Hi im Latoya, I am 24 years old and live with my fiance Kieren (27) who I have been with for almost 6 years. We are moving to Newcastle late Jan/early Feb and want to stay in a share house. We are both respectful of others privacy and quiet. We are both down to earth and happy for a good chat at any point. We are happy for any stay length. Please contact me if you have a place and are looking for flatmates like us.
I'm quiet, clean, respectful, and easy to get along with. I don't smoke and I'm financially reliable. I'm an admin assistant at the University and have a second (retail) job in Warners Bay. At the moment I work casual hours but I'm looking for full-time work now that I've finished uni and have more time on my hands. Bit of a nerd/perpetual student. Recently finished my degree in politics and international relations. Love intellectual banter. I mingle well with people from diverse backgrounds. I'm friendly/sociable but also spend a lot of time in my room reading / studying. (Actually that's a lie — I'm probably bingeing Netflix). What I'm looking for: I need to find a new place ASAP due to a change in family circumstances. I'm looking for a large-ish room with a decent amount of storage space. I can purchase any furnishings that aren't already provided with the room. The place must be close to public transport. It might be a couple months before I'm able to drive, so I'll be travelling to Warners Bay and Callaghan by bus. Air-conditioning is strongly desirable but not essential. (I tend to get migraines in extreme heat / humidity). I'm looking for mature, responsible housemates. Not interested in student 'party houses'. No preferred age/gender.
My name is Dinuk, I am 22 years old and I am from Melbourne, where I've lived my whole life up until now. I am to start my course in physiotherapy at the University of Newcastle as of February 26th. I am someone who is friendly and sociable but also someone who respects personal space and boundaries. I have previously lived in a shared accommodation in Melbourne so i know what it's like living with others in regards to hygiene and cleanliness. I can also be quiet diligent with studying so you may see notice that I might study till late. I very much love to cook, and would be happy to have cook ups or just spend time with others. I also like watching tv shows, reading, and going for walks and spending time with friends. I am also easy going and very approachable. I hope you may take this all into consideration, thanks.
Recently moved out of home and looking for a permenant place to move too for now. Full time employment and very friendly. Very clean and love hanging around with others- looking forward to finding flat mates. I don't smoke and have no pets
Hi I am iksa. Few things about me : - 24 years old - Relocating to Belmont area for new job (around end of January) - Looking for a room preferably with ensuite or own bathroom. - Full time shift worker, so will be in and out of the house at odd hours + work in weekends & public holiday - Not a clean freak but clean and tidy. Will clean up my own mess. - Don’t mind pets unless it’s a reptile. - Wouldn’t mind a good chat but I am pretty quiet and respectful of personal space. - I am not a party animal and prefer a quite night in if my roster allows. I am looking for respectful female flatmates and a quiet house which I can come to relax and rest after a hectic day/night/morning at work.
Hey! I'm a young single mother looking for a place for me and my daughter to live. We are tidy, friendly and pretty quiet so you probably won't even notice we're there but I'm always up for a good chat :) looking for a roommate or a house with people that won't mind living with my little girl and I , pets are more than fine. I don't smoke and I very rarely go out I prefer to be home or do things with my daughter, she's only 7months old, she's pretty quiet but she's a very happy baby! Feel free to text me or message me if you're interested in us at all :)
Easy going and get along with almost anyone. Tidy, full time working ( 6 days a week ) , fantastic Cook, like socialising and also like my own space, I have been in any share house arrangment imaginable over the years but have not shared a house for 8 years so am jumping back into the fun.
Hey, I'm doing fifo up in Qld working a week on week off roster. I have two awesome teenage daughters in the area and we want our own place for when I'm home. I'm looking for situational appropriate, fun, down to earth, professional people who could benefit from teaming up for a nicer, larger rental. You will have the place to yourself every second week. A house with a nice entertaining area and gardens to enjoy fine food and vino with friends is a must. I'm a clean, fun, responsible no drama guy. If anyone has their interest sparked, drop me a line.
I'm a tidy and respectful tenant. I'm always willing to do my part. I love to relax and i also love a party. I am very easy to get along with and have a good sense of humour. I also love British TV shows. I'm from a small coastal town 4 hrs north of Sydney called Forster. I love to sing, play guitar and piano. I also love the beach and going out for meals/other stuff.
We have currently been together for almost 2 years and been living together for about 6 months. Kyle is a kitchen staff at Hogs breathe cafe and loves to cook. Emma is a 2nd year apprentice hairdresser but taking a break and working for Guzman Y Gomez. We have 2 very cuddly rabbits that we love very much. We love socialising and would love to live in a house with people with similar personalities and get along well with.
I am a very young 51 year old woman and love to laugh. I am kind, respectful and tidy with a positive outlook on life. I'm a bit of a hippie and I love live music. I'm easygoing and get along with everybody. I'm looking to share a house with singles, preferably near the beach or lake. I have my own bedroom furniture so would need an unfurnished room. I'm not sure what length of time, possibly long term but a minimum of three months to start. I have a very old blind dog that I would love to have with me if possible. I need to move asap, hope to hear from you soon. Jayne 😊

We are a very easy going couple, usually quiet (not really big partiers) but we do enjoy a good time. We like to be active ( gym, yoga, beach etc) but love our down time too. We both work nights and I study during the day. We are very clean, respectful, friendly and easy to live with.
Hi ! I’m John Bay. I’m moving from NZ to Australia and settling in Newcastle on the 21st of this month. I will be staying with my partner for the holiday until mid January or until I find a nice place to call home. I will be starting work as a steal fixer around the same time also, whilst looking for a job in the I.T industry. I’ve been independent for a while now so I’m use to picking up after myself and keeping my area clean/ tidy. I'm a great person to talk to and can relate to anything! I’m pretty chill and laid back, and love my own space. I’m into NRL, Pool Table, RnB Music, socialising etc!
Hello I'm Glen, just turned 30, from the NSW Central Coast. I've been having an interesting life. I grew up in Gosford, then went to London to train full time as a classical musician before burning too brightly and 'burning out' returning to Australia in 2013, then since then I've been a massive hippie and nudist and went traveling around NSW and even lived at a yoga ashram for half a year, where I'm basically on a spiritual journey to both heal things from my past and decide on the sort of life I want to live. One day I want to be a dad and make my own family. I work half-half in music and non-music at present, doing gigs on the violin alongside a stable part-time day-job in Swansea. I love nature, and swimming in the ocean, have good loved friends on the Central Coast, and am very open-minded culturally. By now I'm really respectful about how other housemates may want to live (e.g., I don't have to be nude in front of housemates in order to be happy, a happy house is about everyone in balance), and likewise I'm good at communicating whatever simple boundaries I may need for myself too :). Let's meet and see if we get on or not! I'm full of love and peace... Thank you for reading! Glen
