My name is Emy and I'm from England and just turned 30. I work as a portrait photographer in and around Sydney which is very varied and keeps me busy. I have spent some time this year traveling the country in my van and seeing lots of cool places. I am on a working holiday visa but will be changing visas next year to be able to stay in the country for longer. My boyfriend is called Michael and he's 28 and is Australian (from Dubbo originally). He works full time as a video editor for a wedding video company in Fairfield. He's lived in Sydney for a while and studied film here. He also works on short films for film festivals in-between his editing job so he's pretty busy. We don't smoke and I don't drink (just really don't like the taste!). Michael only drinks a little bit. No problem living with people who smoke and drink as long as there is no smoking in the house. We are both into eating good food and like to cook (always wash up after we have eaten!) After work we tend to cook food and chill out with netflix, or go out for dinner or cinema. We both try to keep fit and I regually go to fitness classes in the city. On days off from work we catch up on sleep, socialise and take trips out to the beach or shops. We are both pretty chilled out and don't like drama so are looking for a friendly and chilled out place to live. I'm pretty chatty where as Michael is quite shy so it takes him a while to get chatty with new people! But we are both super friendly and positive people who are clean, tidy and respectful of other people. We totally respect other peoples space and privacy and are looking for the same whilst also being able to hang out with our future flatmates if they want to. We don't have an ideal set amount of time that we would like to live in Sydney so I wrote down 4 months but it's a very rough number! This is because we plan to travel at some point next year but we need to spend some time to work hard and save up for it and we don't know how long it will take! So a flexible lease agreement would be ideal for this reason; but I think we will need a minimum of 4 months to save if not a whole lot longer! Our ideal place must be within a 10 minute walk to the train station and walking distance to supermarkets. Own bathroom and outdoor space like a balcony or garden would be a major plus but not essential. And an apartment that comes with gym facilities or is near to a gym would be even more awesome. We are clean and tidy but not obsessive over it so are looking for flatmates who are the same. Our earliest move in date would be just before NYE. Or any time after that we can be flexible.

Hi! My name is Sydney. I'm 25 years old and I am a Canadian citizen traveling solo in Australia on a working holiday visa. I am looking for shared accommodations in Sydney for a couple of months.I am currently volunteering in Atherton and will return to Sydney in a few days. I am an administrative professional and currently looking for work but have support funds as well.
I am a 31 year old young professional who just moved to Sydney from California. I'm looking for a centrally located flat share. I am a clean and considerate roommate who loves a balance of being social and respecting a roommate's personal life and space. I love to drink wine, cook and stay in for a movie night, but am just as happy to go out dinner or grab a drink. I'm open to living with a pet.
Fun Easy going personality; I get along with most people. I like to treat people like how I want to be treated.
Ohai. I'm Andrew. 22 and looking to move to somewhere in Sydney or Adelaide. I'm very respectful and quiet. I'm not much of a talker but I love to listen and would be happy to get to know my future roommates. I don't drink or smoke but do enjoy going out to eat often, however. Would be happy to have you join. :) I'm very good at micromanaging finances and that's why I have the desire to move to a bigger city to open more business possibilities for me. I'm essentially looking for someone to team up with and find a place together.
Hey! My name is Tumi. I am a young professional working in the professional services industry. I'm from Adelaide and moving to Sydney in January to take up a new job opprtunity. I enjoy travelling, dining out and going for a drink or two with friends, but I also love my down time to chill and read a good book. I would like to live with like minded flat mates who enjoy socialising but equally like to do their own thing. At this stage I would prefer to live with all girls or at least 1 other female. Thanks

