I'm an American here for 2 more years (I wish more, but tell that to immigration, womp womp), trying to find my way back into the inner-inner west (please don’t message me for places that are not inner-inner west). I have yet to give my notice at my current location, which is 3 weeks, so the place I'm looking to move into needs to be available around the second week of December. I keep to myself for the most part but I'm social enough that you won't worry about there being a dead body in the room and I'm certainly open to recapping the week over a wine or tea, I clean up all my messes (and I have too much experience cleaning up other people’s messes), and I always pay rent on time. Heck, even early if I can't pay on the scheduled day. I just won't suit a large sharehouse--I find things tend to stray into chaos when there's more than 3-4 unrelated people living under one roof. Currently I live with a married couple, renting a room in their recently acquired apartment. It's new and snazzy but it's expensive and in a sad, bleak part of Sydney. They have been great to live with (the best people I've ever rented from), but I need to find a cheerier suburb. My budget is listed as 280--for me this means all up, all bills, up to 280/week. Additionally, as I am a foreigner, I would GREATLY prefer a furnished place, at least just with a double/queen bed--I don't want to be stuck trying to sell off furniture. I am NOT interested in bleak, gray, apartment-centric suburbs. Thanks for reading and lemme know if what you've got fits! PS: Feel free to ask me about the time I used to live in Glebe with a hoarder who managed to infest the house with fleas while we had no pet. I noped out of that fast and lost so much money in the process. It would explain to you how much of a legend flatmate I am and my perseverance in times of adversity. But really, please, no bug infestations.
I'm clean and tidy, maybe sometimes not that much for my room, but i like to keep the common area as clean and tidy as possible, i'm funny, honest and reliable guy that is a bit shy at first. I like enjoy movies night or dinner with friends for a night in or get a few drinks in a nice place with good music, if there is a live is even better!!! I consider myself a different kind of traveler.....used to live between England and Scotland, for about 4/5 years trying to travel as much as i could, in Australia now for more then a year, already visited few place and i hope to get the chance to visit more

I work in wine, love to cook, surf badly and know how to use a vacuum Cleaner. I prefer clean but don’t get bothered out about minor stuff. Looking for somewhere chilled and stress free.

Hey! I'm looking for somewhere I can call home. Ideally I would prefer somewhere long term with chilled flatmates who are friendly and easy going, but also respect personal space. I work as a bar manager and spend a lot of evenings at work, but on my evenings off I enjoy catching up with friends or relaxing at home.

I've had my own place so I know how I'd treat other as I wanted my other flatmates to treat me. I work full time in finance, when I'm not at work, I'm training or trading, I trade Forex and I'm involved in the Crypto space. Don't really party anymore, that life is past, but I do love me a good bottle of red. I'm bit of a clean freak, I like the home to be tidy at all times, leaving dishes in the sink is a big no no for me lol.
