I am new to Sydney so I will be out and about exploring the city. I work full time in the city and love a wine and chat to catch up every so often I am keen for a place with my own bathroom and an internal laundry. Preferably a place that is inner east suburbs and no more than 2 kms from the CBD I am looking to share with people in their 30’s and not more than 2 or 3 people. If you think I would be a good fit for your place let me know
I'm an American trying to find my way back into the inner-inner west (please don’t message for places that are not inner-inner west). I have yet to give my notice at my current location, which is 3 weeks, so the place I'm looking to move into needs to be available around the second week of December. At a glance: - $280/week budget (all bills in this) - Inner inner west/inner city, <30 mins to Central by public transit, with walking time - preferably furnished - ZERO interest in boarding houses. Prefer the person I’m renting from also live in the same place. - absolutely must be pest-free and clean (old is fine!!) - private room only (this shouldn’t have to be said but sadly it seems I need to explicitly say it) - move in during early-mid December I keep to myself for the most part but I'm social enough that you won't worry about there being a dead body in the room and I'm certainly open to recapping the week over a wine or tea, I clean up all my messes (and I have too much experience cleaning up other people’s messes), and I always pay rent on time. Heck, even early if I can't pay on the scheduled day. I just won't suit a large sharehouse full of early 20s. I find things tend to stray into chaos when there's more than 3-4 unrelated people living under one roof... but it’s not necessarily a dealbreaker if the house is big. But I am NOT looking for a boarding house. I prefer to actually be renting from the people I'm living with, or be put on the lease with them. Currently I live with a married couple, renting a room in their recently acquired apartment. It's new and snazzy but it's expensive and in a sad, bleak part of Sydney. They have been great to live with (the best people I've ever rented from), but I need to find a cheerier suburb. My budget is listed as 280--for me this means all up, all bills, up to 280/week. Additionally, as I am a foreigner, I would GREATLY prefer a furnished place, at least just with a double/queen bed--I don't want to be stuck trying to sell off furniture. I am NOT interested in bleak, gray, apartment-centric suburbs. Thanks for reading and lemme know if what you've got fits! PS: Feel free to ask me about the time I used to live in Glebe with a hoarder who managed to infest the house with fleas while we had no pet. I noped out of that fast and lost so much money in the process. It would explain to you how much of a legend flatmate I am and my perseverance in times of adversity. But really, please, no bug infestations.
Hi I've just finished Uni and want to move out at some point over the next few months, just looking for the right place :) I am a respectful, clean and sociable human being.
Hi - I'm Hugo from the UK. I moved from London to Sydney earlier this month to live and work in this amazing city, so looking for somewhere central with good connections into the CBD. I enjoy laid back evenings during the week and being out and about as much as possible on the weekends. I'm ideally looking for a flat with a short-term or flexible lease and fun, laid-back, like-minded and happy flatmates!
I'm a working professional. I enjoy the cafe lifestyle, catching up with friends, going for walks, and also quiet nights in. I like living in a clean and tidy home. I'm 42 however feel younger at heart :) I'm friendly, considerate, and mature minded. Looking to share with someone who is easy going and considers home to be a place to relax and wind down after a days' work. Happy to hang out and also respectful of other people's space and belongings (would like the same in return). I'm a non-smoker so living with non-smokers is important to me. I'd be happy to move as soon as I find a place I like (my move in date if flexible at this time). Looking forward to chatting further and hopefully meet :)
Film student who likes a good chat after a long day but also loves quiet and keeps to myself. I'm a fan of a glass of wine or a bottle of cider, and really any place that doesn't flood because I've had my fair share of flooded rooms in the past.
Hey there! I’m moving to Sydney soon from Adelaide (around mid January 2019). I’m 23 and work full-time in the finance industry. When I’m not working, I like going to dance classes, going to the gym or just taking it easy at home. On weekends, I like discovering new places, going out with friends or going to beaches or parks. I also love travelling, wine, gin and art! Being bubbly and easy-going, I enjoy spending time with my flatmates but also respect the need to have alone time. I’m tidy, clean and reliable when it comes to chores and responsibilities. Looking for like minded people who are tidy, respectful and fun to be around! P.S. I'm allergic to cats :(
We are an Irish guy and an English girl looking for short term accommodation from early December to late February. Preferably inner west Sydney but may be swayed going elsewhere! I have been here for four years and my partner one year. We're going through wrapping up our lives to get ready to move to Dublin on 27th Feb so looking for something super chilled and relaxed until then. Move in date is fairly flexible but really after something in Early December. We like to have a wine in the evenings but are definitely not party animals, looking for the same for potential flatmates.

Hi, I'm Angela. I'm 29 and I'm relocating to Sydney from London. I work in marketing and I'm currently looking for a job. I'm very sociable and I like sport and art. During the week I like chilling out at home or out with friends while on the weekend I like going to wander around and socialising.
I’ve done and seen a lot of things in my life. Moved back to home to Sydney after 4 years abroad and looking for a great place around the CBD. I used to work in fashion and now am a travel agent. Very sociable and always keen for a wine, but also happy to keep to myself if preferred. I like to keep my spaces clean so will be easy with household chores.
Born and raised in Sydney, young photographer and in general a lover and participant of the creative arts such as music, fashion, visual arts and more. I have a pet dog, she's about 10 years old and can be quite anxious but overall she is kind. I like to have fun and party the night through though I am still respectful of other peoples needs and schedules. I am comfortable with living with women and LGBT+ people, and I especially hope I get to live with other cool creatives. I'm also a vegan, but I'm still okay with living with people who aren't. All that I mostly require is a room big enough for a desk, an iMac and my photographic equipment, as well as other essentials. I'm looking for a home anywhere between Enmore and Paddington. Other than that, my only other hobby is DJing and playing music. Hit me up if I'm your guy!
Hi! I'm a uni student doing my honors next year and working part time in retail. I've been living happily in a sharehouse for two years but looking to move to a more convenient area - closer to the city/central. I'm a tidy person and have no problem in helping to keep the house clean. I love going to galleries, wine and good food! Hoping to find a private room (that’s unfurnished and can fit a double bed!) with clean and social housemates :)
Sociable and friendly 27 year old from UK excited to spend 6 months in Sydney. Enjoy a few beers and play a bit of sport. Excited to make new friends and explore as much of Sydney as possible! Will be working full-time in CBD, but keen to socialise in the evenings/weekends.
Bula, my name is Maybe and I'm from Fiji. Will be starting at uni of sydney in January 2019. Currently looking for a place that is closeby but willing to consider other options. Must be fully furnished and bills included. I am neat and tidy. Respect other people's ideas and privacy.
Hey I am a 28 year old primary teacher ( working in child care currently) , I like good coffee, wine and food. I am a good cook. New to the city so wouldn't mind a sociable house( not a party place) 7 am, children and a hangover do not mix. I am from Newcastle England and have been away for over a year now , sociable and tidy :) Looking for a private room as I tutor online some evenings.
I’m a personal trainer from the UK currently working in construction for a years working holiday in Sydney. I’m an outgoing individual and love having a good social life. I generally work fairly long hours through the week although I still try to get the gym in the evenings and some good events on the weekends. I am clean and tidy, although I’m definitely not a clean freak. Give me a shout if you’d like to know anything else!