Hi guys, I am a single male working professional in the banking environment looking to relocate somewhere long-term that is close to public transport and shops. Born and raised in Sydney. I'm a friendly and easy going guy who enjoys watching sports, a glass of wine and quiet nights in my free time. I am a responsible and reliable roommate with a great tenancy history. Let me know if you would be interested. Thanks, Daniel.
Hi, guys ! I'm going to study in Sydney next semester and I'd like to find a home with cool roomates. A little bit about me : I am a 21 yr old french girl, friendly, fun, adventurous and love talking. When im studying i like having my privacy (as I am in Sydney for my studies, I will need to concentrate ) i will always respect other's privacy. I'm looking for people who know how to have fun but don't party all the time, people who are respectfull and clean. If you have a room/bed for me, let me know :)
My sister and I are looking for a clean double room in a quiet and friendly house. We are from colombia and both work and study in sydney. We are friendly and helpful and hope that we find some interesting and nice people!
Hi, I’m Alec, I’m 20 and a web developer from Hervey Bay, Qld. I’m relocating to Sydney at the end of the year and will be working from home full-time for my current employer. I’m also a runner and lead a fairly healthy lifestyle with training most days. I love to be outdoors whether that is running, hiking, biking, traveling, kayaking… Anything adventurous that gives me a break from working on the computer. I’m looking for a place which offers a reasonable sized room and flatmates that don’t mind me getting up early in the morning. As for location, I’d prefer to live in North Ryde or in one of the surrounding suburbs as this is where I’ll be training.
Chill conversations + wine after a long day. Add a little bit of music and it'll be perfect! I'll be in Sydney for a while (2 years actually) as I'm going to read at the University of Sydney (so somewhere within 15 mins walking distance would be great!) Super clean and tidy and a tad sociable but highly laid-back (not looking for a party house, really). I respect personal space as I love mine too (don't we all?). I do smoke and if you don't take the smoke well, I'll be more than happy to find somewhere outside to go about my business. And I would actually prefer to have a room in a shared house! Will probably arrive in town mid February before school commences in March 2017. Feel free to drop me a message! Cheers!
We're a mid-thirties couple looking for a roommate to share a place with us in the new year. Looking for somewhere along the North Shore, close to transport and shops. We alternate between wanting to go out and hit the town, and wanting to lay back and watch movies all night. It would be great to have somebody with a good balance too - or at least someone who gets along, as we appreciate a good social aspect at home. We rarely have visitors, and are neat and tidy, so we shouldn't be much of an issue. We prefer a smaller place (2br) rather than a big house full of people. If you're fine sharing a place with a couple, drop us a message. We're currently on the lookout for good apartments. If you get in before we move you can help us pick!
Hi! I am a 23 y/o female looking for a room in Sydney, Eastern suburbs preferred. I'll be working full-time in the creative fields come January and am looking for a relaxed, but tidy atmosphere to call home. I'm friendly, love getting to know new people, and tend to enjoy laid back bar scenes, getting outdoors, or a lovely night in vs a night out clubbing. I'm neat, respectful, and reliable - you won't have to get on my case over bills! My listing says a stay of 3 months preferred, but I'm really looking for a long term place if it's a good fit. Please reach out - I'd be happy to connect over social media!
Hey there, I'm Mrinal. I will be moving to Sydney for a full time 9-5 job in Surry Hills Mon-Fri. I'm clean, tidy and sociable and looking for similar people. I'm quite laid-back so down with anything - drinking, night-outs, checking out the city in general or just sitting at home. Somewhere between all that I'm still trying to figure out a road trip all the way over to Perth via Alice Springs. Anyway, personal space will of course be respected though I'd prefer not to stay with room hermits ;). If it sounds like a good fit or you want to have a chat feel free to hit me up. Cheers!
Clean tidy, used the living in close quarters, I'm very patient, very hand can fix pretty much anything. Very friendly and get on with anyone.
I'm a very clean person, I love cooking, easy going and down to earth, I like to have a chat and hang out with people but I also like to have time to my self. If you want to know more please feel free to message me.

