Hi Guys, I'm Grace I work full time as an Executive Assistant in Bundall so I am wanting to stay close to the beach but also make it easy to get to work. I am looking for a large room with own bathroom - preferably the master as I need the closet space :) + somewhere to park my car. I am fairly quiet during the week, sometimes dinner with friends or a taco Tuesday at home. I go to the gym most mornings and am very noise conscious so you won't hear me! I enjoy relaxing and having a couple of drinks or trying a new bar/restaurant on weekends and I enjoy meeting new people but also love time to myself. On weekends I am usually between the Coast and Brisbane depending on what I have on. I would like to find a like minded person to live with who is ideally happy and relaxed and takes pride in their home. I have pretty much everything to set up a house/apartment except for a fridge and washing machine. I am really flexible with the move out date and am happy to wait if I find the right person/place! Hey guys, I'm an easy going and happy person. Arrived last year in Australia, travelled since then around and finally came to the Gold Coast and directly fall on love, so I definitely wanna stay for a while and settle down a bit. I'm pretty clean but I would never run after you with a brush and tell you how to clean. I reckon we are all adults so we know how the keep a household nice and tidy. I don't mind having few beer (also don't say no to wine) but I'm not that kind of person who loves to have house party's or goes out the whole night and comes back drunk as fuck and wake everybody else up. As soon as I got an apartment I'll look for a job and I'm positive that I'll find one pretty quick. If not don't worry I still got enough savings to survive a while, so you don't have to worry about the rent.
