I'm a 6'7" (2.02m for any Europeans) guy from Scotland, so I'll definitely be looking for a double bed. I'm friendly, clean and considerate, but I wouldn't say no to the occasional beer after work or weekend get together around at our place. Ultimate frisbee, 5-a-side football, rugby, skiing and hiking are some of my favourites, but anything outdoorsy and I'm in. I'm not Australia's next Masterchef but I do love cooking, especially for others. In the past I've had dinners together with my flatmates once or twice a week. I'm down to continue this! I don't want to just say hi to my flatmates in the kitchen from time to time, I want people who I can hang out with, head to the beach with or go on adventures with. I've had some amazing flatshares in the past so I'm keen to replicate those awesome experiences. Since arriving in Sydney just in time for the fireworks, I've managed to secure work at UNSW for the next 6 months. I've been staying with my mates near Redfern for a week or so and I'm currently writing this from a hostel. I know where I'd rather be! I'm ideally looking for a place to live for a minimum of 2-3 months up to 6 months, but if the people and the location are right then I'm flexible. I'm not really looking for a shared room, unless you're an absolute legend and the price is right. My max. budget is $300 per week all inclusive, but ideally as close to $250. Location-wise: I'm still learning the areas of the city, but anywhere near UNSW would be ideal, so I'm thinking Surry Hills, Randwick, Kensington, Redfern. A maximum of 30mins away from UNSW by bus/train. I'd love to cycle to work (not that I have a bike yet). It would be a bonus if your flat had a garden (with a BBQ too, or am I asking too much?).
Hi, I'm a young at heart 30 year old professional who works in FMCG in Woolloomooloo. I am looking to move closer to work (I come with great references). By day I am an EA in a marketing team, and I am also in a band, which means by night I often do gigs or rehearsals. I'm very active and play soccer, rock climb, gym when I can and spend most weekends at the beach in summer. Italian background, so I can cook. I'm very house trained and keep my area and common areas tidy. I'm respectful and can read people well, so I know when the right time is to socialise with my flatties, and when they need time to themselves (I like a good mix between having a drink/meal together every now and then). What I'm looking for, is a house/flat that is full of character, but with people who are willing to give each other space when they need their down time. People who lead their own lives, but are willing to share time with the people they live with. I would prefer to live in a tidy environment. I'm good with pets/kids etc (I don't have any of my own but I am a part time mum to a 10 year old Jack Russel who lives with my parents). I do smoke, but "socially" and only outside, and I always try not to make it a part of my home environment. If you have any questions, hit me up. I'm looking to move shortly after I get back from holiday at the beginning of March (away from 19 - 25 Feb) I am flexible on dates.
I am a full-time worker and am rarely home - whether as a result of work or because I am out socializing, as I much prefer chilling at the pub, gigs or clubs than partying at home. I am a massive reader and avid movie watcher, so when I am home I tend to disappear for long periods of time (although I also don't mind hanging out with other people, of course). You can add clean and a fan of organising to my resume. :p
Hi! I'm French-born, American raised, completing my Honors in Design at UNSW in 2017, and I've lived in Sydney for about 7 years. I'm outgoing, creative, adventurous, and always down for a good laugh. As a flatmate, I'm tidy and clean up after myself, friendly and up for a chat but also respectful of others' space. I really enjoy cooking so a good kitchen is a big plus! During the week I'll mostly be at work/uni/internships so on the weekend I like to catch up with friends and explore what Sydney's got on offer! I'll be getting back to Sydney mid-February and looking for something available soon after, through to November/December 2017 in the Wollstonecraft/Waverton/Crows Nest/North Sydney or Darlinghurst/Surry Hills/Paddington/Potts Point/Redfern area.
English girl working full time in the CBD and looking for my new home. I'm super easy to live with - clean, tidy, easy going, friendly and fun to have around - if you like rubbish jokes. I love baking and cooking, yoga, going to the gym during the week, and a glass of wine or few on a Friday night after work. I'd love to find some like minded awesome people to live with!
