Hello! I've returned to Sydney after a summer back home in Queensland and will be working in Darlinghurst for the next few months so looking for somewhere to stay reasonably closeby. I work full time Monday to Friday for Bailey Nelson, and am pretty independent so will be a low maintenance housemate :-)
We are two 20 year old outgoing swedish girls who are comming to Sydney for a working holiday. We consider ourselves to be orderly, tidy and respectful. We hope that you will find us suitable to rent.
Hello there! 😎😜 Well.. let me introduce myself 😎 Lil bit about me - I'm 21yrs old, physically active and healthy, clean freak, and a non-smoker. I'm not a party person but still appreciate a social get together or dancing at the club every now and then. I'm currently studying psychology part time and I act on the side in theatre productions. I'm quite a creative/artist person 👻🌸👩🏻🎤🍃 I'm a part time nanny at the moment and have loved it. Mostly I'm out weekdays at work or uni and on weekends sometimes I'll just stay at home, binge watch tv shows or go out with friends. I'm use to sharing with people and understand the responsibilities of undertaking a rental. I have lived out of home for a couple years now, and prior to that I grew up with four other siblings haha. Feel free to message. X Claire Kenyon
I am an Architect and work full time. I'm 30, single and I am from Kenya, currently living and working in Sydney for three years. I am respectful and clean and would love to find a lovely place to call home! My work hours are long, however I try to be just as social, healthy and active. I also enjoy my quiet time. I love really good intellectual conversations, coffee and all sorts of music, film, art, surfing, travel, design and books. I love minimal and modern architecture with a lot of natural light. Thanks :)
We are a friendly couple who are looking for a short term stay. We both are students and are clean and tidy to live with. We love to cook in our free time, go for a few drinks and love making new friends!
I'm an international student from Malaysia, currently studying Design/Media PR and Advertising in COFA, I'm currently looking for a room to rent around Paddington since I'm not really a morning person and I won't have to rush to uni :P I'd like a place where I can invite my friends over for jamming or gaming sesh I play the piano and guitar, I sing as well so.. if you do too, you're always welcome to come jam with me! I also have a Netflix account (I am more than happy to share) I'm pretty much a chilled, clean, respectful, nice non-conflict person who pays her bills in time!
Hi there, I'm Sharon and I'm looking for a quiet, furnished private room to at least the end of May 2017. Happy to settle in longer to indefinite for the right place at the right price. I've flat and house shared most of my adult life, so am very aware of keeping a place clean and tidy and respecting other people's space. My career vocation is Organisational Change and Communications Management and I was a Professional House Sitter while living in Queensland a few years ago. I'm very open, adaptable and easy going. Live a fairly independent life and am also happy to share a meal or a glass of wine with my flat mate/s when it suits. Built-ins in the bedroom and a bath, somewhere in the apartment are on my 'love these' list. Some storage space would be a bonus. Ideally, I'd like to share a relaxed home environment with like-minded 40+ people (of any orientation) who have some common values and life experiences. Ready to move pretty much anytime... Looking forward to meeting you soon Cheers Sharon
I am an international student from Oslo, Norway currently doing my full bachelor degree at UTS. I am looking for a place to move in together with my sister, Tsutsumi. Previously I've stayed on UTS Housing Campus where I've been mostly quiet and had my own social life. I am often at uni and rarely have parties as I prefer to have it quiet. Apart from studying I am also a lifestyle blogger at candidthat.com.
easy going, respectful, good listener, laid back, love animals especially cats and dogs, always up for a wine and chat. :)
Hey there, I'm an Italian/Australian Translation student and I'm looking for a single room, possibly in the Inner West for a maximum weekly rent of $260 from the first days of April. I'm attending a Master in Spanish and Italian Translation but I'm also working part-time in a suit shop in the city. I love every kind of sport! Basketball is my life! Basketball, Jazz and cinema are my passion! I'm easy going, clean and always up to a chat or a movie every now and then! Let me know if you want to team up or if you have a room to rent. Ciao! :D
I'm a 25 year old Norwegian. I just recently moved to Sydney as I lived in Melbourne last year. I love cooking, being active, go to gigs, hiking, going to the beach and much more. I'm currently looking for work in construction management and will be working a pretty average 8-6 monday to friday. Sam is 29 years old and English. He's been in Sydney for just over a year now. He's pretty active, always out the door doing something. Going to the beach, meeting up with friends or working on side projects. He works contract work in consulting so will be gone some weeks while he has a week off here and there. We are both clean and respect other people's privacy in the house, but love being social as well. We have both been living in house shares for over 6 years and truly understand the value of a good house mate. We're available to move in as soon as possible, as we're just living at Sam's place in Coogee for the moment with a two week notice. Looking forward to hear from you, and hope to come by for a chat soon!
