I've just moved back to Melbourne from the Gold Coast after almost 2 years away, looking for something mid/long term, with just a couple of housemates of a similar age, guys or girls, who are clean and casual. I'm laid back, very social and quite active, clean and tidy and understand a need for good housekeeping. I find it hard to sit still so I spend most weekends out of the house, maybe go out of a Saturday night, but if its a nice day outside on a Sunday, setting up the decks and having couple beers in the backyard aren't going to go astray either. I like cooking up a good feed and I'm happy to cook for more than one. I have a 4 yr old Carpet Python that is extremely social and well handled, though i understand snakes aren't everyones cup of tea, if it makes you feel any better, the enclosure locks and she hasn't got opposable thumbs so it's very hard for her to escape. Plenty of photos on Instagram link. I have taken a few weeks off before i start my new job in civil construction, will be working mainly the M80 upgrade and Citylink works. Will be working up to 6 days on site so really want to be able to come home to a relaxing environment. I have 2 cars, so would REALLY like to have a garage space or at very least, SECURE off street parking (not just in a driveway) to keep my ute, the other is just a run about and not fussed where it's parked, be it on a kerb down the street, under a tree, in a tree, bloody whatever. The ute is currently in storage, but it can't stay there forever, so would prefer to have it with me in Melb. I'm on the left in the photo!

Seeking a place to stay preferably near Melbourne City or up to 30mins travelling time away from the city. Would love to hear from my future housemate! :)
Hey, I'm Alanah! I'm just a 22 girl looking for a place closer to work! No one wants to drive long distances at peak hour so here is me trying to avoid that. I work full time and are pretty sociable, but also respect your need for space. I'm pretty chill and just wanting to find a cute place I can call home. I like to believe I am house trained and easy going and friendly. Other than work, Netflix has my time or I'm out hanging with my friends.
Take a Turkish Man and a New Zealand Wahine and you have the ultimate duo. We're both super respectful, clean and down to earth. We love meeting other genuine people, enjoy staying active and exploring Melbourne with all of its delicious cuisine. During the Winter you'll find us rugged up watching a good movie or tv series. Come Summer we'll be out having fun. Ideally we would like a place somewhere between the City and Box Hill.
Hi I'm Al. Spanish native speaker, 38 years old, working full time as Engineer. I'm patient, relaxed, tidy and very easy going. I enjoy running, doing some exercise and have to study during the weekend. I'm looking for a quiet place to stay and study for three months (minimum). A location within 1 hour traffic (on car) from/to Notting Hill is acceptable for me.
I am very friendly, chill, and I like having my own space too. I love cooking and I always try to keep the house clean. I am a Filipino, currently an international student and I work part time. I like to go out during my free time, but most of the time I am at work.
Hey! My name's Katie, and I'm 21 years old. I've just finished my music course, and am currently working as a nanny and at a hotel. I enjoy watching TV and lazing around for a night, on the flip side I love a fun night in the city. I love animals, cooking, going out to gigs or to the movies. I'm sociable but appreciate my own space, as I'll give you yours. I'm also tidy and clean up after myself!
I'm really chilled out, tidy, polite and like to go out to music and comedy gigs. Currently studying a sound production course at Box Hill and need a place for 6 months. Also can cook a mean stir-fry ;)
HELLO from Rahul Patel, My wife kinjal and me (Indians, currently living in South Korea) are moving to Melbourne in March 2019. We will be looking for a shared accommodation. Me and my wife are PhDs in Chemistry and Mathematics, respectively. We both are fun loving, understanding, cooperative and easy going. We have a lovely 3 years old daughter. We would like to go for a shared living in Burwood east area or nearby locations.
I’m a 25 year old American. I’m level headed, and a chill person to be around. I work in theatre back in the US. I’ve been working in childcare in AU. I love being surrounded by similar artsy types. I love pets (but I don’t come with any), occasional cocktails, Netflix, and dancing. I’m open to location.
Hey guys! We are two Melbourne locals looking for a new place due to our lease ending and trying to find a house closer to our workplace. We are very tidy and always clean up after ourselves in communal spaces. We are always up for a chat but will always be respectful of your alone time and boundaries. We enjoy the occasional drink at home and you will always be welcome to join us. We are out during the 9-5 hours during the week due to our work and study commitments, so we are very respectful of working conditions and rather quiet on week nights. We try to keep a fairly healthy lifestyle but we do indulge by trying new restaurants, you are more than welcome to join us :) - Apologies for our photo we are a rather un-photogenic couple

Hallo, I'm Reay, looking for a sharehouse preferably with a garage. I'm a 3rd year aerospace engineering student at RMIT, working part time at Coles. Most of my friends live on the east side, and for me, uni is in the city and Bundoora (but Bundoora only from next year onwards), while work is normally at Balwyn north or Forest hill. I like doing car stuff, love cooking, heavily enjoy music, and am very tidy. Previously I've lived on my own at a SHA place for a year, only leaving to go on exchange with uni. My budget is approx 180 per week, not including utilities. Looking forward to hearing from you!!
