Upcoming USYD Masters Student; starting my studies in March 2018. Background Malaysian, but living in Singapore and work full time in a hospital setting. Currently advancing my education for 2 years. Been living with housemates/ landlords for the last 8 years. Generally clean. Keep to myself most of the time, but able to socialize when needed. Lived on my own for a long time, so know all the general responsibilities, such as paying rent on time and being considerate etc. Looking for someone to share a place with.
We have both moved to Sydney from the UK to further our career. We are clean, love cooking and good food. Quiet, working professionals. We have been together for 10 years and enjoy watching series, eating out and drinking good wine. We are also massive dog lovers. We are looking for at 3-6 months stay and possibly more if we like the place!
I am an event manager so can be on the road a lot at times. Other times I work from home so I'm either there a lot or not at all. I genuinely like cleaning. I like to bake. Love yoga. Love scary movies. Pretty health conscious. Retired party girl. Love to laugh. I am looking for a room, preferably furnished with some nice + interesting people! Flexible on move date.
I am mature, female, clean tidy and quiet. I don't have any pets and not much luggage. ill will be working long hours in the city 6 days a week so will leave early and be home in evening. I run my own travel business and have an office in the city.. I like to share with someone in similar age. I am normally live in Coogee but whilst i am travelling a lot my flat is rented out. I enjoy walking, yoga and of course glass wine and bit easy cooking evenings :)
Hi there. My name is George. I am 31 years old. I work full time for Apple. I enjoy going to the pub occasionally for a beer. I enjoy going to the cinema. I love cooking at home and eating well, and I love to share. I am at my happiest having cooked a nice meal and sharing it with a friend(s). I am single. So there is no need to worry that I might end up being a 2 in 1. I am a 1 in 1 package. And if I am to want to have a bit of fun with a guy, I rather go to their place than have them come to where I'm staying. Out of respect mostly for the person I share with. And out of respect for my home which I want it to be my place of rest and solace. I am as much of an extrovert as much as I can be an introvert at time. Basically I love a good chat but I also do enjoy my alone time reading, listening to podcasts, and catching up with myself. Last but very important that I mention it here. I have a pet cat. Her name is Delta. She is an adult now at 8 years of age. She is a Siberian snowcat. For anybody who has allergy concerns, this is the only breed of cat to not cause allergies. If you don't believe that please check it out on google. However she is very furry and despite a lot of grooming she will still shed hair. But I am a clean person and I like a clean and tidy space. It is important to me that the person I share a home with also loves cats. And I am happy to wait till I find the right person.
We are a couple who are interested in finding a place to live close by Westmead. Hospital we love animals and we love going out. We are clean and tidy people who enjoy life we have a cat and 5 birds
We are a British couple here on working holiday visas. Looking for somewhere to live for a couple of months. We are both clean and tidy and work full time, I work as an electrician whilst my partner Anna works in charity fundraising. We both enjoy cooking and have good manners and respect for people and property. I like the beach more than going out on the town so am not going to be bringing friends or guests over late. I also love music and play bass guitar and sing in a band back at home. Bryn
My name is David (30) from Sydney. I work full time in property development in the city and looking for a place preferably in Darlinghurst / Surry Hills. I am a considerate person, always clean up after myself and would hope that any potential housemates would be the same. I go to the gym most mornings before work and try to make most my weekly lunches over the weekend. I usually only cook my breakfasts and dinners during the week. I am an independent person who generally works on my own things but also very socialable and would like a housemate I would get along with, share the occasional meal on the weekend and that loves a good movie/Netflix night. I am not really looking for a party house environment but friends over time to time would be great. I am looking for an unfurnished bedroom (to fit a Queen size bed).
Greetings reader, Two mates, Sydney born and bred, are in the process of looking to team up with another female to secure a share house/terrace together to call home. Searching for a long-term living situaton and prefer to become residents of the inner west, with the Newtown/Enmore region being preferred, however willing to compromise. Male 1: William, 29 (Pictured) - High school teacher, Football coach, Sport enthusiast, laid back, Music, movies, beach/outdoors lover. Male 2: Michael, 28 (Slightly less pictured) - Construction business owner, outgoing, movie buff, comic lover, festival/gig-goer. Intending on building on and extending freindship circles and a chilled home. Both of us are clean and tidy, respectful of each other's space while also up for a drink or ten, house movies/board games/dinners, exploring the local scene. We enjoy being active as much as possible, even more so on weekends, whether it be a walk, heading out to socialise, getting a coffee without discouting that random adventure. If we seem like your cup or tee, bear or whine then we'd love to hear from you!
Hey! :) Me and my partner are moving to Sydney from Melbourne for work and are looking for a room to stay in long term. We are both easy going, kind and considerate and would love to share a place with like minded people. During our spare we like to be active, going to the gym and doing outdoor activities. We also love to cook and watch movies/Netflix. Open to staying anywhere that is within 15 minutes walk to a train station, gym and supermarket, preferably less than 30 minutes by train to the city. Own bathroom would also be nice but not essential! Please message me if you have a room available late January or have any questions for us!
