Hello future flatmate! I'm working full time in early childhood education. I am an easy going, quiet, super tidy and extra clean person. No late night for me. I am looking for a private room with ensuite/own bathroom. Preferably to share a place with a female flatmate. Looking to share a place with someone who will clean after themselves and keep the place tidy. I have most of the furniture (tv, lounge, dining table&chairs, fridge, microwave, my own bed), except for washing machine.
Flexible with the price range. I'm friendly and nice, I mind my own business, I'm really neat and organised and not noisy at all. Only turned 16 couple of weeks ago and also recently found out I was "gifted" so I'm trying to get into a selective school for Year 12 this October so I can get a high ATAR to get into law after highschool (preferably fort street highschool or north Sydney girls). I actually dont mind where the apt/housing will be aslong as its not too far from central considering selective schools are unzoned. I have a grant so I'm pretty much set for rent and all that I would do casual shifts for extra income but I will most likely not work so I can focus on my studies Prefer to live in a modern looking place and might choose to have a roommate to share the rent with
I'm 26 originally from Scotland. I work full time as a data analyst for a law firm in the city. Massive foodie, love to cook. I love music and tap dancing. I work long hours but still like to enjoy my weekends. I am easy going and looking for a flat mate to chat too as well as live with. I am very clean and always happy to chip in with cleaning and buying communal products for the house.

Hi! :) Seeing as we will be living together quite a lot - it is important for you to know a bit about me. If you are going to rent a one bedroom unit or studio to me, then I hope you find some reassurance about me as a person, by what I've written. If you don't want to read all of this, that's ok. You're not the right person for me to rent from or live with and that's totally groovy!! I'm looking for a place to live. I have had the fortunate pleasure of living with and alongside many beautiful people over the years and am looking for a self contained unit or a share accomodation arrangement, preferably with one other female or otherwise, some level-headed easygoing folks in a bigger share house. I'm a really considerate, clean and reliable person. Like anyone, I have things that I feel strongly about and I do not put up with racists, sexists or bullies. So, we will get along fine as long as you are not inclined that way. As for tolerance about people's choices, I have no problems with who you are or what you enjoy doing. I appreciate people who are kind and who do not lie or go out of their way to cause great harm for others. I enjoy being active and creative. I am an Artist, Always was and Always will be! I have a beautiful family of professional Musicians and people who help others to find peace through life challenges. This area was our home many years ago, for many years and it is going to be a positive experience returning to live here permanently. I am passionate about helping others with Social Justice, Empowerment and Health and Fitness. I don't believe stories about people and I don't entertain crap that people gossip about with other people. I live in the real world and take people at face value! I have been actively raising money over the past four years, for people experiencing Homelessness, those who have gone through Post Natal Depression, have Mothered infants who have died at a very young age and also raised money for Neo-Natal Hospital Units, to help future Mothers and their children. I am looking forward to being able to raise more money, to raise awareness about preventatives for Breast and Prostate Cancers as well as CNS issues. I am hoping that this will benefit more than just the local community... And I have already begun establishing a Women's Support Community for emerging Artists, Songwriters, Musicians and Survivors of Domestic Violence. My Singing Teacher Always said this: "Don't let the Bastards get you down!" And unfortunately there's a few Around! These ideas are about Educating people and helping others with our skills, abilities and talents and I am hopeful that as a combined community - we will have the support of at least two major Global Companies in the process. It would be really lovely to live with someone/ some people, who would be interested and/ or supportive of these projects as well. Dreams must begin somewhere..... I have travelled for the past six years on and off, but mostly the past three years - experiencing many of the experiences that I raise awareness and money for and it has been disappointing to face (through Social experimentation) the dark side of many humans, especially predatory bullies! It may not have done me any beauty favours, but it certainly taught me about people and how difficult the world can be for others. After all, Beauty is in the Eye of the Beholder! However, aside from this - I love running and surfing and doing yoga and I welcome anyone as a friend, should we be future housemates. I have spent many years protecting other people and although I am working towards the above plans - I am in need of some well earned rest also. Sometimes, people feel threatened by other people who are kind and generous. Isn't that sad... If you need rental references, I have plenty! :) For renting and from friends. Coogee may have changed - but I still like it and it's going to take a bit more than some bullying riff raff to see me leave. I'm staying here for good! Send me a message and we can catch up for a coffee and see if we're suitable as flatmates! ❤ Big love ❤ Ps. That's my photo - I hope you like it.
Just starting back at uni and working in the city. I'm French and grew up in Tasmania. Looking for a laid back and fun place to live in. Preferably with some other students so my motivation to study doesn't completely disappear.

In summer I love to head to the beach, I enjoy a good coffee and sunshine and getting out and socialising as much as possible on the weekends. Looking for a room in a share house with like minded professionals, people who are independent and respect privacy but those who I can still enjoy a few beverages and a bit of banter with too Also interested in teaming up :)

Hey everyone! I'm a 20 year old (French/Dutch) student coming from Maastricht to Sydney in hope of finding some lovely people to live with for the upcoming five months. I'm an easy person to live with, because as much as I can respect others privacy, I also loove to chill with my flatmates. Whether it's for cooking, chilling, going out, jam sessions, netflixing, serious life crisis talks.. I'm always in!
