Hi there, I'm a half Kiwi half Egyptian that just moved to Sydney for a career change to study interiors. I'm looking for somewhere to stay from 4 - 9 months in total. My school is located in North Sydney and I would be in classes four days a week. I'm looking to live in Surrey Hills or Darlinghurst, but am also open to North Sydney or Crows Nest. I'm an easygoing girl that loves cooking, solo travel, the beach, yoga, fat cats and a good laugh... I'm looking for a space to share that is clean and comfortable :) I'd prefer my own bathroom but would consider sharing if the place is amazing! Ideally, I would like to live with a young professional, preferably female or a mix of male and female in the house. I like living with someone who is super cool, lots of fun but also serious when it comes to work. I enjoy my own space and respectful of others and their space. Am up for exploring the city, am new to Sydney and love the outdoors! Looking forward to finding a house companion who is up for occasional nights out dinner and drinks and nights in with tv marathons and ice cream! When we aren't busy with work that is ;)
I'm a Swedish guy that is going to study at UTS this semester. I'm both tidy and clean and a non smoker. I'm a happy dude that like to meet new people and travel which is why I have chosen to try out the life in Sydney for a while! contact me with more questions and if you have a room open!
Looking for a place to call home, with some friendly housemates who like to share wine and cheese from time to time. I've been living in Sydney for 6 months, working in consulting between the cbd and other locations. I enjoy exploring, crafting, trivia nights, my bike (Kevin), ice cream, dogs, and belong to a book club. I'm after an unfurnished room that will fit my queen bed and drawers. No other big furniture items but I have a great pot for curries and soups, and some good cooking utensils.
I'm Dan a 25 year old English guy looking for somewhere to stay in Sydney while I'm working here. I'm sociable, but respectful of others space, clean and tidy. I'm not a bad cook so I have my perks. I'm looking for somewhere from the 9th of August after I return from Fiji. So if I fit in with what you're looking for please just drop me a message! 😊
Postgraduate Masters Student at University of Sydney looking for a place to stay. Have been working for the past three years. Originally from New Zealand. Interests are Rugby, Football, photography and watching Motorsport. Clean, tidy and gauranteed to pay rent on time!
Hi! I'm a social yet independent young professional looking for a relaxed, tidy and fun place in Sydney. I'm moving from NZ to Sydney for work on the 27th (strategy and planning role at a global tech company in the city) and ideally looking for a place <10 minute walk to a train station and if not, being close enough to town for a short bus/uber to work would be great. Start date flexible between 27 July and 5 August - happy to wait for a great place with friendly and fun people - with preferably other professionals in their 20s. I've been living in shared houses with friends since 2013 (including one place for 3 years) so have plenty of experience living with others. I enjoy cooking and catching up with friends for casual drinks/brunch in the weekend as well as a good movie/drinks/meal and chat at the flat. Feel free to get in touch via flatmates, whatsapp, imessage, facebook or linkedin :) Cheers! David
Hey there. I'm Nanami 21 from Japan. Im taking a year from uni to come here. I'm looking for shared house or apartment right now. I'm outgoing and people person. I also like to tidy up. Hi, I'm Carla, I'm French and I'm a Business School student. I just arrived in Sydney for a 6 month internship in Marketing in order to speak better English and to discover Australian way of life. I'm looking for a shared house around the CBD (Surry Hills, Darlinghurst, Wooloomooloo or Kings Cross). I'm used to live with people because I had 9 roomates before, so I'm a really clean, friendly and funny person. Otherwise, I'm a really good cook and I want to travel around Sydney during the week-ends. Then, I search a calm place during the week because I have to work, but I'm always motivated to take a drink after work!
Hello! My name is Emily and I'm from the states! I am here on the work and holiday visa for a year and am looking to transfer it to a student visa. I love to play games, cook, bake, watch movies and share a few drinks! But I also love my privacy as well! I have my own bed and furniture so i'd prefer an unfurnished place!
