I am looking for temporary accommodation as I will be working at the Commonwealth Games so will have to temporarily relocate from Sydney. I am a clean, tidy and respectful flatmate, but do enjoy a good chat. I will most likely be working every day and long hours so will mostly be there to sleep and shower. I know it is a long time still before the games but thought I would start looking now.

I'm everything you need in a modern housemate - friendly, helpful, tech-savvy and able to pay my bills (apparently that isn't a given anymore) . I work full-time as a teacher, tend to be up in Brisbane evenings on every other night. Would prefer to move in with young professionals and know the importance living in a stress-free environment. I'm always considerate, on top of being clean and would appreciate the same from housemates. Looking for a place near the Broadbeach/Mermaid Beach areas to move into at least for 6 months. I need decent internet, I’m not fussed over pets and keen to move in sooner than later.

Hello! I’m looking for a private room. My name is Andoni, I'm 23 years old and I arrived 2 months ago to Australia from Spain. I finished my university degree (primary education specialised in physical education) and I came here to learn English and work. I am studying and working full time so I won't be home that much during the day. I would like to share a house with Australian or international people to be able to speak English. I am a very active guy, sporty (I train 5 times minimum each week), healthy lifestly, tidy and chilled and also want to get into surfing and I'm very easy to live with. I can also be funny! Cheers ;)

