Hi, we're an Irish/English couple who are tidy and chilled out! We work during the day and only be home in the evenings. We are sociable but also like our own space, looking to live with easygoing and outgoing people. We enjoy chilling on the beach, exploring the city, socialising or having a drink at the weekend!
Wanting a place to call home, I have just moved to the west side of Sydney and don't know much about the city, so I'm looking fir great people that are willing to show me around and go out and have some fun. Either for lunch or a night out. I'm clean and tidy, very respectful of those things and space. I'm great to get along with, I know how to keep to myself and know how to have a great time even when indoors.
Hey, my name is Mathilda and I'm a 19 year old girl from Germany. I'll be doing an internship in Sydney for two months and and am looking for a place to stay and maybe share with some cool and relaxed people. I am very easy to get along with and will be respectful towards your apartment and belongings. In my freetime I like to draw or spend time with friends. I like to be social and have a relaxed evening with friends. But if you want to go out I'm up for that, too. I also enjoy cooking for a group of friends. So that's a bonus right? If you have any questions just message me and maybe see you soon!
Swedish 20 year old looking for a flat with early December move in. I am looking for a tidy and clean household but with a good atmosphere and would love to socialise with potential flatmates! Love wine nights, going to open mics, out dancing or just staying at home. Calm but easy going and social! Not too hard to live with, ready to compromise.
Hello! We are a couple from Canada (I'm 25, my partner is 29) on working holiday visas and we just moved to Sydney for at least 6 months. We are looking for a comfortable, preferably furnished place to rent while we are there! Location wise, closer to cbd if possible, if not then close to train or some sort of public transport is preferred. We are clean and tidy and always respect any shared/common spaces. We both work in the restaurant industry so will most likely be working most evenings and weekends. If you work early in the mornings we are always sure to stay quiet in the evening and won't be a bother coming home loud at night. We are a social and friendly couple, however we do also keep to ourselves and are independent. Would like flatmates that we get along with well, but prefer that our place is not a party house. Ideally we would have an ensuite bathroom or at least a private one for ourselves, but we are able to share and will be sure to help keep it clean for us all if we do share. We both do not smoke and therefore prefer living with non smokers or at least no smoking in the house. Strictly no drugs though. Please message us if you have something available, we are available to move in October 27! Looking forward to hearing from you
My name is Jade and I am currently completing my Masters of Curating and Cultural Leadership at University of NSW Art & Design. I am a practicing artist (mostly performance and video), with two jobs currently working as a gallery assistant at an art gallery in Paddington and also a personal assistant for an author based in Elizabeth Bay. I'm a super conscientious housemate who is neat and diligent about tidying up after myself, especially in communal areas. At home I enjoy cooking, gardening, a good drink and good conversation. Outside the house I enjoy going to galleries and museums, concerts and some solid dance floor action. Juggling uni, work and an active art practice (as well as partner, friends and family) means I'm generally quite busy and am generally not home all that much, except when I'm chained to my desk at assessment time. I'm looking for a chilled out home environment, preferably on the quieter side, with like-minded folks. Compatible music taste is a plus! :-)
Hi flatmates! I'm a easy going, friendly and funny person who is disposed to help anyone, I have an open mind and I love to meet new people from different country, to know about all the cultures. I love the nature, pets, music, netflix, nightlife, drink, eat and speak about anything! I can share some knowledge about computer's technology, teach a little about the Portuguese language, show the best side of culture from my country (Brazil), telling so many funny stories, besides tips about the best places to know in South America.... And of course, I can share and help with anything that comes up! After to meet all of South America, in November I will be in Sydney to study English for 6 months, and looking for a temporary job... PS. Organization, cleanliness and tidiness are essential things when you share a place with someone , don't worry , you can expect it from me. By the way, my english is not so good, that's why I will study it. Tell me if you know about somethig :) Um abraço! Gabriel Demasi

My name is Akseli. (Looking for a place in Sydney near the city or beach) I come from the other side of this planet. All the way back from this cold place called Finland. (I come in peace!) I don't take life too seriously, I'd rather have fun. What's the worst that could happen? What you can expect when living with me? -Prepare to have some kick ass food at home (I'm a cook and I'm willing to teach you to cook too) -House will be clean (I'm very clean and tidy person and I like the house to be clean) -Trustworthy flatmate (You can count on me) -A fun person to hangout with (I like to have a drink, play pool, go to the beach, explore and experience new things etc.) Something else about me? -My passion is music (I make hip hop instrumentals) -I like to film and take pictures (I'm not that great at it yet but it's fun) A very good quote: ''Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind.'' - Bernard M. Baruch There is probably some quotes like this but in my own words: I myself would rather take a risk in hopes to get something I wanted than regretting it later on that I didn't take a chance because I was too afraid to fail. So you could say ''The only time you really fail is when you're not even trying'' Now you know a little something about me!
We are three happy girls from Sweden. We love getting to know new people and doing fun things together. We are easy going, clean and kind. Hi! My name is Stef and I am a French Canadian from Montreal. I work in Media & Communications and I have a radio show at Eastside Radio. If you are searching for someone who is honest, friendly, tidy, social, and also respectful of personal space, who pays on time, who will not turn your flat into a party house and invite random people in, who will be keen for dinners and who enjoys a wine and a chat with you but also keeps herself busy (that means not being 24h/7 in the house) well search no more... RENTAL (WHEN & HOW LONG)? * (flexible) mid November * Rental 4 months+ EXPERIENCE / EMPATHY I know what it is to share your home with a complete stranger. Back in Canada I had my own flat and for 5 years, I had exchange students renting a room in my home for 6 months to a year, so I really know all the ups and downs of finding and living with a new flatmate.