Hi there! 33 Yo working professional looking to remain Close to the city. I'm very easy going, love to keep organised and don't mind the occasional dinner out with friends on weekends. I have a demanding, busy job which sees me travel interstate and overseas occasionally. My landlord has decided to sell my apartment in Potts Point and I'm available to relocate asap should I find the right place and the right to people to share it with. Looking forward to hearing from you. Seb
Hi my name is James. I'm a 27 year old Australian. I'm a structural engineer employed full time for a engineering firm in Pyrmont. I'm a very fun outgoing person that doesn't mind a beer or two on the weekend with friends and like to go out for a night every once in a while for a good time but also like my own privacy and respect that others do too! I'm a very clean person and always clean up after myself. I understand that many households may have some sort of cleaning roster to regulate cleaning duties so I'm completely up for that if that sort of thing is in place. I'm a lover of all types animals but don't own any myself, so if you have an animal, it now has a new friend. I'm a lover of football and an avid Panthers fan. I enjoy studying languages including Russian and Spanish. I've spent a good deal of my life travelling so I can share copious amounts of stories and also offer some good advice! If the household is good I'm up for long term rental also. If there's anything more you need to know just ask. Thanks James
I'm funny, very social, courteous and always clean up after myself. I like to go out when I can but do work a fair bit, most nights of the week. I work very hard, and never miss payments of my bills. I like to have a drink, I'm not a heavy smoker but do like to smoke when drinking alcohol or coffee. As I mentioned above, I am very social however I do like to spend a lot of my time at home alone. I play guitar and I'm learning Brazilian-Portuguese as a hobby.
I'm a gentleman from Perth, been in Sydney for 6 months. I run a pretty intense business which keeps me quite busy and at work mostly, although am always up for a friendly chat when I'm around. Love sharing stories and experiences over dinner and wine/beer, but also love quiet time and can certainly respect others wishes of peace and no banter. Can cook some delicious food, like toasted sandwiches (the best ever) and am a fond lover of Mexican cuisine. I'm very clean and considerate.
I'm very clean, quiet and well organised. I like to have fun but don't party more than once per week (and never at my home). I'm from Germany originally and a postgraduate master of management student. I'll graduate in October and I'll be working full time in Sydney until I leave Australia in November :)
Quiet, Tidy, Self contained, eat out most nights instead of cooking. Speak English and Japanese, interested in cars (have a nice r34 25gt-t which stays at home in Eastwood), full license. Know a lot of great places in Sydney to go and love meeting new people. Lots of my friends are Korean/Chinese/Japanese recently.
Hello everyone! My name is Jasmin, I’m 24 years old, English and Media Culture student from Germany and currently working and doing an internships in Sydney. Right now, I am working as an intern at the Goethe Institut (German Language and Cultural Centre) in Woohllahra. I'd say that I'm a very open-minded and easy-going person. I love travelling and learning about different cultures, I have lived in several countries, Germany, USA, Scotland, Spain and now Australia. I am passionate about arts and culture and always up for going to fun events, going out for drinks, or just spending a calm evening with wine and netflix, reading a book or having good conversations. I have mostly creative hobbies like photography and music. I have a ukulele, but I won’t play if it would bother you! 😉 I have lived in several shared flats and I am always respectful and considerate of my flatmates. If you are interested, I can also give you an Australian character reference, my CV, or whatever information you might be interested in! Let me know if you’d like to get to know me!! Looking forward to hear from you! Jasmin xx PS: No shared rooms! :)
Aussie Interior Designer who moved back to Sydney after working overseas for a couple of years. Although I enjoy shenanigans every now and again, generally I keep to myself a fair bit, and love a quiet home where I can cook (team cooking is also good), watch Netflix and read in peace and cozy comfort. I love wine and eating out, but am also trying to get fit! Let's do this! I am not looking for a shared bedroom...
Hiya! We are a English couple looking to rent a room for around 6 months before we move on to Melbourne in January. We are happy, easy going people who will be aiming to work full time. We are both tidy and clean, more than happy to pitch in with household cleaning ect and pretty relaxed. We love cooking, animals and chatting over a few beers :)
