Hi guys My name is Fabian, 25 years old and originally from Germany. I've been in Sydney for 5 months now, living with some friends at Manly Beach. Unfortunately we had to give up our apartment. I am an easy going person, laid-back and always in a good mood. Currently i am working in the city full-time. During the week i love to go out for dinner (cooking at home also an option), go to the gym or play soccer. On the weekends you can find me at the soccer court or at the beach having a drink and enjoying the sun. I'm really keen for the summer so i would prefer to be not too far from the beach :-) I will stay in Australia til April 100 % and hopefully longer. If i sound like a person you can flat with, shoot me a message and i will answer you asap :-) Cheers Fabian
Hello I'm Gillian. Originally from Ireland, I'm now an Aussie citizen after living in Melbourne for over 8 years. I'm moving to Sydney soon to find work in government communications for at least six months. Here's why I make a great housemate: - I'm friendly, but mindful of privacy - I pay my bills on time always - I'm not hugely into cooking so I won't always take over the kitchen - I'm clean and super tidy - I'm happy to socialize on a night in over a movie and glass of wine, or on a night out at a gig - I can be counted on for a decent random conversation, when required - If you like reading literary fiction I'll sort you out with plenty of book recommendations - I love travel and being outdoors - I don't require a car space. Hoping to find a housemate with a lovely, light-filled place of a similar age/mindset. Some outdoor space is a must. Thanks for taking the time to read this!
Hey, I'm Grant I'm moving to Sydney for work and was looking for a nice place to live with some good people. I'm 22 and just graduated from university in Brisbane. Love a good coffee and getting to meet new people. Will be pretty busy with work but in the off days would like to explore Sydney and see some new things. Working right dead in the city so if there's public transport close by that would be wonderful. Grew up right near the beach so love to go for a swim and hang out. Love a bit of sport as well. Thanks
I may have an alternative side and look about me, but I am able to be professional and knowledgable. I am a committed and creative individual with a beautiful cat as a pet. We are both clean and quiet.
Hey I'm Alex, I'm a 22-year-old full time journalist living in the city. I only moved to Sydney in June but have loved it since. The girl I was renting with has decided to move overseas and so I am back on the hunt for a share-house. About me, I am clean, happy to put in with chores around the home. I work a lot of weekends and night shifts, so you don't have to worry about me being throwing raucous parties, I prefer a quiet night in watching basketball or footy. Around the house, I consider myself pretty social and love talking about all the wacky things I write about at work, but also respect when people need their own space. As far as renting, I've never missed a payment and am obviously more than happy to cover my share of utilities bills. Huge animal person, and would love a place with a balcony or backyard, but I'm not going to be picky :)
Lighthearted with a good sense of hygiene. I'm capable of doing various cleaning jobs and a pretty darn good cook. Also, know some little handyman things here and there which has provided useful before. Whilst I'm not a massive partier, I do still enjoy socialising and going out. Currently studying at UTS and working at JB HI-FI so a lot of my time is usually occupied. Would prefer queer or queer-friendly roommates.
I live in a clean and hygienic environment and considerate of others around me (e.g. tidy/clean after use) I'm usually working a lot but during my off days I like to kick back, go to the gym, swim, outdoor sports, Netflix with a few drinks and socialise. Prefer own private room. Shared bathroom is fine. I have a car so carpark would be ideal. :)
Scottish girl, new to Sydney, looking for a house share. On a working holiday and planning to stay in Sydney until January. I like nights out, brunches and keeping fit. Back home I worked in finance but out here i’m planning on getting bar work. I’m 23 so ideally would like to stay with either females or males or a similar age who are social. Currently staying in a hostel and keen to get moved out ASAP. Send me a message on here or via Insta: hanredds 😌
I’m 27 years old and work in the media industry. During the week after work you’ll find me cooking, at Pilates , or binging Netflix on the couch. On the weekend I spend my time at the beach , markets, and out with friends. I rarely turn down a glass of red and make one of the best lasagnas you’ll ever eat. Looking for a roommate that can also be somewhat of a friend however able to respect each other’s privacy. Tidy and friendly :)
I am a 22 year old law student with two years left of my five year degree. I work part time (4 days) at a firm in the city and move to full time when the uni semester is over. I am generally a very busy person, out the door by 7am every morning and home from work at 6pm. I'm very active and healthy, running most mornings before work and eating and cooking a pretty healthy dinner at night! My weekends usually consist of catching up with friends, going down to the beach and having a few drinks. I am a very happy, easy going and sociable person. I enjoy my routine and keeping a clean and organised living space is a priority for me!
