Friendly, clean and tidy I'm a social individual but also like my space and respect others space. Quiet and respectful to shift workers and not a party animal but will have a couple drinks on a weekend. Hard worker and work full time
I have come out to Sydney to further my rugby development at Norths rugby and enjoy the beautiful weather here. I have worked hard to save up money to fund my trip, but I am also applying for jobs now so I can make the most of my time in Australia. I have a place at Swansea university in September 2017 to study Sport and Exercise science as well as receiving offers from other universities. I am a very considerate and tidy person and I can provide a character reference from the people I am currently staying with in Gordon. Jess my girlfriend of 18 months is coming out to join me on February 15th and we are looking for a place to rent with our own privacy. Jess like me enjoys all sports and plays netball, hockey, lacrosse, tennis and is also a very keen horse rider. She has also got a working holiday visa so will get a job once she is out here. Jess has a place at Exeter University to study History also in September 2017. We are very easy going, kind and thoughtful people and we can give references if required. Despite our age we are mature and respectful individuals and would be great tenants in your property!
Hi, My name is Aom, female,21 years old from Thailand, student visa. I used to Study make up fx and now I study hospitality. I will move out of my house soon and I'm looking for a new place to move to asap. I would like to see your place as soon as you can. Thank you so much
Employeed full time. Work 45-50 hours per week Mon-Fri (sometimes early starts sometimes late) Socialite but not a party animal Love fitniess, beach, gym, sunshine. Have a surf board, skimboard and skateboard so enjoy getting amongst it I love beers and a good wine/spirit but am pretty focused on career these days so it's a weekend thing for me, but not every weekend, just depends whats on with work/social life Love healthy food and cooking, but tbh I eat out mostly as it's pretty cheap! easy going, New Zealander living here permanently, been here 4/5 Months. Have flatted for years so know how to consider and respect others space + live tidy! Looking for a 3 bedroom or more flat preferably so it's more communal and hoping for some cool flatmates to live with! :) Would ideally live in a house where we can enjoy a bevvie or two and dinner occasionally, but all have our own stuff going on as well. Hit me up if your place sounds like me. Looking around Bondi, coogee, randwick, Maroubra or any easy coasty area
I'm a 28 year old vet working in industry at Macquarie Park. My girlfriend lives in Manly, so I spend most weekends and a few weeknights there every week. I travel quite often for work, so you'll get plenty of space if you need it. I'm good at keeping communal areas clean and tidy and enjoy a glass of wine or a G&T in the evening when I'm in and watching TV shows or films. I'm an occasional cook, gym-goer and runner. I have a bicycle, so if there's a parking spot or similar I can lock this in that would be ideal. I drive, but leave my car on-street in Waverton. If parking is available, it would sweeten the deal but not essential. I've been flatsharing in North Sydney since May 2016, but it turns out the aircon doesn't work and that was one of the main reasons for choosing that apartment. If you're tidy, considerate and want someone similar as a flatmate, get in touch!
I am friendly, accommodating, fun and a tidy person to live with. People say that I am very sweet :) I'm from India and have lived a few years in US and in Dubai. Shared flatmates for many years now and I enjoy being around people who are like minded and openhearted. I love to make friends and spend time with people, but I also need my personal space and time. I'm new in Sydney, just arrived in the country and looking for job opportunities in software. For fun, I love drawing n painting, yoga n meditation, traveling and meeting new people. I'm looking for a homestay/ flatshare with a private furnished room to myself for 2-3 months. If it is a flatshare, then preferably an all female household
I am pretty calm, chilled out, like to interact with people, however, love my privacy and respect others. I love playing sports (any), reading, sharing stories with people and cooking. I am working full time in CBD as business consultant. There is nothing great to live with me but I can guarantee you will enjoy my company. If you want to know more about it, you can ask me.
Hi Guys! Aussie girl from Melb moving to Sydney for Uni and to work in my field which is Nutrition. I am a busy, social and hard working individual! I'm not looking for a party house I love to come home to relax and recharge! I am clean, tidy and respectful, I look forward to hearing from you!! Ps. no room share thanks!
Hey! I just got into Medicine at UNSW so moving up to Syd from Melbourne. I love good music, brunch, staying active, drinks, movies, being social. Looking to share a house with likeminded easy-going people who enjoy each other's company, shared meals sometimes, occasional drinks/get togethers. Also like my own space sometimes to chill out/study. Definitely not looking to share a house with people who rarely emerge from their own rooms.
