I am a full time working professional so during the week I don't have too much time to go out but would love to come home and have a glass of wine and relax. When it comes to to weekend I do enjoy going out with my friends - whether it's to dinner, a bar or a club- I'm not too fussed. I am very clean and respectful of others and would be more than happy to do anything I can around the place to play my part.
Hi friends!! We're two easy-going individuals, kind of dorky but good dorky you know? I'm currently a full time accountant (wow exciting right? HAHA) and Kyle will be moving over from the US (just finished Uni doing an Environmental Studies major). We love a bit of a fun but our fun isn't really 'throw a huge house party and vomit into vases' kind of fun, more like 'board games and alcohol with friends' kind of fun. A hot pot or yakiniku kind of party yeah? I do work full time so I won't be home ever during the weekdays, and most nights/weekends I have bits and bobs going on - I love to dance (hip hop is my thing but I can't wait to take up any latin dance styles!!); my crew training take up a good 6-8hrs of my free time, and when I'm not dancing I love yoga and food (cooking and eating!! YAY!). Kyle will be here on working holiday so probably just a part time job and just exploring Sydney. We're both relatively social but do really enjoy our down time reading/stretching/eating cake on a Friday night by ourselves. We do love to travel so we're probably not going to be around the full year - there will be weeks we're out and about, but I'm sure we can sort something out!! Let me know if we seem like your kind of people - we're looking to find a place by July :) !! (Will trade a good deal for dance lessons/food HAHA) Cheers, Joy
Hey I'm ash! 23 years old. I work from home as a model. I'm pretty down to earth and easy going, more than happy to hang out but am also out often enough to give you your own space. Im usually catching up on TV shows or playing around with make up in my spare time. I'm clean, tidy and responsible. Hoping to find others who are the same. I've also house-shared for 4+ years and am very respectful of space and communal living, and am hoping the rent will include bills. shoot me a message if you want to know anything else
Hi my name is Eddie and I am 21 years old, I am originally from Tonga but I have been living in Australia for 10 years now. I am clean, tidy, considerate and easy to get along with. I am respectful towards others and their privacy, just as long as they do the same towards me. I am a very strong believer in treating others how I want to be treated. I love cooking, video games (FPSs, RPGs, Stealth etc.), sports (mainly MMA, boxing, rugby & soccer) and movies (doesn't matter what genre, as long as it's well made). But I also enjoy having drinks with good company and going out to clubs/pubs every now and then. I'm also a bit of a musician (purely a hobby), I can play the guitar, sing, also currently learning to play the keyboard and I can beatbox pretty well :P But lately I haven't had time to practice due to work and studies. But if I do practice (which won't be often), I'll do it at appropriate times with reasonable noise levels (Plus I'll try my best each time to sound good, so you don't get annoyed but rather enjoy it lol). I am currently studying for a bachelor's degree online from Murdoch University through Open Universities Australia, but I've also been a Security Guard at various places/events for almost 4 years now (So you can think of me as your personal security at home lol) :)
Hi, I've moved to Sydney recently from Perth and looking to find a place to share with another person. I work at a commercial litigation law firm. I would like to gain more friends to explore Sydney with.
Easy going, spontaneous, reliable & honest. I am considerate & respectful, I enjoy social interaction but also enjoy some peace & quiet as lone time too. Born on the beaches been here all my life!
Friendly, easy going, single mum, fulltime work as an educator, clean, reliable, enjoys company, home during the week with my daughter (she's 10) away most weekends, not keen on party people, don't mind pets, rather a working professional or a single mother :) only looking for a female... got a house full of furniture... oh and can cook :)
Hi I am a single, clean, quiet, working Australian male. I work M-F around 8-4. I'm looking for peace, quiet and privacy. I don't want to hear others, neighbours, planes, traffic or barking dogs from my bedroom. In a nice suburb (not Western Sydney) with no hoons doing burnouts for thrills The room needs to be large (3x3m at least) to fit queen bed, desk, TV unit and wardrobe if no BIR. For housemates, 20s-40s is good. People I can play board games with (Pictionary IS a board game) and/or watch sci-fi tv/movies. People that have an interest in health/and or fitness ie regular exercising. I only want to live with Australians/English people not other languages/cultures. I think 2-3 people is enough with at least 1 other male. My budget of $320/w is including bills and internet I will consider more areas than I have listed Cat-friendly would be a bonus. I have to give 2 weeks notice.
Hi! I'm a full-time software developer / guitar player / music+science+philosophy geek from New Zealand. I'm making a move to Sydney and am really looking forward to it. Georgia is a close friend of mine, she is an actress/dancer/artist about to graduate from her performing arts degree in New York I have just arrived in Sydney as of May 21st. I'm looking to find one of the following: - A 2 bedroom apartment lease to take over, or similar - A place with 2 rooms available for rent within our budget - A large room in a sharehouse or flat with a couple of others (not too many) we are least likely to settle for one room but will consider options An important consideration for me is public transport, because I will be working in the CBD. My rent budget is around $400 Georgia's is between $250-$300
Creative Event Designer originally from Brisbane moving for a work opportunity for the work/beach lifestyle. Excited to see what Sydney is all about! Love to hang out with people that have a great attitude and vibe about themselves. Considerate of others and love to meet new people and have a laugh. Excitement and intrigue follow me wherever I go ~ That's what my fortune cookie said Just Laugh 110 %
I am in Sydney for the moment and I am looking for a place for minimum 1 month, maybe longer period but not sure for the moment. I'm an Environmental engineer and I am starting a new Job. I'm looking for a place from the 27th of May. I'm very easy going person, sociable and clean. My girlfriend will join me at the end of June so I would prefer a room with double bed directly. Corentin
