Hi, I'm a full time international student studying medical science in Sydney University. I'm from China. I love music and sports and I'm very easygoing. I love playing guitar and cycling around the city. I've lived in Sydney for 3 years sharing with housemates and always had good relationships with them. I hope to find a suitable place for my next semester and more to come.
Respectable, open-minded and quiet. Loves to have peace and quiet at home, but is always open for a chat, dinner or a few drinks. Will be starting a new job so will be out most of the day as well.
Kind and respectful Argentinian student. I'm a dancer, actress and dance teacher. I like cooking and eating healthy food, going out with friends or alone if I can't find proper company. Really enjoy cultural outings. Don't have any problem with shearing my things. If you want, I can also help with Spanish lessons :)
Vegetarian. UNSW B Fine Art and Design student. Majoring in printmaking, transferred from QUT. Friendly, creative, clean, and courteous. I've had 3 + years experience living in share houses, so I've learned to be adaptable.
I'm a tidy, clean, quiet, pretty and elegant lady, who is also friendly, sporty, and healthy. Apart from these qualities, I am creative and intelligent, with humorous sense. If you enjoy companionship with a kind, considerate and responsible person, here I am. I am seeking an en-suite (preferable but not necessary if housemates are clean and tidy or otherwise hiring cleaner weekly or monthly) single bedroom*, sharing in an A/C house or apartment** within 3-5 km from UNSW. *N.B.: The bedroom is furnished with a single or double bed with matched mattress, has 1 or 2 bedside cabinets and mirrored built in wardrobes with double slide doors. There will be also plenty of other storage cupboards outside of the room! **N.B.: House or apartment Interior Features: ✔ Big wardrobes ✔ Microwave ✔ Dishwasher ✔ Generous sized bedrooms ✔ Balcony ✔ TV ✔ Minimum stay applies ✔ Internal laundry ✔ Unlimited internet ✔ Washing machine ✔ Fully furnished ✔ Tiled bathroom with separate shower and bath tube ALL BILLS INCLUDED IN RENT I wake up early and sometimes finish late. I enjoy and respect privacy. I would also like to live with easy-going, clean & honest house or flatmates who doesn’t mind a chat over social drink seasonally, but certainly not interested in alcohol drinking party house. First preference is prime location (Only within 15 minutes by train to the city or on foot to the UNSW). Second preference is clean environment. Third preference is housemates***. Four preference is security block. ***N.B.: Housemates work or study full time, no dsp etc. and easy-going would like to take good care of each other, share meals and enjoy days out sometimes. Prefer UNSW students or alumni who respects each other’s privacy, quiet, nice and friendly! Not party People! I consider the home a kind of sanctuary...it is ok to have guests or friends come over for breakfast or a barbeque etc., but it’s certainly not a party house...definitely more a shared home than a rented shelter. Feel free to message me for any more information or invite me for inspection and meet me! 👩 Please only message me if you are seriously sincere.
I'm a 30 yo web developer from Italy. I work part time for an italian company for which I work remotely, so I will need a reliable Internet connection, but nothing special. I used to share flats since I was 20 and I had a lot of good and bad experiences to learn from. I use to be respectful and easygoing. I do like to hang out but I'm not a party animal, I'm very Indipendend and happy to do my thing, but I'll love to have random chat, share a meal, have a drink or chill out with my flatmates when they are into that too. I use to, and I like to live in a clean place, so that's how I'm going to keep the common areas and my room too. If you would like to know anything else about me, just ask. I'll be glad to tell you whatever you'd like.
Hi there, I'm a Chinese guy currently studying Juris Doctor in UNSW. I'm easygoing and helpful, and good at doing Chinese dishes (if you like). I am self-disciplined. I have good living habits and will always keep my space neat and quiet. Never smoke or binge drinking. Most of the time I'll be busy doing my coursework but also do sports or chill out with friends on a regular basis. Also open to frequent casual talks and enjoy having fun together. I hope to be friends and share the culture in my country with you in the future.
I grew up with a large household, so I'm use to pulling my own weight around the house, while also being a sociable person. Although I do take my studies seriously I like to have fun to make sure I don't become a hermit drowning in textbooks. But then again, if you're like that, I'm pretty flexible. Basically I'm someone that you could have a meal with and talk about life but also can be told to bugger off without being offended.
Having recently moved to Sydney for work, I am keen to find a sociable house share that will be a clean, comfortable and friendly base for me to explore the city. I love my sports, so keeping fit and healthy is important to me, but equally I enjoy my food and drink, and am really looking forward to sampling some of Sydney's restaurants and bars. Having stayed in a number of house-shares in my time, I am well housetrained, nonsmoking, clean and tidy, enjoy spending time with housemates, but equally respect the need for personal space, and having own social groups!
Looking for an apartment that’s clean and furnished. I am easy going, sociable, clean, tidy and respectful of others privacy. I am a professional working in construction management. I enjoy training (gym), sports, music, socialising, traveling, going out for coffee, breakfast and drinks.

Hi I'm Natalie. I'm a 29 yr old from the US who has lived in Sydney for 4 years now. I work full time at UNSW. I enjoy staying active and socializing with friends. I'm pretty busy during the week and socialize often on the weekends, so not looking for a party flat but, enjoy the occasional wine or housemate dinner!
