Hi there! My name is Jillian and I am from Canada, looked to find a place to rent while on a working/travel visa in Australia. Preferably in the Gold Coast area! I’m friendly, easy going, clean, organized, and independent. Looking for a furnished room for rent!
I am a 31 years old health professional and I just moved down to the Gold Coast from Cairns. I am hoping to find a friendly housemate or two to share a house or apartment with. There are plenty of nice places around. Let me if you in the same boat and like to team up to find a place to call home.
Hi, I am Ju Gwang, 23 years old and from south korea. I am going to go to surfers paradise in november 6 and take an english class on Pacific English school in goldcoast. I am considerate and clean. I enjoy conversation and getting to know people. https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100002264035494 This is my facebook address. I look forward to hearing from you.
I'm a young professional from London, hoping to find a friendly housemate or two to share a house or apartment with. Ideally non-smoking, also working full-time, clean, quiet etc. I tend to have a very packed schedule every day of the week, every week of the year.
We are a group of 3 good friends from Slovak Republic, 2 of us are going to study in Australia, the last one is here for Work and Holiday visa. We would like to find something just for ourselves where we can rest after the whole day in school, work, gym or just after visiting the city.
+ I prefer a shared room with a female roommate (not far away from surfers) + https://www.facebook.com/paulina.la.7 Hi, I am Paulina, 25 years old and exchange student from Germany. I'm going to study business administration at Griffith University from the end of October, so I am looking for a room with nice flatmates OR a shared room with a female roommate. I am considerate, tidy, non-smoking and open to joint activities - whether it's going out, or spending an easeful movie night. If you are easy going and think we fit together, it would be great to hear from you! :-)
I am very easy going, I like my things to be clean and tidy, I enjoy cooking and living with others. I know when to tell if someone needs space but I am also always there to have a coffee, tea or just an authentic talk with anyone. I am active, and enjoy activities such as yoga, running, and dancing. I am respectful and straight forward and looking forward to having new flatmates.
Moving to the gold coast from sydney early november and looking for my goldie home. Im into fitness, live music, sushi and good conversation. Easy to get along with, naturally tidy and respectful of personal space! Full time bartender. Would love to live with like minded people where the home vibe is friendly and social. Looking for somewhere that is walking distance to the beach, and hopefully shops :) send me a message if you think we could be good roomies!
Hello, I'm Markus from Germany. I'll stay at Gold Coast for 4 months studying a semester abroad at Griffith University from end of October 2018 to end of February 2019. I am searching for a room (private or shared) in Southport or Surfers Paradise which is located near the tram. Prefering to live together with other students. I would decribe myself as a tidy and relaxed student who is open for activities and new adventures. I am also interested in building team-ups to search together for a room. If you are looking for an uncomplicated flatmate feel free to text me, thank you :)
Hi, I am in my early 30's. I am a happy and positive person. I work pretty much full time as I have my own cleaning business that is growing and expanding into all different areas very quickly, providing me with a steady and consistent income. I also have an online business on the side that I manage more as a hobby and interest. I buy and sell second hand items that are unique or rare... mainly musical instruments, clothing, collectible antiques, autographed books and memorabilia items etc. So, sometimes I might be out working (cleaning jobs or doing pick ups and deliveries and even networking) 7 days a week, but then sometimes I may work 4 or 5 days a week but still on the job at my desk with my computer. In my spare time, I love to do yoga, walk, play guitar, listen to music, clean, pamper, read, write and heaps more depending on what's happening at the time. I am very easy going when it comes to others and their lives and will respect your privacy and space at all times. I am not judgmental in any way so what you do, think or believe is none of my business and I expect that to a degree in return. I am originally from the country so I do love being outdoors and especially love the beach. But i equally love and appreciate relaxing and pottering around with my headphones minding my own business. I am currently living in the Brisbane area. So, I am very much wanting to find a place asap. I could afford to rent on my own but it would be much more financially beneficial to share with at least one other person or to rent a granny flat. Mainly due to the prices on the gold coast, especially that are pet friendly. I am great at budgeting and saving money and always contribute at least 50% if not more when sharing. I am very clean and tidy and cant wait to get into my daily routine again but in a new area. I do not generally tend to have many visitors and/or drop ins, but that doesn't mean I have anything against it what so ever. In considering me to share accommodation with you though, there is one very important thing that comes with me as a package......My dog Isla. Isla is extremely special to me and always by my side in pretty much every situation, whether i am working or in my spare time. The only time i would leave her at home would be if i had a really big job cleaning in a unit block or office space by myself, where she would not be aloud inside etc... Isla is more like my baby more than anything as i do not have my own children. Isla is a short haired American Bull Terrier. Isla is very unique, which is an understatement. She is very well trained. She is full of love and very clean. Basically, I would sleep on the streets before leaving her behind. Isla is very protective when need be but not ever just randomly aggressive. She is so loving and mostly just loves to cuddle. She is loyal and very friendly to children, adults and other animals. She is my best friend, so to find a place and flat mate/s that caters for her and accepts her as well would be such a relief and very much appreciated.
We are two lovely British girls seeking a nice clean place to stay, ideally with people who are outgoing, fun loving but respectful. We are moving to Australia and the Gold Coast seemed like the best place to start and set up camp! One of us is currently a primary school teacher and the other works in hospitality. We love animals and are willing to walk your doggos for discounted rent. We also work out a lot and live a healthy lifestyle. We do also enjoy a beverage or two over the weekend and love to dance. If it sounds like we would be a good fit for your household, please get in touch. Please note, we are a package deal and are looking for two rooms ideally or one very large room.
I'm currently moving into my third year of my Bachelor of Psychology at Griffith. I'm usually out and about (taking photos, spending time with friends, running errands, working) or comfortable spending time in my room (studying, watching movies on my computer, painting), so I'd be a perfect housemate for someone who is also busy or enjoys the quiet. I'd prefer to live walking distance from the tram or a bus stop that goes to the university. Also I don't have any pets of my own but I'm great with them!
