I am currently living in Canberra but am moving to Sydney in early April. I am a teacher and will be either relief teaching or working in a permanent position. My girlfriend lives in Cronulla so I will be spending some nights with her anyway and she will stay with me sometimes also. I am a very social person and I have been known to be a bit of a clean freak. I love health and fitness and spend most of my time snowboarding, working out, swimming etc. I would definitely be a very easy housemate, I love a chat and enjoy just chilling out. I'm very easy to get on with and will be very respectful of people I live with.
I'm very clean very respectful, fun, great sense of humour Impeccable manners Care about other people's property
Hi there, I am a Filipina who is new to the country. I am looking for a fully furnished place that's within my budget and near a train station. Easy to get along with. I like to have girls flatmates / housemates who also like a quiet and clean living. I jog / walk to keep me active so having a good surrounding is a plus. Also, I like watching tv so having that in the living room will bring me happiness :)
I am neat and tidy by nature. I don't mind stopping for a chat but I do also like my own space. I have a medical background which leads me to keep my home clean and hygienic, especially in the kitchen and bathroom. I work as a Firefighter in Sydney and enjoy the beach, in summer, watching movies and reading/writing.
Hi, my name is Leanne. I am 25 and working full time in a HR role in the city. I am looking for a place around the Sutherland Shire, preferably around Gymea, Kirrawee, Oyster Bay, Como, Jannali or Taren Point. I'd like to be near a train station, however I have a car so am flexible and able to drive if need be. I am easy going, clean and tidy, and respectful of others. I enjoy being social and getting out of the house on the weekends. Would love a housemate who would enjoy a chat and a meal or a wine or two from time to time. This being said, I also enjoy my downtime on my own after a busy week, watching netflix, reading, or keeping fit and healthy. I am open to team ups and happy to contribute to furniture and such. Unfortunately I am allergic to cats, so unable to live with you if you have or want a cat. I am a dog lover, so happy to consider a place with a dog if it was the right fit. Respectfully no smokers, kids or couples please. Please feel free to reach out to me if you think I am a good match for you :)

My wife and my other son live and work on the South Coast but there isn't much work for Earthmovers in the area and I have to come to Sydney. We are really down to earth, easy to get along with and will never be home unless to sleep as we do long hours.

Is hard for me to get mad or have a bad mood. I use to like with 2 roomates in chile and we had a great relationship so I have experience living with more people and I love it.

