I am Laura, born and raised in Germany, currently studying in The Netherlands, where I also met my current boyfriend Leon who is also studying in the Netherlands. Now we are of to our next adventure to Sydney to work for six months with an Investment Company in the Central Business District and an Event Company. We are moving to Sydney on the 1st of May and we are looking for a furnished, private room. We are very flexible and have lots of experience living in different sized flat shares. We are both clean and value our privacy and those of our flatmates however we are really fun and easy to live with.
I am a social scientist, moving to Sydney in July 2019 (on the 15th or so) to take over a 2-year postdoctoral position at the University of Sydney. I have lived in the UK since 2011, though I spent the first 36 years of my life in an Eastern European country. I shared a house only for two years, with a very good friend of mine. I have preferred to live on my own since 2013, mostly due to my lifestyle and core spiritual values, which are simply focused on manifesting peace, quietness, and autonomy. Yet, my professional life has always been very demanding and busy. I often work at home, in addition to the time spent at the office. I am now considering sharing a house, given the very high house rental prices in Sydney. I am willing to pay up to A$500 per week for an en-suite furnished room, in a shared, executive-style, 2 bedroom flat/house, in Sydney area, if the right person is found.
Hello Im friendly and clean girl looking for my own bedroom in quiet space to share with others. Im from Argentina and my idea is stay 3 or 4 month in Sydney. I love the art, talk and share differents experiences and I hope to find a place with good vibes. Cheers
Hi!! My name is David and I'm from Ireland - just moved to Sydney from Ireland in Feb. I have worked in insurance and have done a little coding/programming. I am interested in tech and computers and also have a small online business on the side which keeps me occupied in the early mornings and evenings. I am currently working at a healthcare company. I am a business graduate and like to chill out in the evenings on my laptop. I like to let the hair down the odd weekend too, spending it seeing new things, at the beach or having a few drinks with friends. I am chill, friendly and easy to get along with. I like to keep to myself for the most part but am always up to go out to do activities, catching a movie or even a few beers! I am looking for a nice peaceful place to stay. I am clean, tidy and respect everyone's personal space + have no problem sharing any of the household chores!
I'm headed down to Sydney for a working holiday visa in September, currently with one other friend. We are both outgoing, fun, easy-going individuals who are hoping to find a place within the city. Ideal work would be in a cafe or restaurant, something that allows us to enjoy the city. Flexible on: furnished or not furnished, parking, and weekly rent. We are active individuals who enjoy the outdoors, as well as a chill night in from time to time. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions. Thanks!

I’m a hard worker and I work a lot! I’m currently teaching ballet and dance classes every afternoon (4pm - 9pm) and Saturday during the day, while also working in retail 2/3 days a week. I cannot live in mess and am a very tidy and clean person.
A young at heart, 31 year old Brit moving down under for the first time to start a research post at the University of Sydney. Social and respectful. Love a beer and anything sport. Would be great to meet some people who can introduce me to the city. I'm hopefully here for the long haul so I'm looking for something relatively long term. I won't be in Aus until the 17th of May.
By way of introduction my name is Vince. I work full time in the superannuation industry in the CBD, and spend my weekends chasing the sun. I love exercise - gym and nice long walk along the coast. I’m fairly clean but chilled and respectful of personal space. I can be both outgoing and want to keep to myself at times but definitely easy to get on with.
A little about me: 28 yo. At the start of the year, I moved to Syd from Hobart. After finishing my phd in 2018 I'm working as a data scientist for a tech company. Unfortunately, long hours when duty calls but I try to make the most of the time I'm not working. That includes sharing dinner when housemates are down for a chat or game of cards, rock climbing as frequently as I can (indoor when time is short, but I prefer outdoor) and hiking when I'm not in the mood to climb. I'm conversational and friendly, as is my girlfriend who would be visiting for occasional weekends. (She is locked into a full-time job in Tassie). I'm looking for a house that is uncluttered, and not gloomy. I get along with most people, if you climb, hike, ride, play dnd we'll get along extra well. Let me know if you think I'd be a good fit and are interested in meeting. I can swing by after work or on a weekend. Thanks, Jesse.
