Hi I'm Joe, I moved back to Sydney with work on the 15th of January. I'm 24 and have been working full time as a process engineer for about 2 years. I work relatively standard ours Monday to Friday. I'm a kiwi and have a decent group of mates living in the Surry Hills/Redfern area that ideally I'd like to be close too. I like to run (occasionally) and play a bit of social sport. I'm pretty social but, other than grabbing dinner with mates, I like to keep quiet during the weeks. I enjoy the occasional drink and like to go to gigs.
I am a full time postdoctoral researcher at Children's Cancer Institute, Randwick. Looking for a place close to work. I am very clean, organised, easy going and friendly to live with.
Myself and my sister are from Dublin and have just moved to Sydney as part of our working holiday visa! We plan on staying approx. 3 months and are looking for somewhere ASAP :) We are very hard working, easy going, we love the outdoors, love to have a laugh and enjoy a glass of wine on our days off! Were very clean and respectful of other flatmates as well! We also love to bake so there's some goods in it for you too :) Thanks!
Hello hello hello, I'm Thomas, a 26 years old architect from France. I've been in Sydney since September on a WHV. I'm a clean and tidy guy. I work as an architect in manly and I am looking for a shared place close to transport. Currently I live in Glebe in a house with Laureline and Sara and other housemates. Laureline and Sara are both architects too. We would like to find a place ideally which each our own room but we are also ready to share two rooms for three for 250 per personne per week (750p/w). We are used to live in flatshares, during our studies in Paris we always lived with flatmates. We would like to share a place to practice our English and meet new people. My hobbies : Rugby ( I was a player for 3 years in Paris), exhibitions, concerts.. and I like sharing a beer sometimes :) Laureline likes travel and discovers new culture as Sara. They meet up in Mexico during their studies. They are both easy going and respectful. Let us know if you are interested. Cheers Guys ! Thomas
I am a calm, amicable and friendly person. I am starting my full time master of commerce this 5th of March at the Uni of Sydney. I am a bachelor of Economics. I’ve worked in bars, interned as a financial mediator and worked as an invigilator and supervisor for Cambridge exams (yle, ket, pet, fce, cae and cpe). I am from Italy and speaking both English and Italian. I am also able to communicate in French.
Hello :) We're Matt and Lili, here to try and give you a flavour of who we are and why we are going to be so great to live with. I'm Matt, an Englishman who's called Sydney home for two years. I work as a strategist in creative agencies and love what I do. I'm all about problem-solving and coming up with creative ideas—I'm also obsessed with psychology and human behaviour which helps. I read across a huge range of subjects from business books to real life adventure stories to Ancient Philosophy, and all the classics in between. I'm a bit of an armchair movie director and pretend to know way too much about cinematography and good dialogue. I grew up with footy (soccer) and play whenever I get the chance. If not, I'll settle for tennis, golf, badminton — other than that, I'll basically have a go at anything! Lili is my girlfriend. She might actually be the most polite person I've ever met. Maybe it's her South American-ness? (She's Ecuadorian but speaks more better English than what I do...) I recently got all her friends and family to record video messages for her birthday and the amount of love that poured out for this girl is insane. The things that kept coming up were the warmth and energy that she brings to every situation. She loves coming up with creative meal ideas (it's a secret procrastination tool...) and baking sweet stuff. She herself is a super smart cookie (at least, her government think she's clever enough to have received a full study scholarship) and a fantastic conversationalist. Crazy about good food and wine and just a joy to have around. As a couple, we're chilled... but we do love to do fun stuff. We love brunching, exploring new bars, restaurants, and cafés, going on bike rides, enjoying music and comedy gigs, going to the movies, and basically just taking advantage of everything that's going on in the city. If you would like to know more, we'd love to hear from you. Have an amazing day, Matt & Lili
Hi there! We are neat easy-going friendly couple from Eastern Europe - Pavel and Inna. We are looking for a place to stay in for 4-6 months and above. One of us is a full time student and another is an engineer and works full time. We like outdoor activities, sports and cooking. We don't mind having a chat but try to keep each others privacy. We are looking forward to meeting our new great flatmates!
