Laid back professional photographer who enjoys quiet nights in as well as socialising with friends at various bars, cafes, diners, live music venues, art events, gym, outdoors when not working. My week various - I'm a freelancer who is either working from home or out shooting on location most of the time. I've lived in Sydney all my life but spent the past 12 months abroad volunteering in Nepal then working in Bangkok so I have minimal furniture but plan to purchase whatever is necessary (so ok with a furnished / unfurnished room). I return back to Sydney this Thursday (27th April) and can view and move in straight away. I clean up after myself, is social enough to hold a conversation with you and your guests when we see each other around the house but know when to respect your privacy. I'm housetrained :) and is happy to share the chores / bills for common household items. I LOVE animals though have no pets of my own but if you do I'd be more than happy to help with walking or feeding said furry creature when you are too busy etc. If there is space for gardening I'd love to maintain one so we can always have fresh herbs and veggies. In regards to rent / bills, after the initial bond and 1 month rent, I am willing (indeed would prefer) to pay monthly in advance. In terms of contract, I am hoping to settle into my new home for more than 12 months if we are all a good fit. Ideally, it would be great to get along with my flatmates outside of the share housing situation. In the past I've had flatmates who became friends / regularly gone out together in social situations.
Hey! I'm a British exchange student looking for short term furnished accommodation (6 weeks). I'm an outgoing person who loves socialising with new people. Health and fitness are important to me but also love to party. I also consider myself to be very clean, tidy and respectful. Food is life. I am great with animals and children too.
Hi this is Keith. I need a friendly, clean and comfortable place. I am a professional teacher. I am Australian citizen, nice, warm, friendly & genuinely honest & helpful. I respect others privacy & sensitive to their needs. I am clean, organized, social & fun loving. I would like to share a home with people who are respectful, work hard and like to have fun too. Definitely need a caring home environment. I am a good cook too and can share my fabulous meals with you from time to time. If you think you have a suitable place for me and that I am a good fit for you then I would appreciate you contact me. Thank you.
Neat and tidy non-partier - I tend to chill out at home watching a movie, or walking my French Bulldog, Duck. Enjoy home gatherings playing Cards Against Humanity or long afternoons at Vic on the Park. I'm an event manager and interior designer so I travel a bit for work (don't worry, I have pet sitters coming out of my ears so I'd never need you to look after Duckie) and I bake and sell cakes as a hobby. Just as comfortable playing video games as I am having deep existential conversations. Not a big drinker but enjoy the occasional scotch. Ex-vegetarian with an addiction to bacon and a Costco membership (which is dangerous as hell) Sydney local. Would prefer a house without children.

Hello future housemate, my name is Molly and I'm a 21 year old film student at AFTRS. I work part time as a freelance photographer and filmmaker and also do casual delivery driving. I moved to Sydney 18 months ago from the Sunshine Coast in QLD but for the past few months I've been backpacking around Europe. Having just returned back to Sydney I'm looking for a new place to call home! I'm a laid back person who enjoys both being active and doing stuff as well as chilling at home and cannot deny my love for a good Netflix binge. The beach is my favourite place to hang out and I love swimming so if you have a pool I'm sold! When I'm at home I enjoy cooking and chatting with house mates over a bit of wine or tea... Depending on the mood 😜 I'm looking for a house that's bright and in a good location, preferably with parking close by for my car. I would love to live in a place where I can be friends with my housemates and socialise every now and then. If you think I'd fit in well to your place please feel free to contact me via email or shoot me a message on here! Looking forward to meeting you! Molly 😊✌🏼️