I am a very Bubbly, outgoing, eccentric, fun & loving person who is always willing to help others & meet new people. I keep to myself and respect others personal space, an avid collector of all things Star Wars & The Dark Knight, always up for a new adventure where so ever it may take me. I have OCD so being clean & tidy is never going to be a problem, if I see something of a mess regardless I didn't do it I contribute to keep it clean. Always pays rent on time.
I'm looking for a room to rent for 6 months. I'm currently in Brisbane and have been offered a great opportunity with my company in Sydney and they are transferring me at the end of the month. They will be putting me up for a couple of weeks until I can get myself sorted. I will be running a very busy venue, so, when at home, I like a chilled out environment. I'm tidy, friendly and considerate. I enjoy socialising and keeping active. My husband will be staying in Brisbane for the moment, wrapping things up with his business and will be heading down in September, when we will get our own place as we also have a dog.
My name is Annabelle, I am 27 years old and I have just returned from living in Paris, France for a 5 months. I love music, reading, relaxing, wine, cheese, exercising, socializing (yet I also enjoy my own space). I'm a down to earth and chilled out person, very easy to get along with, I have a great sense of humor, I am respectful of others and I always clean up after myself (I'm not a neat freak but I do take pride in my home and like to be tidy). I love the beach, spending time with friends and family, meeting new people, going to new bars/pubs/restaurants and live performances. I love to have fun and go out but I'm more the 'smoke bomb'/'phantom' type of person rather than bringing the party home.
I work full time in the city for a charity Monday-Friday. I keep to myself and I'm pretty quiet around the house. But always happy to have chill and a chat or maybe go out for a night. I come with an Xbox One that I rarely get to use but happy for flatmates to play games or watch Netflix. I'm a musician and music lover so I'm always down for a jam (during appropriate hours of course).
Looking preferably for a townhouse or ground floor/garden apartment to share in either Crows Nest and surrounding suburbs or near Redfern station. I'm moving from the Shire to be closer to work. My current share house of 9 months, in Gymea Bay, is slowly breaking up as one of my two female housemates is getting married and moving on. I will miss these two wonderful people. I'm an architect who enjoys playing piano and going to contemporary dance classes. I own a small upright piano that I'd like to bring along. It current fits well in my 3x3m room and I will always ask if it's okay to practice. I will need either on-street parking or a private car parking space. Preferably I'm looking for likeminded people in their mid20s-mid30s. I look forward to meeting you!

I have a full time job which keeps me pretty busy and I try to get the the gym or meet up with friends a couple of evenings a week and I love to go exploring at the weekends. Hi there, I'm Joanna, 29 years old, from England (London) out in Australia on a working holiday visa. I've recently completed my farmwork to gain my second year visa and am planning to settle in Sydney for the next few months. Currently working as an operations assistant but my usual profession is working in Human Resources. I enjoy travelling (obviously!) cooking (I'm half Sri-Lankan and make a mean curry and I love baking!), music, socialising and having fun trying new/different things.
Hi all, I am currently working full time close to the heart of the city so I am keen to move in a little closer at least for the next 3 to 6 months while I look at plans to make the move a little more permanent. I am easy going, respectful and clean and prefer to relax with a book, Netflix or gaming and prefer a relaxed/chill atmosphere. I am keen to find a social household to help open up my social circles a little and certainly wouldn't say no to doing things as a household or trips down to the pub. 3-4 people total in the household seems like a comfortable amount. While I am a smoker, it is more of a social thing and something I tend not to do on a day to day basis or while at home. I am also able to move ASAP, but there is no rush in needing to move.
Hi all, I'm looking for a private room. I'm 19 and have just graduated from The Fashion Institute. I work as a Casual at Sephora but am heavily supported by my parents so the rent will always be paid on time. I'm fun, communicative and very easy going socially. I'm neat and tidy and respect people's space. I enjoy my personal space but also love to hang around and chat after a busy day. Looking for a place to move into as soon as possible (SOS!). Hope to get in touch soon!
Laid-back worker and part-time student. I'm looking for any place close to the city/inner city area. I don't mind action and noise around the house, but relaxed roommates are definitely a better match for me. I work long hours and don't like being stuck in the house too often - so I don't linger around too much :)
Hi everyone! I'm Ying and I'm looking for a place to live. I have to move March 3rd so I'm in need to find a place ASAP. Im looking for a furnished private room in inner Sydney and my budget is around $300 per week am an exchange student at USYD. Preferably I would like Redfern, Chippendale, Darlington, Glebe, but definitely open to other options. I'm a 21 year old Chinese, studying Marketing at the University of Utah. I like to go out for drinks/ food hunt at night during weekends but not a party animal if you are worried about that. I'm a very clean and tidy person but it doesn't mean I will make you do the same. I respect other people's lifestyles.Generally looking for a good time during my study abroad program in Sydney. Looking for some cool housemates to live in a nice unit and we can all enjoy together!