We are two girls who met in Queenstown 6 months ago and have decided to move to Sydney together. Looking for a roomshare as central to the CBD as possible or at least a place that has good transport links. We are both 24, Canadian and English girls hoping to find somewhere with a few housemates as we're new to the city. Feel free to message us if you think we'd suit your place as we'd love to get a drink and chat about it :) Available immediately and not fussy on anything except for wanting it to be furnished :) Thanks! Devon and Nats x
I'm a well-balanced human with plenty to share yet know my bounds. I absolutely love being amongst great company yet just as equally love my own space. I work in Project Management with an education in Architecture - not to mention many a life experience along the way. I'm super respectful of people, their personal space and property and would appreciate the same in return. Genuine and open minded and make a point of not judging people for who they are (I don't do drama very well). I aim to live a holistically healthy lifestyle by eating well and keeping active. I don't watch TV (only movies) and tend do it in my own space if I do (I'd prefer to bond over a good conversation). I love my music (although some would question my song choices) and am also a lover of clean spaces and tend to be a bit of a minimalist at times - there's nothing more satisfying than coming home to a clean and positive home. I don't mind sharing a bathroom as long as there's a powerpoint for my electronic toothbrush (yes, I'm one of those people). I like to think I'm heaps of fun and love to lol and yet I manage to be upfront about things that may be of concern - communication is mucho importante! I come with a tiny dog (Louis the long-haired Chihuahua) who is FOMO at times but is always great company to those around him (let's just say that everybody that meets him thinks he's fantastic to be around). He spends a lot of time with his grandparents (especially during the week) so he'll be another well-balanced presence. Check me out/contact me on IG: etndbs Peace.
Hi! My name is Avaah and I am a Sydney based masters student seeking share accommodation in a semi furnished private room (with single bed and closet preferred) living with non-smokers, non-drug users, non-drinkers, in a non-party house and clean. I am clean, tidy, respectful of space and privacy, I pay on time, and don't have any pets. My outlets include hiking, meditating, yoga, reading, the beach, singing, playing the guitar and cooking. :) Looking for a quiet space to come home to after busy days at uni. Near access to trains and buses a must. Feel free to contact me if you think we would get along as housemates/flatmates. :) Avaah
I am clean, respectful, and a blast in a glass (so to speak). I like to have fun and enjoy life - while also being respectful to those around me. I am a 20-something working full-time in Sydney and looking to move up. I am a smoker and I drink on the occasional (or regular) night out.
I have been giving notice that I will not be able to renew the lease on the house Im renting at the moment in lane cove as the owner wants to start building on the land. I need to move by the 23rd of February. A bit about me - I run my own business called Anteks Carpentry and Handyman. I have european background. I was born and grew up in North Sydney. I love working and staying busy ...I enjoy four wheel driving, camping and getting out exploring our great country. I like my home to be clean and organised to make everyones life easier. I enjoy quiets times relaxing at home and i spend allot of time on my laptop doing paperwork, advertising, ect My ideal place to live would have a garage or storeroom to store some of my tools and camping gear in.. BUT THIS IS NOT ESSENTIAL ! STREET PARKING is quite important too. Most importantly im looking for a decent person or people to live with. I have references if needed. Cheers, Antek
Hi I'm Lily I'm 25, Aussie and have a beautiful staffy called Jasper. We are looking for a place preferably with an outdoor area and ready to move out in a month. We have been living in lane cove but unfortunately our places keep being demolished! I'm a manager at Hype DC and a dance teacher so out of the house on weekdays during the day.
I'm easy going and have a good sense of humour. I don't let the little things bug me - life's too short to worry about petty stuff. I'm a writer so I will move into phases where I immerse myself in my work and pop out the other end, a tad dazed and confused but desperate for sunshine and a decent coffee. Moving into film, which is equally scary and exciting. I am really social and love meeting new people but I'm also an introvert and need my downtime to recharge. Happy to live with a female or male. I don't have pets but am more than happy to have animals around. Feel free to make contact if you think your place is a good fit, even if it's not in the suburbs listed as it may just be the beautiful gem I'm hoping to find.
Hey! I'm a 22 year old female originally from England looking for a place closer to the city as I'm working full time in Surrey hills. I'm available to move in somewhere ASAP! I'm a fun loving girl who respects people's wishes and space. I love to socialise but also enjoy just chilling out and having a quite night in. I'm not huge on night life but enjoy a quirky little bar that offers a good beer and good chat!
I work full time as the product manager of a mobile software team in Sydney's CBD. I am easy to live with and pretty settled for a 22 year old although I still love to socialise. I've been living at home recently and feel like it's time to move out again, although I lived out of home for three years so I am no stranger to it.
