Hi there! I am Stéphanie (27) and I am looking for a room for myself in Sydney, preferably around Glebe, Newtown, Enmore or Marrickville. I already have a fair bit of house sharing experiences as I am used to living abroad and jump around places. I am clean and tidy and I would say that I am very adaptable to my environment. I love to hang out with people I live with, cooking or watching films, creating some nice comfy space. But I must say that I also respect people's independence as I am quite autonomous myself: if 'me-time' is your thing, I get you. I am originally from France and have lived in England, Mexico, the US and the Netherlands in the past few years. I came here on a working holiday visa so I could discover some new scenery but I am planning to stick around Sydney for a bit. Professionally I aspire to be a writer - although I will obviously have a job on the side! My interests are very beige but easy to find common ground with: reading, writing, languages, very amateur photography, taking walks, eating good food, going to gigs, travelling and so on. I am fond of international-friendly houses and if you like to have the occasional good chat around a coffee/tea/beer from time to time, I am your girl!
Hey, I'm Grant I'm moving to Sydney for work and was looking for a nice place to live with some good people. I'm 22 and just graduated from university in Brisbane. Love a good coffee and getting to meet new people. Will be pretty busy with work but in the off days would like to explore Sydney and see some new things. Working right dead in the city so if there's public transport close by that would be wonderful. Grew up right near the beach so love to go for a swim and hang out. Love a bit of sport as well. Thanks

Hey hey! My name is Zeel Patel and I’m 23 years old. I’m moving to Sydney in mid January (can move earlier for the right roommate/house). I am interested in renting a house closer to the city as I will be working there full-time. I am a laid-back gal who enjoyes company and a chat but also respects privacy. I like gym and outdoors but also would love a good binge watch! I’m a vegetarian but don’t mind if you eat meat as long as you can clean after yourself. I am easy-going and would love to make some new friends! I’d like to stay with female roommates. My budget is 300-330 per week max. Let me know if you’d like any further information and if you have anything available that matches my description. I am also interested in meeting up and search for a property together with one or two other girls. Looking forward to hearing from you! Thank you! (:
Hi! My name is Sandra and I'm moving to Sydney next year to study dentistry at Usyd. I'm very clean and tidy and really excited to find a great place to live! Looking for an all-female place to live. Thanks!
I am from Barcelona, I am arriving to Sydney on the 27th of october to study English. I will be in Australia until may 2019. I am reliable, tidy and clean. My personality is easy-going and cheerful. I expect to find a place to be my home with a friendly environment. I would love to learn about the culture and the Australian lifestyle. I am a Netflix lover. I like to travel, to dance, and to do different sport activities!
I'm an internarional student studying in university of Sydney. I am looking for a place near to Sydney uni or close to train station. I am a kind, quiet and easy-going person. I am willing to meet new friends and like clean and quiet place. I need a place to put or have a desk so I can study at home.
Hey there!! I'm an American backpacker currently on a gap year before I attend university in 2018 back in the States. I'm visiting Australia on a working holiday, and as of writing this am travelling down the well-beaten backpacking trail from Cairns to Sydney! I'll first end up in Sydney at around the middle of November, where after a couple of days to decompress I'll start looking for jobs and a place to live if I haven't found one yet! I should have a couple of weeks left on my bedhopper hostel pass to get me through to the very beginning of December. I plan on working over the summer from approximately the end of November to the middle of March, and it's during those three-to-four months of time that I'm looking for somewhere to stay. I'm looking to bartend ideally (although if push comes to shove I'm not picky), so I might come home at odd hours (although I'll absolutely be as quiet and respectful of your sleeping schedule as is humanly possible). I'm primarily looking to save heaps of money over the summer with access to an amazing city to explore (hence why I'm trying to beat the odds and do so in Sydney as opposed to a cheap town somewhere), so I won't be keen on more than the odd night out, which would make me a pretty easy-going and low-maintenance, albeit nocturnal, roommate. Would be much more a fan of board games and drinks on a night in with friends. I'm also trying to learn to cook as best as I can (that's one of my summer goals!), so if you're good with trying a variety of potentially-terrible-but-hopefully-brilliant dishes and dealing with strange smells as I furiously clean the kitchen to get rid of them as I get better at my craft, we'll make a wonderful team :) I consider myself a very clean, chill, and diligent person that would make a lovely addition to practically any group as long as you're keen to have me. My preferences with regards to roommates are around the ages of 18-25ish, clean, looking to talk and hang out (I'd love to be your friend especially considering my social contact is limited to other transient backpackers and my 14-time-zone-away friends at home), and respectful. I'm one of the most laid-back people you'll ever meet for 99% of things, and flexibility is also something that I appreciate in others. Bonus points if you're into indie rock, scary movies, or romantic comedies as those are my three culture passions! Otherwise--I'm a cat lover, wannabe writer, music maniac, budding globetrotter, tea fanatic, and avocado addict who would love to meet you and see if I fit into your place!
