I'm a Greek girl from Belgium who wants to move to Australia for a while. I'm an open person who likes to get to know new people and is very social. The goal is to start working in Australia to gain new experience. I'm very relaxed and clean and am looking for a flatmate who can also be a friend to go out with and explore the city with me.
Hello, potential new housemate! I've just moved up to Sydney from Melbourne a few weeks ago and am ready to move into a new place ASAP. I work full-time in veterinary pharmaceuticals and play bass guitar in a punk-rock band. Whilst I like to catch a gig on the weekend, I keep things fairly low-key during the week. I’m partial to a Netflix binge with housemates and a big ol’ bowl of popcorn. I’ve been living in a sharehouse environment for 10+ years - I’m clean and tidy without being too strict, I pay my rent and bills on time, and am respectful of my housemates and their belongings. I'm down for a good chat over a glass of wine and keen to share a meal every now and then, but also respect others' space and need for downtime. I am also an animal lover and have two cats (domestic shorthair, 8 and 10 years old) and am looking for a home where they can live too. They are house trained and very chill, spending most of their time sleeping on my bed or rolling around outside in the sun.
Hey! We’re Kate & Courtney! :) Kate is an inner west kid, who works for everyone’s favourite swedish furniture company. Her favourite thing in the world is brunch. Can get behind a wine or two, lives a fairly active social life. Otherwise you’ll find her binge watching shit crime shows. I (Courtney) am from Perth (don’t judge). I love going to see live music and finding some excuse to go to the pub. We’re both super laid back and very respectful, but always down to catch up at the end of the day, but also happy to keep to ourselves. :) P.S. Kate has multiple pets.. none of them are hers.
I'm a working professional (working in the city), looking for a room here in Sydney. I'm hardly home, I leave around 6.30am in the morning and come back around 8pm at night. I don't smoke or drink. I usually eat out, I barely cook or use kitchen. On the weekends, I go out for hikes and walks. I'm looking for a furnished accomodation, preferably closer to a train station. Thank you! :)
Hey so I’m Mitchell and look, I don’t want to just live with you, I want to actually like you as a person and more than just tolerate you (what a nice guy). So let’s just get that out of the way (perfect, now are you a serial killer?). The most important thing about the house I want to live in is the people who also live there (unless the house is a crack den). I want to be friends with you, not that we have to spend every meal together and share everything in our lives (but FRENS), but get on pretty well and be able to chat about whatever. If you're looking for someone to make your house a home (please I hope someone's getting royalties from that expression on this website) then I’m here for it. I have just finished a communications degree majoring in media production (wow so wild), and logically now work full time for Toyota Finance (what). I come from the middle of nowhere called Kurrajong (so mysterious), it's beautiful but very far from anywhere (so modest too). I play bass guitar and piano in my spare time (everyone loves a musician right), and occasionally try to make some kind of art (creative!!) or help out on friend's films (he has friends?!). Love going to live music and exploring the city (of course you do you white boy). I also am occasionally funny (he’s not).
I am a 24 year old female from the UK, looking for a private room in the CBD or inner west for at least 3 months. I am a very clean and respectful housemate, looking for somewhere with likeminded people! I work 50 hours a week so am very busy, so I need somewhere where I can get a good rest, but also want to feel comfortable with my housemates and be able to share a bottle of wine from time to time :)
I'm really easygoing. I live a fairly active social life and coupled with work it means I'm out and about a lot. On the odd day when I'm home I'm extremely relaxed and love a day of Netflix, binge watching anything and everything, but especially love crime shows and psychological dramas! Can get behind a wine or two and love listening to music no matter what I'm doing. I work at IKEA in the Service Centre and have grown up and stayed around the inner west for most of my life. I love the vibe and activity and am constantly on the look out for cool hidden bars or live music places. Holla at me if you have any recommendations!
I like to have a fun time with friends but also like my own quiet time. I am very clean and tidy and love to cook! I was at boarding school for 4 years and college for 1 so I am very accustomed to living with other people. I am a Registered Nurse about to start a Masters whilst working part time/casually. I am also a lifeguard and learn to swim instructor.
I am a law student from the Bucerius Law School in Hamburg, Germany and look forward to do a two month internship at Amnesty International in Sydney. I have an active lifestyle including sports, cooking and talking to each other. Back in Germany I spend my freetime playing Handball, chess and the piano, however I think Sydney might be a great opportunity to try out something new! Besides these activities it is important to me to have the opportunity to relax, read a book or listen to some music at home, so I absolutely respect it if flatmates need some quiet time as well. In Germany I have lived in a shareflat for two years, therefore I have some experience with this. Right now I am doing an exchange semester at Bangalore, India and enjoy the experience of Indias culture. During High School I have spent a whole year in the United States, so my English is fluent. Having gained such experience with adapting to a new environment I do not expect to have any trouble to settle in at Sydney. So I look forward to have a flatmate to talk to after work and cook or do something else together sometimes. However, everyone should have his/her own life at any time and a respectful distance should always remain.