I'm Rosie, 22, 23 this year! clean and tidy. Am originally from Melbourne and have come to Sydney to try something new, get out of my comfort zone and meet new and different people. I work in Law Monday - Friday in the CBD so my week consists of early starts and late nights unless my boss is in a great mood and lets us finish up earlier. (Very rare) I love travelling and have learnt many skills whilst being abroad, one skill i pride myself on is cooking. I come from a big ethnic asian family on one side so i tend to cook up large feasts that may put you into a food coma (a great one though). I believe i am very easy going, I've lived with an array of housemates in my time. Including an all male household which i found to be extremely enjoyable and they've assured me i would be a great addition to have as a housemate. They were not bribed to say that :D I am big on respecting other housemate's privacy and space, as i like the same for me. Although being young the days of wild partying are done for me, I enjoy grabbing a few drinks at some funky bars with mates or just hanging out at home with the gang. Being new in Sydney I'll probably try and pick your brains on some cool places to go and visit. I like to head out of the city most weekends and go on a hike or find some decent burger joints and more than happy to be accompanied whilst going on such adventures! Other than all that, i like animals, and all around banter, pretty basic stuff. Hopefully I'm a suitable housemate for you :)
Hello! I'm a 32 yr old guy from Melbourne who works full time in the auction industry. I'm a very relaxed and easy going housemate who enjoys a beer & a chat but is fairly low key midweek. Friendly outgoing personality but respectful of peoples space and have always had really positive house share experiences. I've worked in art auction houses & galleries for the last 7 years. I'm into music, art & design, architecture , camping, cooking, cycling, road trips, festivals, eating out etc. I'm available from 27th Jan - 4th Feb to inspect and meet. I'd be hoping to move in mid - late feb but I'm very flexible with move dates and in general so just let me know if you have any questions. Hope to hear from you. Thanks,
Clean, tidy, humorous, sociable, I'm easy going, get along with everyone. I can cook a nice meal and shake up a good drink. Useful with my hands, rugby coach, hopeing to be a swimming coach.
Hi, my name is Jade and I am from the north of England. I am an ideal flat mate because I am clean, respectful and will keep to myself if you prefer but I also enjoy meeting new people so would love to get to know you if you like. I am currently working for a few months in Sydney to fund my travels in Asia in May.
Hi there :) Looking for a friendly bunch of roomies who need another. I'm a PhD student and work part time as a tutor/marker at UTS. I'm originally from Perth but been a Sydney-er for the past 6 years. I spend most of my time at uni but like to relax on the weekends. I love to socialise and cook/share meals together, but also respectful of others schedules and privacy.
I am 25 and have recently moved up to Sydney from Adelaide to work at Microsoft. My old housemates describe me as relaxed and easy going and reliable. Not looking for a party house but still enjoy chatting/ hanging out with housemates. I am excited to check out the live music venues around the city and the vibrant Sydney locations :)
Hi I'm a second-year masters student in Occupational Therapy at USYD. Currently studying full time and working part time at uni as a student ambassador and educator at an afterschool care center. In my spare time I enjoy exploring in the city as well as being in nature. It'd be awesome if my flatmates would like to join me going on a hike or having a chat over coffee etc., but I also respect people's needs for privacy. So I'm pretty flexible either way :) I'd consider myself as a clean, easygoing and considerate person. I'm keen to meet likeminded people to make the best out of our stay here together!
We are a very easy going couple who love adventuring outdoors, experimenting in the kitchen and having big movie nights in. Chris is an artist manager at a music production company and I work in childcare and teach yoga. Neither of us are huge party animals, but we enjoy a good chat! Ideally we are looking to move early Feb, either into an already established sharehouse or we are also happy to start afresh with a group of lovely humans!
Hi prospective roomies, My partner Pat and I are looking for a pet-friendly rental in close proximity to North sydney. I work full-time in PR and Pat works full-time as an electrician. We come with a handsome hound, Dobby, who is super well trained and friendly. We like doing all the regular twenty-something activities - Beach, gigs, exploring, BBQs etc. We're very tidy and well-mannered and are looking for a crew who is open to sharing an occasional movie or bottle of wine. I'm a 22 year old male who just moved here from New Zealand. I have a full time job in the city as a computer programmer. I'm looking for long term accommodation. I like to read, watch movies, play video games and board games. I'm clean quite and respectful. I'm new to the city, so living with social, friendly people would be ideal. Hi there:) I'm a grad student at UNSW (Juris Doctor) and I'm an easygoing and open-minded person. I am not a party girl but I don't mind a drink from time to time. I do have a 10 year old chihuahua, she only has 1,75 kg and has a heart condition, therefore she is sleeping a lot, she can not jump and bark either and is very friendly:). I love yoga, exercise an I try to live a healthy lifestyle:)))). I am a non smoker and a veggie. Hope to hear from you:). Violet
My girlfriend and have recently moved to Sydney from the UK for a year on a working holiday visa. We're both looking to stay on longer if we can and really can't wait to explore Sydney. We both like being outdoors and staying fit and we're looking to find new sports to get involved in. We love bbq's and the beach and hope Australia lives up to it's name on this front. Can't wait to hear from you! Thanks Joe & Ro
I am 33 years old and work full time for the state govt. I am outgoing, friendly and clean. I had previously lived in the same unit for 2 years but gave it up to go travelling for 4 months. I work 9 to 5 and enjoy quiet week nights, however I do enjoy sharing a meal and or wine with my flatmates. I am looking for longer term accommodation so any from 6 months or longer.