Hey guys, I'm looking for an apartment here in Sydney to enjoy my time and grow in the job I do at the moment. The most people tell me I'm a easy person so I believe them. I work Full time at the Hilton and love to go out for some beers with friends and colleagues. Please contact me if you are interested - Sebastian
Hi! I’m Micayla, originally from New Zealand but I’ve lived in Sydney for 3 years now. I’d fit perfectly in a house that likes to be social on the weekends, and enjoys a wine or a cocktail. I love to keep active on the weekends also so if you’re in to the gym, coastal walks etc, that would be great. I’m also a pretty good cook and will whip up meals fairly often!
I am easygoing with a good attitude to other people's needs and styles of living. I feel that mutual respect and some flexibility is the thing that makes flatmates really enjoy their home envronment. Being a fairly tidy guy, I am very used to doing my share of the cleaning. Everyone likes a clean bathroom and if I cook, I make sure that the kitchen is ready for the next person. I always take an interest in the people around me. If we catch up now an then - great! If we are all busy, I still say a quick hi and how's it going. Sometimes I just get home and want to do some tv time and crash in my room. Mostly, I just want where I live to work well for all of us and I contribute to this with my positive attitude.
Hey, I'm Khal, I'm from Indonesia. I used to live in Brisbane for 2 years and now moving and have been living in Sydney for 5 months. I'm now looking for accommodation that is close to UNSW as I'm doing masters there, or, if it has to be far, I want one in the city. I'm reasonably clean, tidy and organized. I usually spend most of my weekdays at the library from 9 am to 7 pm, and spend the weekends to go out or relax at home. I like to drink wine or beers at night so I need somebody who's ok with it. I'm really chill and like to chat and interact with my housemates but also respect their privacy. I don't really invite people over, but I don't mind if my housemates invite their friends as long as they can keep it reasonably quiet.
Hello!, we are an argentinean couple in our late late 20’ looking for a long term room from 23rd of October. Preferred surry hills, redfern and around. This is our second year in Australia. About us?.. we are very social, like outdoor activities and love to play electronic music.
As a French person who traveled to Sydney, I really enjoy discovering new cultures and would love to share mine. I am friendly and would easily get along with housemates, children or even pets. I am studying Italian, management and international business at the University of Sydney. I'll stay in Sydney until July 2019 and would love to get to know the Australian (or any other) culture better! Cheers!
Hello I'm Gillian. Originally from Ireland, I'm now an Aussie citizen after living in Melbourne for over 8 years. I'm moving to Sydney soon to find work in government communications for at least six months. Here's why I make a great housemate: - I'm friendly, but mindful of privacy - I pay my bills on time always - I'm not hugely into cooking so I won't always take over the kitchen - I'm clean and super tidy - I'm happy to socialize on a night in over a movie and glass of wine, or on a night out at a gig - I can be counted on for a decent random conversation, when required - If you like reading literary fiction I'll sort you out with plenty of book recommendations - I love travel and being outdoors - I don't require a car space. Hoping to find a housemate with a lovely, light-filled place of a similar age/mindset. Some outdoor space is a must. Thanks for taking the time to read this!
Postgraduate Medical student at MQ, always down to chill out/ have a casual drink, will spend most of my time at the library but also definitely enjoy exercise/chilling out! Looking for a sharehouse with young working professionals who are easy to get along with :)
