I am originally from uk. Been in Melbourne 3 years now. I work in city and also study so this keeps me pretty busy. Looking for somewhere to call home. While I am sociable I am not looking for a party house but do enjoy the odd glass of wine or two with housemates. I am very reliable with rent and bills and can provide references to back this up.
hey there, this is Max, 29 yrs old male who works part-time in a large retailer company and study my last trimester of MBA course. I am looking for a place for short term least 2months+ . I am friendly and quiet, keep my place clean and tidy, respect others space.
Hi, I'm looking for a room or bungalow with a friendly household that also appreciates each others' need for solo time. I'm a temp worker (professional writer/editor) currently on break and looking for my next challenge. I like to think I have a good sense of humour and a sense of fun... I'm tidy and respectful of others ... and believe in teamwork to keep a household ticking along. Sing out if you would like to know anything else! :) PS I'm currently a part-time smoker ... and smoke in the street at my current location, never near the flats or inside. No butts left behind! :)
Hey! My name is Kevin and I am fairly urgently looking for somewhere permanent to live. I recently moved to Melbourne and work has areanged me temporary accomodation until 29 Jan at the latest. I'm looking to houseshare with some people roughly my age as I settle into the new city. Who I am: I moved interstate for the last 3 years for Uni and have been living with others the whole time. I'm super chill and spend the majority of my spare time outdoors! I love watching movies, snowboarding, playing soccer and Im a very well travelled person. On weekends you'll generally find me exploring the local area, or at the beach/snow depending on the season. I also have a job working in the logistics industry. My ideal housemates: I'd like to have housemates that I could socialise with and show me around. I understand the need for personal privacy and 'me time' but it'd kinda suck to have roomies who couldn't even catch a movie together, right? If you have a pet, that's also an added bonus. Other than that, I'd expect the usual (clean after yourself, be respectful etc which I think everyone should be anyway). Bit of a read but if you got this far and would still like to have me onboard, please shoot me a message!
About me: I am respectful of others, including their property. I am clean and tidy. I am a spiritual person (buddhist) and strongly believe in peace and harmony. I have two altar cabinet that I need to bring with me of which I pray in front of everyday. I work in farms and receive weekly pay. I enjoy cooking traditional Vietnamese food. What I am looking for: A private room - unfurnished, to rent and a seperate space for my altars. budget is $200.00, preferably including bills and internet. Move in asap, preferably before January 30th 2017.
Hi, I am Bas from the Netherlands and I am gonna do my internship in Melbourne for 20 weeks starting in februari. For that time I'd like to live in a house or appartment with some nice people.
I am a 27-year-old male, who is currently passionate about achieving my current goal of becoming a paramedic. I am currently a student at Victoria University and I make my money working in a Motorcycle Accessories Store. I currently have 3/4 year remaining in my studies. Because of this, I will be looking for a place to stay long term. I would like to become a part of the family with whoever I move in. I like to make new friends, socialise with my roommates and enjoy going on adventures whether it be breakfast, pubs, hikes, beach or simply Netflix marathons I am punctual with my bills, rent and every other responsibility that is required of me as a roommate, such as cleaning duties or yard maintenance. I have no quirky habits or weird behaviours and like to pride myself of being clean. but I am no clean freak. I ride a motorcycle, so I will not take up much room in the driveway, all I require is a place where I can lock my motorcycle behind a fence. I hope I have given you a good insight into my personality and you would consider me a suitable roomie. Thank you, Rhys

I am 27 and work as an office manager for a Screw Pile (foundations) Company in Werribee. Work your typical office hours Monday to Friday. From NZ originally but been living in Straya for 2 years now, moving from the Goldie to Melbourne back in June. Have resided in Altona Meadows since, but wanting to move closer to the city (Yarraville in particular). My Dad is Spotswood born and bred, (so technically I’m half Aussie) he made the move to NZ with my mum nearly 30 years ago. I have plenty of family in the inner west. I love a good Netflix binge, and the odd drink, however the partying ways of my youth have subsided immensely, with early weekend starts of a nice coffee and getting outdoors/visiting friends/family much preferred, over hungover couch days (although this does happen from time to time). I am not the greatest cook but give it a good go anyway (make a banging egg & bacon pie), maybe you guys could teach me a thing or two. I love Basketball, played a lot when I was younger, until a torn ACL sidelined me, and hasn’t been the same since, even after reconstructive surgery, but am always keen to shoot hoops. In the last year have started to enjoy hiking Aussie bush, with visits to the You Yang’s couple times a month (although snakes terrify me and lizards give me a hell of a fright). Being a kiwi I do love rugby union, but growing up with a mad Saint Kilda supporter, Aussie Rules has been drilled into me, and love going to Etihad to watch the Saint’s. Flick us a message with any questions. Cheers, Nat