Hey hey! My name is Zeel Patel and I’m 23 years old. I’m moving to Sydney in mid January (can move earlier for the right roommate/house). I am interested in renting a house closer to the city as I will be working there full-time. I am a laid-back gal who enjoyes company and a chat but also respects privacy. I like gym and outdoors but also would love a good binge watch! I’m a vegetarian but don’t mind if you eat meat as long as you can clean after yourself. I am easy-going and would love to make some new friends! I’d like to stay with female roommates. My budget is 300-330 per week max. Let me know if you’d like any further information and if you have anything available that matches my description. I am also interested in meeting up and search for a property together with one or two other girls. Looking forward to hearing from you! Thank you! (:
Hey! My name is Romy. I'm looking for some nice pet friendly flatmates. I am currently renting but will not be renewing my lease. My lease ends in December. I can come view places from today but cannot move in until end of December. I am studying at UNSW. I will prefer something in Coogee, Kensington, Randwick, Zetland, Paddington, Waterloo, centennial park, Moore Park and city + surrounds. But open to other areas. I have a 3 year old Maltese Poodle called Ollie who will need to move in with me. He cannot be an outside dog. He has lived in an apartment since he was born. I like to keep to myself but also friendly. I will mostly be out and about with my dog, or at uni and when I'm not out I will probably be in my room resting or studying. My interest include music, movies, concerts, nature, animals, Netflix, documentaries, photography and travel (just to mention a few). I would say I'm pretty open minded too. I prefer a room with tiles or wooden floor. I will also need internet. Thank you :)
I‘m a german/ethiopian Backpacker on a worldtrip. Somehow Syndey is my place to be and I can‘t seem to leave this beautiful city. I will stay until mid january when my Visa runs out. I am super outgoing and active person who is always positive and like to have people around me who are like minded. I like sports, cooking and trying out new, adventurous things:) Cheers
Clean, outgoing, sociable and very easy to get along with. Ideally like to live with someone with a similar mindset to me. I will be working during the day but do like to explore the local nightlife and perhaps even a spot of cricket (not a deal breaker).
A positive bubble of energy, looking for a short stay opportunity (3-6weeks) with a chance to extend with appropriate notice or a 3-6 month lease for the right fit. I have a very focused approach to work at the moment so may not be super social but will put in the effort to get along with everyone. Currently working strange hours as a bartender and events worker as well. Please no share rooms or living rooms divided by screens.
I am a USYD psychology student from regional Sydney looking for a place to call home closer to uni. I'm friendly, tidy, and accepting of everyone I love books and animals and spending time outdoors. Although I don't have any pets of my own, if my flatmates have pets I'd be very pleased.
Hi I’m Dean, 33 years old and work full time as a electrician. I'm easy going and open minded and I enjoy being active and social whether that be having a few drinks down at the pub, going to a festival, having a BBQ, going to the beach, getting out and about around Sydney, playing sport (golf, soccer, tennis, rock climbing) I will give most things a crack. I'm after somewhere I can call home not just somewhere to crash, that's neat and tidy and has a good vibe between housemates. I always pay bills and rent on time I've sub leased rooms out before I understand how important that is. If you have any questions or want to catch up to discuss further please get in contact. I'm also interested in teaming up with someone as i already have all the furniture needed. Cheers, Dean
G'day! Originally from Germany, I've been living in Sydney for over 4 years now and currently looking for a place to stay for a year or longer. I'm studying part time at the moment, as well as I'm setting up a businesses, so I'm working quite a bit - still always up for a chat in the evenings, don't mind the occasional drink either. Love sports, especially football (the one you actually play with your feet), so sporty flatmates would obviously be a plus. I've been living in shared places for more than 4 years now, so I know how to be clean and respectful. If you think it'd be a great fit, flick me a text or email and I'm looking forward to catch up! Cheers!
