American girl coming over to get her Masters in Business ! Already lived in Sydney on working holiday visa so not looking for huge party house! Going to be working on days I am not in school so will probably wont be home much. Super clean and tidy and make great pancakes!
Hiya, Have lived in Sydney for a number of years. Looking to come back after saving some coin with the parents! I'm a 27 year old single Practice Manager at a medical practice, I work Monday to Friday normal hours. I love travelling but also adventuring in Sydney. I don't have any pets but love them if you have any! I commute a lot at the moment so I'm excited to get into yoga and fitness when I have that extra time back. Not a real cooking person but starting to get more interested! I like wine, movies & squiggle top biscuits at home, and not "party" exactly but socialness is a must,, especially on weekends, I might be a bit independent during the week but a wine or two is ok too :p I much more prefer warmth over cold. Looking for a room in a furnished apartment. I have all my own things though if need anything to complete the house. I'd like to fit out my own room. Looking in Eastern Suburbs area. Want sunshine and no mould. Around the $300 mar. Don't really want to sign a lease (have had lots of my own but prefer to stay off so I look better to mortgage broker!) but is up for discussion if essential. Moving date is very open. I have a car so somewhere to park it would be nice but not essential. I work in the city so would love to be near public transport. Anything else just ask :)
Hi There, Vera and I are two social, positive and laid-back girls ( a couple ) from the Netherlands who have fallen in love with ( and in ) Manly 2 years ago. I am going to study full time and she will find a job. Vera is a fantastic chef so there will be good food on the table, I am a dance/musical theatre teacher and can therefore provide in the entertainment area. I surf as well ( at least a try to ), we both enjoy being outdoors, meeting new people, hanging out on the beach or at a bar and we love drinking ( good ) coffee. we will travel for a bit mid feb hopefully and then return when my studies begin in march. We might be interested in a flatshare then as well. We're looking for a clean and modern place preferably an ensuite room. we look forward to hear from you!
Hi, my name is Malthe, and I am an international student from Denmark, I'm going to attend The University of Sydney during semester 1, 2017. I really look forward to my stay and I hope to find me a nice place to call my home for the semester. I'm an outgoing person and I have my feet securely planted on the ground, to put it short I'm easy-going and flexible when it comes to how much contact to have with flatmates. I like being social, cooking together or the like, but I do respect a closed door, as I myself from time to time need some alone time. I'm orderly and neat, having lived with flatmates away from home for three years I'm used to taking care of a household, though I'm by far not a prune. I like going out for drinks once in a while but I respect it if my flatmates need a quiet evening. All in all, I'm the kind of person who can pretty much blend into any household, though I would appreciate living in a quiet and somewhat clean household where people are open to being social and maybe going out for drinks once in a while. I study full-time at the University of Aarhus. I study Digital Design (third year of the BA-course) and I'm really interested in the way so-called digital artifacts shape our reality, and how designers should be concerned with finding a sweet-spot between aesthetic quality and pragmatic usability, but I figure we'll talk a lot more about that once we meet in real life ;)
Hi everyone, I'm interested in entering into a lease with someone else/ or a couple. I've been looking at some really amazing properties that are around and they seem to be at the $600 mark for a 2 bedroom apartment near the beach. I'm a female, 22, clean and tidy, very easy to get along with. I like to chill and watch a movie, cook, I love to exercise and explore. If you're interested, please let me know :)
Hello everyone, my name is Myriam and I'm 30.... I'm French and just arrived in Sydney 3 month ago. I working full time in hospitality and definitely I'm not a party girl but I'd like to enjoy a glass of wine or sparkling wine. I like to met new people from all around the world. Before to get Australia I had traveling all around South East Asia for 8 month and it was the best experience ever!!!! Indeed, I really enjoy to met people and improve my English.
My name is Kenny and I'm 27 years old. I work in IT and my office is in Surry Hills. My background is Thai but I've grown up in Sydney my whole life. I think I would be a good fit for your place, here's why: - I'm respectful to people but I do love good banter - I'm really clean so you don't have to worry about untidiness from my end. - I'm easy to get along with, I understand everyone's different so I have no trouble getting along with people from all walks of life. Kenny
I am about to move to Sydney from Perth to study a Masters Degree at The University of Sydney! I am looking for somewhere to live in Sydney that is convenient for uni, preferably with a gym nearby as I don't plan on bringing my car over. I am super friendly and get along with everyone, but I am respectful and enjoy my own space as well. I'm definitely not the type of person to sloth on the couch in my spare time and like to stay active. I am hoping to move in with like-minded people who are friendly and like to socialise! If you'd like to consider me as a housemate, please don't hesitate to contact me and ask any other questions! Maddi
Born and raised in the Canary Islands (Spain), I'm happiest when floating in the sea. I'm looking for a place around the Manly area, but I'm open to other nearby options. I'm an advertiser and PR constantly creating myself and will be attending a Graphic Design course in Sydney starting next February. I'm respectful, tidy and easy-going and love meeting new people. I'm an outgoing lover of anything creative and like spending time outdoors, social drinks and food, as well as enjoying my own quality time every now and then.
Hey! I’m Matt, a 20 year old student moving to Sydney from Perth in February next year. I’ll be studying the JD at USyd, so am hoping to find a place to call home near uni. I’m an open and friendly person, who loves hanging out, whether enjoying the night in with roommates/ friends or a night out. I’m hoping to find active roommates who like to spend time together to chat, cook, play games, watch movies or anything :) I love travelling, so will definitely be doing lots of day trips to explore around Sydney. I’m also a clean and organised person, so you won’t need to worry about finding my clothes all around the house or dishes on the couch ;) Apartment/house wise, I’m after a private room (furnished or non furnished works), ideally within 15 min from USyd. If anyone is interested in getting together to make our own apartment, hit me up too :P Hope to hear from you :)

I'm a pretty easygoing person to live with, clean & pay everything on time. I like Netflix, food, wine, outdoor adventures, live music... bit of everything. The two guys are really clean, friendly & responsible. Architects who also like to socialise but work long hours through the week. We would like to live with someone who likes to hang out after work and is friendly rather than feeling like strangers sharing a place. If that is you, send us a message :-)

We are also respectful of the need of others for privacy and alone time. Lastly, both of us are responsible individuals and like to keep our living spaces tidy. Willing to put in early bond as reservation as early as December. Need to have done the inspections by December 18, 2016.
