Name: Charles Age: 25 Occupation: Student My name is Charles and I just turned 25yrs old last month(still can't believe that I'm getting old now.. huhu). I came from the Philippines and currently pursuing my further studies here in Australia as a full-time student. I'm an easy going person, a bit shy at first (that is why I don't talk that much) but once I got to know someone else, I become a bit chatty. I also respect people's privacy and their quality time because everyone wants to have it 😁.. I'm also a responsible person who always mind of my duties and responsibilities (very tidy). Hobbies and Interest: - Cook food (Not as a master chef level that you can watch on TV.. hehe) - Watching a movie (especially superhero movies) - Sports like swimming, badminton, and tennis (I just play sports to make myself busy and also a "bit" fit). I wouldn't mind to try out some new one. - Chill from time to time (spending time at the park or on the side of the beach just to see the view and relax).
I'm 23 and looking for more of a calm, relaxed living arrangement. I would describe myself as outgoing and adventurous but I also enjoy my privacy and alone time. I am a very clean and respectful person to live with. I tend to be out working or visiting friends a lot of the time at the moment but am hoping to find somewhere per friendly so I can enjoy just being at home with my cat again. She is very well trained and no burden at all.
I am twenty-six years old with a background in community services, currently unemployed but engaged in job-seeking. I am hoping to find a place that is pet-friendly as I have a friendly staffy that I rely on for my health and well-being. I am tidy, reliable and respectable of others needs. I don't party, preferring quieter activities, but I do try and be friendly.
I’m pretty low key & minimalistic, I’m just after a little cosy room to crash & where I can work on my photographs. I work full time as a postie in the shire area mon-fri 6:30-3ish My passion is analogue Photography & I work in this area when I’m not Postman Pat. I love the Ocean & Keeping healthy. I grew up on the Central Coast & my family is still up there, so usually one weekend a month I bolt up the coast to chill out with them. I’ve been in Sydney now about 8years. I like to keep my room in order & I always clean up after myself in communal areas. I like listening to music, I love live music, a good film & art..

Hi All, My name is Carly and I work for a professional Relocation Company specialising in assisting Filipino Chefs coming into the country on 2 year working visas. We secure accommodation for them prior to arrival for 4 or 12 weeks (visa type dependant). 4 Week stays: we pay 4 weeks up front and the chef pays a 2 week cash deposit on arrival 12 Week stays: we pay bond (ideally 2 weeks) up fron and we pay rent weekly by bank transfer Extension of the 4 week stays are by negotiation between you and the chef and we are here to assist. The 12 week stays are likely to extend to 18-24 weeks. We are flexible with the type of accommodation and just ask that it should be fully inclusive of bills and furnished. We meet and great at the airport, bring them to their accommodation and also provide a cultural settlement program including travel card, cultural seminar about life in Australia as well as ensuring they have bank account, TFN and super set up. Filipinos are known for having excellent English language skills, being very respectful and also hard working. Most candidates do not drive so accommodation must be within easy reach of reliable public transport that runs later at night due to nature of chef hours or be within walking distance to their place of work.
