Hi there, I'm looking for a room near Bondi Junction. Preferably long term as I am working full time in Sydney. I love a quiet drink on a weeknight and occasionally go out on the weekend. I prefer a quiet and tidy house with respectful housemates. I do not have house parties and am a non-smoker. I am very tidy and always clean up after myself. I'm vegetarian and enjoy going to the gym. I would prefer to live with people who are very clean, friendly and enjoy a catch up over dinner but can also respect others space.
Hey! I'm a 23 year old, full time professional who works rather long hours 10-12 hours a day. Looking for a team up or housemates that like to stay clean and respectful of all shared areas. I'm a pretty chilled guy who loves to have a chat after work or on the weekends, and always down for a bev or a boogie. Usually hit the gym up most nights of the week. Ideally looking for people who are young at heart, and social - as I'm fairly fresh to Sydney and don't have many mates yet! For fun i'm into cars and motorbikes so I love to get out and explore Sydney over the weekends.
I am Jean-Ludovic and I am Swiss. I am motivated to meet some new people and non smoker. I will stay in Sydney for the next 5 months in order to do my master thesis in the UNSW university!
Hi, I’m Lizzie and with my friend Adele we’re looking for a short term room from ASAP to the end of March! Open to areas and we’re happy to share a bed - preferably singles but it’s ok! Thanks! Lizzie
Hello! I am a German Masters Exchange Student at The University of Sydney Business School Before coming to Sydney I studied in Lisbon. So one can say that I have a proclivity for sunny cities. In my free time I love to do team sports, like football, or hangout with friends at the beach or a cafe.
I'm freshly graduated from USYD, looking for a job atm and also a shared flat with another person. I'd like to keep things tidy and clean, can cook Chinese food, all for privacy and me-time, love going to the gym but also digging cafes and restaurants all over the city. Looking for a quiet place preferably near train station with balcony. just because I have a thing for balcony :)
Hi there! I'm an easy-going person and work in IT. Usually work long hours, but like to socialise in the evenings and weekends. Respect others' boundaries and expect the same. Cleanliness and a certain amount of order is important to me. Looking for a place close to my job and hope to stay with flatmates who are fun to stay with. I like the occasional drink and partying, as long as it doesn't disturb anyone. I like traveling and spending time outdoors. Also am into keeping healthy with gym and yoga.
Hello, I am Luzette, recently arrived to Sydney on a work/holiday visa. Keep to myself, stay active with cross training and yoga. I keep everything clean and tidy up after using the kitchen or bathroom. Love going hiking, spending time at the beach, checking out new craft beer or coffee spots, having picnics at the parks and experiencing local music and food festivals. Would love to find a roommate with similar interest. Looking for a private room.
Hi, I am Lauren I am here on my working holiday visa. I am an English girl who is looking for a sociable house that is also clean and well maintained.
I'm a 27 year old, working a 9-5 over in Barangaroo in the digital / design space. I've been living in Surry Hills for the past 16 months and keen to extend. Looking to join an existing share house that's already set up. I'm not bringing much else other than myself and my clothes (as my current place is furnished). I'm generally pretty chilled and always down for a chat/feed/drink.
I'm from England, have just spent 2 months travelling Asia and now moving to start my journey in Aus! Got a 1 year holiday visa and will be looking for work as soon as I arrive. Have managed to meet 4 people from my travels living in Sydney who I'm hoping to reconnect with when I arrive! Back home I was a Regional Manager for a fitness company, so into training, sports, and anything active! Live to socialise and meet new people. Looking for somewhere to start my journey in Sydney and see what happens from there... currently plans set in stone. Please message for now as I don't have an Aus number yet!
Hey there, want to go get a great apartment/house and make it a home?? Turns out that my Tinder profile is probably the best way to introduce myself: 'Business Analyst who is in a constant struggle between the desire to be fit and healthy and an overwhelming love of food and beverages.' Given we'd be committing to a bit more than a drink you probably need more info...single (if the Tinder reference didn't give it away), 32yr old non-smoking professional. I’m pretty easy going, social and enjoy a laugh and ideally would live with someone who enjoys being a bit silly also. I've got a pretty dry sense of humour so someone who doesn't offend easily please! Having said all that, home is the place I want to walk into and feel 100% relaxed so I really want to live in a clean house (clean not clinical!) as I've lived with unclean people (think overflowing trash, dishes piled in sinks for days, etc) before and it doesn't suit me. It will be no fun for either of us if we're not compatible in this. I fall on both ends of the healthy--unhealthy spectrum in that I try to go to the gym in the mornings (absolutely up for creating a bit of a home gym if we have the space btw) and eat healthy during the week. That is one side...the other is that I love going out for breakfasts, dinners and drinks. I love weekends away, cinema and tv marathons. I'm thinking a pretty decent place so probably $700-900 between two of us but we can discuss. I would hope we'd put some effort into setting it up well also so we're happy and comfortable. I am open to living with more than one other person if we can get the right people and place. Must haves for me: > good amount of light but ways to keep the place shaded/cool > a good gas kitchen (I meal prep) > aircon, preferably ducted into bedrooms (I've spent the last few years living without aircon and just can't do another three months/yr with crappy sleep) > either a car space or happy to park on the street if there is a parking permit available and enough space > location wise, close to train station but hopefully on a quiet side street & decent size bedrooms If it sounds like we might get along, please give me a call or drop me a message. A.