Friendly and honest D&D playing guy from the country, looking for a place around halfway through the year, as I'm planning on going to VU. Must be okay with having trans occupants, but don't really want to move into an exclusively queer house. Furnished or unfurnished is fine, but I'd like to be able to put up a poster or two.
Clean, considerate, mature but young at heart! Studying and working two jobs, in disability services and hospitality. Looking for a place to call my own would be ideal but would consider sharing with a good match!
My names Craig, I'm a 29 year old Personal Trainer. I work in Point Cook and usually work morning and evenings from Monday to Friday. Hi All Charlotte and myself are looking to move out to the inner west, (preferably Williamstown or surrounds) and we're hoping we could find some like minded people to help share the costs. As for our professions, I work full time as an engineer in the CBD and Charlotte is studying primary school teaching - also in the CBD. She also works part time at a school and does some nannying. We are both active and into our sports/health. I play football (also a huge bulldogs supporter), whilst Charlotte is more into her running and Kayla workouts. Whilst we enjoy going out with friends to a pub for a drink, you'll most likely catch us on a Saturday watching Netflix in bed. We're both non smokers. No pets (yet). We're both clean and looking to either move in with others/couples around our age. The house we're after - proximity to train station and cafes preferred. Renovated weatherboard home would be ideal, however not a deal breaker. Something with an entertainment area (deck or backyard) would be preferred also. Other interests: Jai - Music (play guitar), fishing, snowboarding, golf, camping/adventures, Nandos Charlotte - Coffee, brunch, cooking, animals, shopping J & C

Hey guys, My boyfriend (Josh) and our friend Andrew are looking to find a rental house in Yarraville! We are hoping to move some stage in January or very early Feb. Josh is from Geelong and Andrew and myself are from country Victoria but have been living in Geelong/Ballarat fro some time now. I’m currently studying a masters in Primary Teaching and will be commuting to Ballarat a few days a week for the next 5months. Josh and Andrew both work full time in the CBD and therefore will be looking for somewhere that is easy to get public transport into the city. Both the boys play cricket on weekends (one in Geelong and the other in Ballarat). Josh and I have just turned 24 and Andrew is 23. We are probably slightly passed the partying/clubbing scene but still enjoy going to bars/pubs etc for a night out! We are all very easy going people and respectful of each others privacy, but are happy to socialise and enjoy everyone’s company. All three of us have experience living in share house situations too. We enjoy a cheeky glass of red wine and the boys enjoy a beer or two. Josh is really into NBA and anything sport to be honest! I enjoy going to the gym on the odd occasion, absolutely love cheese platers and enjoy working part time in disabilities and as an integration aide. We are hoping to get a three bedroom house or townhouse, and would love one more housemate to share the house with for the year. I personally am really keen for another girl in the house so please feel free to message back if you’re keen! Hannah : )
Just returned from 4 and a half years living in London where I enjoyed the social nature of a share house. I am a primary school teacher and will be starting a new job in Werribee next year. Looking for an established share house or someone to start a new one with. I like to keep myself busy and would hope to have a person to share a drink with at the end of a work week. I'm studying my final year at Monash university (Parkville campus) and looking for a nice long-term accommodation (share house, not share room). I don't mind travelling so anywhere that not too far from Parkville would be nice. My uni friends described me as a sweet and caring individuals. At home, you can find me enjoy cooking (and trying new recipes), baking and gardening. As I sometimes love my privacy and a bit of peace, I do highly respect others privacy and try to keep noise at the minimum level. I'm a tidy, clean and neat person, so on a regular basis, I'll try to keep the common spaces in the house clean. However, I'm not a cleaning-obsessed freak so I won't mind if sometimes everything is a bit messed around when you are experiencing a difficult time (exam period, for example). I don't talk much but always if you have something to share, I'm all ears. Although I won't be home much, I would love hanging out or having dinner in together sometimes.
Hi I'm 23 working in a marketing field. I'm crazy fun loving guy who is very social with everyone. One more thing i would like to add is that i'm a fitness junkie. I'm neat and tidy and respectful of others and their space, feel free to send me a message if I sound like I'd make a good house mate! :)
