I'm easy going, neat and tidy and looking for somewhere to stay from late June when I return to the Gold Coast. Just got back from travelling around Sydney and Victoria and will beworking in Southport Monday to Friday. Enjoy a few drinks at the weekend.
Hello, my name is Shannon I'm polite, friendly, reliable, and easy to get on with and can pay rent on time and bond :] I’m currently living in Brisbane I’m originally from Newcastle NSW I am currently looking for accommodation place to rent an apartment in the city or around the city and also looking around the gold coast near trains transport etc to go into Brisbane city. That is permanent accommodation so am looking forward to finding a place to stay as soon as possible, As it by myself, a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment would be suitable. Preferably a place near transportation services (buses, trains, etc). I can pay rent and bond straight up in advance, however, I have not rented before (apart from off of my own mother, as I paid fortnightly to stay in her home). so please give me a chance I do not have any rent experience as I never rented before with real estates, property owners nor landlords etc. I move out of home to become independent, meet new friends, socialize also it will be a bonus if you are in the gym as I’m in need of a gym you can be my Gym partner :D haha I'm fine with that. I need to work out since my goal is to lose weight (as I do have a belly) I currently seek benefits/Centrelink I get paid $810 a fortnightly however once I moved into a place that I like or is suitable for me :] I be looking to do Part-time work or do something that I’m into. or that interest me I have a consistent income and can contribute generously and reliably to rent. i can provide my income or bank statements to prove that I get paid and can pay rent on time and don't miss a pay haha I'm looking forward to meeting you. we can meet in person before anything to see If I get along with you and you get along with me so we both are comfortable :] I'm down to earth a lot of people tell me and very cheerful and kind if I the right person you want to live with please hit me up a message or text me I try my best to get back to you as soon as possible I have been looking for a place for awhile Looking forward from hearing from you Thanks, Shannon :D
Hi, I'm travelling from the UK and will be working agency shifts as a nurse. I won't have a car so will be reliant on public transport to get to the Gold Coast University Hospital (or for it to be within walking distance) I don't smoke, I will partake in a social drink but I'm not a heavy drinker. I'm clean and tidy and respectful of people's space. I love to scuba dive, I'd like to learn to surf, and get involved in the Australian way of life. I love animals. I like to chat and am hoping to make friends and just enjoy life and new adventures. I'm extremely reliable and your rent would always be paid on time. I'd like a private furnished room, own bathroom desirable but not essential. Max price $210/wk with bills included from June 21st for 6-8 weeks. I would be happy to arrange a video call given I am not leaving the UK until June 12th. Can't wait to meet you Philippa
Always cheerful, positive attitude and fun person to be around. Will be starting my uni at Griffith University. Love dogs, if you have a pet consider utmost love will be given. Also like hitting the beach once in awhile and going out for some drinks on the weekends. From India and I tend to talk a lot, so brace yourself. Looking for a flatmate or for a rented room, Please Hit me up if you think you got the right place for me. Thank you in advance.
I am a Swedish full time student, studying my first year at Griffith University with the intention of completing my degree here on the Gold Coast. I enjoy being outside doing anything active, but most likely you'll find me anywhere close to the water. I am very neat, tidy and clean and would treat and respect your home as my own. It would be nice to live with someone that won't be a stranger, but who appreciates their own space as well. I am looking for a place with a homely atmosphere that is very clean, ideally within 15min walking distance to either tram or Griffith University. If the room would have a built-in wardrobe, my shoes and I would be very happy :)
Definitely the geeky/nerdy type so a fast internet connection with lots of (if not unlimited) data would be great. Even though I'm a bit of a geek, I get on well with all kinds of people. I'm relatively tidy and like to keep communal areas hygienic and clean. I'm fairly quite, although sometimes I'm up late gaming online, so I try to do my best to not be too loud. I enjoy watching (ok binging) series on Netflix as a group activity. More a cat person than a dog person, but I really don't mind. Moving to the Kingscliff area (or surrounds) so that I may undertake a Tafe course starting in July. I already have a degree under my belt, but I need more workplace based experience. Also my move date is flexible. That was just an estimate. Would prefer to stay in NSW too, but willing to move to the Gold coast of need be.