Love cooking, socializing and having a nice glass of wine with friends but the party days are long over for me. I love a good girlie night in and watching movies but I also have my own active life. Im a non smoker, single girl who is not only looking for a room but more of a place to call home. As a housemate im very tidy, clean, generous and fair. I love to have a good laugh and cook a nice dinner. Im looking for a roommate who has the same interests as myself, who is kind, respectful, can have a good laugh and someone i could build a friendship with. Please contact me if this sounds like you. xx

Hi Guys! We are easy going and relaxed students from Germany. The both of us are staying in Sydney for a fulltime 9-5 internship. Andy is working in the area of Surry Hills and me near Hyde Park. We enjoy a sporty and healthy lifestyle, have a great sense of humour and like to enjoy some drinks and shared dinner/BBQ in a relaxed atmosphere with our new flatties. In addition, we are very reliable and tidy flatmates. Furthermore, we have several years of flatshare experience and enjoyed it! By the way, we are not one of the newly in love couples, so we don't always want to be on our own - we love to socialize. We are searching for a place up to the end of April (but we would also consider a shorter stay). We look forward to meeting you guys soon! Don't hesitate to drop us a message :) Cheers! Kathy and Andy
Well we are 2 chilled out Brits. We met back at school and have been together ever since. We enjoy meeting new people, travelling, and stereotypically drink tea every 30 minutes 🙂 We’re looking for a flat share with like-minded relaxed people. After graduating from university and living in London for 5 years, we decided to take a leap and begin our own business, which also allowed us to move around at the same time. We’ve been working-travelling for a few months now and have been to some cool places. And we’re very excited to see Australia as we’ve never been! We’ve known several people who moved to Sydney from the UK and have only heard good things. We work full time Monday to Friday on our business, so our only requirements are a stable internet connection and just somewhere to sit and use our laptops in the day. We’re a highly respectful couple who love to look after ourselves, eat well and live well. We enjoy cooking and love circuit training and hitting the gym. But we still enjoy a glass of wine at the end of a week too!
My charming landlord decided to renovate his house and kick me out on New Years Eve. So I'm now looking for a new place to call home at the best possible time of year - yay. Ideally somewhere on the North Shore to be close to work, and ideally sharing with some full time legends. Clean, respectful and happy to change the loo roll when it runs out. Gary
I'm a working professional in the CBD - originally from sunny Manchester, I have been in Aus 5 years. I'm an outgoing fun lover with a banter addiction! I am very easygoing, love to go out and socialise with friends and meet new people. I can't shuffle but love to dance to super fresh riddims!😎 I love chilled days by the beach with a couple of cold beers or binging on Netflix. Whilst I like to have fun and fool around I also know when to be serious. I'm respectful of everyone and their views and individuality. Look forward to meeting new people and starting a new adventure! Speak Soon.....
Hi there, I am a 26-year old French guy, working full-time for a major freight-forwarding company. I currently live in a nice 2-bedrooms / 2-bathrooms townhouse in Pyrmont, near the Star Casino and 2 minutes away from Darling Harbour. My current housemate (and friend) is moving out in January after 2 years spent in this beautiful house. I am now looking for a new housemate who would be keen to share the lease with me for a year or more. I am very easy-going and relax, and I love the keep my house tidy and neat. It's a great place to live in, with private room AND private bathroom for each. There is also a nice little courtyard which is nice if you are a smoker :) The area is very convenient and easy to enjoy with lots of restaurants and cafés around! The rent is $695 per fortnight (without electricity, gas and water bills though but these are very reasonable as the house is designed for 2 people only). Let's get in touch if you would like to meet and see the house. Looking forward to hearing from you! Victor

Hey! I'm a 26 years old full-time professional and moved to Sydney from Paris last July. I am looking for a long-term accommodation in shared-house. I work in a food start-up company as a business analyst and have interest in travel, cooking, health & fitness. I am a positive person and like to surround myself with likeminded people. I like socializing but also having privacy in the house. Not looking for continuous night-party roommates/apartment but for tidy, clean and serious people. The more, the merrier! :) Of course, we respect everybody's needs and wishes to make sure that everyone feels at ease.