I am hoping to find a beach front apartment or house, private bedroom, ensuite will be a bonus! I have no pets but I love animals! Always wanted to get a puppy 🐶 but I am easy going with house rules and very respectful of housemates! My daily life consists of drawing, designing, reading, exercising at the gym, tanning at the beach, meditating and watching documentaries with snacks. I don't party, I live a healthy lifestyle but I'm down to earth and great to chat to either way :) Feel free to contact me, look forward to meeting my new housemate 😄
"The meaning of life is to give life meaning.”Looking for like-minded environment. Genuine offers please. I'm a long term Gold Coast resident who found herself in a home that's owned by a person who suffers from mental blocks (dementia) and depression, this was a precarious situation as he burst into my bedroom but don't let this define me. I have a real life, this is just a challenge to go beyond. I'm currently in lovely temporary accommodation provided by a lovely lady who found me on Flatmates. Despite my current home situation, I do not wish to be treated as a tenant but a valuable member of the household, it's to weird to live as landlord and tenant situation. I've been looking for a while for right attitude from the person offering accommodation, not willing to settle for less than absolute regard for one another. I believe, in-fact I know that; PEOPLE WE SPEND TIME WITH - AFFECT OUR LIFE POSITIVE OR NEGATIVE WAYS, ESPECIALLY WHEN WE SHARE COMMON AREAS. I BELIEVE YOUR HOME IS YOUR CASTLE and wherever I live I LOVE TO FEEL IT'S MY HOME and MY CASTLE TOO, not just a boarder paying rent. Best way to read this is from the perspective of you looking to find a real home not just a place to crash; +++ What would you be looking for? What would you honestly ask for?+++ Moving in with someone is a serious decision that will affect my life. Definitely no alcoholics or drug addicts (prescription or otherwise, they both affect genuine levels of communication) thank you. "Please share with me your situation, perhaps we can help each other, don't be embarrassed, things happen to good people, with right communication situation does not need to remain permanent." When life has meaning home becomes Piece of Heaven. Looking for a safe place with people who have meaning in their life. I'm currently in emergency accommodation ( provided by a lovely lady) while here I'm seeking a real home. where I can be free to nurture my body, mind and soul. Long term option would be a great. If this sounds like what you've ever wanted in a share person, email me your phone number and all about you. "I'm seeking for the move to improve my life not just park it." Most advertisers are seeking students or travelers - not real share; therefore I leave it up to you to contact me because I don't live out of a suitcase, I actually have possessions that come with me. I don't intend to be moving constantly, this is 12 months minimum I'm seeking. " I'm respectful of people's belongings and appreciate same in return. Though the is unique situation for me, I'm very mindful of environment. Last place I stayed overnight in view of moving in was full of mold and I ended up sick for 10 days. So please - a clean place is essential. In my search some advertisers have taken my money and would not return it despite discovery of flees and other matter as I was about to move in (I did not move in but they kept my money), due to the state of the place it was not healthy. Another offer by a person who's wife left yet still paying the phone bill and other bills; she rang me wanting to know the reason for multiple texts that came up on his phone - seriously no-one wants to be caught up in that in their home. (not all advertisers can be trusted it's a mix of people as is the world)... Please contact me ASAP for long term Piece of Heaven. When emailing "be sure to include your phone number so I know you are sincere" even though I am upgraded and have access to your #. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Here's my full profile so you know more about me and what I seek long term. Long term; My search is for the right environment not just a room to rent. Moving in with someone for me needs to be trusting because that is foundation of our entire life. PLEASE BE SURE TO READ ALL THIS BEFORE CONTACTING ME. For the right person - meaningful life in the home begins with trust of the people sharing the home environment. The energy we share, the way we listen to each other; not just talk. True communication that matters. Then all that is left to do is live the best life ever. Choosing the right people that would be closest to me (as a housemate would be) is one of the most important decision I need to make because that is my entire life that is affected. I seek to connect with someone who shares this view. When we become aware of that and choose wisely, then life gives us what we ask for. For this reason I need you to read my content fully as much as I would want to know about you. This is no different to trusting someone in representing your business. People treat you in response to how people around you care about you. When we get that right life is great for everyone. I love my own space at the same time, I feel it essential to have a sense of community in the house I live in. Sharing genuine quality time as well as chores around the house is vital to me. My furniture is in storage, would love to have that with me. Happy to have a trial overnight to ensure the arrangement is great for us both. Long Term 6 - 12 months or longer so I do not need to move again till I am in my own home that I own. To be fair to both of us it's vital you know about me and my lifestyle preferences so I attract the person with similar values. I'm very considerate and generous and love to be around people with similar mindset. Would suit a person who is not just looking for a tenant for the rent but would treat me as a valid member of the household they can trust. I do not smoke or drink or take drugs. Smoking is OK if you do that Outside, indoors smoking makes everything smell of smoke, most people prefer to keep their home smelling pleasant. Do you have; • Large Bedroom with en-suite or own bathroom • Perhaps a generous Granny flat • Undercover parking better still LU garage • Generous kitchen space with room for my equipment such as juicer processor (I make my own vitamin drink, you're welcome to have some with me) and my own fridge that I fill completely with fresh food. • Internet connection essential as I do most of my work on line uploading and downloading files and videos that I create for my clients. • Extra space for some of my furniture. “When a person can't find a deep sense of meaning, they distract themselves with pleasure.” Viktor E. Frankl. I look forward to sharing with a person with similar values with their own lifestyle preferences. I appreciate your uniqueness as much as your core values.* You need to be working, no retirees or people on benefits. “Being jobless is equated with being useless, and being useless is equated with having a meaningless life.” ― Viktor E. Frankl, Man's Search for Meaning. Someone who believes that being friends with people you live with is essential, so sharing in maintenance and occasional meal to maintain connection so I don't feel it's just about the money. Clearly we have our own lives and that involves people who are around us in our most private area of our life; our home environment. I have my own furniture including my home office. I live a healthy lifestyle, including health exercise and personal development. I am a life coach and relationship coach to executives and entrepreneurs supporting them in their personal growth personal relationships and business success and well-being. I want to assure you that I won't be offering you advice unless asked (just in case you're wondering) Love to take up snorkeling again kayaking. To me; new horizons are essential for fulfilling life, beats just sitting and talking about everyone else's life. I work 12 hours per day at times, looking to reduce that soon. My days are filled at the moment *I'm happy to be social on occasion but I believe we need to lead our own lives. I'd love to hear from you. *Please email of text me about you and I'll call you back. If emailing be sure to include your telephone number. Thank you for reading I'm really looking forward to meeting with you. Oceana PLEASE TELL ME ABOUT YOU. it's not just about the real estate - we are human beings first. Suit honest fun loving drama free person who is emotionally stable. Preferred area between Surfers Paradise and Tugun, within 10 minutes to the Beach. If what you have meets 80% of my needs please contact me. Share with just one person (no couples) Most things can be agreed upon when communication is open. Let's talk about how we can ensure we all have the outcome we seek and possibly more - without compromise.

Don't let the 'have kids' thing scare you off! :) Yes, I have my two children... they are 9 (daughter) and 7 (son) and I have them 50 percent of the time, as I share custody one week on/off. They are pretty awesome though, so you will probably end up liking them more than me. Promise. We are hoping to find a large home with 4 to 5 bedrooms, 2 living areas and a pool so there is plenty of space for everyone to chill when needed. I am currently studying at Griffith University, so I am always in and out during the day. I am very clean and tidy, as are the kids. we are used to living in a granny flat, so they wouldn't dare leave things lying around - Mumma don't like tripping over. ;P Would love to find one or two flatmates to team up with us. People who are easy going, open and friendly, who get along well with all walks of life. :) (if you have a dog or cat - we will love it as our own)
