27 year old professional working 9-5. I spend my spare time after work in the gym so I am not home till quite late during the week. On the weekends I am usually enjoying the sun, with friends or at the gym again haha. I am clean, tidy and respectul and I am happy to be social but love my own space and quiet time. Into health, fitness but also wine and donuts. I'm looking to spend no more than $350 inc. bills but I am open to various options depending on the location (distance to CBD) and car parking availability.

Hi! My friend Megan and I are 24, work full time in the city, are very social and love having a couple of drinks on a Friday night. We have just been accepted for a great place in Newtown. It's very spacious with a nice kitchen, bathroom and outdoor entertaining area. It is also minutes away from bars/restaurants and Newtown station. We love the house and are looking for someone easy going, clean and sociable to fill the third room. Message me if your interested!
Hey! I'm working at The Star right now as a table games dealer, but would love to soon get into the creative entertainment business (ideally 3D animation right now). This means that generally when I'm at home I'll be making animations or other types of creative content. So a private and quiet space where I can get good recordings and concentrate would be preferable. But besides that I'll be playing games and chatting to friends online. I know that finding a private quiet space with flatmates may be unreasonable, but thought I'd take a look anyway. Hopefully I can be your ideal flatmate and any other questions I'd be glad to answer. Thanks, Shaun
I’m friendly and warm but I also respect other people’s space and am responsive to listening to your needs and creating a nourishing, restful atmosphere together in our home.

Australian-born, part time student in my final year of business at UTS. I've also just been offered a professional job at an accounting firm. I consider myself pretty chill and considerate, while also outgoing and able to enjoy a bevvy or six. I'm looking for a room (tiny is fine) in a sharehouse with some awesome people who are up for a chat and the occasional drink. Also close to a train station or a bus stop is a big plus haha