My name is Liz and I am currently moving to Sydney from San Francisco, California. I am 27 years old, and am looking to find a room in an apartment somewhere in Sydney. I will be working full time, as I am here on my work holiday visa. I am into fitness, anything creative, and I love to travel. I enjoy meeting new people and exploring all over this city. I enjoy a great beer, an even better glass of wine or grabbing a drink with others. As much as I love to go out, I never mind staying in with a good book or Netflix :). I am very respectful, down-to-earth/easygoing and clean. I make sure to clean up after myself and I am thoughtful of other's schedules and space. I am social, but I don't expect my flatmate to entertain. I am always up to cook together or grab a drink though! Honestly, I am fun and can get along with anyone!
I am looking for a private room in a house with people I can click with. Ideally it is somewhere that my boyfriend will be welcome every now and again and somewhere with a homely atmosphere. I'm a humorous, tidy, respectful, oversharing, binge-watching, hungry, friendly, easy-going human being. I currently work in child care and will begin studying Nursing at UTS this year (hoping to become a midwife in the future!) I'm (mostly) always keen for a chat, I love some shitty tv (and not so shitty, big GoT fan), can cook and enjoy living in a clean and tidy house.
Hey, I hope you're okay! Myself and my friend have been sharing a room in Glebe but our lease ends at the end of this month 😞 We're from England, I'm 25 and a primary school teacher at home and working in recruitment here. Megan is 21, at home she works in the music industry and here she is working in a photo studio ! We're both super chilled, love good food, good music, keeping fit and the beach!

I'm currently working full time at a gallery in Sydney, while studying a Masters Degree at the National Art School and am looking for a room close to the university so that I can have as much access to my studio as possible. Thank you!

We are newlyweds starting a new life in Sydney from South Africa. Being home owners ourselves back home, we value what a good tenant is and we are very house proud. We need a private apartment with a private bathroom.
Clean and tidy with lots of experience in house sharing! Moving to Sydney for Uni, whilst working part time. Easy-going and always up for a good time. I'm respectful of your privacy & space, however I'm new to the city so I wouldn't mind making a few friends :) I'm Australian/Vietnamese and I've lived overseas most of my life so I'm very open minded. This year I'll be studying at the Australian Film Television and Radio School, so my interests aren't very difficult to guess. :)
I am fun, clean, sporty and a good laugh (even if I say so myself) and looking for much the same. I am from the UK but been living in Sydney for the last 2 and a half years. I play rugby and enjoy most sports. I am rarely home, in between training, BBQ's and seeing friends etc but do love the occasional quiet night in with a movie and takeaway or a Netflix and chill evening.
We are two German girls looking for a place as we love to stay somewhere nice where we can have our own space and create a proper home . We are both working and in Sydney for 2 and 3 years . Would describe us as easy going, love an occasional drink or two and always up for good food . We don't mind joining a house where we can have our own space or renting a studio apartment 👌🏻

Hi All I'm 28, and looking for a friendly and social flat to move into! I work as a life coach and EA, and although I am originally from the Northern Beaches I have been living in Europe the past three years (London, Dublin & Amsterdam). In my free time I'm often working on my business, or you'll find me down at the beach, reading, yoga-ing or meditating, or out exploring Sydney. I've flatshared for many years, and love somewhere with flatmates who want to share a meal, a chat or glass of wine. I'm fairly tidy, never leave dishes in the sink, and have a car that I unfortunately need a parking spot for (or miraculously good street parking). Ideal place is fairly centrally located near shops, transport and a little nightlife. If you think we might be a fit please get in touch! Laura
Hey! We are a couple from the Isle of Man and Germany who met while travelling and we've just finished a roadtrip all around the country. We like food and beer and head to the gym regularly as we like hiking and adventures. We will both be working in the day time and like to cook. We like to go out with friends but enjoy staying in to binge watch a TV show or movies. We are both 24, easygoing, love animals (if you have a dog, it will be shown so much love) and like live music. Before meeting in Sydney, we have both explored the world and love meeting people with different stories to share. We aren't intrusive but down to hang out with a cup of tea or coffee. Get in touch if we sound like a match!
