Here there! My name is Roger Ly I'm 20 years old and I'm an uni student working part time. I'm also and up an coming stand up comedian and I regularly so shows. I'm also no actor and theatre maker and as well (I'm kind of an art nerd but like in super cool way) I'll be great to live for five reasons: 1- I'm fun and friendly. I'm very easy going a relaxed and Im very sociable. 2-I'm neat and tidy and I like to keep things clean and organised. It makeseveryone happy. 3- I love to cook and share home cook meals and even cook together! That's means everyone's saves money. Also I'm like really really good haha. 4- I do shows in the city and I go out to party in pretty cool places. I'm more than happy to bring my house mates to party with me. 5- lastly I'm very considerate and know how to live with others and respect their space.
I've been living by myself in Sydney for 4 years, and I'm ready to enjoy avocados once again and try the housemate scene. I am a full time musician, so I sing a lot but I am a quiet tenant. I don't smoke, I'm tidy and always clean up after myself. I enjoy sleeping and me time, and also enjoy the occasional drink or two. I'm the worlds fussiest eater so I won't eat your food. I'm looking to live with someone who isn't too noisy, doesn't smoke, and who won't eat my food. Ideally I'd like the main bedroom & ensuite (I have a lot of stuff) and I need a wardrobe and washing machine. I also need a secure car space in the vicinity of the building. My lease ends in March so I can be ready to move in just before Good Friday.
I've lived in shared accommodation for many years in NZ and Aus as well as army barracks and university dormitories in other countries. I'm tidy, quiet, and considerate of others. I'm originally from S. Korea and have worked in a public sector as a social worker for last decade in NZ and Aus after completing my second degree. I've moved back to Sydney for a different work opportunity. I'm an ambivert; I enjoy medium-level outdoor activities (e.g. trekking, team sports) as well as having downtime at home.
Hi my name is Rhyall, I am 21 years old. I am looking to share a house with some fun easy going people! (females only please). I love good wine, cheese platers and netflix nights so i will be down to have some chill nights like that arranged from time to time :) i am a social easy going person, i am neat and i love cooking! I currently work full time at the Downing Centre District Court for the NSW Sheriff's Office as a client service officer. I am also a full time university student, which i complete online so i am a fairly busy person, i have a decent and very steady income so bills wont be a to much of a worry! I do have quite a few pets, which i understand will not be ideal for most people. I have a very very calm and gentle Maltese x Shihzu named Sookie, her name is Sookie for a reason! as she is very shy and quiet. Sookie is 15 years old, so she is very old. She sleep most of the day, she is blind and partially deaf but she is extremely friendly, she does not bark and is fully trained! My next one is a minature dapple dachshund named Reuben, he is 3 years old. Reuben is extremely friendly and playful, he is very gentle but also very calm. Reuben does not bark and does not chew, the only time he will bark is if someone who he does not recognise approaches the house at night, which is great for security. Both dogs are very children friendly, they are gentle and associated with children a lot. Both of the dogs live outside, although i may bring them in from time to time if its too hot or too cold at night, but both of them are happy to just chill out in their beds. I am very anal about their cleanliness and health as i used to be a veterinary nurse. I also have two cats. One is named Moses, he is 3 years old and the youngest one is Zeblin who is about 2 years. Both cats are purely outdoor cats, they come in maybe twice a day for food but go back outside afterwards. Both cats have their own routine that they are used to, and are both trained. All of my pets have grown up together, they are all very gentle, children friendly and used to being around each other and other people. I know my pets aren't ideal for most people but i have worked hard on training my animals and making sure they are kept in the best condition. I am looking for house mates that are neat, tidy and considerate. I hope to live with people who like a bit of fun and who are social :)
Hi there! I have just completed my university degree and am starting work full-time in Feb. As such I will be out of the house majority of the day during weekdays. Looking for a place within walking distance to a Train Station, but I am flexible on most other things. On weekends I enjoy catching up with friends, going to the beach and relaxing at home :) Always up for a chat - send me a message if you think we'd be a fit!
I'm in Australia for my work placement for Uni; I grew up in the UK but I was born in the Philippines. I've chosen Sydney to do my other half of my year long placement. While in Uni, I've always lived in shared houses with my friends and strangers that become good friends. I am tidy, clean and very sociable so, if you're up for a drink at the pub or a quite night in then I can roll with that!
we're an italian couple , VERY clean and quiet. we love to share a glass of wine and a meal with our flatmates but also have our own privacy. we're looking for a private room with ensuite or own bathroom, available from 10th of february or earlier! :) short or long term are ok!
Hello! Ghilli and I recently moved to Australia from South Africa and we're on the hunt for short term stays from March in Sydney while we find our feet and explore our new home base. We have our own home accessories brand still operating in South Africa, but Ghilli is an employed mechanical engineer and I'm looking for a position in the interior/decor industry. We're easy going, sociable and neat and we've always had flatmates of our own in Cape Town so we're very used to sharing a space with others. We enjoy heading outdoors for a hike or a ride, finding cool local hangouts and seeing what the design scene has to offer. J + G

