I am a friendly, quiet girl I will mostly stick to myself and I keep clean and dont tend to have loud friends over. I am going to be studying as a pastry chef, I love cooking and baking and I've lived around the Sydney area since I was about 10.
Hi! I'm originally from London but fancied sunnier skies so relocated to beautiful Sydney! I've just been promoted and made permanent at work so now I'm looking for somewhere long term to call home. I work in circular quay as a recruitment consultant. So, what am I like? I'm a really sociable person and I'm also really relaxed and chilled out so ideally I would like to live with people who have a similar nature. It's important to me that whoever I live with isn't just a housemate but also a friend. People I can spend some time with but who I can also give their own time and space to. I'm really clean and tidy but not in an obsessive way. In a nutshell I would be a bloody great housemate so hopefully we can arrange some viewings! Thanks!

My names Aimie I'm 25 from the UK (Wales) hoping to move in somewhere long term anything between 6 months to a year as I want a place to call home. I tidy up after myself, keep the place clean, I work full time mon-fri dealing with Student Visas for Immigration and I work the occasional weekend at a bar on D Harbs. I chill out in the week days after work go to the gym then have a movie binge, and then come the weekend I do love a few glasses/bottles of wine and catch up with friends. I'm very friendly and easy to get along with. Enjoy meeting new people and love trying to cook :)
(Please note -- I'm looking for furnished rooms only. Thanks!) Hi! My name is Alvina -- I'm 23 and will be moving from New York to Sydney for a six-month office transfer. I'm very friendly, clean, tidy, and respectful of personal space, though I'm also fairly social and would love to share a drink or meal with my flatmates every now and then. I work in consulting and typically have quite long hours -- depending on where my projects are based, I may be out of the house entirely from Monday through Thursday. I'll be in Sydney as of this Saturday (April 1) and should have some flexibility this weekend and the following week for inspections. I've listed my move-in as April 2, but I'm flexible as I'll be staying in an air bnb/hotel until I find a place. Thanks so much!
I'm an environmental engineer and part-time yoga teacher. Outside of that, I climb whenever I can and try to get to a few gigs every now and then. I'm tidy and organised without being overbearing. I've done the share house thing enough now to know how to keep things tidy and respectful but most of the time I'm up for a chat.
*Due to contract ending I'm looking to move somewhere in or near Sydney CBD vicinity by end of March. Please get in touch as i'm currently residing in 2047 area, so won't be an issue to visit available rooms or know of people who like to team up.* I'm Berto from Gold Coast of Macauese descent , wishing to find a room/place or team up within Sydney vicinity. I'm friendly, clean, tidy guy who likes travelling, food and more. I'm happy to cook for myself or others on odd days and up for occasional night out or just stay in and chill on sofa with others watching movies/tv shows. Not only will i be your housemate but also want to know all well so we be comfortable around each other from the get go. Indeed I also respect others personal space and privacy. I embrace diversity and up for making new friends as I am new to Sydney surroundings. I've studied and worked in U.K. since teens but recently back Oz to settle. I'm a self employed mixed media guru although open to many other interest as i like to learn new things. Cheers! :)
Looking for somewhere to move with 3 friends, all work and keep our head down during the week but also like to drink/socialise over the weekend (that doesn't mean throw wild house-parties). Ideally we're looking for our own place, 3/4 bedrooms, but if the right person had room for all of us that may also work.
Hey there, on the hunt for another rad sharehouse with lovely housmates. I am a construction engineer working fulltime in Redfern. I try to do yoga, rock climbing, riding bikes, dinner with friends during the week and camping outdoors in weekends. I lived 8-9 years in share houses so far, which resulted in many solid friendships I am grateful for. I hope to make more friends in the new place. :) Ideally looking for a place to call HOME and housemates to call FAMILY. A place where we share a meal and a laughter every now and then but also have our quiet time and privacy is respected. I have lived in houses where we buy stuff in bulk or possibly organic and share together. This will be a dream come true but happily can live without. :)
Hi! I have recently returned to Sydney after a stint in Berlin and am looking for a relaxed, easy place to call home! I am a social being but also happy with my downtime, I'm working full time and generally keeping busy but down for a casual glass of wine at *my future* home of course also. I am generally an open, easy going person, fan of good humans and good humour! Feel free to holler at me!
I'm headed back up to Sydney for more work with Channel 9. I work nights so generally asleep during the day or out at the gym. Love watching most sport and a beer with friends. Happy to mingle with others but also understand the etiquette of space and privacy.
Hi. Im an interior designer, working full time in the city but I love the beach. So I want to move closer to the ocean. Clean and tidy person, love cooking and outdoor activity. My new hobby is to restore vintage bike. Lets me know if you are interested in team up for a 2 -3 bedroom flat near the ocean. Looking forward to hear from you. Cheers
I am clean, tidy, work full time, am respectful of others' space, have been living in share accommodation for over a decade, don't smoke, like to be social, but also keep to myself at appropriate times.