Hi There, My name is Simone, I'm Italian. I've been in Sydney for almost two years now. I work for a high end Italian design company Monday to Friday. I'm really quite and clean, and I would expect the same from the flatmate. I like cooking so I like sharing a meal and a glass of wine/beer with flatmate. I think this little moments makes you feel home. But I do like having my personal space, as I will respect yours. During the week end I usually go to the beach and catch up with friends for dinner and drinks somewhere. Love travelling, when I have the chance I just jump on the car for a road trip or an plane to explore Australia.
I am a 22 year old newly graduated university student who is currently living at home, working part-time (around 4-6 days a week) in fashion retail. My home lifestyle is simple and quiet, if I am not out. Usually my parents are relatively preoccupied with outside engagements so I try to find as much time as possible to contribute with home chores such as the cleaning and cooking. With a healthy amount of balance in my life that I juggle between social activities / relaxation time / work, I do a routine daily inspection around the home and can always be trusted to immediately stock up on groceries or home utilities / necessities if it is running low for all members of the household to use. Cleanliness and general consideration for all others in the home are qualities I consistently manage to maintain. As a relatively busy, social, and out-going working young person, I like to keep my schedule filled with a variation of leisure activities, or social engagements. My interests are in fashion, films, music, literature and cooking. If I am not reading, writing, or watching films in my room, I have a love for spontaneous outdoor walks, day trips, or mini driving explorations and adventures. Please take into consideration of my several mini talents which could be of use from time-to-time in a shared-home living condition: I make rather good guacamole. I scrub bathroom tiles very meticulously. I am generous with contributions to groceries for the kitchen. I keep immensely quiet during late hours, and very early mornings. Rent will be paid consistently, never late. I have a helpful nature around the home. I am friendly, and polite.
I'm a sociable fun housemate and enjoy a nice glass of wine after work :) I'm resptful, clean and tidy. I work full time and like to chill most evenings and have fun at the weekends. Love a good night out dancing and restorative Sunday's doing yoga or chilling on the beach :)
I have been working in London for the past 4 years for Estée Lauder and Harrods. I am returning to a new position at Waringah Mall. As a result I need somewhere in walking distance to the beach, shops and transport to work, not limited to Brookvale, however Sydney has a great network of trains and buses. I'm an easy going non smoker, cook, clean and all that boring stuff, the odd glass of wine with a meal, clean and tidy. I enjoy Jazz, fine food and come complete without baggage, well my suitcase.
Currently studying at UNSW/COFA, Very neat and tidy, enjoy being social but also respect others space and enjoy my own privacy, easy going, and funny. Enjoy cooking, plants and doggos.
very friendly and social irish fella. Full time worker, non smoker and light drinker. During the week is about working and gym for me and i enjoy my weekends as anyone does. I am open to locations. I am seeking my own room in a nice house, pref a smaller house. English speaking houses only Thanks :)

I am looking for a quiet place during the week but a somewhat social time on the weekends. I will be starting my Juris Doctor so I will be pretty busy with studying and hopefully a part-time job. I enjoy exploring new places, beach, having a dance now and again, good food & watching movies. I love to cook/bake. I am relatively tidy, very respectful of others and enjoy a good chat.
Hi I'm Brooke, I'm 24 and from Grey Lynn, Auckland NZ. I'm moving to Sydney in late Jan and am looking for a private room in a cool sharehouse in inner Sydney. I've been living in shared flats around the world for the last 7 years - valuable experience in terms of how to be happy with (initial) strangers, keep the environment clean and friendly and make friends for life. I'm a very easy going person, fun to be around and nearly always happy. My background is German/French, my heart Spanish (a lot of Salsa going on in my life!). I'm pretty much always out, doing stuff....sports, dancing, friends. You'll have all my respect for your me-time but if you want to hang out and have a coffee - great as well. :) I'm leaving this beautiful country for an exchange in Shanghai, for which I'm searching for a room asap til beginning/mid March.

I am looking for somewhere close to where I'll be completing my Pharmacist intern year in Woollahra, happy to settle anywhere around the inner west/eastern suburbs and have a room that is preferably furnished. I'm a friendly, sociable person who is always up for a chat/F.R.I.E.N.D.S marathon but also respectful of quiet time and personal space. I love baking, photography and travel. Looking for a single room only (no shared rooms!) and hoping to share with like-minded people of a similar age.