I'm a 23 year old who moved across from Perth about 9 months ago for a job in finance in the CBD. I just moved in Sydney and I am a working professional full-time (9-5 or more) in the CBD as a transaction consultant for Ernst & Young. I'm a publicist and work in Pyrmont. I'm out and about a lot and I'm quite the sociable type, but love chilling out binge watching old seasons of Suits or whatever catches my eye on Netflix. I will be studying full time and working to keep up with the cost of living in Sydney while also making time to meet new people for lifelong friendships. I am social and very positive making me a perfect flatmate for someone with similar qualities.
Hi Everyone, My name is Sugianto Lauw. I am 28 year old guy working in market research and retail who speak 6 languages (Indonesian, English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Spanish) albeit in different level of fluency. I am from Melbourne where I have been for the last 9 years but have since moved to Sydney for work and I have been in Sydney since February living in Waterloo. I love the area but I’m ready for a move and I am happy to live a bit closer to the city to cut down my travel time to work and I would like to find a place that is close to the train station. Before Australia, I was in Singapore for a year and I have lived in China for 6 months. And I have traveled across different countries (Spain, France, Japan, Denmark, South Korea, Turkey, Italy, Germany, Hungary, etc). But, the one place that I have been wanting to visit is South America and that is on the cards next year. I am an outgoing person, as well as extremely clean and considerate other people spaces and privacy. I lead quite the busy life during the week so I would like to keep it like home. But that doesnt necessarily mean I wont be having a few cheeky drinks or two. :) On the weekends though, I am very social and active, usually catching up with friends at a bar or restaurant, going to the gym. I am always happy to chill and up for a chat or activities. I like social environment. I also love to cook, travel, and be creative. I always pay my bills on time, respectful and always strive to keep a clean house. I have been living in sharehouses for the last 9 years and always keep my things clean and tidy so you don’t have to worry about that. If you have more questions, feel free to ask. Sugi
I am very friendly, i love to make new friends and i am easy going. I can adopt anything easily. As a flatemate i am very calm and quite dont bother anyone. People who has stayed with me, everyone liked me pretty much. Rest depends on both side's understanding. Thanks.
Hey! I will add to the dynamic of a fun, relaxed, well run, no stress household. I'm employed, can cook and look after myself in day to day life through exercise and staying healthy. If you want a flatmate who is a good mix between reliable (of course yes paying the bills on time) and fun (very happy to have some downtime with my flatmates), then drumroll you have FOUND what you are after, moi I like to think of myself as pretty relaxed and chilled. I value spending time with friends. Food, art, enjoying what each day brings, staying active, spending time with people who matter to you, all that stuff !! In March I returned from extended untethered travel (almost 2 years), lived in many countries. I’m 30 years old. Right now working in a tech company in the city as their lawyer. It’s a great gig and pretty relaxed too which is fantastic, really jackpotted, found it through a friend. Also I work some evenings in the cbd as a qualified teacher to speakers of english as a second language, I find it helps to mix things up and be part of a fun environment My lifestyle is fairly active. At the time of writing, the weekend before I attended an afro music festival, went to the footy (for the first time in a long time), played some sports, and chilled at the courthouse in newtown on sunday afternoon. Life is good. Mon to fri, I’m in the city, earning a crust with people who I really respect and like being around Other information Personal qualities As a flatmate I’m a fairly relaxed, open, respectful person. Happily will cook and share dinner, take pleasure from feeding people. I have many siblings and generally like to share (maybe because I grew up that way). I will keep the house a happy place with adding to a good energy Food sharing and furniture Hey. I have a few bits and pieces, maybe an artwork I would bring in. As for fridge, tv, sorry guys can’t really help there! You won’t hold it against me I hope Description of pets No pets. If you have a dog we’ll probably get along and I can take it for a walk from time to time :)
Hi, I'm 33 years old fitness professional. Looking for nice space with good communication to CBD where I work. Polish girl born in Melbourne, came here again after 27 years in Warsaw last year. I'm tidy, honest and open, like to meet new people. Love to have a relaxing dinner with friends and few drinks on weekends. Very busy normally, long working days:) Can't wait to meet my new flatmate:)
I'm very laid back and have pretty much lived in shared accomodation ever since leaving school years ago so I'm all good and familiar with cleaning, respecting people's space, cooking and all the rest. I'm always up for a beer and some banter but just as much enjoy my own time working on my music or drawing. Pretty much up for any sort of beach adventure, catching gigs, dinners, hiking, jamming and what not. I play the keys and guitar and am currently in the works with writing some of my own music. My situation is I have just gotten back from living in London and have been staying in Surry hills in a sublet. I have a stable income and am working full time at the cafe Gratia on Bourke street and one or two nights a week at the live jazz and blues bar Venue 505. I am commencing study next year at UTS studying sound design and production so finding somewhere close to the city would be amazing.
Hello! I'm a 43 year old British male looking for a place to live in the inner west area of Sydney. I work (full time) as a web developer in the city. When I'm not working, I enjoy brewing beer (really good beer!), photography, playing the banjo and am a keen cyclist. I've been living in various shared places for a while now and am respectful of other people's property and spaces, and an easy going flat mate. Cheers! Alastair