I am a down to earth and quiet person who is neat and tidy. I am looking for someone either male or female to team up in looking for some shared accommodation near a train station. Ideally my flatmate will not have a car as I have one, but we will live very close to a train station in one of the mentioned areas. My budget is 300pw for a single room and i prefer to share all utilities 50/50. I do not mind to share a bathroom with one other person. I do not mind to chat and be social with my house mate as i am easy going. I am born in Sydney and have traveled quite a bit following my passion of photography (landscapes, cities & architecture). I am also an IT professional for my career, so you can count on me to help you out if you need it. It would be nice to share some common interests with my future flatmate.
I am a respectful and clean 24yo Australian male who's looking to stay in Sydney for work opportunities. Just came from a 6person shared house situation and looking forward to meeting up with someone who will suit living with little old me. I'd admit I was the 'clean and tidy' member of the house, but I'm also quite sociable and enjoy adventures in the city!

Hey My name is Neha, I’m 25 years old from Auckland. I’m moving to Sydney at the end of the month to start a new job at Westmead hospital. I’m really looking forward to exploring Sydney! I love trying new cafes (always so excited for brunch), going out for cocktails, spending time at the beach and shopping. I’ve been living away from home since I was 18 so understand how to be a good housemate. I’m friendly, nice and tidy. I’m hoping to find someone more like a friend to live with!

My ideal place in practical terms In a quiet location however near good transport and amenities (as I don’t have car), have a separate kitchen to the living room, outdoor space, place to keep my bike & few bits, and has internet connection. My ideal location: Neutral Bay Secondary locations: Crows Nest, Cammeray, Cremorne, North Sydney (close to St Leonards Oval). However open to hear what your place has to offer. If you feel you and your place have similar qualities and practicalities, I would love to hear from you. Strong references (land lords and flat mates) can be provided. Need to find home ASAP, however move in date may have a little flexibility for the right situation.
Hello future Flatmates! We, that would be Adrian and myself, Olivia, are an international couple. He’s from England and I am from Germany. We are both really laid back and relaxed. He is obsessed about cricket and sport in general while I love to stick my nose in as many books as possible. Yet we love to spend our time together exploring the city and it’s awesome opportunities to eat out. Both of us are passionate cooks. In a apartment we are looking for a relaxed place, where we can spend time together, with you and friends. We are looking for a quiet place but where an occasional laid back beer or wine night is still possible.
I currently work full time as a Personal Assistant in Real Estate so I am generally out of the house 7am - 7pm Monday to Friday. If I'm not out with friends on the weekend, I am Netflixing with Red Wine! I love meeting new people and having chilled out chats at home but am also respectful of and do appreciate my own personal space! A very clean and relaxed environment is what I appreciate at home! Built a really good relationship with my last flatmates aside from just living together but they have now all moved on and are having families etc. Look forward to hearing from you!
I'm a 25 year old pharmacist working full time in the CBD for a software company. I'm looking to buddy up with someone who would like to look for a 2 bedroom property around the North Shore area but also open to suburbs in the East or Inner West (ideally on a train line). I own white goods and communal furniture so if you don't have anything that's okay because I've got it covered. I like to keep active and also have a busy social schedule so I'm usually out and about a lot! I'm looking for a housemate around the same age who has a similar lifestyle and doesn't mind sharing a drink or two over a meal :) I also like to maintain a clean household. If you're interested, I'd love to meet up for a coffee and see if we'd be compatible housemates!