I’m clean and neat so I would like to live with people who share the same attitude. I used to live with guys and I enjoy living in a place relaxing and quiet. I’m Italian and in my free time I enjoy walking. I care about my nutrition, body and mind.
About me: My name is Louisa and I work full time at Governor Macquarie tower in the CBD and am also a postgraduate student at studying an MBA (nearly finished) and laws. I am 30 years old and not home a lot. If I go out for a night out, I don’t bring the party home. When I wine, I wine wholeheartedly. In saying so, my nights are usually Fridays and my weekends are spent locally either at uni, books, sports, yoga or just being out eating or dining around. I appreciate respectability and sophistication. I value trust and won’t impinge on your space. Hopefully to find similar professionals like me to enjoy the Sydney life.
Hi Guys, I'm an 26 year old backpack from England. I'm currently living in hostels whilst working which isn't ideal or cheap :/ I'm looking for a private room for no longer than five weeks. In regards to location I'm not too fussy, as long as its near Mascot. I got to the gym after work which is located in Mascot and my work is in Wynard. Outside of work I'm normally out of the house exploring NSW, I'm not really a couch potato. About me, normally I in the pub or socializing with friends but at the moment I'm saving for traveling. I'm very witty, love a cheeky bit of banter, clean and I also love doggies :)
Hi, My names Will and I'm looking to move in with some good people with similar personalities. I'm currently studying at UTS in my second year and also have a part-time job at a bar. During the day I'm usually out of the house doing things but also do enjoy being social and having friends over and then going out. I'm able to keep my own parts and all shared parts of the house clean and tidy, and that will always be a priority when living with other people. Thanks
I'm Andrea (or Andy as I like to be known). I'm a designer/animator, fresh out of uni and looking at getting a job in Sydney, currently living in Melbourne though. I love dogs, baking and Netflix. I'm a pretty relaxed person, always keen to make people laugh, and just have a good time.
I am a friendly and outgoing girl who is always happy to help out my housemates or have a chat, while keeping the place tidy and respectful of others' privacy and schedules. I will be working full-time and mainly spend my weekends and free time reading, the gym and with friends. Non-smoker but happy with Smokers-welcome and pet-friendly places.
Hello there, My name is Hamaka and I am looking for a place to stay in Sydney CBD and or surrounding suburbs. About me: ⬛ Maori/Croatian/Irish. ⬛ Career driven. ⬛ Single. ⬛ Gay. ▪ Cyclist ▪ skater ▪ long distance runner. ▪ Muso ▪ bibliophile ▪ Adventurer. ▪ Prone to losing my train of thought and answering questions in essay form, subconsciously. ⬛ Barista/bartender/sales person/creative ◼ I drink on very rare occasions so will likely be writing, hiking, cycling or skate boarding. I am currently living in Liverpool, Western Sydney, and am staying with friends - I would like to secure a place to stay, which is closer to work. I manage a non-for-profit café for a company which manufactures games; Aristocrat technologies. I commute to work each day, which happens to be a 2 hour trip each way. I would like to cut that commute down significantly by moving closer to where I work, haha. I arrived in Sydney 3 weeks ago so am still finding my bearings, geographically. I am from a small village in New Zealand located in the Waikato region, specifically, the Coromandel Peninsula; located on the North of the North Island of NZ. I would like to move into a place immediately for then I can comfortably settle into Sydney and start exploring. I treat people the way I would like to be treated, with kindness and respect. I am considerate and empathetic in relation to living in shared accommodation. I come from a family of 11 so cleaning up after myself is a given, and I would prefer the same. I am aiming to get another job working on the weekend, either permanent or casual freelancing work. So, I will likely never be home. I enjoy getting out and being active, for I am perpetually bored, haha! I enjoy keeping fit and living a healthy lifestyle. I hope that gives you a general idea of who I am. #chill Thank you so very much for taking the time to read my novel (profile). I have uploaded my social media platforms to give you further insight into my life/mind; who I am. Thank you again for taking the time. Kindest regards, Hamaka Murray
Tidy, considerate, work up to 6 days a week. Can be fun (but not too much fun!) Have all my own furniture in storage so an unfurnished place or room would be preferred, but not critical. Work in Mosman so somewhere nearbyish would be great.
