently a full-time law student. I've got a pretty heavy study load, so don't have to worry about me throwing parties and making a mess etc. Though I won't mind joining roommate's party once in a while. Also, respect for personal space and privacy is essential, but I'm up for sharing a few drinks in spare time or chatting about random stuff, like the last season of GOT or whatever, lol. I enjoy the idea of living at a 'home', not just some motel where ppl comes and goes.
