Hey, I'm Nion Schuermeyer, 20 years old, from the lovely Germany, spending the trimester at Griffith University. I'm looking for accommodation for up to 4 months, starting November. What do I look for: The household can be very clean as well as a bit laxer. Ideally we will understand each other well and do some stuff together like cooking or planning potential start ups :D(whatever your interests are). Of course there is no need for joint activities, whatever suits you best. Some information on me: I like playing guitar, but sadly didn't bring one to Australia. (If there is one in the flat that I could play on from time to time it would be a great, of course no requirement :D) I also like sports, in particular ultimate frisbee and bouldering and plan to explore nearby places on the weekends. So I won't be there all the time.
I'm a graduated engineer from Barcelona. I heading to Australia to live a different year, get my english on point, and earn some professional experience. I'm openminded, super tidy with my things, and easygoing. I love pets and don't smoke. I'll work part-time in the afternoons, and will try to go surfing every morning. As I'm going solo, I'm also looking for new friends, so if you are keen for a beer sometime hit me up!
Hi there, My name is Christian and I am a hardworking, reliable, trustworthy 35 year old German-Australian dual-citizen interested in a new place I can call home. I came to Australia 11 years ago and have been living in different share accommodations ever since. I’ve been living almost three years in a 2-bedroom apartment in Surfers Paradise, and before that over four years in a 2-bedroom apartment in Sydney. My most recent corporate position was four years as Chief Technology Officer, followed by another four+ years as Strategic Technology Partner in a self-employed capacity. I love Technology, Programming and Trading and focus going forward on the development of Algorithmic Trading Robots that trade the FOREX and Crypto markets. In order to have some head space for that I am currently taking a break from my business and work in casual positions as much as possible. I appreciate a clean and quiet home, always clean after myself and respect each others privacy, while at the same time always happy to have a chat or hang out if there are common interests. I can promise you to be a delight to live with and looking forward to meeting and getting to know you 🙂 Best regards, Christian P.S. I have a two weeks notice at my current place, but besides that am ready to move :)
I've finally made the move up to Goldie from Sydney, focusing on a healthy lifestyle and doing fun things whilst exploring Queensland all whilst trying to work out my next move for my career. I'm pretty easy going and very clean and tidy. I have shared house most my life, I generally have an active social life and have friends and family up here. I think communication and respect is important when living with others. I’m looking to live in a home which means balanced chatting time to get to know each other as well as respecting privacy. I have lived in beautiful homes in perfect locations and looking for a similar happy home here too.
Hello, I'm Markus from Germany. I'll stay at Gold Coast for 4 months studying a semester abroad at Griffith University from end of October 2018 to end of February 2019. I am searching for a room in Southport or Surfers Paradise which is located near the tram. Prefering to live together with other students. I would decribe myself as a tidy and relaxed student who is open for activities and new adventures. If you are looking for an uncomplicated flatmate feel free to text me, thank you :)
Hello, I am Paulina, 25 years old and exchange student from Germany. I will be studying business administration at Griffith University from the end of October, so I am looking for a room with nice flatmates. I am considerate, tidy and open to joint activities - whether it's going out, or spending an easeful movie night :-)
Looking to either rent a room or start somewhere fresh with someone or a few people, i'm very tidy, barely ever home due to work in Brisbane 9-5 and a bar on weekends but when I am i love to Cook up a storm or have a Netflix binge. I’m Also very dependable never had an issue of owing anyone any money or been late for bills
Hi, my name is Bianca, I'm from Brazil and I'm going to live in Gold Coast for six months next year (2019) to study english, so my english is not that good because I'm still learning it. When I get there I'll study in the morning and probably work in the afternoon. I've never been to Gold Coast so I want to travel in weekends to get to know more of Australia when it's possible. I have little experience of living in shared house but I'll do my best to learn how the house works and to make it a enjoyable place.
Hello, my name is Georgia and I am a 33 year old female relocating to the Gold Coast from my home-state of Tassie. I will be working full-time at the Gold Coast University Hospital as an Allied Health Professional so am financially secure and reliable. I'll be doing shift work so would prefer a quiet place to live where I can sleep during the day as needed. I am a home owner myself and understand the importance of paying bills on time and taking care of a property. I'm a super clean and house-proud person, relaxed, easy to get along with and have a good sense of humour (allegedly!). I value a balance of being social in a share house and also respecting the need for privacy and down-time. I love animals so if you have pets that's a bonus as I'll be missing cuddles with my two sausage dogs, who are staying in Tassie. If you have a room for rent with air-con in the bedroom that would be an added bonus (I think this Tassie devil could possibly melt in the Queensland summer!). Non-smoker, healthy life style, honest, and keen to make new friends and get to know the Goldie! PS- I'll arrive in the Gold Coast 14/11/18 and be able to view rooms for rent from then onwards. Unfortunately I can't commit to renting a room until I've viewed it in person.
We are a french couple of backpackers, we moved to Gold Coast last week. We are looking for a place to settle at least for 6 months. We are friendly, clean and tidy. We are in Gold coast to look for a work not for party. I (Marlene) looking for work in hospitality industry and my partner in construction. We both love the beach !
I am happy, fun, clean, tidy, friendly, respectful. Looking to share with like minded people, like to socialise but respect people’s space. I’m quiet, I study English teaching and do office temping. For fun I like beach, camping, eating, cooking, art.
I’m 23, working full time. Very easy to get along with and have a lot of respect for others and others space/belongings. I do enjoy to be social but I equally enjoy time by myself. I like to cook & go to the gym each day. I am a tidy person and don’t like living in a mess. I do have a 1 & a half year old daughter but am about to start the court process to fight for custody, so at this stage she wouldn’t be around the house but I would like to find somewhere where in the future it isn’t a huge problem to have her around a couple days a week (depending on what happens). Look forward to hearing from you
We are currently living in the UK before we start our travels to Australia where we plan to rent a property and work. We are both easy to live with being clean, tidy and easy going. We are confident and up for meeting new people however we aren’t too loud. We enjoy going out, playing netball as well as relaxing on the beach.

Hi, I'm Apoorv from India. I'm super chilled and friendly guy but will also maintain other people's privacy. I'm a full time student in SCU and will be working part time. Up for a meal or drink and hanging out. I'm super clean and tidy. I love to cook and make meals for my friends.
I’m clean and have lived in share houses before. I respect the house and the others who live in it. I’m about to graduate a psychology degree and wish to live on the Gold Coast for a couple more months before hopefully leaving to travel Europe. This means I’ll be working a lot and with summer close by you’ll find me at the beach on my days off. Im a social person and love to spend time with friends and have a couple drinks on the weekend, yet understand people’s boundries and usually keep to myself around home.