I'm a tidy person to live with, I'm very easy to get on with too and I'm always up for the craic. Moving to Sydney from Ireland by myself so it'd be cool to find a nice group of people to live with.
Full time worker in the CBD, 8:30-5:30. Night person, quiet generally at home where I like to relax as I spend most evenings out enjoying my hobbies. Hobbies include swing dancing, kitesurfing, improv and sight seeing.
I am a relatively social person and enjoy parties, gatherings, etc. However I am also entirely happy in a quiet environment, and enjoy my own company. I have been told I am a good communicator and considerate in regard to others needs, and I am more than happy to accept my share of household chores. As a full-time uni student I will be spending most of my days on campus so probably won't be around all that much during weekdays. I have a broad range of interests including, but certainly not limited to, writing, reading, photography, parkour, and a passion for science. A few more thing in dot-points: - Open minded - Non-smoker - Up for a conversation whenever I'm awake - "Someone you want to have around the dinner table" ~ Emily (current housemate)
Hi! I'm a design/innovation consultant working in the CBD. I'm a big creative at heart so I'll be out most of the time working on one project or another in design and illustration. I'm easy going, tidy and I enjoy a good beer and banter anytime. Looking for a quiet room, probably long-term, anywhere near public transport. I hope to hear from you soon. J
Hi! I just transferred to USYD from Montreal but I'm originally from Mexico City. I am looking to share a place with other students or young professionals. I am very clean and respectful and I love to meet new people! I would like something close to USYD, I'm doing a double major in Marine Science and Environmental Studies. I love going to the beach and spending time outdoors. I am reliable and I pay my rent in time. Please contact me if you think I'd be a good addition to your house/apartment. Thanks!
Hi guys! I'm Juliana, a chilled and down-to-earth girl in her mid-twenties. I'm coming back to Sydney after some time in the motherland to do a master in environmental engineering and for work. I've done the house sharing thing a dozen times (meaning I'm house-trained) and now I'm really looking for a place to call home as I'm in for the long term. I'm a friendly, social and respectful person. I do my parties outside and at home, I'm more relaxed. I'm expecting to be very busy with Uni, work, and stuff but I'm generally always up for a chat, a shared meal or/and beers. My general interests include going to the movies, festivals, beach, hiking, running, eating (yes, it's a hobby), TV shows, wine, craft beer, meditation, renewable energies and so on. I like to try and do new things and I'm open to anything that can make me a better person. I also used to be an avid gamer in my good old days but can't seem to find time for it anymore. Anywho, I'm looking for like-minded people who appreciate their household, have individual lives but are also happy to socialise with housemates. Ideally the place must be well connected as I rely on public transport, not carpeted (allergies :/) and the room, big enough to fit a double bed, a desk, clothes rack and a two-door wardrobe (built-ins would be great). I'm not big on smoking but if you do it outdoors it's no issue for me :) I can go up to ~300/wk with bills included, but preferably looking for something cheaper. If you have any questions or know of/have a spare room that would be suitable, please do message me. Thanks for reading this far. I promise I'm more fun that this profile let it shows. Cheers Juliana P.s: love pets of any kind, except tarantulas. They scare the hell outta of me :X
Originally from Watford, England, over here working as a barber in Barangaroo. I came to Sydney to escape the miserable weather and it certainly hasn't disappointed. I am a friendly and easy going guy. I am respectful of other people's space and belongings. I am very tidy and hygienic . I like chilling in watching films or going out for a few drinks. I'm very sociable. Love my music and football.
Hi there, I'm a 24 year old guy from London looking for a room in Sydney. Just got back from doing 3 months of farm work so looking forward to living in civilisation again! I would say that I am a pretty laid back and have been told that I am exceptionally tidy. Hobbies include football (soccer), films and music. Enjoy having the occasional drink but otherwise just like to chill and relax. Used to be a chef so would be keen in finding a place with people who don't mind having the occasional feast together! If there's anything else you'd like to know please don't hesitate asking! Thanks, Jamie
Hey My name is Rinnie and I am student at Macquarie University looking for an accomodation near to city. I come from Mumbai India and I am open to live with cross culture people, can get along well with others easy going, loves an occassional glass of wine. Cheers!
Hey there! I am Lucas from Germany. After studying in the Netherlands, Portugal and Italy, I decided to seek a new adventure in Australia, where I will be spending the final semester of my Master's degree at the University of Sydney. I'm currently travelling New Zealand with my girlfirend and will return to Sydney at the end of February. I'm seeking to move at the beginning of March but am generally flexible and happy to adjust to your preferences. I'm into all kinds of sports including kitesurfing, swimming and basketball and enjoy socialising very much. I'd describe myself as easy going and sociable but also value privacy and respect for personal space. I like to think of myself as tidy and clean, without being obsessed with cleaning. Next to my studies, I will be working 20h per week and thus hope to find a nice balance between social and quiet evenings.
TBC. I'll think of something witty and erudite later...