Hello! My small dog and I are looking for a home. We are looking for housemates who LOVE DOGS. I am looking to live within walking distance to a train station or light rail station as I don't drive. Sorry, I am not looking to share with any smokers. I'm a 28 years young full-time 9am-6pm working professional in the photography industry in the CBD. I'm a non-smoker and born in Sydney. I am honest, responsible and clean. I keep my personal and communal areas clean and tidy. I am respectful of other people and their personal space and property. I'm friendly, like to hangout/chillout and like to get to know people. At the same time, I'm quiet, shy and like to keep to myself as well. I'm looking for a place to live where it's quiet, drama-free and not a party house as a good night's sleep is very important to me. During the working week, I like to take my dog for walks, go to the gym and go to bed as early as I can. On the weekends, I like to treat my dog to the dog beach/park, skateboard and cook. I'm looking for flatmates who wouldn't mind feeding my dog once in a while when I stay out past dinner time if I'm out at a music concert or doing something at night. Of course I'd be more than happy to doggysit my flatmates's pets if they'd wish :) My dog is a 6 years young male Chihuahua. He is doggy door toilet trained, desexed, vaccinated and microchipped. He is a clean indoor dog and sleeps on my bed. He needs to have access to indoors and outdoors when I'm not home so he can go to the toilet outside and sleep inside. I have a removable doggy door panel which is simply a vertical panel of glass with a doggy door at the bottom which slots in next to a sliding door. He loves people but needs time to warm up to them, so he is shy and nervous initially. He is friendly and playful with other small dogs. He hasn't lived with another dog before, but I think a dog friend would be good company for him as he doesn't like to be home alone. Sorry, he is not cat friendly. He loves going for walks, playing ball and following me everywhere around the home. He does bark when someone leaves or enters the home, but only for about 30 seconds. He also barks if he sees another dog walking outside from the home window. So we are looking to live with people who are understanding and tolerant of these now-and-again barks. He is very protective of me, and becomes scared easily if treated badly by someone and may nip to defend himself. So please, we are looking to live with DOG LOVERS ONLY who will show him lots of love, and won't grab him or yell at him aggressively. The only piece of 'furniture' I would be bringing to the communal part of the house is my 17 years young fish and his 90 litre fish tank. It would be ideal to have the tank in a communal area as he likes to watch people walk past and he swims after them. It would be fantastic to place the fish tank close to a sink for easier changing of water. My interests/hobbies include going to the gym, skateboarding, going to music concerts, taking my dog on mini outdoor adventures, watching movies, film photography, board games, and arts and crafts. I would organise my own food as I cook fresh meat and vegetables for my dog as well. I would most likely cook my week's worth of food on the weekend then freeze it so I don't have to cook during the working week.
We are outgoing, yet studious people who are open minded, progressive and easy going. We are neat and conscientious and would enjoy group dinners and a glass of wine but also respect people's privacy. We have a small cat who spends 99 percent of her time outdoors and does not scratch furniture :)
Hey Sydney i'm looking for a room to rent until June 30th. Im heading to India after that time to work with children with mental and physical disabilities. As excited as I am for this opportunity, it is unpaid volunteer work so i'm trying to save up before this adventure. Right now I'm paying $350 for a room and it's hindering my saving process. If you have anything open or know someone, I would love for you to put me in contact. Currently most of my time is spent in my service industry job. When I do have time off I love finding new art galleries to explore. I also enjoy trying different art styles myself "amateur-ish at best."I keep my space tidy, am considerate to others, and am big on open communication to make sure everyone is on the same page. References available upon request. Have a great day, Thanks!
I am a Melbournian relocating herself to find a full time work in Sydney. I have savings enough to support myself for several months while looking for work (diligently seeking for a job as we speak). As a person, I am a very friendly, social, and easy going person who also respects people and their privacy. I am all about cleanliness and being tidy but within a reasonable standard so no need to worry about me going crazy! You also might like to know that I'm very responsible with payments! I am also a mucian who sings, plays piano and guitar (all acoustic) but I will only make some noises when you can tolerate or when I have the house to myself. I would love to be able to hang out with other housemates time to time, enjoy some chats, food, wine, beer or any other drinking in general whenever we feel up to.
I'm currently a teacher living in Adelaide, SA moving to Sydney for a crazy career change mid May to start as a firefighter. Nothing like chasing your dream. I am passionate about my fitness - CrossFit being my drug of choice. I'm pretty easy to get along with, enjoy some down time with a good book but also love a good games night and banter over a few vinos. Coffee lover who enjoys eating out and trying new places. Epic netflix watching is also a fav past time and I love going to the movies. I have a little Jack Russell whos name is Dexter. He turns 9 this year so is getting on a little but is so cute and well behaved. I would love to have him with me but I understand he might have to have a holiday at my parents while I get things sorted in Sydney. If you think we might be well suited send me a message and we can get house hunting!!
Just made the nudge up to Sydney from Melbourne so I'm now looking for some easy going people to move in with. Me: I'm 23, an expat Kiwi and moved over a couple years ago. Currently I'm working in construction and also study a Masters at UTS. I play footy during the week and enjoy a social place to come home to at the end of the day. Looking for like minded, easy going, similar aged jokers to share a place with.
I'm taking the opportunities life has thrown me and this currently finds in me in Sydney for at least the next 3 months. I could tell you how amazing (clean, respectful, friendly, funny) I will be to live with but I'm sure everyone does that and the only way you'll find out if I'm a good fit for you is by meeting me in person to discuss arrangements (ideally over a drink). I am an adventurer at heart and so far this has seen me spend time in India, the majority of South America, ride a comedy sized motorcycle from England to Kiev and drive a Fiat panda from England to Mongolia and back again. Currently starting my 1 year work visa in Oz and working in a bar. The plan is to drive around Australia during my year here.
I work full time for LUSH Cosmetics and often travel for work. I am clean, tidy and easy to live with. I am always up for a drink or a meal together but also like my own time and respect the quiet time of others. I'm friendly and outgoing, I can cook and I always pay my bills on time.