Hi! My name is Lauren, and I am a full time primary education student at Deakin University as well as a part time nanny born and raised in Melbourne. I'm a very easygoing, clean and overall relaxed individual who is passionate about indie and rock music, elephants, wine, exercise, reading and conversations. I am house trained, respectful and also love to cook for the people around me. I'm looking for a kind, interactive house where everyone has their own space but gravitates towards each other and lives as more of a family. If you're interested, I'd love to come around and get to know each other over a coffee!
I have been doing share accommodation in the house I have been renting, so I am well used to living and sharing with other people. The owner of the house I am currently renting has given me notice to vacate the property due to him wanting to undergo extensive renovations before selling it, so I need to find a new home and new flat mates!! I need a reasonable size unfurnished bedroom as I already have my own Queen size bed + I also have a small computer desk and TV. It would be a real bonus if my TV can go in the Lounge Room and not in my bedroom. It is a brand new smart 4K HD TV that connects up to the net, I just brought it a couple of months ago and I also have an android box that can download from the net all of the new release movies and TV shows for free, so happy to watch a good movie or TV show with my flatmates on my brand new TV!!! I am a courier / delivery driver, but after doing this job for while, I would like to change into a different industry. I'm a pretty quite living guy, so no loud playing of music etc.. and I go elsewhere to visit friends / family, they will not visit me at your place. I will look after our home very well and will always keep everything neat and tidy and I always clean up after myself after cooking / eating my meals. So give me a phone call or send me a message here so we can arrange a time to meet and we can get to know each other more and I can inspect your available room and my potential new home and meet my potential new flatmates. I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you.
Hello potential housemate(s), My lease in Narre Warren is ending soon, so I need a room to stay until I graduate this end of year (and if my new whatever visa application is granted, then I'll be able to extend my lease, but I'm still not sure at this stage). My current place is very far from everything I like even with a car, hence why I'd appreciate moving to somewhere more convenient or at least closer to my uni (can you believe I have to drive an hour everyday to uni or 2.5 hours in peak hour traffic? heh). Below is what I'm looking for and a bit about me! Looking for: - Something in south east Melbourne, or north (closer to RMIT Bundoora campus)... E.g. Glen Waverley, Epping, South Morang, Dandenong or anything in between CBD and these suburbs. Oh I wouldn't mind mountain area too! - Ideally houses sharing with the lesser people the better... But I also understand you get what you pay for... So I'll just put my wish out there for someone awesome to come forward :) - IDEALLY less than or around 150 per week with all bills included, but will consider shared bills based on price of the house! - Furnishing can be flexible as I have my own (I have everything, including 4 seater glass dining table + chairs, white goods, kitchen utensils, sofa, TV, TV stand, 2 sets of bedroom furniture.. If not needed tho, I can always sell some) - Don't mind teaming up with others for a new house. Don't mind sharing with nice clean and respectful guys and/or girls. About me: I'm from Taiwan, a beautiful and friendly country famous for our awesome street food. Just like most of the Taiwanese, I'm friendly, open minded and respectful... And I also love great food and awesome milk tea! I seldom cook cuz I'm lazy enough I'd order home delivery meals most days and use the plastic cutlery provided so I don't need to wash the dishes, but I'm never too lazy to clean up after myself and keep my place clean, neat and tidy. I love my house to be neat and tidy especially around kitchen and bathroom area, I clean up after myself every time, but I understand sometimes people get tired and just want to leave things til later for a bit. I have a car and all my furniture (used to rent an unfurnished apartment on my own) so I am quite flexible with options. I'm currently in my last semester (hopefully) of Graduate Diploma in early childhood teaching at RMIT Bundoora. Only have classes on Tuesdays throughout the semester, and Fridays as well for the first 5 weeks only. But between mid August and early October, I have full time placement to go to and assignments to submit at the same time, so I'll be fairly busy. I am not a party person nor am I a smoker. At night or during weekends, I'll either be watching netflix, spending time with my friends, or doing assignments. During weekdays, I'll be at uni, or doing work placement. And if I still have energy working part time, I'll be doing that too. I respect personal space and privacy, and I'd expect my housemate(s) to value this as well. I'm always up for some chit-chat if you feel like sharing/talking, but I also value some quiet time in my own room. Oh did I mention I love dogs and cats and I'd be loving them with all my heart if I ever get lucky to live with one/them? If you've got anything you think might suit me, message me anytime, worst I'll say is no :) Hope to hear from you soon! Regards, Nancy.
Hi my name is Josh, I'm a young and social adult looking to move into a share house with people of the same nature. I've lived in backpackers hostels for a large portion of my life and as a result I'm always clean in communal areas and respectful of the people around me. I studying animal studies on Fridays at Box Hill Institute and work most other days. I'm an easy going, relaxed character and would love an opportunity to meet for you to see yourself Thanks, Josh
I recently finished my studies and currently working Full-time in IT field. I am originally from Sri Lanka and I have been living here in Melbourne since 2015 (loving it a lot :) ). I enjoy pretty chilled environment and not a 24/7 party-bug at all (of course I am up if you wanna party in the weekend). I enjoy outdoors and having animals or kids at home is completely OK with me. I am more interested in if you are a vegan/ vegetarian. But not mandatory.
