Hi there, My partner William and I have been living in Newtown since May 2017. After having spent the past few months traveling in Europe we are looking for a lovely sociable new place to call home. We love sharing a drink or coffee over a chat and also appreciate a quiet space to recline. We've lived in shared flats in Australia and abroad with a range of people from around the world, are responsible and like to look after a home. We love the Inner West, have a bunch of friends living in the area and often go out to eat or to the pub. We both work full time. Get in touch if you'd like to meet us! Cheers
I am an Indian Software professional holding an Australian PR. I am looking for a temporary accommodation (move in date from 30th Sep 2018) for 8 to 10 weeks before finding a permanent place to bring my family later. I am clean, tidy, and fun loving individual. I am looking for a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom (not to be shared) within walking distance to train station and less than 30 mins travel to CBD.
I've recently moved to Sydney from Queensland. I have a full time job for a telecommunications company on George St. I have a Siberian Husky, she is 10 years old and has lived with me in many houses around the country and is very low maintenance. I am gay and single. Non smoker. I have no furniture just clothes, dog a car. I love binge watching tv shows and going to the gym.
Hi, we are 2 23 year old girls from England. We are looking for somewhere to live whilst working in Sydney over the summer, looking to move in around the 1st of November! A twin room would be perfect but open to other options. We are very sociable people and would love to move in with people from all over the world Look forward to hearing from you :)
Clean, tidy, easy going English guys, here to work professionally (contracts administrator for JHG) and hopefully settle. Enjoy health, fitness, food, socialising but also respect others privacy. Lived in various house shares back in the UK and now looking for a private bedroom for each of us, no room shares. Thank you!
Hi I'm Valeria a full time employee working in the city from Monday to Friday. Friendly, clean and easy going. Looking for a nice room for myself. Most of my weekdays are busy with work and fitness training and during the weekends I'm usually at the beach or hanging out with my friends. We can talk more about it. Let me know if you have a vacant room. Cheers :)
A little bit about us: Raphael is a 33-year-old Civil Engineer from Brazil and I’m a 28-year-old applied psychologist from the Netherlands. We’re both easy going, clean, considerate and always up for a laugh. We both work full time in CBD. We enjoy the beach, a glass of wine, hanging out with friends, exercise, live music, travelling and going out for dinner. Ideally we would live with likeminded people that love to have a glass of wine and share a meal occasionally or watch a movie, but also respect each other’s privacy. So a sociable house but not a party house.
I am moving back to Sydney after living in Canada for the past two years and Brendan is coming to brave the spiders from Canada on a Working Visa. We are both very friendly, fun, clean people who love a glass of wine. We love cooking and sharing our food with friends and bonus Brendan is 6'5 so he can reach all the top cupboards. I work in Media an have been working for a Radio station in Vancouver for the past two years so will be looking for something similar when I get back to Sydney and Brendan is in marketing and will be looking fo the same when he arrives. Looking for a fun, friendly environment to call home.
Active 36 year old working professional within IT management, therefore I work during the week. For my standard week I enjoy exercising most days and cooking, during the weekend I enjoy catching up with friends. I love travel which I do a fair bit of both personally and professionally. Non-smoker
I love a lot of the usual things people love, such as coffee, books, movies, tv, bars, music, going out and sometimes not going out. Did I mention my penchant for coffee? Some of the less usual things include musicals, theatre, and (very specifically) strawberry flavoured donuts. I've done the sharehouse thing for several years now so I'm housebroken and understand the importance of things like courtesy and paying rent and bills on time. I'm very easy to get along with, always up for a chat, but respectful of privacy and the need for quiet. I can even cook a mean, family-style korma (and I can make it vegan, if that's your preference).
I’m a very tidy, respectable housemate to live with. I am definitely social but also enjoy time to myself through the week; I work full time so my weekly routine never changes and I’m often in and out on the weekends. I have no problem with quests but by no means want to live in a house where parties are a regular; I’m ideally looking to live with other young professionals. I also come with a Netflix subscription! :)
My name is Angie, 28 years old. I work fulltime as a Personal Trainer and studying Sports Management as well. Im quite busy during the weekdays but dont mind a chat after a long day at work with the people I live with. At the same time I respect my roomates private time and prefer some privacy as well some days. I have been sharing houses for many years and I always get along with the people I live with. I like keeping my home clean and always pick up after myself.
Looking for a room in a sharehouse from September 26th for six to eight months. A little about me; I’m 28 and relatively new to Sydney. I’m currently finishing off my degree in music close to the city so am looking for an inner city suburb residence. I’m creative, ambitious, a dreamer, and a bit of an ambivert ☺️. As a housemate I’m always up for a good chat over wine or coffee but also respectful of everyone’s need for space and to do their own thing. Looking for likeminded housemates who appreciate a quiet, inclusive home space. I’m allergic to cats and most dogs so I cannot live with pets and I’m also not interested in a share room or a smoker friendly home. Please message me on here if you have anything suitable. Cheers.
Hey! I'm Miriam, I'm 23 and from Canada! I've moved to Sydney about six months ago to obtain a postgrad law degree (but also to escape the cold Canadian winters!) I'm clean and respectful and love meeting new people. I'm looking forwards to exploring the city, and I'm always up for brunch or a glass of wine.
Hi there! Currently looking for a shared room for me and my Friend. I am from Wales & Kate is from England. Both work Monday to Friday and quiet through the week but will go out over the weekend and more than happy to socialise (or not) with housemates! Pretty easy going, clean and friendly!
Hi all, My name is Sam and I am looking for a place to stay from the 20th of October until the 22nd of December. I am a 23-year-old student from Amsterdam and I am doing an internship in Sydney. I have been sharing a house in Amsterdam with 3 guys for over three years. I love cooking, city trips, making music and (as a real Dutchie) cheese. I like to live in a clean house and I am looking for a private room. Temporary rooms are also welcome, as long as it is in inner Sydney.
I’m a friendly and high energy person who likes to see the positives in everyone. I work full-time in recruitment and love my job. I study full-time doing psychology and Counselling so who knows? You may get yourself some free therapy before I start charging by the hour 😉 I enjoy my own space and my own time, like keeping fit too, but I’m also very sociable and more than happy to go for walks and talks or stay at home and chat with a glass of wine and watch a movie. If you need to entertain people, I’m happy to wingman you and add life to the party or stay out of the way, whichever suits ✌🏼 I come house trained (thanks mum) and am able to tidy up after myself. I’m a decent cook and have a habit of making more than I need so there is the likely possibility of free food too #winning Looking for a long-term stay with one to three people in a house/apartment who are easy to get along with and respectful of each other.
