Hi Guys. We are a small family of 3 with a well behaved daughter of 4 years old, we have recently who have recently moved to Australia having spent 7 months in Sydney and we are now in Melbourne! I have signed a contract for a job in Notting Hill and am undergoing the visa process at the moment so I am legally able to work. As I am not allowed to work until I get my visa, we are loathed to rush into a full blown rental property straight away and I am looking at various "options" to keep us accommodated until we are in a position to enter into a more permanent arrangement. A Granny Flat arrangement would be our best solution, however we would certainly look into other options. I am Ex British Military and am used to keeping places spic and span, my wife is from the Philippines and keeps a well organised house and our daughter Jessie May is a well behaved young lady full of fun! We are used to sharing a double bed at the moment until we get ourselves sorted out! I am happy to answer any questions that you might have and have a number of references should you need to contact them, I can also provide you with our police clearances for your information. Best REgards Mike, Joyette and Jessie May.

Hi! I am a 20+ female from Malaysia and have been residing in Australia for many years, currently pursuing a Master degree in Landscape Architecture and will be working and studying in Melbourne starting next year. From my past 6 times of house sharing experience, and several times of sharing rooms at hostels, I have a reputation of being a clean, tidy, and responsible house/roommate. I speak 4 languages, namely English, Mandarin Chinese, Malay and Spanish; and I am an avid traveler. I have just done a big backpack round tour in Europe, had traveled to Japan, and did work and study in China, Ireland and Spain. I consider myself to be an open-minded and mature person, also should be fun to be with as told by my friends. I enjoy cooking and baking, which I don't mind sharing the food with my future flatmates. I am also into arts and design, photography, books, linguistic, culture and history, plants, fitness and DIY. Happy with locations within an hour public transport time distance from city center, even if not listed in my "Preferred location" section below. Please drop me a message if you think I sound like a friend-to-have / someone who should be living at your flat right now! I don't mind teaming up with like-minded people to rent a property too.
Hey, I'm Enda. I'm an emergency department doctor based in Box Hill Hospital. In my free time I love cycling, surfing and reading. I'd like to think I'm easy to live with. I'm tidy and relaxed. I occasionally work odd shifts at work but I like to socialise and explore Melbourne on the weekends when I'm off
My name is Erin and I am 32. I have a creative design background and have studied many things including photography, marketing and fashion design. I like to do little projects to keep active. My interests are in sustainable fashion & design, art, history, photography, current affairs and various TV shows and movies. Currently unemployed due to health reasons, but I am on the disability support pension, so I have an income. I live independently and do not need any assistance. Pay rent and bills on time. I am always working on improving my health and have a pretty clean lifestyle. I am a clean person and contain any mess I have to my bedroom. I am a sociable, friendly and bubbly and generally happy person. Always up for a chat over a cuppa; D&M, current affairs or just something funny or silly. But do respect personal space and the need for down time too. I have recently been exploring meditation and Buddhist principles to improving health and well-being. I'm looking for a home not just a place to sleep or exist. I would love to meet people to make a great flatmate family and be an environment of growth and harmony. Interested in team ups too.
Hello! Me and my partner are both looking for a place/house/appartment and planning to move somewer in the last week of Jan, we both are working full time and mostly will be out from morning to eve, we like to relax in the evening when we are back and do some cooking and watch netflix, we both are fairly social and also respect privacy. We keep our sureoundings clean and can easily get along with people.
Heya 🙋♂️🙋♂️ I'm a super laid back and chilled person, and that's what I like to be around as well. I love to live comfortably, and will always opt for comfort over money, so no stingy short showers or a freezing house with me 😂 a super high-speed internet connection is also a must 😁 but whatever. I'm big into my training, boxing, BJJ, yoga, surfing, tv series' and music so if you also like or love any of those things we will have a mad time. I also HATE 'A Current Affair' and 60 Minutes, and any other stupid ass show. I'm 23 years old and studying Psychology at Deakin Burwood, so I'm a mature age student this time around. I'm starting my second year and I am hella into it and serious about it, so if you're also super serious about your studies that would be awesome. Maybe we can set up a study hub inside our house 🤔 My ideal roommates would be similar to me and love learning new things. I'm super clean, organized, practical, caring and most of all considerate. I sleep with earplugs so do whatever you want whenever you want 😂. If you're passionate about something, chances are I'll get right into it with ya. I think one girl and one guy plus myself would be a good dynamic?? I'm from Melbourne, and I'm Australian. Give me a holla if you're interested in getting a house. I wanna do a team up, for 3 of us in a place in Box Hill 👍 xoxo Mango Man

A single, 31 year old male, I am very resourceful, rent/bills are always paid on time, and am a mature, clean, quiet and agreeable housemate, able to get along with just about anyone. I'm a non-smoker and keep myself busy writing in my free time, so I'm a fairly quiet housemate. I'll always pitch-in and like to keep things neat and tidy, hoping to move in at the beginning of January.

Hello, My name is Joseph, I am working full time in a winery called Coldstream Hills in Yarra Valley and I am currently looking for room in Healesville area to move in around mid Jannuary. I'm looking to spend around 100 - 180$ per week. I would like to live in a tidy and organized flat which are two requirements I believe are essential to have a good atmosphere at home. I am a very easygoing person with a strong respect for everyone who will be sharing the flat with me. I'll be working full time, and in my free time I love to do outdoors activities, as hiking or running. I had many experiences as flatmate in the past and I know how important is to be respectful of others spaces and privacy, and I always clean up after myself and I would expect the same of any roommate. if needed I am able to references from my previous landlords and employer here in Australia and New Zealand. Thanks
We are post graduation students at Deakin University. We are extremely friendly and easy going people. We enjoy a good company and we look forward to having a great time with our fellow flatmates.
We're returning from living in Switzerland in February 2018 - looking for a place that could become available around then. Dylan is a social worker originally from Adelaide and Ezgi is studying a Masters in Construction Management at Melbourne Uni. We're both pretty easy going - enjoy our own space, but also enjoy a casual drink. Dylan loves cooking and we love good food. We enjoy travelling, weekends away camping and both volunteer as Scout leaders in our spare time. By the way, the dog in the picture isn't ours!
Hi, I'm 22 years old originally from Hong Kong, just graduated at Deakin Uni last year, have a little bit of experience living in a shared house as I have lived for 3 years at my current place. I work full time 5 days a week, and I have lived in Melbourne for 5 years so far. I'm friendly, tidy, sociable, organised and easy going. In my spare time I hang out with my friends, I like to go out for drinks or dinners. I like sports, I play soccer. I also enjoy chilling at the beach, shopping, the occasional night out and relaxing nights cooking. I'm planning to move in asap, I need garage or driveway for parking my car as I wouldnt park on street, also I have my own furniture for a bedroom so a furnished room wouldnt be preferred. Built-in wardrobe is preferred. Please do not call me, and shoot me a private message instead if interested :) Thanks, Alex
I'm an avid photographer so I love going to different places and taking photos of the outdoors and people. I an outdoors person hence the photography but this also led me to being vegetarian. I've always been very independent and tidy. I'm also an extravert (although still capable of reading social cues and giving space when needed) meaning i'm often out doing things such as tennis or just socialising)
I am 23, Have my own furniture & own fridge looking for a granny flat or whole property to rent, Have 2 jobs prefer to live close to the city or eastern/western suburbs of Melbourne, easy transport to get to and from work You will find that I am a bright, happy, talkative, energetic and enthusiastic person who likes to get involved in many different activities and opportunities available, like helping others with organisational skills, setting challenges and achieving my goals, but most of all meeting new people and working with others in a way that builds strong, professional relationships.
