Hi, I'm Mel. Background: I just moved back to Sydney after traveling for 7 months and am looking for somewhere to live for a few months temporarily until Christmas at the least (when I go visit family for a few weeks) or April, at the most (when I plan to travel overseas for an extended period again). I'm originally from the US but have lived in the Eastern Suburbs for 10 years. Me as a flatmate: As far as work goes, I'm a high school teacher and will be working most days of the week - I usually leave the house by 7 am and return home anywhere from 4-6pm. In my free time I like to read, sleep, swim, see friends, do the coastal walk/exercise, etc. I can be really friendly and social although I also really value my downtime alone after draining days at work, often prefering to be in my room with door shut :) - I find its hard to predict! As a flatmate I am conscientious of space and noise, and on time with any payments. I really like cooking (but often too tired and order Thai) and playing music. I like a clean house but can totally relate to being tired and just can't be bothered to do the dishes, etc :) What I'm looking for: In a flatmate I guess I would prefer someone similar in age who doesn't live in a party house, keeps common areas clean/tidy, and isn't bothered by my independent tendancies :) I have a car, so parking is a factor. I'm also looking for a place that is in reasonable proximity to the coast, walkable to at least a cafe and at most, the shops. I'm looking to rent from end of September to either mid-December or April.
Heya, My name is Raj, I'm a 30yr old Irish guy (South African dad hence the name!) moving to Sydney from Dublin on the 21st September on a 1yr WHV. Aside that I am a sweet 30 years old girl from Czech Republic, I am an architect, I was working 4 years In Copenhagen in a small danish office. I am also a photographer/writer for 2 czech magazines. I am a crazy yoga girl, skateboarder, determined surfer girl and a dreamer. I recently moved to Sydney and I would love to continue with my architectural career. I am (most of the time) super positive, friendly, sometimes too much talking girl, I love having dinners and cozy time together with my friends/roommates and I also love tidy appartmens! And my friends say I am very organized 🙈 Aside my healthy life style I believe that we should live in balance so I love being social and go out to dance or whatsoever and I'm always up for any spontaneous thing 😇 So I guess, all in all, If you are in need of someone who likes spreading love and gives smiles for free, here I am! Please, ask me any questions you would like me to answer! Cheers Lucie!
Hello hello. I'm really clean, sweet and quiet. I'm genuinely a great house mate, I get chores done and I'm never late with rent. I like to stay quiet and relaxed I also really enjoy going out with my family, I love watching the football lol weird because I'm a quiet person but I do, I also enjoy exercising daily and clean eating although I do occasionally slip up and eat something heavy out of emotion lmao. I'm currently looking for work, any type of work so I'm considering moving to Sydney because I know there's always work in Sydney, or I can at least start studying and then perhaps find myself some casual work.

Hey my names Alysia, I'm 27 and I work full time in public relations in the city (basically I try and get things in the news - think making influencers post stuff on Instagram but less glamorous). I'm looking to move somewhere friendly, chilled and fun with open-minded people. I'd love to be able to hang out after a long day and have the occasional housemate drinks or dinner but don't depend on this. I have a pretty active social life and am likely to be out and about on the weekends. I like running, hitting the beach with my mates and having a night out! Can also be relied on to hit the gym on a hangover if you’re into that kinda thing.. I'm originally from London but I've been living in Sydney for a year now - moving from my place in Surry Hills because my lease is ending in October. Overall, I’m super relaxed, conscientious and looking for somewhere new that I can call home.
Hi, My name is Javier and I work in finance in the CBD. I am originally from Monterrey, Mexico but have been living in Sydney for the last 4 years. I am easy going, like to go to the gym during week days, play soccer and go mountain biking on the weekends. I also like going out to have drinks/dinner with friends and have an active social life. I like to live in a clean place and where people are respectful. I am looking for a place for at least 6 months. If you have any questions please let me know :)
Hi! I am moving to the Sydney region in October on a Work & Holiday visa. I'm originally from California and just graduated college. I'm pretty active -- I like to climb, surf, hike, and write. Hopefully I'll get a job pretty soon after I get to Sydney, so there's a good chance I won't be around a ton during the day. I've been living with roommates for the past four years so I know how to get along with people in close quarters, plus I'm pretty low maintenance to start with. Looking for any living situation until a friend of mine gets the money to move out and get a place together. Thanks!
Hi! I'm moving to Sydney 7th October to begin working full time in a Communications Agency. I was born in N.Ireland and went to university in Newcastle, England. I have full Australian citizenship through descent from my parents, and this October I will be making a permanent move to Sydney! I have close family who live in Paddington and Mosman, so ideally would love to find a place near these locations. In my spare time, I am very active and love to workout. I'm tidy and organised and always clean up after myself but overall a very easy going and chilled housemate! I'm mature minded and respectful of others space and privet time. However as much as I love my own space, it would be nice to chill out with my housemate/s with a glass of wine in our free time, or the occasional night out/lunch/dinner on the weekend!
Looking for another couple to take on a 6-month lease with - 2-bedroom apartment close to a city-bound bus stop preferably. $300-$500pw per couple ideally. Kyle and I are originally from Scotland, 24 & 22, Marine Engineer & HR/Accountant, active, non-smokers, clean, relaxed and friendly :) We’ll be in Sydney from the start of November to work. Currently have a job around Johnston & Jones Bay.
