Hello! I'm a super friendly and relaxed London girl, heading over to Sydney in November. I'm so excited for the move, and whilst I've already got some friends over there, I'm hoping to find a nice friendly house to be a part of as I explore all that Sydney has to offer. I'm definitely looking for a home, not just a place to crash in. I'll be working full time in Surry Hills as a market research consultant, so hoping to move somewhere a bit nearer to the beach-although not too far! I love running and yoga and anything outdoors in general, as well as cooking (I LOVE to bake!), music, movies, wine, reading, travel and generally having a good time- I'm just as happy with a chilled night in as a few down the pub. I'd consider myself to be laid back and really easy to get on with, and very respectful of other people. Hoping to find some like minded people to make my first few months in Oz awesome :)
So I'm making the move from Christchurch, New Zealand to Sydney for a job opportunity with the bank I work with. I'll be working full time in the city Mon-Fri. Likely to work late a few nights a week I'm really easy going and like to socialise in my free time. I try to stay fit when I'm motivated enough to get it done otherwise I'll just chill out on Netflix or play video games. Not looking for a place that's smashing out a slab a night and blasting tunes till 3 am, but don't want to end up somewhere with flatmates that lock themselves in their room the second they come home either. Girlfriend lives in Sydney too, so will be bouncing between each others places a bit. Other than her though I'll be looking to meet new people and make new friends as much as possible so finding the right place with a good mix of people is really important to me. I'm tidy, polite and have a good sense of humour, so if I sound like your type please get in touch ---Not looking for more than an hour commute into work each day -- Moving to Sydney around 22/11/16
Need accomodation ASAP. From 1st of November onwards. No fault of my own, just bad circumstances. Very quiet, clean and respectful. Non smoker. No loud parties, drugs or music. OCD at cleaning. Not a big drinker. Very sociable and friendly also. Have one cat. Ragdoll male, litter trained and neutered. Indoor and very friendly.
Hey everyone! I'm looking for a room in the next 4 weeks around Newtown/Enmore/Surry Hills/Redfern/Erskineville/all the trendy expensive places in Sydney. I've lived in the same apartment with the same housemates for the last 4 years in Bondi but our real estate are jerks and want to raise our already overpriced rent so this is a good opportunity to get out of the Eastern Suburbs. I'm 24 and I work full time in the city and host trivia at Newtown Hotel on Monday nights. I'm pretty social so I'm not home much during the week but when I am, it would be great to share a bottle of wine or a pizza or a couple of jagerbombs. I'm really easy going and ideally looking for something long term so I can be as happy and stress free as this cool dog. Looking to pay around $300 per week. Message me if you have something available :)
Hi I’m Cherie, 33 yrs old female working professional. I’m easy going, clean and tidy, respectful, and try to be as fit and healthy as I can. I’m sociable but not a party animal, I’m mindful of other people’s space. I tend to socialise on weekends outside the house.
I am just returning from London 3rd November where I have been given a job offer but need to go through the tedious process of obtaining an Airside pass for Heathrow. This can take 3 months or longer or be denied so I could be staying a short while or you are stuck with me forever! In the meantime I will be looking for work in Australia . I'm an easy going non smoker, cook, clean and all that boring stuff. I enjoy Jazz, fine food and come complete without baggage, well my suitcase. There will be times when I am away visiting my daughter in Port Mac, son in Coffs or my Mum in Tweed Heads.
Hey! I'm a graphic designer, looking to move somewhere inner-city / inner-west Sydney. Currently living in Canterbury, I grew up around Kogarah and have also lived out west and up north of Sydney. My lease is about to end and I want some good old fashioned change. I've lived in share houses the past few years, I keep it clean and tidy & am super chill. I can keep to myself but I also like just hanging out. I love reading, writing, travel, movies, videogames, comedy, arty stuff & a good drink! Let's make this the best sitcom ever.

I am outgoing, friendly and I like to socialise but equally will be working full time so am just looking for something super chilled. GIllian and I are both clean and very tidy people, who will always clean up after our own mess after using anything. We are both super easy going and carefree who would love a chat but we also respect other people's privacy. We love all animals and have no allergies, therefore any place with pets will be no problem for us. We both work full time in Finance in the city and will not be home much during the week. On the weekends, we usually love a nice brunch and coffee with friends. We are not party people, but we're still definitely fun!
Three 19 year old girls 2 from Canada 1 from England just moved to Sydney for new jobs for the last 4 months of our working holiday visas. Easygoing relaxed girls, very reliable and organised - looking for accommodation together! We would prefer private rooms but don't mind sharing, Please don't hesitate to get in contact with us regarding teaming up to find sharehouses or any rooms you have that you think we will be suitable for! Thanks!
I'm a 23 y/o female from the UK looking for a fun and friendly, chilled house to move into. I'm currently working full time in the CBD but looking for somewhere a bit out of the hustle and bustle. I'm a clean and considerate housemate, and get on easily with others. In the evenings I'm keen to just chill out and cook up some delish meals. At the weekends I love to socialise, do anything outdoorsy and hit the beach. If I sound like a match please get in touch!
