Hi, My Name is Yannik, I'm a German guy and 19 years old. I'm in Australia since August 2016. The first time, I lived by my uncle in Sydney. He have a House in Woollahra and he is an Australian Guy. At the moment I travel down the east coast and I will be back in Sydney at the end of November, because I have there a job as a Dive Instructor. Also I want to work 2 times the week as a Boxing coach. So now I'm looking for a little nice furnished flat for the next 4-6 months. The best region were on the Bondi Beach or in Darlinghurst, because there are my Dive Centre and my Boxing Gym. My price maximum is 600-800$ per week, but also it can be Cheaper. I love Sydney, I love the friendly people and I would like to live there for the next time. :) My question is, can you help me to find a nice flat? Or can you send me more contact addresses? Thank you very much! Yannik
I'm a 23 year old, female American here on a work/ holiday visa and am looking for a cool place to live! I'm pretty chill, but still social. I'm clean and respectful. And I'm looking to move in ASAP. Message me for more deets.
Hello! We are a couple from Canada (I'm 25, my partner is 29) on working holiday visas and we just moved to Sydney for at least 6 months. We are looking for a comfortable, preferably furnished place to rent while we are there! Location wise, closer to cbd if possible, if not then close to train or some sort of public transport is preferred. We are clean and tidy and always respect any shared/common spaces. We both work in the restaurant industry so will most likely be working most evenings and weekends. If you work early in the mornings we are always sure to stay quiet in the evening and won't be a bother coming home loud at night. We are a social and friendly couple, however we do also keep to ourselves and are independent. Would like flatmates that we get along with well, but prefer that our place is not a party house. Ideally we would have an ensuite bathroom or at least a private one for ourselves, but we are able to share and will be sure to help keep it clean for us all if we do share. We both do not smoke and therefore prefer living with non smokers or at least no smoking in the house. Strictly no drugs though. Please message us if you have something available, we are available to move in October 27! Looking forward to hearing from you
Hi guys! I'm a french man looking for 1 bedroom available in a flat shared. I'm currently travelling along the east coast with a friend and will be back in Sydney on the 19 Nov to settle and work full time for at least 6 months. I just finished my MBA in web marketing and am looking for a job in an advertising agency. I will be working full time and am looking for housemates with the same lifestyle. I also came here to visit my sister who has been living in Australia for 6 years. About myself I am an easy going and outgoing person, I respect the privacy of people and my friends usually say that I know how to keep my room tidy. I'm not just here to share a flat, I'm also looking for new friends and a good atmosphere to live in! I already had experiences in living with flatmates in Singapore and San Francisco so I know how to behave in that kind of set up. I am a simple guy , always keen to share a fresh draft beer with friends at the end of the day but I also love to produce songs in my spare time and have passion for music. I'm only looking for a long term flat (6 months) but also available for short term one (1 month min) if that's an option and easier for you. Please don't hesitate to PM me if you think you can have something that I would be interested in! Cheers :)
I'm very easy going, sociable, friendly but also enjoy my own space and respect others privacy. I work in the city during the week, enjoy keeping fit and socialising with friends. I love exploring of a weekend, going to the beach, trying new restaurants and bars. I would like housemates who are happy to enjoy the odd meal and glass of wine and a chat but also like doing their own thing. Hope to meet you soon!

My name is Akseli. (Looking for a place in Sydney near the city or beach) I come from the other side of this planet. All the way back from this cold place called Finland. (I come in peace!) I don't take life too seriously, I'd rather have fun. What's the worst that could happen? What you can expect when living with me? -Prepare to have some kick ass food at home (I'm a cook and I'm willing to teach you to cook too) -House will be clean (I'm very clean and tidy person and I like the house to be clean) -Trustworthy flatmate (You can count on me) -A fun person to hangout with (I like to have a drink, play pool, go to the beach, explore and experience new things etc.) Something else about me? -My passion is music (I make hip hop instrumentals) -I like to film and take pictures (I'm not that great at it yet but it's fun) A very good quote: ''Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind.'' - Bernard M. Baruch There is probably some quotes like this but in my own words: I myself would rather take a risk in hopes to get something I wanted than regretting it later on that I didn't take a chance because I was too afraid to fail. So you could say ''The only time you really fail is when you're not even trying'' Now you know a little something about me!
We are three happy girls from Sweden. We love getting to know new people and doing fun things together. We are easy going, clean and kind. But we love to go out for a drink or two as much as staying home and making a good dinner with friends. No problem for us to share only one room. We would love to find more happy people to share an apartment or maybe even a house with. Doesn't matter if you are boys or girls! Don't be a stranger! Mimmi, Denise and Nicolina

