Hey everyone, I just moved from the US after graduating from university and am looking for a place to live with some fun people. I'm pretty easy going and sociable, but I understand others' privacy as well. Also more than happy to do whatever cleaning is expected. For fun, I play pickup basketball, go out with friends, or whatever sounds good at the time. If I'm feeling lazy, it'll probably be reading a book or watching a movie.
I'm a 23 year old exchange student from Liverpool, Uk. I've lived in London for the past 5 years though and i'm just doing one semester at USYD. Looking for something chill and not too far from my uni.
Male 'professional' working full-time in North Sydney - tidy/clean and a good sense of humour. Originally from New Zealand, but have been in Sydney for almost two years. I equally enjoy being social (e.g., beer, sport, dinner, chat) and my own space/time (often coupled with TV or a movie).
I'm moving into the area from the Northern Beaches to manage a gorgeous bookshop in Westfield Bondi Junction. I'm hoping to find somewhere either within walking distance of there or walking distance to a train line. I'm after a private, unfurnished, queensized room in a share house with great people and hopefully some kind of parking option. Would prefer somewhere with 2+ people. A bit about me - naturally, I love books and reading, but am by no means an introvert. I love MMA - both training and watching - and all the usual stuff you'd put on a dating profile - 'adventures' 'music and movies' 'going to the gym' 'wine and coffee' 'watching sport' etc. I'm a superhero fanatic and m&m's will win me over in any situation. I love a social house - whether it's to share a wine and chat, play a board game, head to the beach or binge watch a tv series together. I'm keen to check out the local area and would love to know where to get the best coffee, great food and places to explore! :) I currently live with six other housemates so I know what it means to be considerate of others, both with cleaning and respecting privacy etc. I'd say I'm a fairly normal human! Easy to live with and looking to meet people who prefer their house to be more of a home. I'm looking to move now and can provide bond, upfront rent and all the rest immediately to get settled should we be a good fit for each other. Looking forward to meeting you!
Hi guys, I'm 30 years old professional who works full-time in Finance (in CBD). I have been living in Sydney for 5 years now. I would call myself very clean and tidy person (have a bit of OCD with cleanliness i think) and respect other's privacy. I prefer quiet and chill weekends to recharge my energy as i usually work long hours during the week, and I am definitely not a party person. However, don't mind to have a glass of wine and share daily news with my flatmate after a hard day's work. I don't like to cook, so you will rarely see me in the kitchen. In case if you need a reference, my current flatmate with whom I've been living since i came to Australia, I believe wouldn't mind to provide some feedback. The reason for me to leave the current place is due to our apartment being sold. What I am looking for: - 1 Flatmate who has a full-time job, tidy and nice. - My budget is $350 (incl bills). - Need own bathroom. - My place needs to be near the train station. - Will move in on 11th of August, 2018. If you have any questions, just send me a quick message. Thank you!!
Hi I'm Christian, I am going to study at University of Sydney for the coming semester (aug-nov), and I am therefore looking for somewhere to live in Sydney. At USYD, I am going to study primarily finance units. About me: - I am 22 years old, I am from Copenhagen, Denmark, where I study International Business at Copenhagen Business School. - In my spare time I like to do and watch sports of all kinds. In Denmark, I played handball and ran. - Before I moved to Sydney, I lived together with my girlfriend in Copenhagen. She is going on exchange at University of Western Australia in Perth. - I love to travel (probably also the main reason for going on exchange!). Why I am great to live with: - I am very tidy and clean. So there will definitely not be any issues with that! - I love to cook and eat all sorts if different foods. Maybe my coming flatmates can take advantage of that. - I do not smoke or have any pets. - Last but not least, I like to socialize with friends and family, but I might also need some time to study anyways. Hope that you find my listing interesting, and I will look forward to hearing from you! Best regards, Christian Nedergaard Pedersen
Hello there! I've just gotten back from living in Berlin. Feeling the shock of coming back to very little unchanged and quite keen to move out of parents to explore Sydney. I’ve spent the last 18 months moving around that lovely city, found so much joy outside of studying and then working. Grew with gorgeous, excellent people, homely dinners, long nights, cycling back streets, much music and experimenting. I’ve taken a great liking to the temporary lifestyle. I had moved around through 12 places to different situations and thoroughly enjoyed experiencing its different areas, am now very inspired to explore Sydney. I’ll be studying the final sem of third year Architecture this spring at UTS. Would love coming home to people to deflate with. In Berlin we got very comfortable returning at haphazard hours, sharing a drink, started Lost and had many film nights together. I enjoy good food and drinks, cooking and making the home homely. Hope all is great here with you all and you find what you're looking for, looking forward to integrating back here 🤗
I'm a book nerd , an old sensitive soul who feels deeply for others . I spend a lot of time alone but if I connect with someone I can talk their ear off and debate the intricacies of life and wonders of the universe. Im a hard worker and don't expect anyone to clean up after me but I don't mind occasionally biting my tongue and being happy instead of right .
I am a German/Brazilian journalist currently working with Marketing in Ultimo. As I depend on the public transportation to go to work, I need a place close to the train station/bus stop. I am 28 years old, super responsible and communicative. I am planning to stay long term in Sydney as well. I love doing sports outdoors, reading, visiting friends and enjoying a glass of wine once in a while :)
Hey, I'm Tom and I'm 23 from the Sunshine State, looking for a room to rent from the 13th of August to mid Feb. I'm a big sports fan, loving all things rugby, cricket, basketball and in between. I'll be working full time in the CBD at Suncorp from 8 - 5:30 Mon - Fri. Then out exploring Sydney for most of the weekend with my girlfriend, who is working in Australia and living in the Northern Beaches. I'm a very friendly and approachable person, who loves to have a chat over meals as well as lounging out with room mates watching telly or spending time together over the weekend. But I also love time to myself, reading or binging tv shows and watching basketball. I'm tidy, both common areas and my room, organised and easy going. I'm a pretty average cook so it all evens out in the end!

A short introduction: i go to usyd, and im in my first year studying b of economics! i was born in sydney and raised here. a bit about myself? i really enjoy meeting new people, experiencing new things, and travelling. im a bit more of an adventurous type of person, i enjoy hiking, the great outdoors. ive done a bit of solo travelling before and have been on student exchange in highschool. because of these things, i generally find myself a bit more open minded than most people. hobbies: reading, cooking, learning, exploring, trying new things, going to markets, meeting cool and inspirational people from around the world. :) i think there is always something you can learn from everyone you meet.
I'm Karl and I'm currently looking for a long term place to stay in Sydney by mid-August. A little something about me: I'm 31 years old, currently working in a media agency based in Canberra, but will be moving to another media agency in Sydney by the 17th of August. I love musicals, anime series and the beach. During my spare time, I'm usually out of the house as I love walking around just to explore the neighborhood, looking for good places to eat and have brunch, or drinks. I like keeping things clean and orderly. I don't have a lot of things apart from clothes, shoes, beddings and towels, toiletries, and my luggage. I usually keep to myself in my room, although socialising in the common area is not an issue. I like to pretend that I know how to cook, so I occasionally prepare meals when I have the time. I don't have any preferences with regards to flatmates, so long as they also keep the place clean.
Hi there! Im a 20 year old female moving from Canada, New Brunswick! I'm pretty outgoing and very easy to get along with. I also clean up after myself and am pretty quiet. I'm looking for a place I can have my own private room and no farther than 20-25 minutes away from the airport as I am going to be working as a waitress there for four months. If you have any questions about me don't hesitate to ask!