Recently moved to Sydney and fell in London love with the Surrey Hills and Newtown area. Love to cook for people and share a nice bottle of wine and a natter. Good company, laid back and happy to share. Love animals but don't own any so if you have that's a bonus.
Very easy going roomie for the summer! 24, Working in Darlinghurst doing medical research. Originally from the country. I like board games, netball, and watching netflix. Will pitch in to keep the place clean, won't have parties or blast music at weird hours :) Would like to have friends over occasionally. Happy to have a chat over dinner, watch bad TV and hang with my housemates- or if i need space will just chill out in my room. Looking for a spot in early Nov- would prefer a place close to public transport & a semi or fully furnished room as I am trying to own less stuff before I move to the UK in mid-Feb. Would prefer to buy/cook my own food. Best qualities in a roomate would be friendly, neat and relaxed. Would love no drama/nonsense roomates- prefer to be honest and upfront about any pet peeves, or let me know if there are any issues.
Hello my name is Kiran. I am looking for places close to Sydney Uni. I am moving to sydney coming year to pursue my studies at Uni. So I would be reasonably occupied during the day. I am a fun loving yoga enthusiast and a science geek who enjoys the company of others as well as loves being to myself. Looking forward to meeting new people and moving in. :)
My Name is Austin and I am 28 years old from San Francisco California. I a have recently accepted a full-time position at my current company (LinkedIn) to transfer to our office in downtown Sydney. About me: Active lifestyle; Enjoy hiking, surfing, traveling, going to the beach and hanging out with friends on the weekend.
I'm chill and fun to live with. Just finished job in Singapore in October and ready to move to Australia to get myself some fresh air and beach view. This time I am on my working holiday visa unlike in Singapore were working full time. This means I have more chances discovering the city, hopefully:) I don't smoke. But I drink, eat, dance:) Prefer house with fully equipped kitchen since I love making food at home (usually party outside but if allow party at home would be nice, can make small food for ppl) To let me choose in between private room and tidy kitchen, probably go for later one. Read till here sounds like this girl is a kitchen freak:p Not to disappint you, I do have life outside kitchen. Always love meeting new friends, hanging out in the city, participating in different types of events or somewhere else together:) Yet like-minded friends gather in the house would be the best thing ever. I am quite relax even if we are different type. We will figure out a way living together :) Do message me if you have a similar item like what is written here. Cheers.
31 yo, Canadian, permanent resident in Australia, living in Bondi Beach for 1.5 years. Have a retired assistance dog. I teach math, lived most of my life in Toronto and did my Master degree in Switzerland. I speak English and French. I exercise daily and am very active. I'm fast-thinking and solve problems. I have my things in storage, so I won't need much storage space in my new place. I have a retired service dog who is very well-behaved and has his government-stamped assistance dog papers. He's friendly and relaxed, and very clean. FYI, service dogs are allowed everywhere, even if the tenancy agreement says no dogs! I am super tidy, agreeable and calm. I play harp and can either play in your absence or for your pleasure. I'm very social and am often out of the house. I rinse dishes really well. I make really, really good oat bars and am very serious about dieting and fitness.
My wife and I have been based on the Gold Coast for the past year and are moving to Sydney on 8 November. Keziah has just accepted a full time job offer at Bondi junction (commences on 14 Nov). We plan to stay at a shared apartment for a couple of weeks while we look for a permanent place to stay in the Randwick/Bondi area (I'm doing my postgrad at UNSW in 2017). We're easy going and tidy people and will look after the place we stay at.
I'm italian and my girlfriend is english, we are looking for somewhere to call home where we can relax and cook in the evenings. Both pretty easy going, like to relax and watch a film or go out for drinks at the weekend. Please get in touch if you have a double room in the city or somewhere we can easily get into the city - pretty flexible on location as long as good transport links! We are looking to live in Sydney long term so for the right place and people would be happy to stay long term! Look forward to hearing from you!
I'm easy going and very open minded. bot much of a petty animal but do enjoy to go out from time to time. Love cooking, health and fitness and also chilled nights in watching a movie. I don't take myself to seriously and enjoy a good laugh and having fun:)

Hey there! I'm from the US. I came earlier this year for 2 months and loved it so I came back. I work in the CBD 5-6 days a week and start pretty early. When I'm not working, I like to go out dancing, hang out with friends, go for a bike ride, or just binge on Netflix on occasion. I've lived in New York City for 7 years with different roommates. I never had any issues with them. I'm clean, laid back, organized and respectful. I'm social but also respect your space. I always keep common areas clean. I rarely cook so other than taking up some space in the fridge, the kitchen is all yours. However, I love to contribute and always have snacks to share.