I live in north Sydney at the moment but my lease runs out soon and I have started a new job in kirrawee so we are looking to move a bit closer. I work at Australian Skin Clinics in Miranda Westfield and I'm looking for a flat mate to move in with in the Sutherland Shire area, I like things neat and tidy and prefer a modern clean space. I'm very friendly and easy going, I'm into fitness and eating healthy! I like going to the beach and eating out! Contact me if you'd like to meet for coffee! Look forward to hearing from you xx
I'm a laid back Pom who definitely doesn't whinge! Love to keep a place clean and tidy. I work in the CBD and sail in Cronulla and on the harbour at the weekends, I'm in the gym every evening. Would like to think I'm easy to live with and sure my current housemates would vouch for me there. Currently living in Bondi and looking to move to the shire as my boat and friends are there so looking to find a like minded house where the house mates are outgoing, clean and respectful. I'm far too old to be inviting unwanted guests back or throwing parties, am just waiting for my PR to be granted and save some money to buy my own house so would hope to commit for a minimum of 6 months.
We are an active Australian couple in our early 30s looking to move to a place so we can adopt a dog. We are very down to earth, love the outdoors, the beach and a healthy lifestyle. We are into scuba diving, watersports, motorbikes and generally exploring. I work away on a private yacht almost every weekend while my partner works more regular hours as a electrician. We are social people, always down to hang out but by no means noisy party animals! We are used to living with people in small spaces having both worked away on yachts/mines. Definitely more than happy to hang with our flatmates but also respectful of other peoples space and super clean! Jordan is originally from the Shire while I am from Pittwater, we are not too bothered by suburb, we are ideally looking for a place not too far from the city, no further south than Cronulla/Miranda, eastern suburbs or inner west is fine, north shore is great too. Just a place we can have space for a us and our dog! Our current lease is up in mid May but we are happy to pay it out and move earlier if the right place comes along Please feel free to contact us with any questions. Regards, Tahlia and Jordan
My son and I are looking for a place in Sutherland Shire so he can finish his HSC. I am working part time with a local company as well as running my freelance design business which I have had for 25 years. I'm relaxed, calm and practical. I like good company and also value privacy and personal space. I have lived and worked in the UK and Japan, I am open-minded and love to experience other cultures. I am fit and love to be active. Swimming, kayaking, cycling and exploring are top of my list.
I'm approachable, friendly and respectful of others. I study full-time at UTS - Engineering/Medical Science. My hobbies include gym, running, rock climbing and video games. I'm a non-smoker and drug free. I keep myself and my surroundings neat and tidy.
Hi! I'm a 33yo male looking for a long term stay. I work as a professional in the banking and finance industry, working within the Project Delivery department at a major bank. I work full time and have been in the same organisation for 7 years there for job security is not a problem. I'm clean and tidy, enjoy cooking, love being active and also very sociable. I'd say that my strongest quality is that I'm very domesticated with all cleaning activities. It's weird but I find it somewhat therapeutic. I work Monday to Friday and enjoy going to the gym, running and practising my yoga. If I'm not preparing my meals in the evenings I love watching reality TV shows like MKR or Masterchef. On weekends I enjoy eating out, cooking new recipes, watching movies and TV shows, going hiking and of course, the beach! The party life is well and truly behind me and would rather conserve that energy for activities that contribute to my health and wellbeing. It's my passion! If you're looking for someone that will respect you, pay bills on time, can live with just about anyone and will treat your home as their own then please get in touch with me. I would love to hear from you!
Sydney based masters student seeking share accommodation in a furnished private room, living with non-smokers/drug users, and in a non-party clean house~! I'm friendly, considerate, clean, tidy, respectful of space and privacy, I pay on time, and don't have any pets but love animals! I enjoy hiking, yoga, the beach, playing tunes on my keyboard or acoustic guitar. Also love cooking. I'm looking for a quiet space to come home to after busy days at uni. Near access to trains/buses a must. Highly regarded if near the beach/water/nature.
Hi I consider myself a great person to live with because I don't have a lot of friends who will be coming to visit all the time, I spent most of my days at work if im not studying. Im also reliable when it comes to rental payments, i make sure all my bills are paid on time. I also consider myself as someone who has a friendly personality. You wont feel weird living with me. I prefere a private room with own bathroom. I love to cook from time to time. Feel to contact me if you think im a worthy flatmate
Hi, my name is Bruce. I'm returning to Sydney in early January after a year working in the UK. I work for a US Healthcare company and will be splitting my time between our Mascot HQ and visiting customers in QLD. I'm in my 40's, don't smoke and like an outdoor lifestyle (hiking, beaches etc), fairly busy with work during the week, but like the odds glass of wine and to go out for a beer and a nice meal now and then. Looking for somewhere with some outdoor space (the more the better, I'm happy to help with gardening etc). I'm happy to commute. I have my own social life but it's good to socialize with housemates, I respect the privacy of others and appreciate we all need time to ourselves. I have rented out rooms in my own house in the UK for many years, so know how to keep things running smoothly. I'll be travelling quite a bit, so will often be away on business. When I'm in the office I'm usually out 8am to 6pm Mon to Fri with occasional weekend work.
We are a friendly couple moving to Cronulla from Brisbane at the beginning of April and are looking for a room to rent for a minimum of 6 months. I, (Gemma) am a full-time Dental Nurse and Facial Aesthetics Assistant and my partner (Elijah) works in trade and plays Rugby full time; hence the move to NSW. We are both very outgoing people, love to get to know people and see new places. We are very respectful, tidy and friendly. We do have a cat, (Calvin), he is an inside cat, toilet trained, vaccinated and desexed and full of character, he makes us laugh constantly. We are super keen to move to Cronulla!
I am a 28 year old professional working full time for a technology company in the CBD. Outside work, my passions are fitness, learning, NRL, great food and coffee. I don't drink, smoke or party and prefer to do most of my cooking myself, but I'd be keen to get a meal at a gastro-pub or good cafe every now and then if it's on the cards. I do need to work from home every now and then, so high speed net and a quiet daytime environment would be awesome. Looking to move asap but would like to meet up with you for a chat or coffee and walk-through before making a decision.
Hi, I'm a 23, happily single, vegetarian, creative soul from the south coast needing to find my own space to get inspired! I live a happy and healthy lifestyle. I do a lot of yoga, meditation, exercise and social gatherings in the Cronulla area. Not a house party type of person though. I currently work in the hospitality industry and love it. I also have an acting background, but am currently taking the time to start up a passion project of mine inspiring young creative souls. I'm a life lover and a soul hugger who works to be kind and deeply respectful of others. I'm very independent and love alone time to wind down. I often spend my time exercising or cafe hopping by myself in order to find inspiration to write (so you probably won't see me that much). Love a few good bevies, philosophical banter and always keen for a dance if I go out. I also love going to random gigs to bop around and pretend like I know all the songs. Sweet potato fries are life, and peanut better is my soul mate. I get along with both males and females so I'm happy to live with both. Let me know if you like my vibe, and I'd love to meet you! Cheers, - Vanessa
Easy going and prefer flatting with people I can enjoy hanging out with, rather than just the casual hi and bye at the start and end of our days. Like to keep things clean and tidy but wouldn't go as far as calling myself a clean freak. Enjoy travel, music, arts, surfing, snowboarding and general outdoor related activities. Moving from NZ to Sydney for more design related work opportunities.
Hi I'm Tess, I'm a real easy going and independent person who is quiet and will clean up after themselves. I am a shift worker and after coming back from a year of travelling, I have realised i need (and really want) to move out of home. I like cooking, travelling and meeting new people.