Hey! I'm in my mid twenties and am new to Sydney. I am looking for a 2 room apartment with ensuited bathroom. Let me know if you are keen on getting to know me and potentially teaming up. Or if you had an extra room you were looking to rent out for a year, i'd be keen on that too. I am a friendly, reliable, clean and easygoing person. I am pursuing a masters at USYD and possibly teaching part time, but would fancy good company to grab a drink with occasionally or a yummy brunch (which ever you prefer ...or both) I am respectful of personal space and am easily adjustable. Pop me a message if you’d like to have a chat and know a little more. xx **Please only message me if you are female and are looking to sign a lease for at least 1 year starting as soon as possible honestly!**
Missy, 26years old full-time Barista and Matt 31years old Software Development student. We are currently living and working in Canberra but looking to move to Sydney next Sunday (Feb 25th) as Matt's study going to start very soon. We have been living in sharehouses before in Brisbane also Canberra. We tend to keep things to ourselves after working hours but would love weekend drinks to unwind. We both love playing games. We are looking for a non-crowded, clean and with minimum noise private room in a sharehouse, or another person/couple who would do a teamups. As we are both gonna be studying and/or working professionally in Sydney, we would love to, if we find the right place, to stay there long term (at least 1 year) as we don't like moving in and out of a house. Please send us a message if you have suitable listing. Thank you
Claudia (22) and I (23) both have year-long working holiday visas. I'm from America and she is from Britain. We became friends previously traveling in Bali, Indonesia. We both were based in the same town for several months and really got on well. We both have jobs here that keep us busy. Claudia also does modeling and I want to look into doing volunteer work. Neither of us smoke, have children, cars or pets and we’re both easy going and keen to meet new people as we are both new to Sydney! We are both active and are always keen for a trip to the beach or an adventure anywhere we haven't seen! We’re very open-minded travelers searching for new experiences and faces in new places. We have both completed university as well. The place would need to be completely furnished with working internet (our phones might not work if not!). The length of time we are allowed to stay as well as the move-in-day are flexible. Trust me, we're good/kind/social people to live with :) Both of us would also want our own rooms (bathroom sharing is flexible). You can background check me on social media as well at the bottom of the page!!
Love to cook, knows how to clean up after myself, friendly, easy going. at the moment I am on Centrelink and I just got my white card to help me get my blue car to work has traffic controller. I am Australian but I live in New Zealand for most of my life. I can get on with anyone. Just want a room to rent for couple of months or if goes well maybe longer. I pay my bills and I don't mind helping with cleaning etc.
I'm Ash (short for Ashton) a full time professional looking for my next home. Friends would call me easy going, mature and sociable. Self proclaimed foodie and amateur guitarist. I enjoy playing basketball and footy to keep fit. I'm someone who is always up for a good laugh/chat and also respects personal space and privacy. I'm clean and organised (not to the point it's OCD haha) so looking for like minded people in that respect. Not looking for a party house but I do enjoy a couple drinks on occasion. I work night shift from 7pm-7am on a 4day on 4day off roster so I'll be in and out of home at different times. Some nights you'll get the place to yourself, other nights I'll be home getting some R&R. I'm open to living with people of different genders and sexualities, as long as you pay your rent on time and clean up after yourself we're going to get along quite well. I'm flexible with pets and if you have a dog that would be awesome :) *Flexible with the move in date- Mid/late March to early April* If you have questions shoot me a message and I'll get back to you. Cheers.
I grew up in Sydney and just finished my degree in Computer Science at UNSW. Now I'm working full time as a Software Engineer. I love going out and being social but I'm also happy just to hang around and do my own thing. Very respectful and always happy to help out with tech, fixing the internet or anything else around the place :)
Hi there! I'm Hayasa, my parents are Japanese and I'm Australian born and raised. I teach at two high schools around the North Shore area, and I'll also be studying my Masters of Commerce part-time at USyd. Something important that I should mention in the beginning of my profile: I play the viola (it's like a larger violin, but not the one you sit down to play for). But- I can practice at work and I'll schedule my practice times while you're away, so hopefully you won't hear a peep. I love to bake (everyone must try my baked cheesecake!), tackle crosswords, and I'm slowly working my towards cultivating my green thumb (if you like fresh herbs and there's enough space, I can bring along my plants for us all to enjoy!). I'm also keen to start running one day, but that day hasn't arrived yet... Other essentials: I've lived with other people before. I'm also in a relationship but my boyfriend lives overseas so it'll only be with me that you'll be living with. I'm clean but I'm not a germaphobe. I shower at night. Sometimes I work on weekends so you might not see me, and other times I might be catching up on emails and doing boring admin stuff. I'm quiet but that doesn't mean I love a good banter and drinks if the occasion arises. I've been an avid cider drinker but I've slowly started to discover beer and I wouldn't mind exploring that more! I also don't smoke. I'm looking to live somewhere long-term, and having my own room. Ideally, I'm looking at a place near a train line (preferably T1 North Shore Line). I can move in at any time. Looking forward to hearing from you! Hayasa