Hi! My name is Stef and I am a French Canadian from Montreal. I work in Media & Communications and I have a radio show at Eastside Radio. If you are searching for someone who is honest, friendly, tidy, social, and also respectful of personal space, who pays on time, who will not turn your flat into a party house and invite random people in, who will be keen for dinners and who enjoys a wine and a chat with you but also keeps herself busy (that means not being 24h/7 in the house) well search no more... RENTAL (WHEN & HOW LONG)? * (flexible) mid November * Rental 4 months+ EXPERIENCE / EMPATHY I know what it is to share your home with a complete stranger. Back in Canada I had my own flat and for 5 years, I had exchange students renting a room in my home for 6 months to a year, so I really know all the ups and downs of finding and living with a new flatmate.

Hi Everyone, My name is Sugianto Lauw. I am 28 year old guy working in market research and retail who speak 6 languages (Indonesian, English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Spanish) albeit in different level of fluency. I am from Melbourne where I have been for the last 9 years but have since moved to Sydney for work and I have been in Sydney since February living in Waterloo. I love the area but I’m ready for a move and I am happy to live a bit closer to the city to cut down my travel time to work and I would like to find a place that is close to the train station. Before Australia, I was in Singapore for a year and I have lived in China for 6 months. And I have traveled across different countries (Spain, France, Japan, Denmark, South Korea, Turkey, Italy, Germany, Hungary, etc). But, the one place that I have been wanting to visit is South America and that is on the cards next year. I am an outgoing person, as well as extremely clean and considerate other people spaces and privacy. I lead quite the busy life during the week so I would like to keep it like home. But that doesnt necessarily mean I wont be having a few cheeky drinks or two. :) On the weekends though, I am very social and active, usually catching up with friends at a bar or restaurant, going to the gym. I am always happy to chill and up for a chat or activities. I like social environment. I also love to cook, travel, and be creative. I always pay my bills on time, respectful and always strive to keep a clean house. I have been living in sharehouses for the last 9 years and always keep my things clean and tidy so you don’t have to worry about that. If you have more questions, feel free to ask. Sugi

Hi, I'm 33 years old fitness professional. Looking for nice space with good communication to CBD where I work. Polish girl born in Melbourne, came here again after 27 years in Warsaw last year. I'm tidy, honest and open, like to meet new people. Love to have a relaxing dinner with friends and few drinks on weekends. Very busy normally, long working days:) Can't wait to meet my new flatmate:)
Easy going, clean and out of the house a lot for work, but enjoy a glass of wine with house mates. Lead a fit and healthy lifestyle and like to work hard during the week so I can relax on the weekend.
I'm very laid back and have pretty much lived in shared accomodation ever since leaving school years ago so I'm all good and familiar with cleaning, respecting people's space, cooking and all the rest. I'm always up for a beer and some banter but just as much enjoy my own time working on my music or drawing. Pretty much up for any sort of beach adventure, catching gigs, dinners, hiking, jamming and what not. I play the keys and guitar and am currently in the works with writing some of my own music. My situation is I have just gotten back from living in London and have been staying in Surry hills in a sublet. I have a stable income and am working full time at the cafe Gratia on Bourke street and one or two nights a week at the live jazz and blues bar Venue 505. I am commencing study next year at UTS studying sound design and production so finding somewhere close to the city would be amazing.
I'm a young professional who is easy going and loves going out, eating at restaurants and having a good time. I work in customer service for a global financial company which is situated in the city so a place near the city would be great!

We're both 23, from the UK, currently in Aus on a WH Visa (hoping to stay longer). We both have FT jobs, I'm a Mental Health Nurse and Ross works in Recruitment. Although we work hard, we definitely work to live, not the other way round! Friends are very important to us and we love to socialize and have a laugh when we can. Generally, we are very friendly, open-minded and laid-back people who value honestly and genuineness in others. It's important for us to live in a clean and tidy space so we would get along with housemates who are similar. We LOVE to travel, we've done Europe and some of Aus at the mo, but we're definitely not finished. We both love food, well, I love to cook and Ross loves to eat, haha. We're also into Surfing (still learning!) and we love having a boogie at the weekends to some funky music.
