I'm Ash (short for Ashton) a full time professional looking for my next home. Friends would call me easy going, mature and sociable. Self proclaimed foodie and amateur guitarist. I enjoy playing basketball and footy to keep fit. I'm someone who is always up for a good laugh/chat and also respects personal space and privacy. I'm clean and organised (not to the point it's OCD haha) so looking for like minded people in that respect. Not looking for a party house but I do enjoy a couple drinks on occasion. I work night shift from 7pm-7am on a 4day on 4day off roster so I'll be in and out of home at different times. Some nights you'll get the place to yourself, other nights I'll be home getting some R&R. I'm open to living with people of different genders and sexualities, as long as you pay your rent on time and clean up after yourself we're going to get along quite well. I'm flexible with pets and if you have a dog that would be awesome :) *Flexible with the move in date- Mid/late March to early April* If you have questions shoot me a message and I'll get back to you. Cheers.
I grew up in Sydney and just finished my degree in Computer Science at UNSW. Now I'm working full time as a Software Engineer. I love going out and being social but I'm also happy just to hang around and do my own thing. Very respectful and always happy to help out with tech, fixing the internet or anything else around the place :)
Hi there! I'm Hayasa, my parents are Japanese and I'm Australian born and raised. I teach at two high schools around the North Shore area, and I'll also be studying my Masters of Commerce part-time at USyd. Something important that I should mention in the beginning of my profile: I play the viola (it's like a larger violin, but not the one you sit down to play for). But- I can practice at work and I'll schedule my practice times while you're away, so hopefully you won't hear a peep. I love to bake (everyone must try my baked cheesecake!), tackle crosswords, and I'm slowly working my towards cultivating my green thumb (if you like fresh herbs and there's enough space, I can bring along my plants for us all to enjoy!). I'm also keen to start running one day, but that day hasn't arrived yet... Other essentials: I've lived with other people before. I'm also in a relationship but my boyfriend lives overseas so it'll only be with me that you'll be living with. I'm clean but I'm not a germaphobe. I shower at night. Sometimes I work on weekends so you might not see me, and other times I might be catching up on emails and doing boring admin stuff. I'm quiet but that doesn't mean I love a good banter and drinks if the occasion arises. I've been an avid cider drinker but I've slowly started to discover beer and I wouldn't mind exploring that more! I also don't smoke. I'm looking to live somewhere long-term, and having my own room. Ideally, I'm looking at a place near a train line (preferably T1 North Shore Line). I can move in at any time. Looking forward to hearing from you! Hayasa
Hi! I'm Harriet. A 24 year old working full time in finance in the CBD. I'm easy going, but also respectful of people's space and home. Work keeps me fairly busy, so when I'm not in the office I like to chill out with friends over a wine, hit the beach, or watch one too many episodes of Netflix. Please give me a shout if you have a place!
Claudia (22) and I (23) both have year-long working holiday visas. I'm from America and she is from Britain. We became friends previously traveling in Indonesia. We both have jobs that keep us busy. Neither of us smoke, have children, cars or pets and we’re both easy going and keen to meet new people as we are new to Sydney! We’re very open-minded travelers searching for new experiences and faces in new places. We have both completed university as well. The place would need to be completely furnished with working internet. The length of time we are allowed to stay as well as the move in day are flexible. Trust me, we're good/kind/social people to live with :) Both of us would want our own room. You can background check me on social media as well at the bottom of the page.
My name is Lucas, I live in Sydney since 2 months and I would like to stay here for several month. I work in full time in construction. I am very clean and friendly, I like to share different cultures. I am passionate about travel, sports, cinema and I also like to cook french food or other. Before leaving for Australia, I finished my Master degree in Sports Management, and I decided to come here to improve my English and discover a new culture. Cheers
Hey guys, looking for a room in newtown! Just moved here to Sydney after 6 months working in Melbourne. I'm on a one year working holiday working full-time as a chef. I work long hours 4-5 days per week so won't be around much. Other than that I like to go to the gym on my days off, or go skateboarding. Looking to move in as soon as possible! Peace
I'm 27, initially from NZ and work in the Corporate Strategy and M&A team at Telstra. Have been in Sydney for 4 years. I enjoy socialising with friends on the weekend over a drink and meeting new people. I am also a tidy and respectful person to live with and have been in share house situations for 5 years. During the week, things are usually pretty chilled for me due to work commitments. On the weekends however, I enjoy relaxing and socialising with friends over a few drinks. Ideally I would like to be part of a sharehouse that is more than just a place to sleep, but a place to call home. Thanks, Mark
Hey everyone, Well, having lived in Sydney for more than 3 years, I know from experience that tidiness is one of the most important "commodities" that one can offer. I know a lot of people like to say that, but I really am tidy. I am about to finish my Business degree at UTS and then I plan on working full-time. I love sport and anything that involves outdoor activities. I do a lot of CrossFit in the CBD and rock climbing too!