Hello potential roommate(s). My name is Taila, I am 25 and work your normal 9-5 gig in the CBD. I'm looking for a private, preferably furnished room in the Newtown(ish) area. I've rented for several years, have a squeaky clean rental history and I know how to cook/clean/pay rent on time/generally succeed at being an adult. I'm not the party type, with that said though, I'm not about to turn down a cheeky beer or glass of wine on a Friday night. I'm pretty relaxed, I'm not OCD nazi about cleanliness, but I do value a neat and tidy home. As long as everyone picks up after themselves and the duties are shared, I'm a happy customer. I'm naturally social and bubbly so I welcome the idea of having friends over, bring them, I have Cards Against Humanity, as long as courtesy and respect is there, I'm cool. I'm a pretty big music nut (Triple J for life), I think anything Ricky Gervais touches is gold, I love documentaries, Louis Theroux, binge-watching Parks and Recreation and eating delicious Asian food.
Hi! My name is Luana from Brazil. I am a respfectful and clean housemate who is currently studying while working work part time in the evenings. You will find me a friendly person who works hard but enjoys relaxing and hanging out with my housemates. I look forward to meeting you!
Hey future flatmates, I'm Sarah! I'm a 24 year old professional who just got home from 6 months of traveling and now I'm looking to find a place in Sydney as I am currently based on the Central Coast. I work in North Sydney in HR and would ideally like to live close to this area. I'm energetic and outgoing but also enjoy downtime. I love live music and anything to do with nature whether it be the beach or hiking.
I'm a very easy going type of gal who pretty much gets along with everyone. I'm neat and tidy, I like cooking but its mostly vegetarian stuff I can and will cook meat too. I love animals and I have a lovely ginger boy cat named Toulouse (named from a disney movie "Aristocats") he is an indoor cat only! so it would be great if my furture flatemate had some experience with indoor cats.
Hi there! I'm an American currently living and working in Bondi Beach but looking to move away from the hustle and bustle (and also for a place where I can have my own room as I currently share a room with two other girls). I'm very active and love the outdoors, I go to yoga, run multiple times a week, and love playing in the ocean! I'm a very tidy person (as that has been very important living with so many people lately!) and am excited to make new friends in the process of moving! x
Hi, I'm from France and just arrived last week. I'm a 22 yo ex-student who enjoys going out and being social. I like video-making, cinema, music and good food. I'm looking to stay at least 3 months (or more) in Sydney and would be happy to meet a lot of new friends :). I am friendly, easy to live with, respectful and used to share a flat when i lived in Paris, I had 2 room-mates.
I'm clean, tidy and sociable but respect your personal space. I'm not one to invite a group of friends round for a party, but wouldn't mind if we had a shin dig on the occasional weekend. I work early full-time so would prefer somewhere with good links via train to the city centre and I'm not interested in a share room, private rooms only. Look forward to meeting you, Michael

Gday! I'm Tim, a 27 year old Exercise Physiologist (a fancy personal trainer) who loves playing team sports, travelling and wearing and talking about my growing collection of party shirts. I love living with other people, always good for a chat or to have casual drinks. I'm a big fan of exploring, socialising, sports, movies, being outdoors and being active, and good banter! I'm looking for a social house to be with housemates who enjoy hanging out and having a few evening beverages, not just renting a room. I'm also clean, cheerful, a non-smoker, work normal hours and am always keen for adventures. What more could you want!
Hi! I'm a 20yo medical student looking for accomodation around UNSW/Sydney Children's Hospital/Prince of Wales Hospital. I've lived in college and share houses before and loved the opportunity to meet new people and be social! I am clean and tidy and generally like to stay pretty busy. I love cooking, dogs, binging on trashy tv series and really value a fit lifestyle. I'm pretty easy going and looking to move in with people who will become good friends.
Hello Future Roomies! Toilet trained. Know how to use a vacuum. Capable cook. Animals love me. Blooming gardener. Property Manager working in Woollahra. Also moonlight as an Uber driver for some extra money. Working weird hours, but always respectable of being quiet when needed. Would love to find a house that I can call my own, become good friends with my house mates. I do have a girlfriend who may stay over a couple most nights per week. She is possibly the cleanest and quietest person you will meet. She is in child care and trying to get into Personal Training. 110% respectful of all boundaries, privacy and requests. No I am not a party animal so you won't see me drunk (a glass of wine and cheese is another story). Or getting angry with the TV as the dragons have lost yet another game. Matthew

I'm a young 61yr old woman looking for temporary accommodation until an over 55s unit becomes available. Not sure when this will be, but imagine there'll be nothing coming up in the next 3 months or so. I'm fairly quiet around the house and am clean and respectful of the household members. Currently I'm semi-retired but would like to work 2-3 days per week. I'm from the eastern suburbs and most of my friends are from the area.
Honest, caring, I enjoy being around people who are nice, respectful, and who value integrity too. I'd prefer to live with a couple of girls, rather than a group of guys or couples, if that's ok. I am a non smoker :) I'd prefer northern Sydney, or anywhere close to public transport, in a safe area, and if there's any national parks or bush nearby, even better :)
Hey! I'm 18-year-old backpacker from Finland and I'm looking for job in Sydney, I've planned to stay few months. I'm looking for a shared accomodation. I'm sociable, tidy and flexible.