I am a fourth year medical student who is about to begin full-time placement at Sutherland Hospital for the next two years. I don’t make a lot of noise and am meticulously clean. I’m friendly but also know how to respect other’s personal space.
I´m 20 years old and from Denmark where I have just graduated from business college. I live with some friends right now in Sydney but I am looking to move into a room long term. I am an outgoing and talkative person who enjoys meeting and getting to know new people. I love cooking, and often find myself cooking for my friends. I also love going down to the beach and getting outdoors! I go to the gym when I can during the week. I’m looking for a place closer to the city, either in the inner west, or near the beach/harbour!
I am quiet and and keep to myself but i always love the chance to make new friends! i will be of no trouble and i do not discriminate against anybody. I am currently living in Wingham nsw, a small country town with no work or study opportunity, and am looking to relocate to Sydney to be able to have the chance to work and study! I'm neat and tidy, i will never leave my mess behind. I have multiple job interviews set up over the next two-three weeks and would love to move in asap to better my chances of finding permanent employment instead of casual/holiday work! Keen to hear from you 😇
Hi there :) My name is Thaneeshya ( T'neesh is my nickname). I turned 31 this year and I just completed study in a Bachelor of Behavioural Studies. I currently work part time in HR however am transitioning into full time work in the next few weeks. I try occupy myself with activities in my free time which include reading, going for walks, watching TV series and documentaries of interest to me. I like to keep in touch with my friends and meet with them when they are free. I usually do this outside of home so I do not interrupt or disturb my housemate. Living in the inner west makes it so much easier to meet up anywhere else but at home anyway :) My friends say I am a social introvert as like to keep to myself and enjoy me time so I think I am a bit of both personas. At home I am always conscious of my housemate and do not make noise around the house. Most times it's like I am not even there. I like to respect other peoples' space and to have mine respected too. Something that I also like to do is to keep a clean home and wash up all my dirty dishes daily. I am looking to move into a new home that is preferably shared with another female. Happy to find a new place together if need be and make a new home. Hope to hear from anyone interested soon :) Thanks T
Hi everyone, I came to Australia to learn English, I want to find a place where I can practice, I'm vegetarian, easygoing, very quite, tidy, polite, I'm graphic designer and publicist but in Australia I'm working in other area. Neatness and quietness is a must.
Hiya! I'm a soon to be forensic science honours graduate looking for a place a bit further out of the city than where I currently live (Newtown). I'm an open, straightforward person, I am also generally quiet and keep to myself, but do not shy away from socialising. Keen to find a place which is more modern than where I currently live, and with a bit more space (can fit a double bed, wardrobe and desk easily).
We are all first/second year university students who are looking for a place with 3 bedrooms to move into as of December-January. We will all be studying full time, at UNSW, Macquarie, and USYD, as well as working. We are quiet, tidy, all non smokers, and we don't own any pets. Our max budget is $650 per week for all 3 bedrooms, and having the bills/internet included in the price would be really great! Somewhere with basic furnishings such as a fridge and a washing machine would also be ideal. Please don't hesitate to contact me for any information, or if you would like to look at our social media accounts to check us out! :)
Hi there, I'm Britt I work full time in Data Analytics for an Insurance company in town (but I promise you, I'm not as boring as that makes me sound) I am financially responsible, neat and tidy, an excellent cook and always happy to have a chat. During the week I like to chill, go to the gym, or go out to dinner with friends, and on the weekends I will probably be scuba diving somewhere (on top of having a nerdy job I am a qualified diving instructor). I am a vegetarian, but I don't care if you aren't. I am not looking for a party house, but don't mind the occasional drink after a long week at work. I am LBGTIQ+ friendly, pet friendly, and human friendly haha.
Just finished traveling the world. House owner in Sydenham but have tenants until the end of March, so looking fur about 7 months. Busy freelance TV producer. Friendly guy, need a calm space to call home. A lot of experience sharing so happy to leave you to your own devices, or have a chat or share a meal. Non drinker but I smoke, although always outside. Will share with any like minded folk, male, female, gay or straight. I clean up after myself and prefer others who are also house trained!

Will be bringing a heap of board games, Great banter and fantastic adorable cocker spaniel named Lenny, who is 6 this year. Both house trained :) I cook and clean both really well. I Work full time - night work mainly 3-11 so you won’t see me too much. I’m really into my music don’t play anything, but listening and gig going - when I get a chance. Like to keep fit, get out and explore new places here in Sydney. Looking at studying again soon so won’t be too much of a bother.
Looking to move from Canberra to Sydney in the New Year. Hoping to be close to or have easy access to the airport as I’m a flight attendant. I’m a clean tenant and have references available if required.
I'm a single guy from England and have lived in Sydney for over 7 years now. I work full-time in the financial services industry and so work a normal job with normal hours - except for the fact I can work from home 2 days a week. When not working, I'm pretty laid back and can usually be found engrossed in a good book, watching a movie/binge watching a TV series, or messing around on my computer (bit of a geek at heart!). I'm content in my own company and respectful of others' privacy, but am equally happy to hang out with my housemates and put the world to rights after a long day.