I'm 28 years old from Italy. Graduated as a dentist in Italy I quit my job after just a couple of years of working as a dentist and started a big adventure travelling in Asia. After been 16 months on the road I came back home and now I'm gonna start a new chapter of my life in Australia. Got my Working Holiday Visa and I'll be in Australia since 3rd of February 2017. I'm a very easy person. I don't smoke but I don't mind people smoking around me.
Hello there, I am a positive and easy-going 31-year old Dutchy who will be in Sydney from Feb 10 - May 24, 2017 to attend a full-time graphic design course in Sydney CBD. I love the sun, sharing meals (and cooking them), yoga, exploring and many other things that are too much to list here. If you want to know more, please feel free to ask any time :-) As I will be studying occasionally when I am home, I am looking for a private room in a sharehouse with easy-going and respectful flatmates, who keep the noise down and keep the kitchen, the toilet and the bathroom clean. I like socialising, but also like my privacy. I suppose it is a matter of finding the right balance with your flatmate(s). As I will not bring any furniture, the room needs to at least have a bed, a wardrobe and preferably a desk as well. Don't mind to share a bathroom. I love pets and don't mind sharing the space with them. If you feel you have a room for me, please contact me! Cheers, Noor
I'm a doctor working at St Vincent's from February. My hours are mostly Monday to Friday daytime with the odd weekend on-call. I'm pretty laid back and would like to be friends not just housemates. I'm also looking to get a dog!
I have recently started working full time in the CBD so am looking to move back to the city from the Northern Beaches where I was born and raised. I love exploring and discovering new places especially when it comes to coffee shops. I was previously working in an indoor rock climbing gym and love the outdoors.

Hi guys! I am moving to Sydney permanently early March and looking for a place, preferably close to a beach! I currently live and work on the Gold Coast and am moving for a career opportunity in the Balmain area. I am a kiwi and have lived in Australia for just over 4 years, love it.
I am Nikhil. Gada. I have completed my masters in Professional accounting from The University of Sydney. I currently live in Unilodge and my contract is getting over and hence looking to shift. I have lived in London and Edinburgh in a share-house with people from many different countries (American, Canadian, British, Scottish, Australian, South Korean, Japanese and so on).
Looking for a whole property to rent for myself and 3 other friends. We are all between 20-24 years old, work full time and enjoy going out on weekends. We are looking to rent until April sometime and hope to find a place very central in the city. We are all very clean and tidy people, get on well within our group and love meeting new people who are like minded. We are looking to move into a new place by next week as our current lease is up January 23rd. A property with 2 or more rooms would be ideal for us. If you would like to know more about myself, Jamie(boy), Claire and Sophie feel free to message!
Hello! We are a Brazilian couple who wants a place to stay, preferably until August 08. We do not mind sharing a house with 2 or 10 people, since we got our room. We also do not care if your habits are not the same as ours, we just want to live with nice and educated people. By conciliating work, school, and hiking to get to know the city, we probably will not be home much, although we accept the company of our hoomies. If you are interested or aware of someone who is in sharing a home with someone with our profile, please contact us! Thank you!
Hiya Sydney-siders, Hope you’re all having a fab day! I’m moving from Canberra to Sydney to study songwriting and continue working in retail whilst I try to discover my way into the music industry. The course starts in February but I’d like to move to Sydney around the last weekend of January (flexible with dates). I’m super bubbly, easy-going and have a passion for music. I’m very reliable and clean as I’ve been brought up by my grandma (and we all know grannies are control freaks hahah). I’m not a crazy party animal but I love socialising and meeting new people. I’m looking for housemates who can show me around the city and make the house feel like a home. I love exploring new places, watching live music at local bars, eating good hearty food, spending all day at the beach, having a nice cold bev on a hot summer day, jamming out with my guitar, dancing all night long, and just having a really good chat with my potential housemates. I want to find the right house for me and I believe it is the people inside the house that make it a home so I am looking for like-minded people who are willing to let me into their friendship circle and share a good laugh together. That being said, location is still important and I am looking for somewhere with easily accessible and relatively quick (10-20 minutes) public transport to my university and work in Ultimo. If you’re interested please send me a message. I am so excited about my move to Sydney and cannot wait to hear from you! Thanks so much and have a wonderful day! x
Hi all, my name is Rani and I was born and raised in the suburbs of Sydney. I am an online Communications student and I also work part-time in the media industry. When I'm not at work or at the library studying, I like to get outdoors, hang out with friends, visit exotic restaurants, play guitar, go hiking and play sport, particularly soccer during my spare time. I have lived in share house style accommodation for the past year now so I like to think I am pretty good when it comes to cleaning up after myself and respecting the privacy of others. I enjoy living in an easy-going and friendly environment with professionals who respect one another and enjoy home-cooked food and a good laugh.