I love to cook, travel, go to the beach and I have a passion for fashion and textiles. I did a textile degree at university. Looking for a place for 6 weeks, preferably with all females or a couple. Currently working in Miranda as a full time receptionist.

I keep to myself. I clean up on Saturdays. When I stay up late watching youtube I always wear headphones. I like to go for late night runs. I don't watch TV. I'm from South Sydney. For fun I like to read a book and put on a cup of tea or take architecture city photos for instagram. I have my license but I don't want a car so I won't take your car space. I'm bi, I have a boyfriend; I'm not political. I work 8:30-5:30 weekdays and I spend most of my free time sleeping or keeping to myself. I can't remember the last time I swore. I am passive and I like peace.
Easy going, laid back, mature, responsible, loves quiet life, cooking, gardening, wanting to make friends and have someone to go shopping, movies and enjoy life if they wish, no biggie if they don't. Enjoys a glass of wine, but not a party person, definately prefer the quiet life, have grandkids but only 1 in Sydney, 2 sons live nearby. Kiwi lady recently moved from Brisbane to be closer to family, prefer over 40
Looking for a roomy to share a 2 bedroom unit with. I want to move into a new unit rather than an existing room. I'm fun and outgoing and love exploring different places or socialising with friends on a weekend. Also love to get outdoors and into fitness :) Easy to get along with and work full time Monday to Friday (so no mid week partying) I've been living in a one bedroom unit and rent is always on time and have lived out of home for 8 years. Also own a house which I rent out so I'm very responsible when it comes to bills etc Would love to hear from you :) X
Hi I am a single, clean, quiet, working Australian male. I need a quiet home as I do some work from home. I love peace, quiet and sleep so I'm after a quiet location where I can sleep any time - no planes flying overhead, no major roads or rail close by, and no noisy neighbours or dogs barking. If you have a dog it must be very quiet. The room needs to be large (3x3m at least) to fit queen bed, desk, TV unit and wardrobe if no BIR. I also have some belongings so need some storage - shed/cupboard/spare room For housemates, 20s and 30s is good. I only want to live with Australians/English people not other languages/cultures. I think 2-3 people is enough. My budget of $300/w is including bills and internet No young kids or smokers. Internet is essential. I will consider more areas than I have listed Cat-friendly would be a bonus. I would like to have my own cat but will consider sharing yours. When I'm home I like to watch tv/movies and play video/board games. My own bathroom would be perfect but maybe I'm asking for too much now. I have to give 3 weeks notice.
My name is Leandro. I'm Brazilian, 26 years old, I'm a very friendly person and easy going, I do not smoke, I drink socially and I like to surf, play soccer and jiu-jitsu. I'm at the australia to learn English. I was a month living in Hurstville but almost every day I go to cronulla.
I am looking for preferably a single room to rent. I work in tourism and travel a fair bit as well as working long days so my time at home is limited. I have shared accommodation throughout Australia. I am extremely clean don't do drugs, smoke, drink or have parties so believe that I am easy to get along with. I am Australian and originally from melbourne but due to now excepting a job in Sydney I am wanting accommodation starting from the 26th of March 2017. If you are looking for a great flatmate who can also cooks and cleans up after themselves I'm your flatmate.
Ideally looking to team up for an apartment for 1 year + as I am studying Business for the next 4 years. I like to relax on the beach, go for hikes and generally enjoy all that Australia has to offer whenever i get the chance. When not working, I am also interning at GQ Magazine, so after a busy day/week its great to unwind with some good food and a glass (or bottle) of wine so anyone with the same frame of mind would be great. :)