Hello! My name is Sarah and work full time as a Designer. I am 28 and have worked locally and overseas, and am looking to ideally start a place fresh with a few friendly house mates to share with. I’m easy going - pretty urban adventurous but I’m no party animal. I keep pretty busy on the weekends, I rock climb, love to discover new cafes, exhibitions, markets, bookshops, music and bars. I like my down time chills but get pretty social and it would be great to be able to have dinners/ wine sessions with my house mates. I’d like my place to feel like a home, I’ve got some great pieces I can contribute. I’d like to think I’m polite, clean and genuine and am looking for people who are the same. I can take a joke and love the occasional boogie! I am flexible to surrounding suburbs in the inner west. If you want to team up, let’s grab a coffee! Cheers, Sarah
Hi I'm Josh, I'm an Urban Planner that enjoys hanging out over a couple glasses of wine and a bit of cheese. I'm originally from Perth but I have lived in Sydney for nearly two years now. I've lived in share houses for the better part of my 20's both nationally and internally. I'm a personable person who is easy to get along with. That said I am a big fan of me time. My working week is 9 to 5 in the CBD with some sort of exercise in either before or after work. On the weekend you can catch me keeping active, hanging out with mates or watching AFL. I'm able to move in the week starting 18 February 2019. Let me know if I tick the right boxes :)
In my late 20’s and working full time. On a standard day would be out by 7.30 and home by 5.30. Don’t mind a good chat when you’re around, but also happy to give you the space you need to be alone and unwind after work. You’ll usually find me running, practicing yoga (in a studio, not at home in the middle of the lounge room don’t worry!), or watching dogs in a park or TV after work. Usually away on weekends so the place will feel like your own most of the time, though happy to try new local restaurants/cafes with you from time to time. I keep the place tidy and presentable and won’t mind buying the occasional shared basic house items from time to time.
I am a clean and organised person, looking for a decent sized room in a suburb close to the city and close to a train station. I would prefer to only live with females. I have a warm and calm personality, am very respectful to others and their space, and appreciate it in return. I work full time in the events and music industry, so I'm a busy person who works irregular hours at times. I love my quiet down time and can be introverted after a long day at work, but also love a great chat (or drink) with friendly people. Looking to move out of home for the first time, so I can grow as a person and gain some independence. I am flexible with move dates as I am not pressured for time. I don't have a dog myself, but I love animals! Ideally, I'd love a large room to fit my piano keyboard in (don’t worry, I will always practice with headphones on), and my own bathroom if possible :)
hello, my name is Pietro I'm a 19 years old Italian who's in australia with a working-holidays visa. My boyfriend's name is Dan, he's German and he's also 19 years old with a working holiday visa. we're looking forward to move to live together Sydney for the next month/month and half.
Hi there! I'm a full time professional looking for a place to move into sometime in 2019 (dates flexible). I am on the hunt for something that is relatively close to the Sydney CBD. A little more about me - I’m a fairly social person, enjoy the outdoors, get addicted to Netflix shows, and am a lover of travel and food (including baking!). I am a busy person with my own social/personal/work commitments, but I do like to get to know/be social with my housemates. I also like my (and respect other’s) personal space, and clean up after myself. I have lived in share houses/rented before overseas and in other Australian cities. If you think I'll be a good fit for your place, please don't hesitate to contact me! Ashna
Hey I’m Jess, originally from England and have been living in Sydney for 2 years. I’m a dietitian and also work as a medical writer for a not for profit in Surry Hills. I love cooking, cheese and wine nights, exploring Sydney and Australia on the weekends and staying healthy. I am laid back and sociable but also clean and respectful of others. Looking to live with similar people 😊
We're a couple from Canada & England looking for a house share or apartment to rent.
Hello, my name's Ed and I work in finance at CBA in the city. Lived in London for a few years now back and looking to move closer to the city (currently living in the Hills). Am pretty chilled, organised and tidy, and enjoy exploring new bars and restaurants but also a good home cooked meal.
Hello! We are two Swedish girls looking for a room to share. We are studying at USYD and UTS. When we’re not studying we like to go to the beach, making nice dinners, go for hikes etc. We are both easy going and happy people, always up for a laugh. If you have a room available, please contact us :D Best regards, Rebecka and Frida
I’m originally from Sydney but I’ve lived in London for the past 8 years and I’ve arrived back in June 2018. I’m easy going, have lived in shared houses in London, I’m friendly, clean and tidy. I work full time in the travel industry, so I love to travel, eating out with friends, I'm allergic to cats and dogs (or any animal that sheds fur/hair). I’m currently living with the folks (so moving date is flexible) and craving for my own space.