Not just looking for a roommate/Teamups, but mostly looking for someone easy going, down to earth and ready to interact etc. I don’t really want to live with someone that always wanna keep to themselves aha I need someone I can trust and at the same time grow up to become best buddies. Like don’t get me wrong I understand personal space so I’ll give you that when necessary, but I’ll also annoy you sometime😂I know when to stop tho so don’t worry. Anyways with that said; I’m moving down to the Goldie for various reasons some such as; Football/Soccer, Acting, Dancing ect I’m very interesting to be around with so if you’re ever feeling down I’ll always be there for ya ( ride or die). I’ll happily talk myself up, but I suggest you find out yourself by asking me anything and I’ll try my best to give you an answer. No promises😜 P. S moving date is flexible
Hi. Id like to rent accommodation on the gold coast. Im a full time apprentice plasterer and commute to Brisbane most days. I study human health and alternative medicine medicine. I exercise in my spare time. I understand my own space and respect is given to others. Public transport, shops and near the ocean is desired but not essential. It would be resourceful to be close to the motorway. I would like to care for a kitten in the near future. Pets allowed in the home is desireable but not essential. I would like to start growing herbal plants, somewhere to cater for a garden and someone to help maintain it would be appreciated greatly. I am strict with hygiene and take care of my movements. I wish to reside in a place that is respected as a home, not a house. Id like to share a house or rent somewhere. A unit would be too cluttering for me and a high rise would not be suitable accommodation. Michael
Food. I love food. I love making it, sharing it and learning about it (good thing I'm studying nutrition and dietetics). I also work at a burger place and I get a discount so... if you like a good burger, you may be in luck! I'm a pretty busy bee right now so I usually keep to myself with study and work but I don't mind a good chat with likeminded people! As for living standards, I like a well-kept home and will tidy up after myself but I also understand that life gets messy and we are humans so I'm not a ballbuster with that kind of thing!
I'm a very sociable brazilian student that can adapt in almost every environment haha. Like to keep things clean and organized. Currently living in a very expansive homestay family, that's why the reason to move. And like to have privacy having my own bedroom.
I'm a young, vibrant and easy going girl. I love animals but don't have any. I'm studying a bachelor of business part time and work full time as a bartender so I'm not home most nights. I'm active and like to go for runs a couple of times a week. I'm very clean and organised and I like my house to be the same. I am looking for likeminded room mates who are easy to get along with around the Labrador/ Southport area.
I'm fit, active, I'm quiet and generally keep to myself. I'm very clean, don't drink nor smoke. Perfect reantal history. No criminal record. I'm very easy to talk to. I’m looking for move in with people who have a professional background and lead an active lifestyle and would prefer the Chirn Park region. Looking for long term only. 1-2 years. Currently employed as a Civil Earthworks engineer and Operator and also building a business on the side in my spare time. budgeting around $180 p/w and to inc all bills. Open to teaming up for a new rental and looking at min 12 months in the same location. Maybe up to two years. Looking to move In next 2-3 weeks

I 'm Looking forward to hearing from you.
Super laid back and tidy couple! Love to cook, down to earth and very outgoing :) I will be studying at Griffith this upcoming trimester and we will be staying from July 1st- December 20th. It would be helpful to be close to the university or a bus stop nearby. Thanks so much, hope to meet you soon!
I have recently moved to Australia from Scotland on a working holiday with my boyfriend Declan on a years working visa. I am 24 and work in a restaurant/bar so work long hours and Declan is 26 and a security systems engineer so spends most of his days commuting between here and Brisbane. Our lease for our current house is up on the 4th of June, so we would be looking to move in around about then. We would be looking at renting for 2 months as we are leaving the Gold Coast on the 23rd of July. We both enjoy socialising and going for meals but also enjoy staying in and having a quiet night. We are both active and enjoy going to the gym/swimming when possible. We are tidy to live with and will do our bit around the house. We have stayed with two couples before so are respectful of other peoples space but also live well amoungst others. Own bathroom and a furnished room is preferred, although we wouldn't mind a shared bathroom as we have done so in the past. Please let us know if you have anything available!