Hi there, I'm Olivia! I'm from Connecticut, USA. I am moving to Sydney to take a teaching course. I'd prefer a quieter home where I can study. I'm not really a party person but I am social. I'm very tidy and clean up after myself. My hobbies include snowboarding, grabbing lunch with friends, going to the beach, and exploring new places. I can provide references if needed.
I am 30yo engineer and have recently taken a new job in Sydney. I'm looking to find a new home within driving distance to Marrickville by mid/late March and ideally will stay there for at least one year. I will be coming over to Sydney around March 9 and need to find accommodation within 4 weeks after that. As I am new to Sydney, I don't know too many people yet but do have some family and friends living nearby. I enjoy having a beer on weekends, playing sport, going for a run, heading to the beach and just relaxing in my time off. I'm not much of a cook which is a plus as I never leave dirty dishes around. Prefer to find a place with a furnished room so I don't have to move furniture across. I will also have a car and will need some parking.
Hi guys. I’m French, recently relocated to Sydney. Looking for a private furnished room, preferably in a house along the bay (waterfront would be great), Darling Point, Double Bay, Glebe Point, North Pyrmont, Milsons Point, Kiribilli or other locations but no more than 1 hour walk from CBD. I'm clean, tidy and respectful. Well-travelled with a travel industry professional background. I like walking, hiking in the bush or along the coast, discovering new places, new people and having fun. Also into yoga. I'm always glad to have a chat, enjoy a drink, a nice meal or bbq.
Fun, Socialable and banterous . I am clean, tidy and working full time in hospitality. Looking for like minded people. Love saving up and going to festivals, out for drinks, beach days and bbq's. I enjoy family dinner nights and exploring sydney, kicking back on my nights off with choclate and wine or hitting the gym. I love to maat new people and travel the world. In sydney for the long run and seeking sponsorship.
Hi, I'm Kevin! I've recently moved back to Sydney after living in Melbourne and Singapore for the last few years. I run my own business which means I work quite a bit but it also allows me to travel frequently. When I'm at home I like to chill out and enjoy the company of my housemates.
I'm an easygoing Kiwi girl who has recently moved over to Sydney. I work full-time in the city as a research analyst but am equally happy helping out with household chores or sticking around for a chat (or wine. Both are great). Whilst being available for a kitchen yarn, I give people space and would very much appreciate the same. I will also laugh at all your good and bad jokes (or a bad pun. Appreciate those immensely). Looking for somewhere close to public transport into the city; this is really important for me. My current bus stop gives me the heebie jeebies after dark, so ideally looking for a place that doesn't require mad dashes through unlit areas and composition of mental love notes/last farewell thoughts to family & friends etc ;P it's not that bad but you know, it kinda ruins any possibility of ever watching scary movies again (appalling prospect). Have a pretty busy schedule so I may not be around all the time :) Not into parties or drugs and that sort of lifestyle. Would prefer a female-only household, and not a place where strange guys sleep over all the time. My move date is flexible but I'd love to give my lovely current flatmate as much notice as possible. Love animals, BBC, poorly attempting to salsa (laughable really haha) and the theatre. Reading is a passion and I love gardening. I'll try not to kill plants!
Hi I'm a professional with my own business, moving to Sydney from Perth shortly and would love to find a great place with great people. I'm currently completing an MBA on top of work, so study a reasonable amount at the moment, but not too much to stop me going out and having a bit of fun every now and then. I love socialising and am right into staying fit and healthy. Love good food and the odd glass of wine on the couch at the end of the day. I'm very easy going and neat and tidy. I travel a quite a bit with work and of course the odd holiday here and there. Looking to move as soon as possible.
I am 28 years old Childcare educator and studying towards my diploma. I usually work part-time during the week and study in the city. I am really easy going, clean and tidy. During the week I like quietness because I spend most of the time studying and working and I love spending my time at the weekend outdoors; going to the beach, going out with friends, outdoors activities, surfing, gym, yoga. Of course, I like reading and watching movies as well to relax myself.
Hello everyone, my name is Miriam. I am 26 y/o from Spain. I am looking for a sharehouse. I consider myself as a easygoing, responsible, animal lover, cheerful person. I like going on my own but I like socialising too. I like sharing my culture and learning from others culture. I'm trying to have a healthier lifestyle and I like chill evenings watching films/TV series or listening music. Also, I do like hanging out and going to beach. If you think I fit in your share house don't hesitate and call!
I'm a young hearted 30 year old male, originally from the UK but have lived abroad for the last 5 years (and in Sydney for 2 years). I work full time Monday to Friday in media and advertising which is great fun but means that i'm normally flat out throughout the week at client meetings and events. If i'm not working late, I usually go to the gym, cook something or catch up with mates. On the weekends I like to get out and about, play sport, see friends, go to the beach etc. Consider myself to be very easy going, laid back and personable and I'm clean, tidy and respectful.