Tidy and a bit studious so looking for the same. I'm too old to be flatsharing with 5 people in one room. I'm not sure what is worse, trying to find a flatmate or Tinder. Either way, my spirit animal is a koala - I don't drink enough water and I can barely get out of bed.
I'm a 30 year old Australian / New Zealander single male who works 9-5 as a software developer in the CBD, looking to move in somewhere around the BEGINNING TO MIDDLE OF FEBRUARY, due to my current sharehouse’s lease expiring. I'm looking for a place with friendly people who like to hang out occasionally, but are also willing to give each other some space. Everyone should be willing to clean up after themselves and be considerate of the other housemates. I'm a quiet easy-going guy, I'm reasonably clean / tidy and I occasionally cook (Less so these days, thanks to Menulog and abundant takeaway joints!). I enjoy a quiet drink or two with a few friends, but I’m definitely not looking for a party house. For sober fun I enjoy video / board gaming with friends or, if I'm on my own, reading, listening to music and watching TV / movies. At the moment I spend most weekends out of town. No shared rooms please. Inspections only possible outside work hours, preferably on weekdays.
Hello, I'm Daniel. I work full-time at Macquarie University and have lived in Leichhardt for almost 18 months. I'm looking for a new place in Sydney. I've come to love the inner-west in particular but am open to other areas. I'm originally from the south coast of NSW. I love football, reading and writing, watching films, music, cooking/food and socialising. Cheers.
Hi! We are new to Sydney from New Zealand and looking to move into a flat or team up with others in March. We are very easy going and quite social so we enjoy a good chat and a casual drink (or a few) every now and then :) we are respectful of privacy and are both tidy and don't like to leave dirty dishes in the kitchen sink.
Hi I'm Prageeth. I'm currently working full time in actuarial consulting, however come March I'll be back to full time study and part time work to finish up my final year of university. I'm a really relaxed, clean and fun person to live with. Between work and study I'm pretty busy, but whenever I am home I'm always up for a chat or a beer or two. I enjoy hiking, reading and cooking (would love a place with a big kitchen), but I change my hobbies around every few months to keep it interesting. I would prefer to live with 2-3 other people, but no real preferences other than that. Let me know if you have a place or are interested in teaming up :)
Hey I'm Charlotte from the UK, currently working full time managing a café at Bondi Junction. I love fitness and health, food and wine and just generally enjoying and exploring Sydney :)
Hello, we are a couple from Scotland (UK) looking for a place we can call home for 4-6 months. We are both young professionals looking to enjoy the auzzie lifestyle of working weekdays and enjoying the weekends outdoors visiting all of the beaches and sites Sydney has to offer. We are friendly, fun, reliable and very clean/tidy (we thoroughly enjoy cleaning!). We enjoy socialising and are a very laid back couple. Our favourite thing to do is eat - therefore we love trying new restaurants. Looking for accommodation close to public transport (preferably trains) Lisa - Administration Duncan - Joiner/Carpenter
Hey, I'm looking for a place to stay at for at least three months. After being here as a traveler for two months, enjoying the city, the beaches, the people and the atmosphere, I've decided to orient myself on starting a living here. I've been traveling around the world the last two years and now its time to find a base. Although I work as a contractor for a company in Holland now, (and I'm able to work remotely), I'm also looking for a suitable job here. I'm very active, enjoy traveling and hanging out with my newfound friends here in Sydney :).