Hello hello, I'm looking to move to nice private room somewhere. I've been living in and running a share house for the past 2.5 years for both students and young professionals. I have 4 bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, living room, worth of stuff (everything else as well, heaters etc) so if you're missing anything I can bring it. I'm extremely clean and organised and cook as well! I'll also respect any and all rules that there may be and always pay rent on time. I want to move because I don't have time to run the house and focus on my work.
My Situation: I'm moving to Sydney from Perth for a grad program, so looking for somewhere to stay for about 9 months to a year - possibly with the option to stay longer if i like it where i'm living. I'll be moving to Sydney in early February, with a view to moving in sometime around mid/late February, since I'll have temporary accommodation sorted for the first few weeks. What I'm looking for in a place to live: Would prefer to live in an area that is relatively close to the CBD and has good public transport links, whether it be a train station or a frequent bus service as i won't have a car in Sydney. As to the house itself, i like to think I'm not too fussy. A place that has good internet (good enough to stream HD quality YouTube or Netflix while other people are using) and bathroom/s that aren't shared by too many people would make me a happy man. with respect to furnishings, I'm looking for a place that's flexible with furnishings or fully furnished. I'm not interested in a place that isn't furnished. About me: I'm a 24 year old economics & law graduate who's going to be working full-time in the CBD. Enjoy watching AFL and F1 on the weekends during the winter months and cricket during the summer. Play tennis and badminton occasionally for recreation, but I'm unsure if I'll have time to do those sorts of things once i move over to Sydney. Play the odd video game as well. What I'm looking for in a roommate/s: Looking for roommates who are preferably also working regular full time hours like myself, but is also keen to occasionally hang out - whether it be going out for dinner, drinks, a movie etc. or just spending a night at home. Having said that I would like to think that if you're interested in having me as a roommate that you're respectful of personal space and boundaries. I'd like to think i'm a considerate person when it comes to others so i will endeavour to clean up after myself in common areas (though i admit i can get a bit lazy and untidy when it comes to my own personal space). if you share similar interests to me that would be a welcome bonus, but it's certainly not a deal breaker if you aren't.
Hey, so as many tend to say I'm really "easy going" but it's true. I have a great time with my life and those around me, but also very responsible about the things that matter! I have a steady full time income in a career I love (Lead Designer at an ad agency). I'm reliable as all hell. Equally social and independent, so I love a good chat yet understand privacy/quiet time around the home. Interests in music, creativity, travel and go to the gym for a bit of fitness. Born and raised in Sydney, looking to move into a home with 1-3 other residents. Male/Female, LGBTIQ doesn't worry me in the slightest. Any questions or concerns hit me up!
I give people space. I am a creative, hard working, curious and chill student who loves traveling and adventures! I am from Vietnam, I lived in Russia up till 17, I am studying in U.S. and coming to University of Sydney for study abroad. I love rock climbing, being out in nature, meditating, reading, learning about Artificial Intelligence. I am passionate about reforming Education in Vietnam and learning about cultures.
Hi there, Kiriti and I are looking to move into a share house this January, here’s a little bit about us. Both of us are postgraduate students at the University of Sydney and also work at the University. So we prefer living in a suburb that is within walking distance of the University. On a regular day we head to Uni to study, attend classes or for work and later head to the gym. In our free time we like to explore Sydney, head to local watering holes to catch up with friends or take weekend trips when time permits. We’ve been in Sydney for a while now and have both lived in share houses throughout, so we’re fully house trained and know what to expect. We’re extremely clean and love to come back to a clean home! Please feel free to get in touch if you have any questions :) Natasha & Kiriti
Hi there. I am a very quiet, relaxed person who's happy to meet new people. I currently have a job in Surry Hills part time. I moved to Sydney from Scotland to earn some money. I will keep to myself most of the time, but up for a chat with anyone. Looking to move in by the end of this month. Thank you!!
Hi, me and my husband are jolly, kind and hardworking so maintaining cleanliness of the place will not be a problem. During our free time we love to explore places, go to malls and eat good food. I am a registered nurse and I will work at Strathfield in the coming weeks so my husband and I prefer to stay within this suburb. My husband will not accompany me during my first few months so I will be renting the place alone. Please contact me on my number
Hi guys I'm looking for a room in the suburbs listed or nearby areas. I am a masters student at UNSW and work part time in hospo and retail. I'm very clean, friendly and easy going, always up to socialize over food/ drinks after a long day, but also respectful of your space. I share a passion for food, working out and exploring the outdoors, a generally spontaneous person who would rather be up and about than sit at home all day. Would love to be in a share house with a bit of a social atmosphere and like minded housemates. cheers
